Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of leadership and business innovation training in improving the quality of human resources (HR) in MSMEs. The implementation of the activities was carried out through several stages, including preparation, program socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of this activity indicate that leadership and business innovation training has proven effective in improving the quality of human resources (HR) in MSMEs. Participants showed an increase in understanding of leadership concepts by up to 93% and successfully implemented more structured communication, data-driven decision-making, and more visionary business planning. In terms of innovation, participants became more proactive in trying out product, service, and digital marketing updates, which resulted in increased operational efficiency and business attractiveness. This indicates that the training can trigger real changes in business management and development in a more focused and sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of an inclusive education workshop for educators and parents in improving participants' understanding, attitudes, and skills regarding the application of inclusive education principles. The workshop was implemented through several stages, including planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in participants' level of understanding, with a 30–35% increase in post-test scores compared to the pre-test. Participants no longer interpreted inclusive education as merely accepting students with special needs, but understood the importance of curriculum adaptation, learning differentiation, and fair assessment for all children. The workshop also succeeded in changing participants' attitudes to be more positive and empathetic towards diversity, and strengthened awareness of the importance of collaboration between teachers and parents. In terms of skills, participants demonstrated improved abilities in pedagogical, communication, and socio-emotional aspects through simulation and role-play activities. Overall, this workshop proved effective in building participants' capacity and commitment to creating an inclusive, welcoming, and equitable learning environment for all students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine efforts to develop tourism villages based on local wisdom and the creative economy. The implementation of activities is carried out through several stages, including preparation, data collection, program planning, activity implementation and mentoring, development and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and dissemination of results and program sustainability. The results of this activity indicate that the program for developing tourism villages based on local wisdom and the creative economy has succeeded in increasing community capacity, strengthening institutions, and fostering village economic growth. Through training and mentoring, communities gain skills in tourism destination management, digital promotion, and creative economic production based on local potential. The formation of Pokdarwis and creative economy groups creates synergy in developing independent, inclusive, and competitive tourism. In addition to producing various tourism products based on local culture and crafts, this program also fosters a sense of togetherness, awareness of environmental conservation, and pride in cultural identity. The economic impact is seen in increased income, the creation of new jobs, and the growth of a sustainable local economy.

