Abstract

Profesionalitas guru adalah suatu “keadaan” derajat keprofesian seorang guru dalam sikap, pengetahuan dan keahlian yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan tugas pendidikan dan pembelajaran di sekolah. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah merupakan faktor penting bagi keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional khususnya pembelajaran. Kepemimpinan efektif akan mampu memberi kontribusi bagi peningkatan profesionalitas guru dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai pendidik. Profesionalitas guru meliputi keahlian, keterampilan dan komitmen guru. Disinilah peran penting kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru di SMP Negeri 2 Cabangbungin Bekasi”. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Cabangbungin Bekasi, dengan menggunakan metode survey yakni peneliti menggunakan metode ini untuk memperoleh data secara alamiah dengan menggunakan instrumen pedoman wawancara yang ditujukan bersama Kepala Sekolah dan anggotanya yang berjumlah 10 guru. Dari data dan analisa selama penelitian, dihasilkan kesimpulan: Kepemimpinan yang dikembangkan di SMP Negeri 2 Cabangbungin Bekasi adalah kepemimpinan dengan gaya laissez faire. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah didasarkan pada pola interaksi antara pimpinan dan bawahan yang membebaskan bawahan melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Kepala sekolah hanya memotivasi dan mengevaluasi saja sebagai alat ukur keberhasilan. Profesionalisme guru di SMP Negeri 2 Cabangbungin Bekasi sangat minim dan kurang baik, dikarenakan kepala sekolah memiliki dua surat tugas dari Pemerintah sehingga melimpahkan tugas dan tanggung jawab sepenuhnya kepada wakil kepala sekolah. Upaya kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru ada beberapa faktor seperti: kenaikan tingkat/pangkat, reward, pemberian motivasi, namun secara fasilitas belum terlaksana terkait biaya. Di samping itu ada beberapa faktor penghambat dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru di SMP Negeri 2 Cabangbungin, seperti pembinaan kedisiplinan, honor/gaji yang belum terealisasi sehingga kesejahteraan guru tidak ada, belum tercapainya dan terpenuhinya standar sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang memadai dan berkualitas serta kurangnnya pembiayaan pendidikan yang secara khusus di alokasikan untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Abstract

The goal of this activity is to advance the ability of small business owners to utilize digital technology to enlarge their market reach. The approach applied by this program is participatory, where MSME players are directly involved in the training process. This method aims to create solutions that suit their needs and increase involvement in the change process. The results of the training showed that participants were very enthusiastic and able to understand the importance of digitalization in expanding the market. This program is expected to improve the digital literacy and competitiveness of MSMEs in the Jampang region, Bogor. However, MSMEs in the MBS environment face various challenges, such as lack of marketing access, suboptimal financial management, and limited knowledge of digital technology. Therefore, this program focuses on overcoming these challenges by improving product quality and business management. With proper empowerment, MSMEs can contribute more to regional economic growth. Overall, this program not only leads to training, but also to sustainable economic empowerment for MSME players around MBS Ki Bagus Hadikusumo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan pemahaman konsep operasi bilangan cacah siswa di SDN 012 Silungkang Duo dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbasis permainan ular tangga. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain penelitian one group pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model TGT. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 22 siswa kelas IV, V, dan VI yang mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami operasi bilangan cacah. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes awal (pre-test), penerapan model TGT dengan permainan ular tangga, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes akhir (post-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran ini, yang ditunjukkan oleh perbedaan skor pre-test dan post-test. Selain meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika, model TGT berbasis permainan juga mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kerja sama siswa. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran ini dapat menjadi alternatif inovatif dalam pengajaran matematika di sekolah dasar

