Abstract

The Effect of the Cooperative Learning Model of the Think Talk Write (TTW) Type on Students’ Understanding in Economics Subjects for Eleventh-Grade Students at SMK Negeri 4 Bone. Undergraduate Thesis, Economics Education Study Program, Universitas Muhammadiyah Bone. Supervised by Haeril, S.E., M.Si. (Supervisor I) and Muhammad Yany, S.E., M.Si. (Supervisor II).This study aimed to determine the effect of the Cooperative Learning model of the Think Talk Write (TTW) type on students’ understanding in economics subjects for eleventh-grade students at SMK Negeri 4 Bone. This research used a quantitative approach with an experimental research design. The population of this study consisted of 101 eleventh-grade students, while the sample was students of class XI OTKP selected through random sampling. The research variables consisted of independent and dependent variables. Data collection techniques included observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistical analysis, normality testing, homogeneity testing, and hypothesis testing.The results of the study showed that the hypothesis testing produced a calculated t-value of 4.418, which was greater than the t-table value of 1.697, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicated that the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted. These findings prove that the TTW learning model has a positive effect on improving students’ understanding. Overall, this study shows that the implementation of the TTW learning model is effective in improving students’ understanding of economics subjects.

Abstract

The training titled Developing Learning Media Using Canva AI and Gamification to Enhance Teacher Creativity at SDN 1 Sumber Agung was conducted to strengthen teachers’ ability to produce creative and interactive digital learning media that meet the needs of elementary school students. This study aims to describe the results of the training evaluation and analyze its impact on improving teacher creativity. A quantitative descriptive method was used, with data collected through a post-training evaluation questionnaire. The results show that teachers’ understanding of the material reached 89%, ease of technology use scored 86%, material relevance reached 92%, and overall satisfaction reached 90%. These findings indicate that the training was highly effective in enhancing teachers’ competencies, particularly in utilizing Canva AI and gamification elements to create engaging learning media. The results align with Mayer’s Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning, which emphasizes the importance of integrating visual and textual information to support cognitive processing. Overall, the training produced positive impacts, including increased creativity, improved digital literacy, and greater readiness among teachers to meet the demands of 21st-century learning.

Abstract

The Frozen Maranggi Satay Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in Purwakarta, established in 2023, demonstrates product innovation relevant to modern frozen food trends. However, this business faces significant challenges in financial governance (manual and unstructured record keeping) and localized digital marketing. This Community Practice Lecture (KPB-PKL) activity aims to address these weaknesses through direct mentoring. The methods used were observation, in-depth interviews, and applied coaching during the period August–October 2025. The intervention results demonstrated success in developing a daily cash recording format and a simple Profit and Loss Report for September 2025, as well as optimizing social media through direct contact linking. The conclusion shows that strengthening financial governance and digital marketing integration are crucial prerequisites for MSMEs to increase competitiveness, support accurate managerial decisions, and expand market reach beyond local boundaries. With a well-organized financial foundation and broader marketing reach, the Sate Maranggi Frozen MSME is expected to be able to transform into a scalable business and be ready to face regional competition. As a follow-up, it is recommended that MSMEs begin to consider the integration of a simple Point of Sale (POS) system and explore national marketplaces to accelerate business growth and achieve long-term financial stability. Substantively, this KPB-PKL activity has increased the financial and digital literacy of MSME owners, shifting their mindset from simply selling to data-driven business management. As a follow-up, it is recommended that MSMEs begin to consider the integration of a simple Point of Sale (POS) system and explore national marketplaces to accelerate business growth and achieve long-term financial stability, and help MSME finances.

Abstract

Not all predictor variables can be approached with a parametric regression approach. This occurs because there is no information about the form of the relationship pattern between the response variable (Y) and the predictor variable (X). Therefore, a nonparamatric regression approach must be used to estimate the regression curve. Truncated Spline nonparametric regression has high flexibility and is able to handle changing data behavior in certain sub-intervals and tends to find its own data estimate wherever the data pattern moves. This study aims to model the prevalence of stunting in West Sumatra using truncated spline nonparametric regression. Model selection is carried out with 1 knot, 2 knots and 3 knots. The research results show that the best model is using 3 knot points, with a resulting GCV of 0.01 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 99.99%.

Abstract

Transformasi ekonomi pedesaan berbasis teknologi merupakan pendekatan strategis untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, pendapatan, dan ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat. Artikel ini mengkaji penerapan teknologi tepat guna—mesin chopper sebagai pengolah pakan ternak dan mesin penghancur kotoran ternak—yang diinkubasikan kepada kelompok peternak di Desa Bulurejo, Kecamatan Nguntoronadi, Kabupaten Wonogiri. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, efisiensi manajemen, dan penguatan pemasaran berbasis inovasi serta digitalisasi desa. Data diambil dari dokumen proposal kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat oleh BEM Universitas Surakarta tahun 2025. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi mekanisasi mampu meningkatkan efisiensi produksi pakan hingga 30%, menurunkan waktu pengomposan, meningkatkan kualitas pupuk organik, serta meningkatkan pendapatan mitra hingga 95%. Selain itu, digitalisasi pemasaran melalui pelatihan e-commerce sederhana memperkuat visibilitas produk peternakan dan membuka peluang jaringan ekonomi baru. Secara keseluruhan, program ini menghasilkan perubahan signifikan pada kapasitas produksi, manajemen usaha, dan kesiapan masyarakat menuju ekosistem ekonomi sirkular dan digital di tingkat desa.