Abstract

This mentorship program addressed gaps in classroom design and formative assessment at SDN 24 Dauh Puri notably, limited capacity to assess depth of student understanding and insufficient application of deep-learning strategies. This program combined in-service and on-service model to integrate theoretical grounding with classroom practice. Activities comprised an introductory session on SOLO Taxonomy and Tri Pramana, collaborative lesson-plan workshops, followed by structured independent classroom trials by 16 teachers,, and an online reflection and evaluation meeting. Evaluation drew on lesson-plan artifacts, teachers’ implementation reports, formative assessment observations, and synthesized teacher testimonials. Results indicate full conceptual uptake among participants (mean understanding 100%), successful production of SOLO-aligned Lesson Plans, and at least two implementations per teacher. Observable impacts included more systematic student reasoning (movement toward relational and extended-abstract levels), enhanced reflective classroom interactions via the Tri Pramana cycle, and improved formative assessment precision through SOLO-based rubrics. The study recommends creating a rubric/item bank, extending practical implementation time, and establishing follow-up collaborative forums to sustain and scale the instructional innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the role of Islam in legitimising political identity and kekuasaan in early Melayu kingdoms such as Samudera Pasai, Malaka, and Demak. This study employs a kualitatif methodology with pustaka research that is based on primary and secondary data related to Islamic politics and Melayu history. The study's findings indicate that Islam is more than just a religious system; it also provides political legitimacy that supports social, legal, and governmental structures in the Melayu world. Islam's legitimacy is based on three pillars: theological (Zillullah fil Ard), normative-hukum (syariat as the foundation of law), and sociocultural (asimilating Islamic law with local customs). The results of this study enhance understanding of Islamic politics in Nusantara and the warisan of the Melayu kesultanan in creating a religious-political alliance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of tourism values and legal regulations in the implementation of Guidance and Counseling (BK) services for character building in inclusive schools. This qualitative study employs a case study design conducted at SDIT Permata Jannati Banjarmasin, involving BK teachers, classroom teachers, school principals, parents, and students with special needs as research subjects selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that BK services are well-structured and utilize educational tourism activities to instill ethical values, environmental awareness, and respect for local culture. Legal tourism regulations provide a normative framework that supports this practice, although challenges remain due to the absence of official guidelines for counselors. The study confirms that integrating tourism, law, and BK services can serve as an effective strategy for contextual and applicable character education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan transformasi kompetensi guru IPA melalui pelatihan pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis deep learning di SMPN H Wukirsari. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang melibatkan lima guru IPA sebagai partisipan utama. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi dokumen, dan catatan lapangan, kemudian dianalisis secara interaktif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberikan peningkatan signifikan terhadap pemahaman guru mengenai konsep deep learning, perancangan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis HOTS, serta penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang mendorong penalaran, koneksi antar konsep, dan keterlibatan aktif siswa. Implementasi di kelas mengindikasikan adanya perubahan positif pada dinamika pembelajaran, termasuk meningkatnya partisipasi siswa dan kemampuan analitis mereka. Namun, beberapa tantangan masih ditemui, seperti keterbatasan waktu, sarana laboratorium, dan keragaman kemampuan siswa. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan berbasis deep learning terbukti efektif dalam mentransformasi kompetensi guru IPA, khususnya pada konteks sekolah daerah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya dukungan sekolah, pendampingan berkelanjutan, dan perluasan studi untuk menguatkan praktik pembelajaran mendalam di sekolah.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to address the communication competency gaps in preaching faced by the administrators of the Center for Muslim Student Studies and Preaching (PUSDAMM) at FBS UNM amidst the currents of pluralism and the development of digital campus communication. The solution offered is training and mentoring. This activity is conducted using a proportional method consisting of Counseling, Exercise, Demonstration, and Simulation (each 25%), followed by Reflection. The results of this Community Service Program (PkM) resulted in the implementation of a Da'wah Communication Model based on Re-linguistic principles, which significantly improved partner competencies, as evidenced by the average score increasing from 62.5 to 88.9 in three aspects: expanded conceptual understanding, the ability to design persuasive and linguistically-based da'wah discourse, and the ability to apply the model in field practice. Overall, this activity successfully strengthened the capacity for polite, contextual, and productive da'wah communication, supporting the development of students' religious character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Penerapan Konseling Kelompok Dengan Teknik Mutual Storytelling Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Anak-Anak Di Desa Pangkalan Benteng”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar anak-anak di Desa Pangkalan Benteng dan penerapan konseling kelompok melalui teknik mutual storytelling untuk meningkatkan motivasi tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian lima anak laki-laki berusia 11 tahun yang tidak memiliki motivasi belajar, yang tinggal di RT 07 Desa Pangkalan Benteng. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum konseling kelompok, anak-anak tersebut tidak memiliki motivasi belajar, merasa bahwa belajar tidak berguna, malas mengerjakan tugas dan lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu untuk bermain. Konseling kelompok dilakukan dalam empat tahapan: permulaan, transisi, kerja dan akhir, dengan empat pertemuan. Setelah konseling, anak-anak menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar. Mereka mulai memiliki cita-cita, membuat tugas tanpa meniru, merasakan dukungan fisik dan emosional dalam belajar, serta mulai mengatur waktu antara bermain dan belajar. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konseling kelompok dengan teknik mutual storytelling efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak-anak.

Abstract

Tradisi Sepintu Sedulang merupakan salah satu warisan budaya masyarakat Melayu Bangka yang terus dipertahankan hingga saat ini. Tradisi ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ritual adat, tetapi juga sebagai representasi identitas budaya yang mencerminkan nilai kesederhanaan, kesetaraan, kebersamaan, dan solidaritas sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research untuk menelaah makna simbolik, fungsi sosial, serta nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam tradisi Sepintu Sedulang. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa dulang yang dibawa secara seragam oleh seluruh keluarga melambangkan kesetaraan sosial, sedangkan makanan yang dibawa menjadi simbol keberkahan dan niat baik kolektif. Selain itu, keterlibatan seluruh masyarakat dalam prosesi tradisi memperkuat kohesi sosial, solidaritas, dan identitas kolektif masyarakat Melayu Bangka. Dengan demikian, Sepintu Sedulang tidak hanya menjadi praktik budaya, tetapi juga menjadi mekanisme sosial yang mempertahankan harmoni, memperkuat ikatan komunitas, dan merefleksikan identitas budaya Melayu Bangka secara utuh.