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia, termasuk di Desa Petala Bumi, memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional dengan menyerap tenaga kerja serta memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Namun, pengembangan UMKM di desa masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti rendahnya produktivitas, keterbatasan akses terhadap teknologi, serta tantangan dalam pemasaran. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya peningkatan kapasitas pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan, akses teknologi, peningkatan branding, serta dukungan pembiayaan dan jejaring pemasaran yang lebih luas. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM di Desa Petala Bumi, Siberida, Indragiri Hulu, Riau, yang bergerak dalam produksi makanan berbahan baku lokal. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah: (1) meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat mitra dalam mengidentifikasi permasalahan bisnis yang dihadapi, (2) meningkatkan pemahaman dalam perencanaan pengembangan usaha menggunakan Business Model Canvas, serta (3) mendorong pengembangan usaha melalui penerapan sembilan elemen Business Model Canvas. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan berbasis analisis permasalahan dan solusi melalui diskusi kelompok. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam manajemen usaha dan strategi pemasaran berbasis Business Model Canvas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mitra mengalami peningkatan dalam menggali potensi dan mengidentifikasi permasalahan bisnis, memahami konsep perencanaan pengembangan usaha, serta mampu mengaplikasikan sembilan elemen Business Model Canvas dalam pengembangan usahanya.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the need to improve the learning outcomes of the Al-Qur'an Hadith in class IV students of MI Miftahul Ulum Braja Harjosari, Braja Selebah District. This study is a classroom action research that aims to determine how the learning outcomes of students before and after being given Reward and Punishment, and whether the provision of Reward and Punishment can improve student learning outcomes. The subjects in this study were 24 students of class IV MI Miftahul Ulum consisting of 14 female students and 10 male students. The data analysis techniques used in this study were quantitative and qualitative. The instruments used in this study used student response questionnaire sheets, teacher activity sheets and student learning test results. Student learning outcomes showed that in the pre-action the average percentage of student learning completeness was 34%, cycle I increased by 58%, and cycle II increased to 83%. This indicates that the Action that has been taken has achieved the expected learning process and results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Problem Based Learning oriented Fun Learning One Stay Another Stray on students' communication skills in biology learning. The biology material studied is the coordination system. The type of research used in this research is pre-experiment with one group pretest and posttest only design. The location of this research was conducted at SMAN 1 Salimpaung, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra. The subjects of this study were students of class XI Phase F Moving Biology 3, as many as 17 students. The research instrument used was a written communication test in the form of pretest and posttest. The data analysis method used to determine the effectiveness of the treatment on students' communication skills using the N-Gain test. The results showed that the application of Problem Based Learning model oriented Fun Learning One Stay Another Stray had a positive effect with a moderate category on the communication skills of students in class XI Phase F Moving Biology 3 based on the average score of N-Gain. Written communication skills have increased with the criteria of N Gain medium score (g = 0.49).

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the implementation of local wisdom-based learning centered on the values of Pacu Jalur at SDN 014 Pulau Binjai, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The research method employed is qualitative with a naturalistic inquiry approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The data were systematically analyzed through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, along with verification using source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation to ensure data validity. The results of the study indicate that the local wisdom values of Pacu Jalur, which include religiosity, mutual cooperation, deliberation, love for the homeland, culture, and sportsmanship, have been effectively integrated into the learning process and the daily lives of students. Consequently, it is expected that students will not only excel academically but also possess strong character and a love for their culture and homeland. This research provides important insights into the significance of integrating local wisdom into education to shape a generation that is morally upright and cares for their social and cultural environment.This is an open access article under.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Student Worksheet (LKPD) based on Project Based Learning (PBL) for the topic of Systems of Linear Equations in Two Variables (SPLDV) that facilitates the Mathematical Problem-Solving Ability (KPMM) of eighth-grade junior high school (SMP/MTs) students. The developed product is expected to meet the criteria of validity and practicality. The subjects of this study were six eighth-grade students from SMP Negeri 2 Sabak Auh during the even semester. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method, with data collection carried out using a practicality questionnaire. The product trial was conducted on a small scale involving six students. The validation results from two expert lecturers and one practitioner showed a validity level of 96.34%. Meanwhile, the practicality level—assessed based on aspects of appearance, language, learning material, problem-solving ability, and ease of use—reached 86.68%. It can thus be concluded that the PBL-based LKPD on the SPLDV topic developed in this study meets the criteria of being valid and practical for use in learning activities aimed at enhancing students’ Mathematical Problem-Solving Ability.

Abstract

Anemia is a condition when the hemoglobin level in the blood is below normal limits, so that the blood's ability to transport oxygen throughout the body decreases. This lack of oxygen can affect mental function, especially in terms of concentration and information processing while studying. This study aims to examine the relationship between anemia and learning outcomes in female students. The method used is through the Systematic Literature Review approach. The data collection process was carried out using Google Scholar to search and collect various scientific articles that discuss the topics of anemia, cognitive function, and learning outcomes. Based on the results of the review, it was found that anemia had a negative impact on the ability to think, memory, and the level of participation of female students in learning activities. This also has an impact on the low learning outcomes of female students. Therefore, special attention is needed from schools and health workers to carry out early detection and intervention for female students who experience anemia, in order to improve the quality of learning and encourage the achievement of better learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Fun Learning-oriented Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with the One Stay Another Stray (OSAS) approach on students' written communication skills on the material of environmental change and conservation. The research was conducted in class XB 2 SMAIT Dar El Iman using a pre-experiment design in the form of a one-group pretest-posttest. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. Data obtained from pretest and posttest results were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, Levene homogeneity test, Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test hypothesis test, and N-Gain test. The results showed a significant increase in students' written communication skills after applying the Fun Learning OSAS-oriented PBL model. The average pretest score increased from 64 to 81 on the posttest, with a hypothesis test significance value of 0,000 (<0,05), which indicates a positive effect of the model on communication skills. The N-Gain test showed an average increase of 0,52 which is classified as moderate. All indicators of written communication, namely explaining objects, presenting data in tabular form, and making pictures or diagrams have increased.
