Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen risiko operasional dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengendalian internal pada Bank BTPN Syariah Cabang Pangkajene. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi bagaimana penerapan manajemen risiko dapat memperkuat sistem pengendalian internal perusahaan guna mencegah kerugian dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dalam sektor perbankan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis data model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari karyawan yang terlibat langsung dalam manajemen risiko dan pengendalian internal di Bank BTPN Syariah Cabang Pangkajene. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen risiko operasional di Bank BTPN Syariah Cabang Pangkajene sudah berjalan cukup baik, ditunjukkan dengan adanya sistem pemantauan risiko, identifikasi risiko yang rutin, serta upaya mitigasi yang sistematis. Selain itu, efektivitas pengendalian internal juga meningkat berkat sinergi antara kebijakan manajemen risiko dan pengawasan internal yang konsisten. Namun, penelitian juga menemukan bahwa perlu ada peningkatan dalam hal sosialisasi kebijakan risiko kepada seluruh karyawan serta penggunaan teknologi informasi yang lebih optimal dalam mendukung pengendalian risiko

Abstract

Bilingual learning is an educational approach that integrates two languages in the learning process to improve students’ language skills as well as understanding of academic materials. This study discusses the stages of implementing bilingual learning, its suitability to the Independent Curriculum, and literature studies that support its effectiveness. The learning stages start from introducing vocabulary contextually to developing conversation skills through interactive activities. The Independent Curriculum, which emphasizes differentiated and student-centered learning, provides a strong foundation for the implementation of bilingual learning. The results of the literature study show that the success of bilingual learning is influenced by teacher readiness, support for facilities and infrastructure, and parental involvement. Despite a number of challenges, bilingual learning has great potential in equipping students with the language competencies needed in the era of globalization. Therefore, ongoing support from all parties is needed to optimize its implementation in elementary schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how risk management is used at the Bank Syariah Indonesia Padang Imam Bonjol Branch Office when distributing microfinance. Field research techniques are used in this study, which takes a descriptive qualitative approach. Through documentation, interviews, and observation, data was gathered. The findings of the study demonstrate that risk management has been correctly implemented in the distribution of microfinance at BSI KC Padang Imam Bonjol, taking into consideration the terms and conditions for potential users of microfinance. Furthermore, BSI KC Padang Imam Bonjol oversees the management of legal, market, finance, and strategic risks. To identify hazards in the distribution of microloans, the 5C principle, character, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition of economy is used.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the form of directive speech acts and their functions in the anime Oregairu by Wataru Watari. Therefore, this study is expected to be useful in illustrating the directive phenomenon. This research method is qualitative research and the main data source of this study is the complete script of the anime Oregairu by Wataru Watari. This study uses observation and documentation techniques in collecting data. The researcher analyzed the data using Miles and Huberman’s theory, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. This study has two objectives. The first objective is to describe the form of directive speech acts in the dialogue of the anime film Oregairu by Wataru Watari. The second objective is to determine the function of directive speech acts in the dialogue of the Anime Film Oregairu by Wataru Watari. The results of this study are related to directive speech acts seen from the aspects of form and function. In the dialogue of Anime Oregairu by Wataru Watari, six forms of directive speech acts are found, namely orders, requests, solication, prohibitions, advice and criticism. Judging from the function of directive speech acts, the dialogue of the Anime film Oregairu by Wataru Watari has various functions. The form of directive speech acts of commands has the functions of commanding, ordering, directing, forcing and requiring. The form of directive speech acts of requests has the functions of asking, begging, expecting and offering. The form of directive speech acts of invitations has the functions of inviting, pushing, seducing and challenging. The form of directive speech acts of prohibitions has the functions of prohibiting and preventing. The form of directive speech acts of advice has the functions of suggesting, appealing and reminding. The form of directive speech acts of criticism has the functions of criticism, satire, swearing and anger.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of IPM, PMA, PDRB, RLS, and population density variables on income distribution inequality in Bali Province. This study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing panel data analysis processed with EViews. The results of this study indicate that HDI has a negative and significant effect, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has a positive and significant impact, RLS also shows a positive and significant effect, while GRDP does not show a significant impact on inequality, and Population Density has a positive and significant effect on income distribution inequality in Bali Province. Based on spatial analysis using the hotspot method, the area with high-income distribution inequality based on the Gini Ratio Index data for Bali Province from 2019 to 2023 is Denpasar City.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional period characterized by various physical, psychological and social challenges, so the ability to adapt and survive is very important. Resilience is understood as an individual’s ability to rise from adversity, manage stress, and grow into a stronger person. This study aims to explore conceptual and empirical understanding of the role of resilience in supporting adolescent self-development. This research uses a literature study method or literature review. This research uses the literature study method. The results of this study indicate that resilience plays a significant role in shaping aspects of adolescent self-development, both academically, emotionally, socially and spiritually. The factors that form resilience include internal and external aspects and the provision of effective interventions. Thus, strengthening resilience is an important strategy in creating adolescents who are resilient, independent, and ready to face the challenges of life. This study is expected to be the basis for the development of educational policies and programs that focus on building adolescent character through strengthening resilience.

