Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan prioritas yang terjadi di Kampung Bahari Kota Bengkulu dengan mengoptimalkan peran generasi milenial dengan membentuk unit usaha Kelompok Nelayan Bina Bersatu Bengkulu dengan memberikan kemampuan memproduksi limbah ikan menjadi pupuk organik cair (POC) dan memberikan pemahaman manajemen pemasaran melalui digital marketing sebagai upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan di Kota Bengkulu. Kegiatan ini di Kampung Bahari Kelurahan Sumber Jaya Kota Bengkulu dilaksanakan dengan tahapan pengidentifikasian masalah, pelatihan yang terdiri dari metode ceramah dan diskusi serta pendampingan kepada kelompok nelayan dan monotoring evaluasi. Peserta Kegiatan ini merupakan Generasi Milenial dari Kelompok Nelayan Bina Bersatu Mandiri yang berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mitra terkait pengolahan limbah ikan menjadi POC. Dari hasil kuesioner yang dibagiakan kepada peserta, sebelum mengikuti pelatihan 97,5% tidak mengetahui mengenai pengolahan limbah ikan, setelah mengikuti pelatihan menjadi 100% mengetahui mengenai pengolahan limbah ikan. Hasil kegiatan kedua adalah terbentuknya unit usaha Kelompok Nelayan Bina Bersatu Bengkulu yang akan memproduksi Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) dan mampu di pasarkan dengan memaksimalkan manajemen pemasaran melalui digital marketing.Abstract: This Community Service activity aims to solve priority problems that occur in Kampung Bahari, Bengkulu City by optimizing the role of the millennial generation by forming the Bengkulu Prosperous Fishermen Group business unit by providing the ability to produce fish waste into liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and provide an understanding of marketing management through digital marketing as an effort to reduce poverty in Bengkulu City. This activity in Kampung Bahari, Sumber Jaya Village, Bengkulu City, was carried out with the stages of problem identification, training consisting of lecture and discussion methods as well as mentoring to fishermen groups and evaluation monitoring. Participants in this activity came from the Millennial Generation from the Mandiri Prosperous Fishermen group, which totaled 40 people. The result of this activity is the formation of a Bengkulu Prosperous Fishermen group business unit which will produce Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) and be able to market it by maximizing marketing management through digital marketing.

Abstract

Purchasing decision is a process where consumers evaluate various alternative choices and choose one or more alternatives that are needed based on certain considerations. Several factors influence consumer purchasing decisions including location, service quality and price. This study aims to determine the effect of location, service quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all consumers of the Mak Hengky Air Manna restaurant. The number of research samples was 85 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 1.752 + 0.373 X1 + 0.301 X2+ 0.302 X3. The results of the analysis show that partially location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (tcount = 4,799 and Sig = 0,000), service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (tcount = 4,615 and Sig = 0,000) and price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (tcount = 3.836 and Sig = 0.000). Simultaneously there is the influence of location, service quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions (Fcount = 114,832 and Sig = 0,000). It is suggested to the owner of the Mak Hengky restaurant to be able to improve consumer purchasing decisions by providing good parking space, improving service quality and setting competitive prices according to consumer perceptions.

Abstract

The people of Bintang Selatan Village mostly work as rubber farmers and oil palm farmers. During the palm oil harvest period, palm leaf fronds are always wasted, even though palm leaf fronds can be used as a work that has selling value. So it is necessary to carry out socialization to foster community creativity so that it can innovate the community to become an independent society. It is necessary to practice making dishes from palm sticks, it takes perseverance and a touch of creativity and patience. As for handicrafts for high selling value, innovation is needed in order to attract interested people to buy, and can create Small and Medium Enterprises in South Star Village.

