Abstract

Contracts have a vital role in business transaction activities. Contracts containing rights and obligations should be made correctly and adequately to provide legal certainty and protection for the parties. Community service activities through legal counselling are considered necessary to be carried out, considering that many business contract disputes still occur in the community. This dispute can undoubtedly interfere with the parties' activities due to the need for more legal certainty about the rights and obligations of the parties. Based on these problems, this legal counselling aims to increase public understanding of the legal aspects of agreements in drafting contracts. The method used in community service uses a directed discussion method, starting with the provision of material followed by discussion and question and answer, direct interaction through the Legal Core Program with the community. This legal counselling is carried out with the target audience of Bandung City and its surroundings. The results of this community service show that understanding the legal aspects of agreements in drafting contracts can increase public awareness and knowledge to draft good and correct contracts following applicable laws and regulations. The preparation of a good and accurate contract is expected to minimize the occurrence of potential disputes that occur in the future during the execution of the contract to provide certainty and protection for the parties in conducting business transactions.Keywords: legal certainty, parties, understanding, contract drafting.

Abstract

Optimization of understanding of adaptive PE through scooter board educational games in the community is not optimal so efforts are needed to overcome it, one of which is through outreach activities. Community service activities are carried out at SDLB YPAC Palembang with three stages including: 1) planning, 2) implementation and 3) evaluation. Data collection techniques through observation. Data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis. Community service subjects totaled 23 people. The conclusion of community service is that there is an increase in understanding by 100% (23 people). During the implementation of this activity students look happy, cheerful, show curiosity. Abstract

Family Welfare Empowerment or often shortened to PKK is a movement that has been built from the center to the village and its existence and benefits have been felt by the community. This PKK activity is reflected in the 10 PKK Main Programs, one of which isthe program focuses on health and special attention is paid to the health of mothers and children. These trained PKK cadres are not only seen from the way they handle maternal and child health but also must be supported by their ability to use computers in the recording and data collection process. However, not all PKK Cadres, especially in villages, are proficient in using computers, for example, PKK Cadres in Kaibon Village. In fact, many cadres are new to computers and cannot use standard programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Kaibon Village PKK Cadres in operating computers to support good and smooth performance in terms of administration and data collection.Keywords: Computer Training, Kaibon Village PKK cadres

Abstract

One of the tangible manifestations of the Kebumen Nahdhlatul Ulama Ma'arif University (UMNUI) in carrying out community service is the Real Work Lecture (KKN). This Real Work Lecture (KKN) aims to improve students' abilities and insights as a provision for life in the community after graduating from study. In other words, this real work lecture activity is a place for students to help the process of developing villages and communities in the village environment. Based on observations in Kedaleman Wetan Village, Puring District, several problems were found. Seeing these situations and conditions, a KKN work program design was formed as an effort to deal with existing problems. Abstract

Educating the community by conducting counselling, training and mentoring to farmer groups, as a form of supporting the food security programme in Kebumen district. Together with the Margo Raharjo farmer group in Jatiluhur village, Karanganyar sub-district, making organic boosters for rice plants. Participants involved in the service were members of the Margo Raharjo farmer group, and KKN students from Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama University Kebumen. Training and counselling activities are carried out so that farmers are not dependent on inorganic fertilisers while providing education on the importance of using organic materials in agriculture. This activity seeks to help overcome the problems that exist in the community, especially in the knowledge of organic fertiliser for rice plants. The use of organic boosters is not only environmentally friendly but also reduces the cost of purchasing booster products on the market which cost up to 230 thousand rupiah. Inorganic booster products are certainly very expensive and less environmentally friendly. Booster is a liquid organic fertiliser whose nutrients play a role in stimulating the generative growth of flowers and fruits. Increasing farmers' awareness of the dangers of continuous use of inorganic fertilisers encourages farmers to switch to the use of environmentally friendly organic fertilisers.  Organic booster made from fermented pineapple is one of the liquid organic fertilisers applied in the generative phase of plants, namely at the beginning of flowering and fruiting. After the practice of making organic booster, participants are expected to be able to independently or together with the group to follow up and apply the fertiliser to rice plants according to instructions and recommendations. Further testing and research is needed on organic boosters and making organic boosters from different materials and easily obtained in the surrounding environment.  From the results of this activity, the following conclusions were obtained: This activity can improve skills and increase knowledge or insight into the community about organic fertiliser to support increased agricultural productivity, The use of organic booster as one of the solutions to reduce the use of inorganic fertilisers to increase the productivity and quality of products from rice cultivation. Abstract

