Administration cannot be done by one person alone, because it requires cooperation between two or more people. In organizing educational facilities and infrastructure at MIS Al-Musthafawiyah, it is carried out through school budget planning and utilization of the school budget. The motive for this research is to find out the role of financial administration, facilities and infrastructure at MIS Al-Musthafawiyah Medan. The results of the research are financial administration, facilities and infrastructure. It is very important in the learning process to have adequate and efficient financial administration, facilities and infrastructure, so students will be more effective in learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Efficient human resources management is essential for the effective functioning of educational institutions. Therefore, it is essential for the head of school to have a clear approach to managing human capital effectively within educational institutions. It is essential to improve educational standards and enable institutions to effectively compete with others in the field of technological advances and contemporary developments. The study uses descriptive qualitative methodology, specifically using case study research design. The location of this research is in SMAN 5 Payakrasuh. The analysis revealed that the head of school carefully implemented a series of actions to establish a human resource management strategy for teachers. The first step involves developing a strong character, understanding the purposes and objectives of the institution, enhancing the expertise of the instructor, encouraging partnerships with other institutions, and building efficient communication with student guardians. One measure involves enhancing human resource development by conducting workshops and courses, both inside and outside the institution. The main emphasis lies on the methodology used by the head of school in overseeing instructors to improve the caliber of secondary education institutions. Quality education strategies in educational institutions are developed by involving instructors and implementing internal and external initiatives. The main challenge faced by school administrators in implementing their strategy is the existence of instructors who are satisfied with their existing level of expertise and resist to acquire new knowledge. Therefore, teachers must have strong motivational abilities to inspire these educators to enhance their talents, along with a deep understanding of their psychological conditions to optimize their performance.]]>

<![CDATA[In this abstract, we discuss the important role played by teachers in improving the performance of Curriculum 13 in Indonesia. Curriculum 13 Emphasizes project-based learning and scientific approaches to improve student competence. As the main role holder in the learning process, teachers have a big responsibility to design and implement learning in accordance with the principles of this curriculum. This research emphasizes how teachers use learning approaches that increase students' creativity, critical thinking, and social skills. In addition, discussions were held on supporting factors such as adequate training, availability of adequate resources, and support from school leadership to ensure that Curriculum 13 is implemented effectively in all schools.]]>

<![CDATA[There are several aspects of development in early childhood, namely one aspect that needs to be stimulated in early childhood is the aspect of social emotional development. The way to develop social emotional skills in early childhood is to implement the right strategy. The aim of this research is to find out what strategies are appropriate to implement with young children in learning. The data sources in this research are teachers and early childhood. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The technique used in this research is literature study. The research results show that there are many strategies that can be used in learning to develop the social emotional skills of early childhood, with the teacher's ability to implement these strategies in learning by adjusting the abilities of each student (early childhood). If the strategies given are correct, the social emotional skills of young children will also be able to develop optimally.]]>

<![CDATA[Bali Province is located between the island of Java to the west and the island of Lombok to the east. The island of Bali is famous as a tourist destination and also various strong traditional events, one of which is the Galungan ceremony. The naming used for the Galungan ceremony is related to the language and culture of the Balinese people. This relationship can be proven by the terms used in naming the Galungan ceremony in Bali. This research formulates the problem of (1) What are the meanings and values contained in the Galungan celebration for the Balinese people, (2) What is the lexical and grammatical meaning of the term, (3) what is the function of this meaning. The aims of this research are (1) to describe the meaning and values contained in the Galungan celebration for the Balinese people, (2) to describe the lexical meaning and grammatical meaning of the term, and (3) to describe the function of this meaning. The analysis used is an ethnolinguistic analysis of the terms used in naming the Galungan ceremony in Bali. It is hoped that the results of this research will increase knowledge regarding the terms used in naming the Galungan ceremony in Bali, as well as become a reference for ethnolinguistic research with research objects in the same or different fields.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to examine the influence of learning styles on students' mathematical reasoning abilities at SDN 5 Mejobo. The learning styles studied include three main categories, namely auditory, kinesthetic and visual. Mathematical reasoning abilities are measured through tests that cover various aspects of reasoning such as identifying patterns, making generalizations, and solving mathematical problems logistically. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. The research population was all 6th grade students at SDN 5 Mejobo, totaling 12 students, and the entire population was used as a sample population using saturated sampling techniques. Data was collected through a learning style questionnaire adapted from the VARK model and a mathematical reasoning test that refers to NCTM standards. Data analysis was carried out using regression and correlation analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software. The research results show that learning style does not have a significant influence on students' mathematical reasoning abilities (value 0.030 > 0.05). These findings indicate that individuals' learning style preferences do not determine their mathematical reasoning abilities. Therefore, it is recommended that other factors such as teaching methods, learning motivation, and learning environment be considered in an effort to strengthen students' mathematical reasoning abilities. It is hoped that this research will provide insight into the development of learning strategies that are more efficient and meet student needs.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the conceptual meaning and associative meaning of the Nurbaya Musical Series on the Indonesia Kaya youtube channel, The results of the research will be relevant to drama learning at class XI high school level, the research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research using a literature study approach. The data used in this research consists of words and sentence fragments that contain conceptual meaning and associative meaning. The data source that is the focus of this research is the Nurbaya Musical Series on the Indonesia Kaya youtube channel. The data collection technique in this research uses library study techniques, listening, phrase, and taking notes. Data analysis techniques are descriptive qualitative. The results of research analyzing conceptual meaning and associative meaning in the Nurbaya Musical Series which consists of six episodes, found conceptual meaning and associative meaning. The type of associative meaning in this research are collocative meaning and connotative meaning. The results of this research can be relevant in drama learning at class XI high school level, in learning objective 3.18 Identify the story line, act by act, and conflict in the drama you read or watch. As well as learning objective 4.18 Demonstrate one of the characters in a drama that is read or watched orally]]>

<![CDATA[Character formation in students is a crucial aspect of modern education, with teachers serving as primary role models. This study aims to analyze the impact of teacher exemplarity on student character development and identify effective strategies for its implementation. Using a qualitative approach, the study combines literature analysis with in-depth interviews of 15 teachers and 30 students from various educational levels. Results indicate that teacher exemplarity significantly impacts student character formation, particularly in aspects of integrity, discipline, empathy, and work ethic. Effective strategies include consistency between words and actions, positive attitudes in facing problems, and respectful interactions. Key challenges include social pressure and time constraints. The research concludes that teacher exemplarity plays a vital role in creating a conducive learning environment and shaping positive student character. These findings imply the need for enhanced teacher professional development programs focusing on exemplarity aspects and the integration of character values into school curricula.]]>
