<![CDATA[The main objective of this study is to investigate how peer tutoring can be used as an effective method to enhance students' motivation in learning PAI at SMK Sabilu El-Muhtadin, Pandeglang. Compared to traditional teaching methods, this approach involves students from class XI acting as tutors to their peers in class X. To gain insights into the implementation of this method, a qualitative descriptive approach and field research were conducted, which focused on the PAI teacher and the students in both classes. The research used a range of data collection techniques, including observation, interviews, and document analysis, and various data processing methods such as data collection, editing, classification, and reduction were employed. The findings of this study suggest that the implementation of peer tutoring has had a positive impact on students' learning motivation, and the teachers have successfully adopted this approach in the classroom. Furthermore, the students have demonstrated a more active involvement in the learning process, which is supported by the use of diverse teaching methods.]]>

<![CDATA[Synchronize Festival is an annual music festival in Indonesia featuring various music genres and has become one of the largest in Southeast Asia. Since its inception, the festival not only offers entertainment but also introduces the Green Movement program aimed at raising environmental awareness. This study aims to analyze the influence and effectiveness of the Green Movement program on enhancing the image of Synchronize Festival 2024. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, and analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SMARTPLS application. The results show that the Green Movement program, which includes waste reduction, the use of tumblers, and promoting eco-friendly transportation, has a significant impact on improving the festival's image in the eyes of the audience. The program successfully reduced festival waste and plastic bottle usage, as well as increased visitor participation in the Bike to Synchronize program. Additionally, the study found that the majority of the festival attendees were young individuals with a high environmental awareness, which contributed to the success of the program. The structural model evaluation results indicate that the Green Movement explains 68.2% of the improvement in the festival's image.Thus, the Green Movement program proves effective in strengthening Synchronize Festival's image as an environmentally friendly music event. This study concludes that this initiative not only provides positive impacts on the environment but can also serve as a model for similar events in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Permasalahan sengketa hak atas tanah merupakan isu yang kompleks dan mendasar di Indonesia, terutama dalam konteks pengalihan hak melalui balik nama sertifikat tanah. Dalam beberapa kasus, keberadaan penjual tanah yang tidak diketahui (afwezigheid) memicu ketidakpastian hukum dan memperumit proses administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pertimbangan hakim dalam menyelesaikan sengketa balik nama hak atas tanah, dengan fokus pada Putusan Nomor 3/Pdt.G/2024/PN.Kla. Penelitian ini didukung oleh kajian pustaka yang mendalam tentang pengertian tanah, hak atas tanah, serta regulasi terkait yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria dan peraturan lainnya. Selain itu, konsep afwezigheid dibahas sebagai landasan teoritis untuk memahami dampaknya terhadap hak kepemilikan dan administrasi pertanahan. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya sertifikat tanah sebagai alat bukti hukum yang kuat dalam menyelesaikan sengketa. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan empiris, dengan data primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka dan lapangan. Analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif untuk mengevaluasi relevansi dan efektivitas regulasi serta praktik dalam menyelesaikan sengketa pertanahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab utama sengketa tanah dalam kasus ini adalah kelalaian dalam pendaftaran dan balik nama sertifikat setelah transaksi jual beli, ditambah dengan ketidakhadiran penjual yang tidak diketahui keberadaannya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perlunya peningkatan pemahaman hukum masyarakat, penguatan regulasi, dan efektivitas implementasi kebijakan pertanahan. Diharapkan pemerintah, khususnya Badan Pertanahan Nasional, dapat mempercepat proses administrasi tanah serta meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi bagi masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat gambaran resiliensi pada seorang ayah yang memiliki anak dalam kondisi Syndrome Mongolis. Hal ini diungkap dengan metode kualitatif fenomenologi, dengan responden penelitian seorang ayah yang memiliki anak syndrome mongolis berjumlah 3 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Wawancara semi terstruktur digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa ketiga ayah yang memiliki anak Syndrome Mongolismempunyai resiliensi yang cenderung baik. Pada responden RA yang awalnya tidak bisa menerima kondisi anak, akhirnya bisa menerima. Responden kedua B, awalnya merasa