In an effort to facilitate the Kebumen Regency Vocational High School English teachers regarding the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, community service is carried out by the English Education Study Program team. The objectives of the community service, i.e.: (1) explaining the concept of project-based learning, learning steps, benefits of PjBL and providing examples of its application in English subjects; (2) describing ways to develop and utilize interesting written text-based materials to design English learning; (3) Providing an explanation of concrete steps for solving learning problems in the classroom through classroom action research (CAR) and other classroom research as an effort to increase teacher professional competence. The service partner is a SMK English teacher in the Kebumen Regency MGMP group which was held at Kebumen State Vocational School 2 on Saturday, March 11 2023. The service activity is held face to face. The results of this activity can be described as follows: (1) participants are able to understand the concept of project-based learning, learning steps, PjBL benefits and examples of application in English subjects; (2 participants were able to develop and utilize interesting written text-based materials to design English learning; (3) participants were able to solve learning problems in class through classroom action research (CAR) and other classroom research.. Abstract

Real work lectures were held in Karangasem Village, Kertanegara District, Purbalingga Regency for 40 days from 26 July to 7 September 2023. Karangasem Village was the selected village to be the target village for KKN. The wealth of village potential is one of the main objectives of implementing KKN to improve the quality of human resources (HR) and cultivate and develop local village potential. The process of initiating village observation KKN is to explore and identify village potential which is the main target in implementing KKN. These programs are designed sequentially, starting with discussions between the KKN group, village officials and the local community, especially those directly related to the program being designed. Implementation. The KKN program is implemented in a balanced manner, starting from planning, implementation and evaluation at the end of each program. The overall output of the KKN program includes community skills and supporting the development of human resources to increase the potential of local villages. Literacy programs are also implemented to develop quality human resources from an early age. In the MSME sector, digital marketing knowledge at the village level received active response and participation from residents of Karangasem Village, Kertanegara District, Purbalingga Regency, Central Java.Keywords: KKN, Karangasem Village, Village Potential

Abstract

Lilibooi Village is in West Leihitu District, Central Maluku Province. Lilibooi Village has great natural potential so that apart from attracting tourists to visit because of its natural beauty, it is also because of its large natural resources in the agricultural sector. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in this village are already running but are still on a small scale and need to be improved. There are many challenges faced by SMEs today, including SMEs in Central Maluku, especially in Lilibooi, which are still faced with a lack of understanding about the importance of information technology, online promotions, business locations and product quality. Marketing strategies are needed to increase the sales volume of each SME player and introduce SME products more widely. The aim of this community service activity is to answer the problems faced by SMEs in Lilibooi Village by providing outreach and sharing knowledge so that SME actors in the village can apply it to improve SME performance. The socialization material provided is related to several issues that are not yet understood so that it can encourage SME marketing. The result of this service is the absorption of knowledge and skills from SME players in understanding the role of marketing strategy through material in the form of applying technology to SME operations, promotions, business locations and product quality. The development of SMEs can have an influence on improving their performance. Abstract

Tomatoes are one of the most widely cultivated horticultural crops in the region Tuban Regency. One of the women farmer groups that often cultivate tomatoes is the Farmers Women’s Group in is the Farmers Women’s Group in Widang Subdistrict. The Farmers Women’s Group has tomato plants with high yields. But sometimes the price of tomatoes is very low causing the Farmers Women’s Group to experience significant losses. The author sees this condition as an opportunity to increase the use value of tomatoes so that they have a higher price. One of the efforts that can be done is by using tomatoes as raw material for making candied dried tomatoes. Candied dried tomatoes are a very popular food and have wide market opportunities. This has been proven by the high sales of candied dried tomatoes in several regions in Indonesia. The author sincerely hopes that this community service activity will be able to increase the income of the Farmers Women’s Group in Widang District. The Farmer Women's Group is able to make candied dried tomatoes into one of the foods and souvenirs that are in demand by tourists visiting the Tuban Regency area. Community service activities were carried out at the Agricultural Extension Center of Widang District, Tuban Regency, which was attended by around 15 farm women. This activity contains counseling related to the innovation of candied tomatoes, followed by planning and implementing activities to make sweets made from tomato fruit. Armed with knowledge and practice, participants from the Widang District Women Farmers Group were interested and planned to apply the idea and innovation of candied dried tomatoes during the next harvest season. Abstract

The activities of Dedication to the Society (PkM) in the Parish of the Queen of the Holy Land of Hokeng are carried out because these days the participation of the people in the life of the church is decreasing and the service of the Church to the people is also becoming less and less noted. The purpose of these activities is to improve the service of the Church to the people because the Church service is still limited and is not able to reach the entire community of the parish of Sta. Maria Queen of the Universe of Hokeng. As for the Method of the Church's activities in the Parish of the Queen of the Universe, the Archdiocese of Larantuka is a Live-in method that emphasizes the participation of the people in every activity. The investigation began with field observation activities by the students, after which a three-day supply operation was carried out. The result of this activity is that the people of this parish are well aware of the duty and responsibility of helping to give momentum in the work and responsibilities of being a believer and a witness to Christ. Many of the activities carried out with C.C.E. students can have a good impact on all the congregations, and they are increasingly enthusiastic to carry out the Church's task.