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan sampah sering menjadi konflik di berbagai daerah di Indonesia salah satunya di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Untuk itu, diperlukan solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut salah satunya melakukan pembinaan terhadap UMKM Seni Kreatif dalam mengolah sampah melalui kegiatan 3R yaitu reduce, reuse dan recycle. Kegiatan ini melibatkan kelompok mitra Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang ada di Desa Rama Agung Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara yaitu UMKM DIRGA YUSAdan UMKM BUOCA yang bertujuan menangani sampah rumah tangga. UMKM DIRGA YUSAmerupakan kelompok UMKM seni kreatif yang terdiri dari 11 anggota yang mengatasi sampah plastik untuk dijadikan sebuah karya seni bernilai jual. Sedangkan UMKM BUOCA merupakan kelompok Usaha Mikro yang terdiri dari 17 anggota yang menangani sampah tumbuh-tumbuhan seperti sampah buah dan sayuran yang dimanfaatkan kembali menjadi produk yang ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahap yaitu pengenalan konsep seni kreatif, peningkatan kualitas dan jumlah produksi, serta pemasaran produk. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan angket pretest dan postest untuk melihat kebermanfaatan kegiatan ini. Hasil kegiatan kerja sama tim Universitas Terbuka Bengkulu dan Bapelitbang Bengkulu Utara setelah melakukan pembinaan dan pendampingan terhadap UMKM seni kreatif berbasis sampah ini telah meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi UMKM DIRGA YUSAsebesar 58% dan UMKM BUOCA sebesar 72%.Abstract: Abstract: The issue of waste management frequently escalates into conflicts in various regions of Indonesia, including North Bengkulu Regency. Therefore, a solution is imperative to address this problem, and one such approach involves nurturing Creative SMEs in waste management through the implementation of the 3R principles: reduce, reuse, and recycle. This initiative engages collaborative efforts with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the village of Rama Agung in North Bengkulu Regency, specifically, DIRGA YUSA Creative SME and BUOCA SME, both aimed at managing household waste. DIRGA YUSA is a group of 11 members focusing on transforming plastic waste into artistic creations with market value, while BUOCA, consisting of 17 members, addresses organic waste like fruits and vegetables, repurposing them into environmentally friendly products. The project unfolds in three stages: introducing the concept of creative arts, enhancing the quality and quantity of production, and marketing the products. Evaluation involves the distribution of pretest and posttest questionnaires to assess the effectiveness of the initiative. Results indicate a substantial increase in the economic income of DIRGA YUSA by 58% and BUOCA by 72% following the collaboration between the Universitas Terbuka Bengkulu team and the North Bengkulu Regency Research and Development Agency in mentoring and guiding these waste-based creative SMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh brand trust dan brand image terhadap kepuasan konsumen smartphone Samsung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian descriptive research yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan atau pengaruh yang terdapat di antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa UT Bengkulu yang menggunakan produk smartphone Samsung berjumlah 120 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel judgemental (purposive). Metode pengumpulan data digunakan kuesioner/ angket dengan metode analisis yang regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  brand trust danbrand image secara simultan (bersama-sama) dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Artinya, bahwa semakin baik kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap merek perusahaan maka semakin puas konsumen dengan produk smartphone Samsung. Begitu juga dengan brand image, jika semakin baik citra merek produk maka semakin puas konsumen dengan produk smartphone Samsung.Kata kunci: Brand Trust, Brand Image, Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pelayanan berbasis SOP pada perbankan syariah di Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer berupa wawancara terhadap customer service selaku pihak yang pemberi layanan kepada nasabah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan konsep Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbankan syariah di Kota Bengkulu telah menjalani SOP layanan customer service yaitu senyum, sampaikan salam, fokus pada nasabah dan menawarkan bantuan, inisiatif menggali kebutuhan nasabah, mampu menjelaskan produk dan fitur kepada nasabah, melakukan proses dan permintaan nasabah dengan cepat, akurat, selalu melakukan verifikasi dan komfirmasi, tanggapi permintaan nasabah dengan empati, menawarkan produk dan jasa lainnya (crosseling), menawarkan bantuan kembali, mengucapkan terima kasih dan ditutup dengan salam.

