Abstract

The Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum holds a strategic position in Indonesia’s national education system as a guide for fostering moral, spiritual, and character-based development among students. This study aims to describe the concept, objectives, and benefits of the PAI curriculum in shaping individuals who are faithful, pious, and possess noble character. The research employs a qualitative approach through library research, analyzing various literature sources such as curriculum documents, academic books, and scholarly journals.The findings indicate that the PAI curriculum is systematically designed to integrate Islamic values with the development of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. It serves to balance cognitive understanding and moral formation while preparing students to face the challenges of globalization with strong faith and ethical resilience. Furthermore, the PAI curriculum plays an essential role in cultivating Islamic character, strengthening moral integrity, and guiding educators in designing contextual and relevant learning processes.

Abstract

Intolerance is an increasingly complex social problem in the era of globalization, including in the Islamic education environment. Madrasah Iftidaiyah as an Islamic basic education institution has a strategic role in shaping the character of tolerant students. This study proposes mitigation of intolerance through the development of a love-based curriculum, which integrates the values of compassion, empathy, and brotherhood in everyday learning. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study at Madrasah Iftidaiyah XYZ, involving observation, interview, and document analysis. The results show that love-based curriculum can reduce intolerant behavior by 25% based on pre-and-post-implementation surveys. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of love education as the foundation of tolerance, with recommendations for the integration of these values into core subjects such as Aqidah Akhlak and Fiqh.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang Keberadaan Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah di masyarakat masih cukup banyak dijumpai di daerah-daerah. Karena Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah memiliki peran penting dalam mendidik masyarakat para generasi muda dalam hal menanamkan nilai-nilai moral dan keagamaan sejak dini. Apalagi di tengah derasnya arus informasi dan canggihnya teknologi. Dimana sudah tidak ada sekat ruang dan waktu untuk mengakses informasi apapun karena banyaknya pemanfaatan teknologi data dalam jaringan (daring) di kehidupan sehari-hari Memperbincangkan mengenai lembaga pendidikan yang bernama madrasah, agaknya akan selalu menarik dan tidak ada habis-habisnya. Terlebih yang dibicarakan adalah dari aspek manajemennya. Karena manajemen dalam suatu lembaga apa pun akan sangat diperlukan, bahkan – disadari atau tidak – sebagai prasyarat mutlak untuk tercapainya tujuan yang ditetapkan dalam lembaga tersebut. Semakin baik manajemen yang diterapkan, semakin besar pula kemungkinan berhasilnya lembaga tersebut dalam mencapai tujuannya. Demikian pula sebaliknya.Realitas di lapangan lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Islam khususnya madrasah tingkat produktifitas masih jauh dari yang diharapkan. Dalam makalah ini akan dibahas sekilas mengenai manajemen madrasah terkait dengan problematika yang ada di dalamnya beserta dan pemecahannya beserta dengan formulasi dalam pengembangan madrasah.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of behaviorism therapy as an approach to improve student morals. Behaviorism therapy is an approach to psychology that focuses on observable and changed behavior. The goal of this therapy is to identify behaviors that are not in accordance with the desired moral values, eliminate negative behaviors, and replace them with positive behaviors. This article outlines some important steps in the application of behaviorism therapy to improve student morals. As well as measures to link such behavior to unpleasant consequences, such as punishment or adverse social consequences. In addition, this article also discusses positive reinforcement as one of the strategies of behaviorism therapy. This article also covers the gradual use of shaping or shaping the desired behavior. College students can be given positive reinforcement when they show progress in changing their negative behavior into a better behavior. This article hopes that the application of behaviorism therapy in an effort to improve student morals can make a positive contribution in shaping better behavior and creating a more ethical and moral academic environment.

Abstract

Efektivitas pembelajaran sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan guru dalam memilih strategi, metode, dan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Beragam temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi seperti pembelajaran aktif, kolaboratif, berbasis masalah, multi representasi, hingga pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi, serta hasil belajar siswa. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis klasifikasi media, pemilihan strategi, serta implementasinya dalam meningkatkan efektivitas proses pengajaran di sekolah dasar. Kajian pustaka diambil dari berbagai sumber ilmiah yang telah disediakan, termasuk penelitian terkait strategi pembelajaran, efektivitas model pembelajaran, strategi guru penggerak, dan penggunaan media pembelajaran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan strategi pembelajaran harus mempertimbangkan tujuan pembelajaran, karakteristik siswa, konteks pembelajaran, serta kesesuaian media yang digunakan. Kesimpulannya, efektivitas proses belajar mengajar akan meningkat apabila guru mampu mengkombinasikan berbagai strategi pembelajaran secara tepat, fleksibel, dan terarah pada tujuan.

