Abstract

ABSTRAK The presented research aims to investigate the impact of the CDIO framework on changing the existing learning-teaching paradigm in real estate education in Malaysia to improve learning engagement and students’ critical thinking skills. On this note, the use of traditional teaching approaches that involve lectures in real estate education is found to be lacking in meeting the needs of the dynamic market, therefore calling for innovation. This research uses quantitative and qualitative data from 150 students from three universities: pre and post intervention questionnaires, focus group discussions, and class observations. The studies reveal that after intervention, the extent of students’ participation increased from 35% to 75%, and there are improvements in students’ critical thinking skills; the average scores from pre-tests of 60% rose to 80% post-tests. From the students’ perspective, CDIO promoted meaningful learning based on project-centred learning activities done in a contextual manner, improving the perceived relevancy of learning activities. Therefore, the present research substantiates that CDIO methodologies integrate practice and research to positively transform student learning experiences, activity levels, and critical analysis, strongly advocating for real estate educational reform in the Malaysian context. It means the focus on project-based active learning prepares students to solve actual problems that affect them and brings education and skills in line with the requirements of the given sphere. Based on the findings of this study, the following recommendations should be made for future research: The effectiveness of CDIO integration and its long-term implications should be investigated. Broader implications point to the idea that implementing CDIO-inspired approaches provides a workforce that is more competent and better synchronised, which is imperative in a continuously transforming real estate market within Malaysia and other states.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh konsumsi jus jambu biji merah dan tablet tambah darah (Fe) terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil dengan anemia ringan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Quasi eksperimental dengan rancangan Pretest Posttest With Control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang     mengalami anemia pada bulan Juni s/d Agustus 2024 sebanyak 38 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling dengan uji paired sample t-test dan uji independent sample t-test, dengan hasil penelitian rata-rata kadar HB pada kelompok intervensi pretest 10,24gr%  dan posttest 12,49gr%, pada kelompok kontrol pretest 10,32gr% dan posttest 10,96gr%. Ada pengaruh konsumsi jus jambu biji merah dan tablet tambah darah (Fe) terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil dengan anemia ringan dengan nilai p.value 0,000 dari hasil uji paired sample test dan 0,001 dari hasil uji independent sample t-test. Kesimpulan dan Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu  Ada pengaruh konsumsi jus jambu biji merah dan tablet tambah darah (Fe) terhadap  peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil dengan anemia ringan di Puskesmas Saketi, dan diharapkan bidan memberikan masukan dalam upaya peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan kepada ibu hamil untuk menyarankan ibu hamil mengkonsumsi jus jambu biji merah dan tablet tambah darah (Fe) untuk mencegah anemia. Kata Kunci : Kadar HB; Jus Jambu Biji Merah; Tablet Tambah Darah   ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of consumption of guava juice and blood-boosting tablets (Fe) on increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with mild anemia. This study uses an experimental Quasi research method with a Pretest Posttest With Control Group Design. The sample in this study was all pregnant women who experienced anemia from June to August 2024 as many as 38 people, the sampling technique was total sampling with paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test, with the average HB levels in the pretest intervention group of 10.24gr% and posttest 12.49gr%, in the control group pretest 10.32gr% and posttest 10.96gr%. There was an effect of consumption of guava juice and blood-boosting tablets (Fe) on the increase in hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with mild anemia with a p.value of 0.000 from the results of the paired sample test and 0.001 from the results of the independent sample t-test. The conclusions and suggestions from this study are that there is an effect of consumption of guava juice and blood supplement tablets (Fe) on the increase in hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with mild anemia at the Saketi Health Center, and it is hoped that midwives will provide input in efforts to improve health services to pregnant women to suggest pregnant women consume guava juice and blood supplement tablets (Fe) to prevent anemia. Abstract

This research was conducted in Medan Marelan District, Medan City, North Sumatra. This research began in April 2024 until July 2024. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of administering several concentrations and methods of application of Paklobutrazol on the growth and production of beet plants. This research used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of two treatment factors, with the first factor being Paklobutrazol with the symbol (P) consisting of 3 treatment levels, namely: P0 = control, P1 = Paklobutrazol 0.5 grams/plant, P2 = Paclobutrazol 1 gram/plant. The second factor is the application method with the symbol (A) which consists of 2 levels, namely A1 = pour 100 ml of water/plant, A2 = sow. The parameters observed in this research were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), wet weight per plant (gr), tuber weight per plant (gr), and sugar content per plant (%). The results of the research showed that Paklobutrazol treatment had a very significant effect on plant height at 6 WAP and 7 WAP, wet weight per plant, tuber weight per plant. The application treatment had a very significant effect only on the tuber weight parameter per plant. The interaction of the two treatments had a very significant effect on plant height at 5 WAP, 6 WAP and 7 WAP, number of leaves at 5 WAP, 6 WAP and 7 WAP, fresh weight of plants, weight of tubers per plant, and sugar content per plant. The best treatment combination was in treatment P1A1 (Paklobutrazol 0.5 grams per plant) and (application method with cocor).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia mengajarkan peserta didik keterampilan berbahasa yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan tujuan dan fungsinya, keterampilan membaca sangat penting bagi peserta didik, karena salah satu cara untuk memperoleh ilmu dan pengetahuan. Kesulitan membaca adalah yang paling mendasar, karena membaca merupakan salah satu dari empat keterampilan berbahasa yang harus dimiliki siswa, bersama dengan menyimak, berbicara, dan menulis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan membaca peserta didik kelas III SD Alwashliyah. Metode Penelitian ini adalah jenis kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan Upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut yaitu: perserta didik di ajak dalam pengenalan huruf menggunakan media kartu bergambar, guru memberikan les tambahan di luar dari jam Pelajaran, guru memberikan dukungan juga motivasi kepada peserta didik. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang kesulitan membaca di SD Al Washliyah dan menawarkan solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Kata Kunci: Analisis; Bahasa Indonesia; Kesulitan membaca.   ABSTRACT Learning Indonesian teaches students good and correct language skills in accordance with its purpose and function. Reading skills are very important for students, because it is one way to gain knowledge and knowledge. Reading difficulties are the most basic, because reading is one of the four language skills that students must have, along with listening, speaking and writing. The aim of this research is to analyze the efforts made by teachers in overcoming the reading difficulties of class III students at Alwashliyah Elementary School. This research method is a qualitative type carried out using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research also reveal the efforts made by teachers to overcome this problem, namely: students are invited to recognize letters using picture cards, teachers provide additional tutoring outside of class hours, teachers provide support and motivation to students. It is hoped that the research results will provide an in-depth understanding of reading difficulties at Al Washliyah Elementary School and offer effective solutions to overcome this problem. Abstract

