Abstract

The purpose of this research is to optimize the role of MSMEs through the use of the internet as a media of promotion for local economic potential in the Babakan Peuteuy Village, Cicalengka District, Bandung Regency, namely the business of bamboo craftsmen, campsite attractions, tofu and tempeh and veil products by using the website as a medium promotion for various products in the Village of Babakan Peuteuy. The method implemented is through surveys and descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis show that the local economic potential in Babakan Peuteuy village is quite good and creative, and the desire of citizens to carry out entrepreneurial activities is already high, but there are still many problems such as an unprofessional organizational structure, poor business management, the technology used is mostly still traditional , raw materials originating from outside the village, lack of human resources, and an inability to market products online. Therefore, together with village officials have tried to make a website. The existence of the use of internet media information dissemination will be faster and wider reach in increasing sales and marketing of products.

Abstract

This study aims to study the effect of green products and green brand awareness on green purchase intentions. The variables used in this study are green product (x1) and green brand awareness (x2) as the independent variable and green purchase intention (y) as the dependent variable. This research uses quantitative methods using associative methods. Using questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained show a significant significance between green products and green brand awareness of green purchase intentions based on the results of simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing.

Abstract

The tight competition in the era of globalization requires companies to be able to maximize its value in order to remain competitive with other companies. Decision in the formation of capital structure is one of the important decisions that can maximize the value of the company. When the process of forming an optimal capital structure, it is important for financial managers to pay attention to the determinants of the capital structure. This study aims to investigate the factors that determine the capital structure in the infrastructure, utilities, and transportation companies. Several factors investigated for its effect on capital structure are profitability, company growth, company size, assets structure, non-debt tax shield, and business risk. Purposive sampling is a method used in research sampling, in which 216 research samples were obtained consisting of 36 companies with a 6 years study period, namely 2013-2018. The panel data regression model is used as a model to investigate the determinants of capital structure. The results show that the company growth and the company size negatively affected the capital structure, while profitability, asset structure, non-debt tax shield, and business risk did not affect the capital structure.

Abstract

Justice in the organizational context is one of the crucial and interesting issues to be discussed. This is because the issue of justice has a great potential to influence employee attitudes and work behavior. Unfortunately, systematic research and publications on organizational justice, especially procedural justice in organizations in Indonesia are still lacking. Therefore, by using the Social Exchange Theory, this study aims to analyze the effect of procedural justice applied to performance appraisals and the mediating role of satisfaction of performance appraisals on the performance of employees of the Direktorat Jenderal Anggaran, Indonesia. Hierarchical regression analysis was applied to test the hypotheses using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that: 1) procedural justice applied to performance appraisal has a significant effect on employee performance, 2) procedural justice applied to performance appraisal has a significant effect on the satisfaction of performance appraisal, 3) satisfaction of performance appraisal has a significant influence on employee performance, 4) satisfaction of performance appraisal is proven to have a mediating role on the effect of procedural justice that is applied to performance appraisal on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Star Comgistic Indonesia Sukabumi Regency which aims to find out the role of promotion in the work productivity improvement. The samples used were as many as 90 people / respondents taken at random. Sources of data obtained were using interview techniques and questionnaires. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative by using a quantitative approach. The results of the t-test study on the promotion promotion variable showed the t-value in this study was 5.733 with a significant value of 0.000, a significant value of 0.000 was smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). So the results of this study indicate that the role of promotion in increasing work productivity has a positive and significant.
