Abstract

Malapraktik medis merupakan isu krusial dalam hukum kesehatan karena menyangkut keselamatan pasien dan kepastian hukum bagi tenaga medis. Dalam praktiknya, setiap negara memiliki pendekatan berbeda dalam menangani dugaan malapraktik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan penanganan dugaan malapraktik medis di Indonesia dan Jepang, dengan fokus pendalaman pada sistem kompensasi tanpa kesalahan (no-fault compensation system) yang diterapkan di Jepang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perbandingan hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia masih menitikberatkan penyelesaian melalui mekanisme pidana dan perdata berbasis kesalahan, sedangkan Jepang mengembangkan sistem no-fault compensation sebagai alternatif yang lebih berorientasi pada pemulihan pasien dan pencegahan sengketa. Sistem tersebut memberikan kepastian kompensasi tanpa harus membuktikan unsur kesalahan dokter, sekaligus mengurangi kriminalisasi tenaga medis. Artikel ini merekomendasikan agar Indonesia mempertimbangkan adopsi terbatas sistem no-fault compensation dalam reformasi hukum kesehatan.

Abstract

Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah mengubah secara fundamental strategi pemasaran digital, khususnya dalam membentuk perilaku konsumsi Generasi Z yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh budaya Fear of Missing Out (FOMO). Menjelang periode Tahun Baru, intensitas penggunaan media sosial dan eksposur konten berbasis algoritma meningkat secara signifikan, sehingga memperkuat dorongan konsumsi berbasis tekanan sosial dan persepsi urgensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran AI dalam membentuk budaya FOMO Generasi Z serta implikasinya terhadap strategi pemasaran Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode tinjauan pustaka dan analisis deskriptif terhadap 29 artikel terpilih yang diterbitkan pada periode 2021–2025, yang diperoleh melalui Google Scholar dan sumber daring kredibel lainnya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa AI melalui algoritma media sosial, sistem rekomendasi, dan iklan tertarget berperan sebagai penguat utama budaya FOMO, yang mendorong keterlibatan emosional dan keputusan pembelian impulsif pada Gen Z. Bagi UMKM, pemanfaatan AI membuka peluang peningkatan visibilitas dan penjualan, namun juga menghadirkan risiko kelelahan digital dan penurunan kepercayaan konsumen jika tidak dikelola secara etis. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pemasaran berbasis AI yang berkelanjutan, berorientasi nilai, dan sensitif terhadap dinamika psikologis konsumen muda.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce requires Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt to digital transformation, especially in the financial management and reporting process. However, some MSMEs still have difficulties in producing efficient financial reports due to limited recording systems, low digital financial literacy, and inadequate technological capabilities. This study aims to examine the influence of Digital Accounting System, Digital Financial Literacy, and Technology Capabilities on Financial Statement Efficiency in e-commerce-based MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to e-commerce MSME actors who have implemented digital financial recording, with purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression after going through validity, reliability, and classical assumptions tests. The results of the study show that the Digital Accounting System, Digital Financial Literacy, and Technology Capabilities have a positive and significant effect on the Efficiency of Financial Statements, both partially and simultaneously. These findings are expected to be an academic and practical contribution in supporting the improvement of the efficiency of digital-based MSME financial management.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus tipe 2 memiliki prevalensi tinggi di Indonesia dengan riwayat keluarga sebagai faktor risiko genetik utama yang memengaruhi glukosa darah puasa (GDP), terutama pada mahasiswa kedokteran yang rentan stres akademik. Membandingkan GDP antara mahasiswa Kedokteran Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dengan dan tanpa riwayat keluarga DM tipe 2. Studi observasional analitik cross-sectional pada 191 mahasiswa (total sampling). Instrumen meliputi glukometer fotometrik dan kuesioner Google Form. Analisis menggunakan SPSS 16.0 dengan uji t independen (p<0,05). Kelompok berriwayat keluarga (n=100) memiliki rerata GDP 97,90±10,26 mg/dL, lebih tinggi dibanding tanpa riwayat (n=91; 89,90±9,37 mg/dL) dengan t=-5,605 (p<0,001). Proporsi prediabetes 45% vs 12,1%. Kesimpulannya Riwayat keluarga signifikan meningkatkan GDP, merekomendasikan skrining rutin dan edukasi gaya hidup pada mahasiswa berisiko tinggi.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore how students view the implementation of the TikTok account @kampunginggrislccom as a tool for enhancing their English vocabulary skills. A descriptive quantitative approach was utilized, which involved handing out a questionnaire to participants from the English Education Study Program at Institut Prima Bangsa Cirebon. The questionnaire included ten statements measured on a five-point Likert scale. Data gathered from the survey were processed using Microsoft Excel, where mean scores and percentages for each statement were computed. Findings reveal that students mainly hold a favorable view of using TikTok as an educational resource. Most respondents agreed that the video content is clear, visually appealing, and helpful in understanding English vocabulary. Therefore, the TikTok account @kampunginggrislccom can be considered an effective and engaging supporting medium for learning English vocabulary.