acuh, takut dikucilkan, stress yang berkepanjangan, namun seiring berjalannya waktu dapat juga menerima kehadiran anaknya. Untuk responden ketiga E, awalnya merasa kaget dan bingung, namun dengan support dari keluarga, mampu menerima takdir akan anaknya dengan bahagia.Kata Kunci : ayah, resiliensi, sindrome mongolis]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengaplikasian irama pada pembelajaran tahsin Al-Qur’an di Madrasah Pertubuhan Kebajikan Al-Muhibbin Melaka serta dampaknya terhadap bacaan Al-Qur’an pelajar. Pengaplikasian irama dalam pembelajaran tahsin merupakan metode yang menggabungkan aspek melodis dengan kaidah tajwid untuk memudahkan pelajar dalam mempraktikkan bacaan Al-Qur’an yang benar serta meningkatkan kefasihan dan keindahan bacaan Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang dilakukan di Madrasah Pertubuhan Kebajikan Al-Muhibbin Melaka selama 20 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaplikasian irama dalam pembelajaran tahsin Al-Qur’an menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengaplikasian irama pada pembelajaran tahsin Al-Qur’an di Madrasah Pertubuhan Kebajikan Al-Muhibbin Melaka dengan cara memperkenalkan irama dasar kepada pelajar melalui ustaz, lalu ustaz melihat kemampuan dan pemahamannya dalam mengaplikasikan irama pada pembelajaran tahsin Al-Qur’an. Penggunaan irama pada pembelajaran tahsin Al-Qur’an bertujuan membuat bacaan menjadi lebih fasih dan indah dengan selalu memperhatikan tajwid dan makhraijul huruf (2) penggunaan seperti metode Talaqqi-Musyafahah, metode tartil dan metode pengenalan maqam serta tingkatan latihan yaitu pada minggu 1-2 mempelajari tentang hukum tajwid dan makharijul huruf serta pengenalan pola irama dasar, lalu minggu 3-4 praktik bacaan ayat pendek disertai dengan irama setelah itu, minggu 5-8 penerapan pada surah-surah pilihan dan minggu 9-12 evaluasi dan penilaian. (3) faktor pendukung seperti kemampuan vokal dan irama yang memadai, pemahaman metode pembelajaran dan penguasaan tajwid dan makhraj yang baik. Dan faktor penghambat seperti kesulitan menangkap nada, keterbatasan waktu latihan, perbedaan kemampuan dasar dan kurangnya kepercayaan diri dalam berlatih.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to investigate the challenges faced by pre-service teachers in using ChatGPT as a tool for planning the learning process. Despite the potential of ChatGPT to enhance efficiency, creativity, and innovation in educational contexts, its implementation among pre-service teachers remains limited due to a range of difficulties. These include challenges in formulating learning objectives, selecting appropriate teaching methods and tools, and assessing the relevance of AI-generated content to curriculum standards. Using a quantitative research approach, a survey was conducted with 30 pre-service teachers in North Sumatra, Indonesia, to explore the barriers encountered across the planning, implementation, and evaluation phases of the learning process. Findings indicate that while ChatGPT offers valuable support, pre-service teachers experience moderate to high levels of difficulty in critical areas such as identifying relevant resources, structuring learning activities, and facilitating effective student engagement. These challenges underscore the need for targeted training and pedagogical support to optimize the integration of AI tools in teacher education programs. The study provides insights into the complexities of adopting AI in education and proposes strategies for overcoming these barriers, contributing to the discourse on technology-enhanced learning in developing educational contexts.]]>

In Indonesia, the term village is a division of administrative areas under subdistricts that are under the leadership of the village head. <![CDATA[phenomenon of shrinkflation, which is a reduction in product size or content without reducing price, has become a strategy for companies to deal with rising production costs. This research focuses on Momogi products that experienced shrinkflation, where the weight of the packaging was reduced from 14 grams to 5 grams. This study aims to analyze the relationship between product packaging and customer satisfaction and assess the impact of shrinkflation on customer perceptions. The method in this study is associative quantitative used through an online survey with 105 respondents who are loyal customers of Momogi. The results showed that shrinkage of packaging size has a very strong and unidirectional relationship with customer satisfaction. Although shrinkflation does not affect product quality, it does affect perceived customer value, which results in decreased satisfaction and loyalty. In this study, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that the hypothesis in this study has a positive influence because the larger the packaging size of a product, the more satisfaction will increase and vice versa, if the product packaging size shrinks, the level of satisfaction will decrease.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: This study aimed to determine the effect of psychoeducation on improving caregivers' abilities regarding the knowledge level of young female companions of the elderly in Puton Village, Diwek District, Jombang Regency.