Abstract

Concentration ability is crucial for pre-service economics teacher students to master complex economic concepts and develop pedagogical competencies. This study examines the impact of short-form digital content addiction on students' concentration abilities. A quantitative correlational research design was employed, involving 180 students from the Economics Education Department, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Halu Oleo University, selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using the Short-Form Video Addiction Scale questionnaire and the Grid Concentration Test. Simple linear regression analysis revealed that short-form digital content addiction had a significant negative effect on concentration ability (p=0.000<α=0.05), with the regression equation Y = 23.418 - 0.132X. The path coefficient of -0.552 indicates that short-form digital content addiction has a negative effect (-55.2%) on students' concentration ability. The findings demonstrate that higher levels of addiction to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts correspond to lower concentration ability among students.

Abstract

Learning media plays a crucial role in helping teachers deliver material effectively, particularly at the elementary school level, which demands an active, enjoyable learning environment that is appropriate to students' developmental stages. However, many elementary schools still employ conventional learning methods that rely on lectures and simple media, leading to student boredom and a lack of motivation. This study aims to develop SmartEdu Games as a prototype for educational game-based learning media designed to increase student interest and engagement in thematic learning. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ASSURE design model, but was only implemented up to the prototype development stage because the study did not involve expert validation or student trials. The prototype product was designed to include learning materials, interactive activities, and mini-games as practice tools. The results of the study indicate that SmartEdu Games was successfully developed as an initial prototype that has the potential to be used as an interactive learning medium at the elementary school level. This prototype can be an alternative digital media that supports independent learning and teacher mentoring, and has the potential for further development in the validation and trial stages

Abstract

The role of parents is needed to minimize the causes of anxiety and reduce the impact of separation as well as as partners for nurses to determine the fulfillment of children's needs in the form of family-centered nursing care called Family Centered Care (FCC), family-centered care has proven to be beneficial for patients. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the role of parents in implementing family centered care (FCC) and the anxiety level of preschool aged children (3-6 years) who are hospitalized in the children's room at RSIA Muslimat Jombang. The research design used was Cross Sectional and Purposive Sampling techniques. The population in this study were parents of patients who had preschool age children (3-6 years) who were treated in the Children's Room at RSIA Muslimat Jombang. The sample in this study consisted of 75 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. By using the Family Cantered Care (FCC) questionnaire and the Spence Children's Anxiety Scale Preschool (SCAS) anxiety scale questionnaire.  The results of the Spearman Rank test obtained P Value: 0.01 (α = 0.05), meaning there is a relationship between the role of parents in implementing family centered care (FCC) and the anxiety level of pre-school age children (3-6 years) who are hospitalized in the hospital. children of RSIA Muslimat Jombang.  The better the role of parents, the greater the possibility of minimizing the anxiety level of preschool aged children when undergoing hospitalization. It is recommended that parents always accompany their children when they are hospitalized in order to minimize the causes of anxiety by reducing the impact of separation, preventing feelings of loss of control and minimizing fear of pain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media digital terhadap minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di kalangan mahasiswa. Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat menjadikan media digital sebagai sarana penting dalam proses pembelajaran, termasuk pada mata kuliah keagamaan. Namun, tingkat efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa masih perlu diteliti lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket kepada mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penggunaan media digital memengaruhi minat belajar mereka terhadap Pendidikan Agama Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara penggunaan media digital dan minat belajar mahasiswa. Semakin sering mahasiswa memanfaatkan media digital seperti video pembelajaran, aplikasi interaktif, dan platform e-learning, semakin tinggi pula minat mereka dalam mempelajari Pendidikan Agama Islam. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media digital berperan penting dalam menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik generasi digital saat ini.

Abstract

Indonesia’s education system is undergoing a significant transformation that requires a learning approach grounded in flexibility, relevance, and the development of 21st-century competencies. The Merdeka Learning framework emerges as a conceptual foundation that places students at the center of the learning process through curriculum flexibility, differentiated instruction, and character reinforcement. This article examines the theoretical foundations, operational principles, and implementation implications of Merdeka Learning within the broader transformation of Indonesia’s educational system. Drawing on constructivist theory, competency-based learning, and ecological perspectives on education, the analysis highlights that successful transformation depends not only on curriculum design but also on the readiness of the entire educational ecosystem. The study concludes that Merdeka Learning has the potential to strengthen educational quality when supported by policy alignment, teacher capacity, and equitable access to learning infrastructure.
