Abstract

This study discusses validity and rehabilitation. Validity and reliability are two important aspects in learning evaluation that complement each other. Validity ensures that the assessment tool actually measures the intended competency or ability, while reliability ensures that the assessment results are consistent and stable over time, between assessors, and between question forms. Valid assessments represent learning content and are relevant to the objectives to be achieved, while reliable assessments produce reliable data as a basis for decision making. Without validity, assessments become irrelevant. Without reliability, assessment results cannot be relied on. Therefore, in learning practices, teachers must ensure that the evaluation instruments used have high validity and reliability so that the assessment process is objective, fair, accurate, and truly reflects students' actual abilities.

Abstract

Independent village is a village development concept regulated in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, which gives authority to the village government to build based on local potential and wisdom. This study aims to analyze the role of the Kalanganyar Village Government in realizing independent village development. The theory used in this study is the role theory according to Gede Diva (2009) which includes the role as a regulator, facilitator, and catalyst, as well as aspects of village development according to Hakim and Wibowo (2024) which include community empowerment, economic independence, management of natural resources, education and health, infrastructure and technology, and sustainability. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the Kalanganyar Village Government has carried out its role optimally. As a regulator, the village government sets local policies based on culture and community agreements. As a facilitator, the government provides participatory space and supports training and development of village facilities. As a catalyst, the government collaborates with external institutions such as universities, related agencies, and CSR to support development programs. Although there are still obstacles, the Kalanganyar Village Government is able to resolve them collaboratively and gradually in order to realize village independence.

Abstract

This studi aims to determine the effect of work life balance on job satisfaction in the Government Employee (ASN) within the head office of the Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN). This research approach used is quantitative with a population of Government Employee (ASN) employees within the head office of Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) of 1050 from 27 work units. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a sample size of 92 respondents. The scale used to measure job satisfaction in this study was adapted by Harahap (2023) and the work life balance scale adapted by Gunawan et al., (2019). The statistical analysis test used to test the hypothesis is a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of the regression test, it shows that work life balance has a significant effect on job satisfaction in the Government Employee (ASN) within the head office of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) by 15% with a regression coefficient value of 0.604 indicating that the higher the work life balance, the more job satisfaction increases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hakekat interpretasi dalam konseling, khususnya dalam memahami makna di balik kata-kata klien. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai sumber yang membahas peran interpretasi dalam proses konseling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interpretasi bukan hanya sekadar pemahaman terhadap kata-kata yang diucapkan klien, tetapi juga melibatkan konteks emosional, sosial, dan budaya yang mendasarinya. Kemampuan konselor untuk memberikan interpretasi yang akurat dapat memperkuat hubungan terapeutik, meningkatkan kesadaran diri klien, dan membantu klien mengidentifikasi pola pikir serta perilaku yang mungkin tidak mereka sadari. Namun, interpretasi juga memiliki risiko, seperti kesalahpahaman yang dapat merusak hubungan terapeutik. Oleh karena itu, konselor perlu mengembangkan keterampilan reflektif dan kesadaran diri untuk meningkatkan efektivitas interpretasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pemahaman tentang interpretasi dalam konseling dan membuka jalan bagi penelitian lebih lanjut di bidang ini

Abstract

This study aims to examine the situational principles of learning and general systems of learning methods. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, an approach to studying documents or texts which is a study of written documentary materials that can be in the form of textbooks, newspapers, magazines, letters, films, diary, manuscripts, articles, and the like, material can also come from a person’s mind contained in published books or manuscripts to be analyzed, interpreted, explored to determine the level of achievement of understanding of the topic of a material or text. The result of this literature research is that situational learning principles are guidelines used to design relevant and effective learning experiences by paying attention to the social, cultural, and emotional context of students. The situational principles of learning include: 1) Linkage to Real Life, 2) Cultural and Social Context, 3) Practical Experience, 4) Social Interaction, 5) Flexibility and Adaptation, 6) Application of Technology, 7) Reflection and Feedback, and 8) Emotional Context and Motivation. General systems of learning methods refer to approaches or strategies designed to facilitate the teaching and learning process by taking into account the characteristics of students and educational goals. The following are some common systems of learning methods that are often used in education: 1) Direct Learning, 2) Constructivist Learning, 3) Collaborative Learning, 4) Problem-Based Learning, 5) Project-Based Learning, 6) Online Learning, 7) Differentiated Learning, 8) Contextual Learning, 9) Game-Based Learning, and 10) Emperiential Learning.

