Abstract

In the era of globalization, English proficiency has become a critical skill, yet elementary school students in Indonesia still show relatively low mastery of the language. This article explores various bilingual learning models through a Systematic Literature Review of national studies. The analysis focuses on strategies such as the Global English Class, Inside-Outside Circle, and Cooperative and Collaborative Learning approaches. Findings indicate that bilingual instructionwhen structured, aligned with student characteristics, and supported by competent teachers and adequate resourcessignificantly enhances students' English skills and learning motivation. Flexible, interactive, and engaging teaching models prove more effective in creating a positive learning environment. This study recommends the adoption of adaptive bilingual learning models to improve the quality of primary education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Dengue fever is a disease that still occurs frequently and is classified as high in Indonesia caused by the bite of the aedes aegypti mosquito. In East Java Province, in 2024 it reached 29,496 cases while in Surabaya City it increased by 20.94% from the previous year. The mosquito nest eradication movement is an activity to stop the breeding of dengue fever mosquitoes. The implementation of this movement involves several parties who coordinate with each other. The implementation of mosquito nest eradication in Wiyung Village runs routinely every week by monitoring residents' houses carried out by jumantik cadres and the village. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the coordination process between Wiyung Village and Jumantik Cadres and identify obstacles in the implementation of coordination using qualitative descriptive research types through narrative analysis techniques and focusing on the coordination process carried out by stakeholders using coordination theory according to Hasibuan (2011:88) which consists of unity of action, communication, division of labor and discipline. The results of the study showed that the coordination process carried out had run smoothly every week. However, there are findings in this study, namely several houses found in the location are not local residents so that cadres continue to monitor even though they do not match the data in the application, There are cadres who disagree in a routine gathering forum in one of the RW, All Surabaya Hebat Cadres participate in jumantik and posga activities so that work specialization is only in the form of dividing the area and the discussion of the division of work is not focused on jumantik activities alone but also other activities, The number of cadres in each area is not evenly distributed, village assistance is not routine, the coordinator has not implemented strict discipline to its members, and there are members who arrive late but have previously asked for permission.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of sharia fintech usage on financial inclusion in the community of Pagar Village, Ulu Talo District, Seluma Regency. Sharia fintech is a financial technology innovation based on sharia principles that is expected to extend community access to financial services, especially in rural areas. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, t-test for partial testing, F-test for simultaneous testing, and the coefficient of determination (R) to determine the extent of the independent variables' influence on the dependent variable. The results indicate that the variables of sharia fintech literacy, service access, and community trust have a significant partial effect on financial inclusion. It shows that the variables of sharia fintech literacy, access to services, and public trust significantly influence financial inclusion partially. This research concludes that sharia fintech plays an important role in enhancing financial inclusion in rural communities.

