The science of sports coaching is the study of sports training problems, physical, mental, nutrition, refereeing, competition and scoring problems, in order to achieve sports goals. The purpose of this service proposal is to provide information, understanding, knowledge, and skills through training activities, and participate in developing competence in the field of sports, especially in athletics. The method that will be used in this service uses a guided practice approach based on scientific studies in the field of sports. After carrying out this training, it can be concluded that the training participants were assisted in refreshing the basic athletic training for physical education teachers. So that teachers understand the basic rules and management of basic training in athletics.

Guidance and Counseling Teachers should be accustomed to conducting action research. In fact, BK teachers have not been able to design and carry out research in accordance with the rules and principles of an action research. This training aims to improve the ability of BK teachers to design action research in the field of guidance and counseling. The training was carried out in Tanggamus District using a work-assignment learning method in the form of a workshop and was attended by 40 high school guidance and counseling teachers. The activity begins with briefing and continues with the practice of preparing research proposals in a guided manner. Evaluation of the achievement of activities is carried out to check the level of teacher skills in preparing action research designs correctly using the Action Research Design Quality Assessment Form. The results of the activity showed that in general the skills of the participants had improved. They have been able to formulate the title, problem, objective, and research methodology correctly. Participants categorized as "Highly Skilled" = 15%, "Skilled" = 35%, and "Sufficiently Skilled" = 27.50%, "Less Skilled" = 17.50%, the rest, around 5% are still in the category " Very Unskilled.” Based on the results of the evaluation of activities, it is recommended that this kind of training be followed up by increasing the intensity of the debriefing and expanding the target audience.

Classroom Action Research (CAR) is aimed at finding solutions to social problems. CAR is carried out by starting with a systematic study of the problem. The results of this study are then used as the basis for overcoming these problems. In the process of implementing the plans that have been prepared, then an observation and evaluation is carried out, the results of which are used as input to reflect on what happened at the implementation stage. The results of this reflection process then underlie efforts to improve and refine the next action plan. The above stages are carried out repeatedly and continuously until a quality of success can be achieved.Service activities carried out with the aim of understanding and knowing what and how CAR is and understanding the implementation of CAR and being able to carry it out. The targets are elementary school teachers located in Kotagajah District. The method used is the lecture method, question and answer method, and the method of giving examples. The expected condition after this service is an increase in the understanding and knowledge of teachers about what and how CAR is, what and how to make and implement CAR.

One of the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic is the transformation of learning media that used to use more face-to-face systems in the classroom to now become online systems. With this policy, all teachers conduct distance learning. Because of this policy, problems arise because not all teachers are proficient in using internet technology to support online learning activities and need assistance and training first. One cool feature that is intended for the world of education is the quiz creation feature that can be set using Google Formulars. Community service aims to improve the insight and skills of teachers in using the Google Form application as an online distance learning medium. The method of implementing this activity is carried out using online media in the form of tutorials and discussions on how to make online media questions using the Google Form application. The activity results showed that the training participants had understood the principles of learning and were able to apply online-based learning using the google form application. In this community service activity can be concluded that 88% of the training participants can apply learning by utilizing google form media as a learning tool at school.

This paper aims to describe digital literacy by utilizing the edlink application module in online lectures for Guidance and Counseling Study Program students, FKIP University, PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia. Utilization of technology is not new for students and in almost every activity can not be separated from technology products. Thus, the Guidance and Counseling Study Program lecturer must also be able to use or create information and technology-based learning media. Among the intermediaries or learning media is the edlink application module. With this media, lecturers can provide lecture materials that can be accessed by students and package their learning activities by utilizing the features available in Edlink and based on digital literacy. The use of edlink by lecturers provides students with experience in selecting and analyzing the information needed in online lecture activities. The stages contained in digital literacy include digital competence, digital use, and digital transformation. In general, this article will explain about the edlink application module, digital literacy, and online lectures through the digital literacy-based edlink application module.

The purpose of this training is to understand and know about what and how an Educational Research Journal is and understand the preparation of an Educational Research Journal for elementary school teachers in Kotagajah Subdistrict, Central Lampung. This training uses the lecture method, question and answer method and the method of giving examples. Sources of research data are teachers in elementary schools throughout Kotagajah district, Central Lampung, totaling 20 people. The result of this training was that it was able to produce 5 drafts of writing an Educational Research Journal which was followed up with presentation activities in order to get input from various parties and the teachers felt they had gained the knowledge, skills and or experience they really needed.

This community service activity was carried out in order to provide education to students at Leppesa 2 High School about the importance of having a growth mindset. The school, which is located in Cililin, West Bandung, is located on a hill and in the middle of rice fields. To reach the location, we have to go through steep and rocky roads. This school is the only high school in the area. This school was founded because of the desire of the Head of SMA Leppesa 2 so that students who graduated from Junior High School (SMP) could still go to school. So far, many students only go to junior high school because of the distance to Cililin public high school. For this reason, with all his efforts, the Principal of Leppesa 2 High School, eliminated fees for students. It is intended that parents do not feel heavy-hearted to send their children to high school. Despite the risks, the school principal has to sacrifice his salary and certification fees for teacher salaries and additional school infrastructure.

The outbreak of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic since December 2019 until now requires all teaching and learning activities for students to be temporarily carried out at home. This needs to be done in order to minimize mass physical contact so that it can break the chain of spreading the virus. To fill the teaching and learning activities that must be completed in this academic year, the government has adopted a policy of learning to be carried out through distance learning using online media (on the network), either using a cellphone, PC, or laptop. Online learning that has been running, makes teachers also cause stress because of the large number of classes and students and demands from conditions or praxis that cause many problems. In an emergency situation, the teacher at that time had to act quickly so that learning could run effectively. Teachers need to be quick to take action and manage classes remotely. This includes managing materials and tasks of very short duration. In a short period of time there are obstacles that occur both from the side of the teacher and the students.When experiencing stress, the body will unconsciously manage stress. Management in dealing with stress is a way to increase his immunity to stress. Effective stress management will result in permanent adaptation, giving rise to new habits or improvements from old situations, while ineffective stress management will end up being maladaptive, namely deviant behavior and harm to oneself and others.

The number of kindergarten teachers who have difficulty in providing activities to develop gross motor skills in their students. Based on these problems, this service aims to improve the ability of teachers to provide gross motor learning activities, especially manipulative movements for early childhood. This service is designed with the following steps: 1) initial design; 2) prepare manual manual for gross motor manipulative motion; 3) training; 4) evaluation of training activities; 5) implementation of manual manual manual manipulative movements of children aged 4-5 years. The results of this dedication indicate that gross motor training of manipulative movements for children aged 4-5 years for kindergarten teachers is very effective for kindergarten teachers. This can be explained by the difference in the mean results of the pre-test and post-test of 36. Which means that there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of kindergarten teachers regarding gross motor skills of manipulative movements, with increasing teacher skills, the gross motor skills of students also increase.

When teachers apply the concept of independent learning, the teachers do not adapt to the needs of students. Teachers still rely on textbooks as a medium for teaching materials and do not use learning methods and learning media with the needs of students. The purpose of this community service is to socialize the application of independent learning and learning cheerfully from an early age to teachers. The method of community service activities is carried out in the form of webinars using the zoom platform and coordinated together in the form of the International Lecture Share Series activity program. The results of the community service program through this webinar show the data: (1) the suitability of the material with the needs of the participants is 96%, (2) interesting material is responded to by 99%, and (3) the material provides an increase in knowledge and insight by 94%.
