Abstract

The development of Islamic banking in the Sungai Pagu sub-district of South Solok Regency  in terms of network operations, where the Bank Syariah Services Unit in Nagari Muaralabuh is the only Islamic banking institution operating in this area. The problem in this study is: What are the preferences and behavior of community leaders on Islamic banking in Sungai Pagu District.With the aim of knowing the preferences and behavior of community figures on Islamic banking in Sungai Pagu district, South Solok Regency. This research is a field study with a qualitative descriptive approach. Primary data sources are community figure involved  in BAMUS Nagari management of 55 people selected with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques are conducted  through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The results revealed the preferences of respondents in the banking sector in Sungai Pagu district, South Solok Regency, with a percentage index above 60%, but this was not supported by good behavior from correspondents where the score index was below 60%. While the role of respondents in delivering and disseminating Islamic banking to the community is at 60%, meaning that good and community leaders are a medium of socialization and promotion of Islamic banking in this area

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis startegi bersaing yang diambil PT. Bonita Anugrah Pratama dalam Meningkatkan Jumlah Jamaah Umrah. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT, melalui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang timbul baik dari internal maupun eskternal. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di PT. Bonita Anugrah Pratama berdasarkan analisis SWOT pada faktor internal (IFE) menunjukkan bahwa skor kekuatan lebih besar dibandingkan dengan skor kelemahan, sedangkan pada analisis faktor eksternal (EFE) skor peluang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan skor ancaman. Dari analisis bobot skor yang terdapat pada pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa skor S+O (Strength+Opportunities) yaitu 3,95. Total skor S+T (Strenghts+Threats) yaitu 3,1. Total skor W+O (Weknesses+Opportunities) yaitu 2,73. Dan total skor W+T (Weaknesses+Threats) yaitu 1,88. Dari analisis bobot skor tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa faktor kekuatan dan faktor peluang (S-O) memiliki nilai bobot skor paling tinggi yaitu 3,95 jika dibandingkan faktor yang lainnya. Sehingga dalam strategi bersaing dalam meningkatkan jumlah jamaah umrah, pihak PT. Bonita Anugrah Pratama Kota Bukittinggi dapat menerapkan startegi S-O (Strength-Opportunities) yang nilainya sebesar 3,95, diikuti dengan strategi S-T (Strenghts-Threats), W-O (Weknesses-Opportunities), dan W-T (Weaknesses-Threats).

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the integration of civic and social values in Economics learning at senior high schools in Bukittinggi, West Sumatra. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, involving interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis with teachers, students, and principals from three selected high schools. The total number of participants in this study was 73 individuals selected purposively based on the research objectives and data requirements.  The results show that value integration occurs through three main stages: lesson planning, classroom implementation, and assessment. The dominant values integrated include honesty, responsibility, cooperation, social justice, and environmental awareness. Contextual and project-based learning approaches were found effective in instilling these values. The impact is evident in students’ improved integrity, discipline, empathy, and ethical decision-making in economic contexts. Although teachers face challenges such as limited time and lack of integrative guidelines between subjects, these are addressed through interdisciplinary collaboration and teacher working groups (MGMP). Overall, the integration of civic and social values in Economics learning significantly contributes to shaping students’ ethical character and responsibility as citizens.

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing process factors that influence customer satisfaction at Café Kopigo Bukittinggi. This research is motivated by the importance of customer satisfaction in maintaining competitiveness in the culinary industry. This research utilizes a quantitative approach as a method with factor analysis techniques, information techniques collected through interviews and questionnaires with 99 respondents selected using a random sampling method. The results of the analysis show that of the 32 variables studied, there are eight factors that contribute to customer satisfaction. Among these factors, the most dominant are price, emotional service quality, product quality, employee appearance and performance, cleanliness and price competition, product consistency and customer comfort. Therefore, to increase customer satisfaction, Café Kopigo Bukittinggi needs to focus on improving service quality and adjusting prices, as well as creating a more pleasant atmosphere for customers.