Education has a very important role in the development of a nation, especially in creating a generation that is ready to face future challenges. In Indonesia, the problem that is often faced in the world of education is the misalignment between the curriculum applied with the needs of society, as well as the rapid development of technology and global challenges. Therefore, we need a curriculum that is not only relevant to the times, but also able to facilitate the growth of individual learners. Jean Jacques Rousseau, an 18th-century philosopher, offered an insightful view of education that focused on the development of children's natural potential and their well-being. In his famous work Émile, ou De l'éducation (1762), Rousseau emphasized the importance of child-oriented education, which gives children the freedom to grow according to their natural stages of development. This thinking is very relevant to be used as a basis for the formulation of a better and holistic curriculum, which can support the education system in Indonesia in facing the challenges of the times.

Abstract

Group counseling is one of the important approaches in Guidance and Counseling (BK) at school, which aims to help students overcome emotional, social, and academic problems. One of the relevant approaches to be applied in group counseling is Transactional Analysis (AT), which focuses on understanding communication patterns between individuals. Despite the great potential of AT in improving the effectiveness of group counseling, many counseling teachers still face challenges in its application. This study aims to identify the problems faced by counseling teachers in implementing AT-based group counseling and provide practical guidance to optimize its implementation. Through a qualitative approach with a case study, data were collected through interviews with three counseling teachers in Medan City. The results showed that the implementation of AT-based group counseling was not optimal, with most teachers tending to use the general guidance approach. The main problem found was the lack of understanding about AT theory, particularly about the concepts of Ego States (Parent, Adult, Child) and techniques such as Reframing and Strokes. Therefore, this study suggests the importance of increasing basic understanding of AT, careful preparation before group counseling, and practical training for counseling teachers so that they can manage group dynamics more effectively. With optimal implementation, AT-based group counseling is expected to have a positive impact on students' emotional, social, and academic development.

Abstract

The increasing number of college graduates each year causes tighter competition in the world of work. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and career planning of Islamic Guidance Counseling Students of Class 20 K UIN Suska Riau.The population in this study was 211 students. For the sample using purposive sampling method totaling 13 people, while to determine the relationship between the basic variable (x) and the dependent variable (y), the Product Moment Correlation test method was used, obtained a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.947 based on the results of product moment correlation analysis p=0.000 (p<0.01) which means that there is a very significant positive relationship between self-concept and career planning. based on the amount of correlation value in the product moment interpretation table 0.800-1.000 shows a very strong correlation category.

Abstract

The performance management system for teachers and education personnel is very important to improve the quality of education in an institution. The importance of periodic evaluation of this system to find weaknesses and opportunities for professional development of educators. Currently, many educational institutions still face difficulties in implementing a comprehensive and sustainable performance management system. The purpose of this study is to determine how effective the performance management system for teachers and education personnel is in the related educational institutions. According to the results of the study, the current performance management system still has structural and procedural weaknesses. Not all performance indicators used reflect the real abilities of teachers and education personnel. Major improvements are needed in the assessment mechanism. This is especially related to more objective assessment instruments and standards. The focus of this study is on creating a more comprehensive, participatory, and competency-based performance management system model.

Abstract

This article discusses managing the performance of teaching staff in an effort to improve the quality of education. Educators and educational staff have a strategic role in shaping national character and improving the quality of human resources in the era of globalization. Effective performance management includes coaching, development, promotion, transfer, compensation and assessment of teaching staff. This research uses a literature review method by collecting data from various related literature references. The results of the analysis show that good performance management can improve teachers' professional competence, which includes personality, professional, social and pedagogical aspects. Thus, optimal performance management contributes to improving the quality of learning and achieving national education goals.

Abstract

This study analyzes the performance of administrative staff in delivering educational services in schools. The research focuses on the role of administrative staff in educational administration, covering information services, infrastructure, staffing, and student welfare. Using a qualitative method, the study identifies various challenges faced by the administrative team, including a lack of speed and responsiveness in service delivery. The findings indicate that overall performance is satisfactory but requires improvements in efficiency and service responsiveness. Recommendations include additional training for administrative staff to enhance their competence in effectively and efficiently meeting school administrative needs.