Abstract

This article presents the results of a community service program focused on training teachers of SDN 1 Sumber Agung in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and gamification to enhance teaching performance. The training included developing digital learning media using Canva, Wordwall, and Zep Quiz as practical examples of simple and applicable gamification strategies. The method was implemented through workshops, hands-on practice, and evaluation using teacher feedback questionnaires. The results indicate that teachers rated the training highly in terms of relevance, ease of use, and usefulness in improving creativity and classroom instructional effectiveness. The findings align with the TAM and UTAUT frameworks as well as gamification theories, which emphasize the role of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness in technology adoption. Overall, the program significantly improved teachers’ digital competencies and fostered an innovative, technology-driven learning culture within the school.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level and dimensions of well-being among customer service employees at PT Pemodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Mekaar in North Sumatra. The three dimensions examined were life well-being, workplace well-being, and psychological well-being. A quantitative approach with a descriptive design was employed. The participants consisted of 277 active employees selected using cluster sampling. Employee well-being was measured using the employee well-being scale developed by Zheng et al. (2015) and adapted into Indonesian. The final scale included 12 items, with each dimension represented by four items. Construct validity was tested through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and the reliability coefficient was 0.949. Data analysis was conducted descriptively using Jamovi version 2.7.14. Results showed that most employees fell into the high well-being category. The mean scores of all dimensions were also high, indicating balanced well-being. This balance allows employees to maintain quality of life and positive psychological states. Employees with high well-being can perform tasks effectively and consistently. The findings highlight the importance of maintaining and developing well-being continuously. Sustained well-being contributes to achieving optimal work performance. The results provide practical implications for PNM management. Strategies to strengthen employee well-being are essential for organizational success.

Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial telah menjadi bagian penting dalam kehidupan remaja dan membawa implikasi terhadap perkembangan psikososial, khususnya pada remaja usia Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap kecemasan dan masalah teman sebaya pada remaja usia SMP melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menelaah 15 artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional bereputasi yang diterbitkan pada rentang tahun 2020–2025. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola temuan, arah hubungan variabel, serta faktor-faktor kontekstual yang memengaruhi dampak media sosial. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar literatur melaporkan hubungan positif antara intensitas dan pola penggunaan media sosial yang tinggi dengan peningkatan kecemasan serta munculnya masalah teman sebaya, seperti konflik sosial dan perundungan daring. Mekanisme psikologis berupa perbandingan sosial dan fear of missing out berperan penting dalam menjelaskan hubungan tersebut. Meskipun demikian, beberapa studi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial yang terkontrol dan disertai relasi sosial yang suportif dapat berfungsi sebagai faktor protektif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa dampak media sosial bersifat kontekstual dan multidimensional, sehingga memerlukan keterlibatan sekolah, keluarga, dan kebijakan pendidikan dalam upaya promotif dan preventif kesehatan mental remaja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze developmental delay and learning difficulties among sixth-grade elementary school students using a qualitative case study approach. The research subject was a 12-year-old student at SD 1 Undaan Tengah who exhibited significant cognitive developmental delay and academic learning challenges. Data were collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with the student’s teacher and parents, and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña interactive model. The findings reveal that the student’s cognitive delay was primarily caused by biological factors, including neurodevelopmental complications due to oxygen deprivation at birth and prenatal drug exposure. External factors, such as authoritarian parenting and a lack of understanding of special learning needs, further exacerbated the student’s socio-emotional difficulties and self-regulation. These findings reinforce Piaget’s cognitive development theory and Vygotsky’s social constructivist perspective, emphasizing the importance of social support and adaptive learning. The study recommends a psychopedagogical intervention model based on teacher–parent collaboration and the implementation of inclusive education supported by early diagnostic assessment. The results are expected to contribute to the development of a more humanistic and responsive educational policy addressing diverse learning needs in primary education.

Abstract

Depression is a common psychological problem among the elderly and can negatively impact their quality of life. Elderly individuals with depression tend to withdraw from social settings, experience emotional disturbances, and decline in mental well-being. The results of this study indicate a decrease in depression levels in the elderly after participating in group counseling using the dhikr method. Therefore, it can be concluded that group counseling using the dhikr method is effective in addressing depression in the elderly at the Mawar Palembang Integrated Health Post (Posyandu Mawar Palembang). This study is expected to provide an alternative counseling service for the elderly and provide a basis for consideration for health workers and counselors in addressing depression in the elderly.