Abstract

This study discusses the business plan as a reflection of cognitive and behavioral processes in entrepreneurial psychology. The aim is to integrate psychological approaches into the understanding and formulation of business plans. Using a literature review method, this research explores how business planning shapes motivation, risk perception, and decision-making. The findings indicate that well-developed business plans are closely linked to self-efficacy, self-regulation, and entrepreneurs’ executive functioning. Additionally, technologies such as digital Business Model Canvas and AI tools support more systematic business planning. This study provides insight that applying psychological perspectives can enhance the effectiveness of business planning in facing the dynamic challenges of entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study examines the development of Christological thought from the first to the fifth century AD using a qualitative-historical literature review method. Primary sources include ecumenical council documents (Nicaea 325 AD, Constantinople 381 AD, Ephesus 431 AD, Chalcedon 451 AD) and Church Fathers’ works, while secondary sources comprise related theological literature. Critical-historical and comparative analysis was employed to trace the evolution of Christological doctrine, including the Church’s responses to controversies such as Arianism, Nestorianism, and Monophysitism. The findings reveal that Christological understanding developed through theological dialectics influenced by internal factors (church authority, Scripture interpretation) and external factors (Greek philosophy, Roman politics). Ecumenical councils played a pivotal role in establishing orthodoxy, particularly the Council of Chalcedon (451 AD) which affirmed Christ’s two natures in one person. Key figures like Athanasius, Cyril of Alexandria, and Pope Leo I significantly contributed to maintaining this doctrinal balance. The study concludes that early Christian Christological developments not only formed the foundation of Christian faith but remain relevant to contemporary theological discourse.

Abstract

Education plays an important role as the spearhead in determining the future of the nation, without education there will be no successor to the noble ideals to achieve the welfare and progress of the nation. Through quality education, society has a role in making changes and national development. Quality education can be achieved through Elementary School, Middle School, High School and Up to College. Education is useful for keeping up with the development of knowledge and technology. Students’ interest in continuing their studies to college is an important factor in determining the success of higher education. Factors that influence this interest include career information services and parental support. Effective career information services can provide insight and motivation for students in choosing an educational path that suits their interests and talents. Parental support, both emotionally and materially, also plays an important role in shaping students’ decisions to continue their studies to college.

Abstract

Low reading interest of learners in primary schools is a serious problem that directly impacts the quality of learning, especially in Bahasa Indonesia subjects. This article aims to identify and analyze various factors affecting learners’ low reading interest through a literature review approach. The analysis results show that the factors include limited literacy facilities, lack of active role of teachers and parental support, negative influence of digital technologies, less interesting teaching methods, as well as low motivation and reading habits of students. The impact of low interest in reading includes reading comprehension difficulties, weak vocabulary acquisition, and low learning achievement. The article also reviews various strategies that teachers can implement to increase students’ reading interest, such as reading habituation, use of storytelling methods, reading prompts, use of technology, as well as thematic approaches and creative literacy programs. Collaboration between schools, families, and communities is essential to create a literacy ecosystem that supports the growth of an early interest in reading.

Abstract

Seating organization is one of the factors that determine the success of students in learning to achieve learning objectives.  This research aims to find out what factors influence seating organization on the quality of learning in elementary schools. The method used is qualitative research with the type of literature review. All data is taken from literature in the form of journals and books. The results of the research, after the search, can be seen in general to show that when the seating management determined by the teacher is appropriate, then the learning outcomes of students can run smoothly, and if on the contrary then learning will certainly not run smoothly.  In addition, student learning motivation will also increase, students will be more enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in learning because the teacher's view can focus on all students.