Abstract

Students who experience repetitive conventional learning get disinterested and start doing things outside of the learning process. The utilization of e-learning is one of the things that might motivate pupils to study. Determining the degree of the "impact of e-learning on students' learning motivation in PAI at SMK Negeri 1 Koto Baru" is the aim of this research. 73 pupils were chosen from a total sample of 278 students in this quantitative study that used a correlational strategy. Random sampling served as the sample technique. Questionnaires were used to gather data, and hypothesis testing was carried out. With a correlation value of 0.670, it is possible to establish that e-learning has an impact on students' desire to study. This number suggests a strong correlation. The findings indicate that rtable (0.235) is less than rcount (0.670). Thus, e-learning has an impact on PAI learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Koto Baru, as shown by the rejection of Ho and acceptance of Ha.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of bilingual learning in Elementary Schools in terms of models, approaches, methods, and learning media. The reason for choosing this topic is based on the importance of mastering two languages from an early age and the need to map out the right learning strategy. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observations of bilingual learning videos uploaded on YouTube, to describe how teachers plan and implement bilingual learning in real terms. The results of the study show that the preview-review model is effective in balancing the use of Indonesian and English. The communicative approach has been proven to develop students' language skills holistically. The Problem Based Learning method increases student participation and critical thinking, while media such as learning videos and teaching aids help deliver material contextually and interestingly. So the integration between the right models, approaches, methods, and media is very important to create interactive, meaningful bilingual learning that is able to develop the multilingual competence of elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategy of managing village funds in improving the economic welfare of the community in Bulutellue Village, Bulupoddo Sub-district, Sinjai Regency, and to analyze its implementation from the perspective of Islamic Economic Law. Village funds are an essential policy instrument provided by the central government to accelerate rural development and enhance community welfare. However, the success of village fund utilization largely depends on the strategies adopted, particularly in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Therefore, it is crucial to assess how village authorities manage these funds effectively and in accordance with Islamic values. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the village government of Bulutellue has implemented participatory and transparent management strategies, including village deliberations, the strengthening of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), infrastructure development, and the revitalization of the village market. These strategies have contributed significantly to improving the standard of living of the villagers by increasing income, expanding economic access, and providing adequate public facilities. from the research results, the management strategies employed in Bulutellue Village reflect the principles of justice, trust (amanah), public interest (maslahah), and transparency. There are no indications of riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), or abuse of authority in the management process, and the funded programs tend to be productive and empowering. Thus, Sharia-based village fund management not only supports physical development but also strengthens the community's economic foundation in a sustainable and equitable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of bilingual learning resources in improving the quality of primary education. Using a literature review method, this article examines previous research related to the implementation of bilingual education, particularly focusing on teacher readiness, student engagement, and supporting facilities and infrastructure. The findings indicate that the success of bilingual learning heavily relies on teachers' competence in delivering instruction in two languages, the use of contextual and enjoyable learning approaches for students, and the availability of adaptive media and curriculum. This article recommends strengthening teacher training, encouraging active student participation, and optimizing the use of local resources and technology as solutions to the challenges faced in implementing bilingual education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to uncover how the views of religious figures and political figures shape public assumptions towards women’s leadership in government The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with purposively selected religious and political figures. These two groups were chosen because of their important role in shaping opinions and influencing social discourse in society.The results show that the discourse on women’s leadership is still largely overshadowed by conservative religious interpretations and deeply rooted patriarchal social constructs Religious figures generally express caution or even reject women’s leadership, referring to normative textsunderstood literally. Meanwhile, the views of political figures are more diverse—some openly support it based on women’s capacity and contribution in government, while others still view women as symbolic complements in politics.Public discourse on women’s leadership is largely determined by the legitimacy granted by religious and political figures When these two authorities tend to maintain traditional gender interpretations, the opportunities for women to be substantively accepted in leadership become limited. Therefore, reconstructing the discourse and the active involvement of these figures in promoting narratives of equality are key to opening up a more inclusive and gender-just space for power.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of bilingual learning in Indonesian primary schools, focusing on the use of learning videos as instructional media. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed to explore the strategies, models, and media used in bilingual instruction. Data were collected through observation and analysis of bilingual learning videos. The results indicate that bilingual learning positively impacts students' vocabulary acquisition and critical thinking skills. However, several challenges were identified, including low student participation, limited understanding of English vocabulary, and teachers' difficulties in balancing the use of Indonesian and English. The study also reveals that various teaching approaches were applied, such as cooperative learning, experiential learning, and problem-based learning. The instructional methods and media varied as well, including the use of videos, music, worksheets, and visual aids. Based on these findings, this research recommends the development of more interactive learning strategies, enhancing teachers' bilingual teaching skills, and providing more creative learning media to support effective bilingual learning in primary schools.

Abstract

In the science of hadith and ushul fiqh, hadith is classified based on its level of quality. Fatkhul Wahab (2019) states that authentic and hasan hadith constitute Shari’a proof because they meet the requirements of continuous sanad, fair guardianship and dhabit, as well as being free from defects (‘illat) and deviations (syadz). This is reinforced by Lestari & Fahmi who assert that authentic hadith forms a strong basis of proof in Islamic law because it is viewed as having strict scientific validity in accordance with the methodology of hadith science. The majority of Muslim scholars since the generation of the Companions agree that the hadith of the Prophet is proof in establishing the law. In Al-Mustashfa, al-Ghazali mentions that ijma’ on the obscenity of hadith is a firm foundation in legal instinbat (al-Ghazali, al-Mustashfa fi Ilm al-Usul, 1993). The majority of Ahl al-Sunnah wal Jama’ah scholars agree that the hadith—especially the shahih ones—constitute a legally binding and authoritative source of argument. The views of the imams on the authenticity of the hadith also strengthened their position in Islamic science. M. Nasri Hamang states that the four major schools (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi’i, and Hanbali) accept hadith as Shari’a proof, although there are differences in approach in assessing types of hadith such as ahad, mutawatir, and mursal. In the view of Imam Shafi’i, as explained by Moh. Ahfas, hadith has the same position as the Qur’an in establishing the law, and every hadith that is sahih of the Prophet is obligatory to accept and practice.
