The millennial generation currently has the convenience of accessing various kinds of applications, one of which is TikTok. TikTok provides online or online shopping features that allow anyone to make money through the features provided, namely the TikTok Shop, an online shopping feature offered by the TikTok platform. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the influence of customer experience and satisfaction on purchase intention at the Tiktok Shop, and to know and explain the role of satisfaction in mediating the influence of customer experience on purchase intention at the Tiktok Shop. This research was conducted on tiktok users in Indonesia. The number of samples used in this study were 160 people. The analysis technique used is SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that customer experience and satisfaction affect purchase intention, and satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of customer experience on purchase intention.

Shareholders generally want a relatively stable dividend distribution because it reduces uncertainty about the expected returns from the investments they make. It can also increase shareholder confidence in the company so that the share value can also increase. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of dividend policy on firm value and the ability of profitability and leverage variables as moderating variables. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach in the form of causality. The location of this research was carried out on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in manufacturing companies listed during 2017-2019. The sampling method used in this study was a saturated sample and obtained 15 manufacturing companies that distributed dividends in a row during 2017-2019. The data were then analyzed using a moderated regression analysis test. The results of the study explain that the dividend policy variable has no effect on firm value, the leverage variable as a moderating variable strengthens the effect of dividend policy on firm value and the profitability variable is not able to moderate the effect of dividend policy on firm value

Indonesia is an agrarian country where most of the population works as farmers as well as Baturiti Village, Baturiti District, Tabanan Regency, Bali. Its geographical condition which is in the highlands makes vegetables the most widely grown commodity by farmers in Baturiti Village. Entering the Covid-19 Pandemic, agriculture, especially vegetables, experienced a significant decline. This study aims to analyze the effect of land area, capital and labor on the income of vegetable farmers during the Covid-19 pandemic using an associative quantitative approach. The research location is in Baturiti Village with a total sample of 100 vegetable farmers spread over eight different banjars. The data analysis technique method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that land area, capital and labor simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of vegetable farmers in Baturiti Village during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Partially land area has a negative and significant effect on the income of vegetable farmers, while capital and labor partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of vegetable farmers in Baturiti Village during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Keberadaan industri kecil dan menengah di Kabupaten Tabanan memiliki peranan dalam penyediaan lapangan usaha bagi masyarakat. Industri batu bata adalah salah satu sektor industri yang cukup berkembang pesat di Kecamatan Kediri Kabupaten Tabanan. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal awal, tenaga kerja, jam kerja dan lama usaha secara parsial dan simultan terhadap produksi batu bata di Kecamatan Kediri Kabupaten Tabanan. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi berganda, regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan). Hasil dari penelitian didapat bahwa modal awal, tenaga kerja, lama usaha berpengaruh positif dan nyata secara parsial terhadap produksi batu bata di Desa Pandak Bandung, Kecamatan Kediri, Kabupaten Tabanan. Modal awal, tenaga kerja, jam kerja dan lama usaha berpengaruh positif dan nyata secara simultan terhadap produksi batu bata di Kecamatan Kediri, Kabupaten Tabanan.

Nilai perusahaan mencerminkan nilai sekarang dari pendapatan yang diharapkan dimasa mendatang. Manajemen keuangan yang baik dapat memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pertumbuhan, struktur aktiva dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia priode 2018 – 2020. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan beberapa keriteria yang telah ditentukan maka penelitian ini menggunakan 30 perusahaan pertambangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Tingkat pertumbuhan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018 – 2020. Struktur aktiva tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018 – 2020. Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018 – 2020. Dengan adanya penelitian ini maka investor bisa lebih selektif lagi dalam memilih perusahaan yang akan dijadikan tempat berinvestasi

Internal control structure (SPI) as a type of supervision is needed because it covers a very broad range of policies and procedures and can cover various organizational goals. Internal control in cooperatives is supervisors or parties who are given the authority and responsibility to carry out supervision and inspection in cooperatives. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the quality of internal audit on the effectiveness of the internal control of multipurpose cooperatives in Gianyar Regency. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 156 multi-business cooperatives in Gianyar Regency. The method of determining the sample used is purposive sampling, in order to obtain 156 samples with 312 people as respondents in this study. Technical analysis used to test the hypothesis is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that audit quality has a positive effect on the effectiveness of the cooperative's internal control

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of age, education level, working hours and number of dependents on the income of women workers in poor households in Karangasem District, analyze the effect of age, education level, working hours, number of family dependents and income on contribution women workers in poor households in Karangasem District, and analyze whether age, education level, working hours and number of dependents have an indirect effect on the contribution through income of women workers. The data in this study used primary data which was taken as a sample of 123 female workers. The sampling method used is a non-probability sampling technique with the accidental sampling method uses path analysis techniques. The results showed that age, education level, working hours and number of dependents had a positive and significant effect on the income of female workers and age, education level, number of family dependents had a positive and significant impact on the contribution of female workers through income as an intervening variable while for the outpouring of working hours. positive but not significant effect on the contribution of women workers.

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of promotion, place comfort and brand image on customer loyalty. This research was conducted at Mie Gacoan Renon. The sample used is the consumer of Kedai Mie Gacoan Renon, with purposive sampling method. The data was collected using a questionnaire, the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This study also uses validity and reliability tests to determine whether or not the instrument used in this study is feasible. In this study, the analytical techniques used are descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, regression coefficient significance test simultaneously (F test) and partial regression coefficient significance test (T test). The results of this study indicate that promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Mie Gacoan Renon. Place comfort has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty for Mie Gacoan Renon. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Mie Gacoan Renon. Promotion, convenience of place and brand image simultaneously affect customer loyalty of Mie Gacoan Renon

Customer loyalty is one of the important assets that must be considered by the company. Customer loyalty is created through customer satisfaction with the quality of services offered. This study aims to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction, which mediates service quality, on customer loyalty. This research is located in Badung Regency, with a sample size of 110 respondents who have used the services of Salon Tria more than once, using a purposive sampling method, and distributed using a Google Form Questionnaire, measured by 11 indicators using the Likert Scale. The data analysis techniques used are path analysis, the Sobel test, and the VAF test. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses are accepted. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, according to the findings of this study, costomer satisfaction acts as a moderation in the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. in order to increase customer loyalty, it can be done through improving service quality and customer satisfaction

Fast fashion is a business philosophy in the fashion industry, namely mass production of clothing to meet market demands quickly. With large-scale fashion production has led to the accumulation of clothing waste and textile waste pollution to the environment. Kai drobe is one of the thriftshop businesses that focuses on selling on social media, especially Instagram, Kai drobe sells used clothes with one goal of reducing textile waste. This study aims to examine and explain the role of Brand Image in Mediating Green Marketing and Purchase Decisions. This research was conducted on Kai Drobe's Instagram account with a total sample of 100 respondents. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling model, with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and Sobel test with SPSS program. The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted. Green Marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, green marketing has a positive effect on brand image, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, brand image is able to mediate significantly on green marketing and brand image is able to significantly mediate purchase decisions