Abstract

This study examines the strengthening of gender education at MI NU An Nur Purworejo, focusing on students’ and teachers’ understanding, teaching practices, and the madrasa culture that supports gender equality. The research background indicates that although gender education regulations exist, gender stereotypes still appear, such as leadership roles being more frequently assigned to male students. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with 32 fourth- and fifth-grade students and four teachers as subjects, using data collection techniques including questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and classroom observations. Data analysis was conducted thematically and through triangulation. The results show that most students understand the principles of gender equality, yet some still hold traditional stereotypes. Simple interventions, such as leadership rotation and inclusive routines, were proven effective in increasing gender awareness. These findings provide a new perspective on contextual strategies for strengthening gender education in NU-based madrasas and emphasize the importance of integrating gender education from the early grades to achieve sustainable inclusive practices.

Abstract

Rendahnya minat membaca pada siswa sekolah dasar menjadi salah satu persoalan literasi yang masih sering dijumpai di berbagai sekolah. Minat membaca yang lemah pada akhirnya berdampak pada kemampuan membaca permulaan dan pemahaman bacaan siswa. Kondisi inilah yang juga terjadi di UPTD SD Negeri 122349 Pematangsiantar, terutama pada siswa kelas rendah yang masih menunjukkan kesulitan dalam mengenali huruf, menggabungkan suku kata, membaca dengan lancar, serta memahami isi teks sederhana. Dalam situasi tersebut, kehadiran mahasiswa Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) menjadi sumber daya penting yang berkontribusi dalam memberikan pendampingan literasi kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan secara mendalam peran mahasiswa PPL dalam meningkatkan minat membaca siswa serta menganalisis bagaimana pendampingan tersebut berdampak terhadap perkembangan kemampuan membaca permulaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek terdiri dari delapan siswa yang mengalami kesulitan membaca, satu guru kelas, dan tujuh mahasiswa PPL. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi kegiatan literasi yang dilakukan selama masa PPL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa PPL berperan sebagai fasilitator, tutor individual, pengembang media literasi, serta motivator yang memberikan dukungan emosional kepada siswa. Berbagai strategi literasi yang diterapkan seperti membaca nyaring, membaca berulang, picture walk, permainan fonetik, penggunaan kartu kata, dan storytelling terbukti efektif dalam membangun minat membaca siswa. Pendampingan tersebut juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan kemampuan membaca siswa, terutama dalam peningkatan kelancaran membaca, ketepatan pelafalan, penguasaan huruf dan suku kata, serta kemampuan memahami isi bacaan sederhana. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa mahasiswa PPL memiliki peran signifikan dalam memperkuat pembelajaran literasi dasar dan mendukung guru dalam membangun budaya membaca yang efektif di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Usia prasekolah merupakan periode krusial pertumbuhan fisik, psikomotorik, mental, dan sosial yang pesat, di mana pengetahuan ibu tentang pola makan berperan penting dalam perkembangan motorik kasar melalui asupan gizi seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang pola makan anak prasekolah dengan perkembangan motorik kasar di TK Tunas Harapan 1 Berangas Barat. Jenis penelitian observasional analitik kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Populasi meliputi seluruh ibu dan anak prasekolah di TK tersebut, sampel 30 responden purposive (ibu anak usia 4-6 tahun hadir rutin, eksklusi penyakit kronis). Instrumen kuesioner pengetahuan ibu (baik/kurang) dan KPSP untuk skrining motorik kasar, dianalisis uji chi-square (α=0,05) menggunakan SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan 36,7% ibu pengetahuan baik (semua anak normal) dan 63,3% kurang (66,7% anak suspek), dengan hubungan signifikan (p=0,004). Kesimpulan menyatakan pengetahuan gizi ibu yang lebih baik menghasilkan perkembangan motorik superior, sehingga direkomendasikan program edukasi berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

Sukuk, or Islamic bonds, have experienced significant growth in Indonesia over the period 2020 to 2025. This financial instrument not only serves as a financing alternative for the government and corporations, but also as a catalyst for the development of the Islamic finance industry in the country. The Indonesian government has consistently increased the issuance of State Sukuk to finance various development projects. In 2020, the issuance of State Sukuk reached its peak with a total of IDR 367 trillion. This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on Islamic sukuk in Indonesia from 2010 - 2024. This study uses multiple regression analysis and classical assumption tests. It was found that inflation and interest rate variables have no influence on sukuk variables, while exchange rate variables have a positive and significant influence on sukuk variables. The findings are expected to provide important implications for policy makers and investors in formulating investment strategies and sharia-based fiscal policies.

Abstract

Proper pronunciation of the hijaiyah letters is an important aspect of reading the Qur'an. Mispronunciation of the letters (makhārijul ḥurūf) is common among Qur'an readers, both beginners and experienced, and can affect the quality of their reading. This study aims to identify the types of mispronunciation, understand the causal factors, and formulate effective remedial strategies for learning the Qur'an. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with library research. Data were obtained from literature in the form of tajwid textbooks, scientific articles, and relevant previous research. Data analysis techniques were carried out through systematic data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Source triangulation was used to ensure the validity of the information and strengthen the findings. The results of the study show that errors in pronunciation of makharijul huruf most often occur in the letters halkiyyah, oraliyyah, syafawiyyah, and mad letters, with errors in the form of mixed sounds, inaccurate stress, and unclear articulation. Causative factors include limited understanding of practical recitation, lack of teacher guidance, learning methods that do not emphasize phonetic exercises, incorrect reading habits, and the influence of the mother tongue or regional dialect. Recommended improvement strategies include talaqqi and musyafahah methods, focused letter practice, use of audio-visual media, and regular reading evaluations. It is hoped that this study can become a reference for Al-Qur'an educators and readers to improve the quality of reading according to tajwid rules.