Abstract

In line with the rapid economic growth of Indonesia, the demand for telecommunicationsservices is also increasing, so that PT Telkom Indonesia must be able to serve the needs ofthe community by increasing the number of connection units and the quality oftelecommunication facilities. This improvement effort has been carried out by implementingPT Telkom's policies, namely, the best service, the best image and the best results. All aredirected to customer satisfaction of PT Telkom service users. This study aims to determine 1)To determine whether cultural factors influence purchasing decisions. 2) To find out whetherthere is an influence of social factors on purchasing decisions. 3) To find out whether there isan influence of personal factors on purchasing decisions. 4) To find out whether there is aninfluence of cultural factors, cultural factors, personal factors, social factors together onpurchasing decisions. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The surveymethod focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaireor questionnaire instrument. Based on the estimated time and limitations, the population inthis study were all wifi users from Telkom Indonesia on metrp. then the population is takenbased on the largest number of buyers in a year in 2020, which is as many as 133 buyers. Theresults show that 1) there is a positive and significant influence between cultural factors onpurchasing decisions 2) there is a positive and significant influence between social factors onpurchasing decisions. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between personal factorson purchasing decisions 4) there is a positive and significant influence between personalfactors on purchasing decisions. positive and significant influence between cultural factors,personal factors, social factors on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi bagi kaum difabel di Kota Bengkulu sangat penting sebagai upaya untuk memberikan kemampuan kepada mereka sehingga dapat menjalankan aktifitas ekonominya sebagaimana layaknya orang dengan keadaan fisik yang sempurna. Salah satu organisasi yang memberdayakan kelompok difabel di Kota Bengkulu yaitu Mitra Masyarakat Inklusif (MMI). Keberadaan MMI sangat membantu kelompok masyarakat penyandang disabilitas sehingga masyarakat tersebut mampu menjadi pelaku UMKM yang mandiri dan memiliki daya saing serta tentunya dapat meningkatkan perekonomian. Unit usaha yang dimiliki MMI dalam memberdayakan kelompok disabilitas yaitu sektor jasa dan perdagangan seperti percetakan printing, konveksi, pembuatan kain basurek, laundy serta produk makanan dan minuman. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk-produk kelompok disabilitas di Kota Bengkulu melalui penerapan teknologi pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan digunakan yaitu lesson study dengan tahapan persiapan pelatihan digital marketing, pelaksanaan pelatihan meliputi pelatihan pemanfaatan sosial media untuk mempromosikan produk dan pelatihan pembuatan konten iklan produk, serta monitoring praktik pemasaran dengan menerapkan teknologi digital oleh mitra dan evaluasi. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu mitra memiliki skills dalam memanfatkan teknologi digital marketing berupa penggunaan market place melalui aplikasi Tokopedia dan Google Bisnisku sebagai tempat transaksi jual beli, penggunaan media sosial Facebook Ads dan Instagram Ads untuk mempromosikan produk-produknya, serta mengetahui cara pembuatan konten iklan dan pengemasan/packaging produk yang menarik bagi konsumen. Economic empowerment for people with disabilities in Bengkulu City is very important as an effort to give them ability so that they can carry out their economic activities like people with perfect physical conditions. One of the organizations that empowers disabled groups in Bengkulu City is Inclusive Community Partners (ICP). The existence of ICP is very helpful for groups of people with disabilities so that the community is able to become independent and competitive MSMEs actors and course can improve the economy. The business units owned by ICP in empowering disability groups are the service and trade sectors such as printing, convection, manufacture of basurek cloth, laundry and food and beverage products. This service aims to increase sales of disability group products in Bengkulu City through the application of digital marketing technology. The implementation method used is lesson study with the stages of preparation for digital marketing training, the implementation of the training includes training on the use of social media to promote products and training in product advertising content creation, well as monitoring marketing practices by applying digital technology by partners and evaluation. The results of this service activity are partners have skills in utilizing digital marketing technology in the form of using market places through Tokopedia application and Google My Business as a place for buying and selling transactions, using social media Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads to promotion their products, and knowing how to create content advertising and packaging of products that are attractive to customer.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the image of the destination and tourist satisfaction and how the influence of the image on tourist satisfaction in tourism destinations in Bengkulu Province. This research is a conclusive research study of 150 tourists to natural tourist destinations that are included in the Bengkulu Province Tourism Strategic Area Plan (TSAP). Tourist perception was developed to test the hypothesis of the relationship model or the effect of the impact of the destination image on tourist satisfaction. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that tourism destinations have an excellent image; this can be seen from the destination image components, including cognitive and affective images, which are in the excellent category. When viewed from tourist satisfaction towards natural tourist destinations, tourists have been satisfied with tourism destinations. Cognitive and affective images also positively affect tourist satisfaction with tourism destinations. The better the cognitive and affective image, the more tourist satisfaction at natural tourism destinations will increase.