Abstract

The pronunciation of amar (order) in the science of jurisprudence is one of the most central linguistic and legal instruments in the establishment of Islamic law. This study aims to analyze the meaning, form, and legal implications of the pronunciation amar in the nash-nash of the Qur’an and hadith, as well as to study how contextual and sectarian differences affect its understanding. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytic and library study-based methods. Data were analyzed through a thematic-comparative approach and studied within the framework of Shariah maqashid. The results of the study indicate that originally, utterance amar indicates obligation, yet it can change to recommendation, permissibility, or other meanings depending on the contextual qarinah. Differences between sects and social dynamics also influence the interpretation of this pronunciation. This study asserts that an understanding of amar Is not sufficient to rely on textual grammar alone, but must be integrated with maqashid, maslahat, and contemporary legal realities. This study contributes towards strengthening a responsive and relevant legal istinbat methodology in the Islamic legal system in Indonesia.

Abstract

Differentiated learning is an instructional approach aimed at tailoring the teaching and learning process to match the readiness, interests, and learning profiles of each student. This article seeks to analyze the role of differentiated learning in the intellectual development of students. Through a qualitative approach based on literature review, it was found that differentiated learning not only enhances student engagement and motivation but also significantly contributes to their cognitive abilities. Implementing differentiation strategies in content, process, product, and learning environment creates an adaptive and inclusive learning space. However, the approach also faces challenges such as time constraints, teacher readiness, and perceptions of unfairness among students. Therefore, support in the form of teacher training, effective classroom management, and flexible curricula is essential. In this way, differentiated learning becomes a strategic solution for creating meaningful and balanced learning experiences for all students.

Abstract

Kecerdasan kinestetik merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan anak usia dini yang berkaitan dengan kemampuan menggunakan tubuh untuk mengekspresikan ide, perasaan, dan menyelesaikan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran tari sebagai media pembelajaran dalam mengoptimalkan perkembangan kecerdasan kinestetik pada anak usia dini. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan studi literatur, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana aktivitas tari dapat merangsang berbagai aspek kecerdasan kinestetik anak, meliputi koordinasi motorik kasar dan halus, keseimbangan tubuh, ritme dan tempo, serta ekspresi kreatif. Tari sebagai bentuk seni gerak yang terstruktur memberikan stimulasi komprehensif terhadap perkembangan neurologis anak melalui gerakan yang melibatkan seluruh anggota tubuh. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran tari memberikan dampak positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini. Anak-anak yang rutin mengikuti aktivitas tari menunjukkan peningkatan dalam hal koordinasi mata-tangan, keseimbangan dinamis, fleksibilitas tubuh, dan kemampuan mengikuti instruksi gerakan kompleks. Selain itu, tari juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan kepercayaan diri, disiplin, dan kemampuan bekerja sama dalam kelompok.

Abstract

The paradigm shift in learning psychology from behaviorism to constructivism is crucial in addressing the increasingly complex and dynamic challenges of 21st-century education and guidance counseling. This article aims to explore the evolution of learning psychology theories and their implications for modern counseling practices. Using a qualitative approach through literature study, this research reviews academic. Data collection was conducted through document analysis, and the data were interpreted using content analysis techniques. The findings reveal that constructivist approaches are more adaptive in fostering self-awareness and personal meaning-making in clients compared to behaviorist models. This study reinforces the relevance of constructivist theory in contemporary counseling practices and highlights the need to integrate learning psychology into counseling services grounded in humanistic values. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of reflective counseling strategies and suggests further empirical studies for practical implementation.
