Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Mobile Banking and administrative cost on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia Rantauprapat Branch Offices, both partially and simultaneously, Determining the sample technique using Arikunto’s opinion with a total of 40 people and the method of analysis used is descriptive analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t-test) show that Mobile Banking (X1) and administrative costs have a positive and significant effect on Customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia Branch offices, with a t count Mobile Banking variable value of3.018 while t table is 1.689 (t count) bigger than t table). Meanwhile, for the variable administration costs, the t-count is 2.608, while the t-table is 1.689 (t-count is greater than t-table). The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) show that Mobile Banking (X1) and administrative costs (X2) have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia Rantauprapat Branch Offices, with an f count of 10.371 while a f table of 2.64 (f count over larger than f table). The test results for the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the Adjusted R square value is 0,419 or 41.9% indicating that Mobile Banking and Administrative Fees simultaneously contribute to customer satisfaction of 41.9%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana berbagai faktor seperti variasi produk, pilihan gaya hidup, promosi diskon, dan digital marketing memengaruhi keputusan pembelian pelanggan pada Toko Trendz Shoes & Bag Rantauprapat. Populasi sampel untuk penelitian ini terdiri dari semua pelanggan Toko Trendz Shoes & Bag Rantauprapat. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling, khususnya purposive sampling, dengan total ukuran sampel 60 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik yang meliputi observasi, kuesioner, dan pengujian sistem. Pendekatan analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif yang memanfaatkan perangkat lunak SPSS. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa variasi produk tidak memengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara individuk akan tetati dapat memengaruhi secara kolektif. Sementara gaya hidup tidak memengaruhi keputusan pembelian dengan sendirinya, gaya hidup memang berpengaruh jika dipertimbangkan bersama dengan faktor-faktor lain. Demikian pula, promosi diskon tidak memengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara independen, tetapi berkontribusi secara kolektif terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan. Di sisi lain, digital marketing memengaruhi keputusan pembelian pelanggan baik secara individu maupun kolektif pada Toko Trendz Shoes & Bag Rantauprapat. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh adalah 0,734 atau 73,4%, maka ini menunjukkan bahwa 73,4% keputusan pembelian pelanggan didefinisikan dengan variabel variasi produk, gaya hidup, promosi diskon, dan digital marketing, dan sisanya 26,6% dipengaruhi oleh elemen lainnya yang belum dibahas pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of community service is to help knowledge and skills in making handicrafts in the form of beads and also help earn income. Although still in a small scope, the resulting product is already widely known by consumers. And so that students have the knowledge and skills in using social media to train a creative and independent business spirit. The location of this community service is at SMP NEGERI 2 Sumberjo, sub-district. Na IX-X. The target in this PKM is class IX-1 students, totaling 27 students. The method used is observation, interviews and counseling. The aims of this PKM are: 1) beaded bracelet accessories with various colors that can make the bracelet very beautiful. 2) Improve the knowledge and skills of SMP NEGERI 2 SUMBERJO students in creative and entrepreneurship subject matter. 3) Students have an interest and desire to develop a business spirit through social media and online applications. 4) can produce accessories that have selling value and students have motivation by selling online, adding pocket money and helping parents.

Abstract

At the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Labuhanbatu Regency, this study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction factors, organizational environment, leadership style, and work motivation on employee performance. Research on internal issues that have the potential to affect employee performance is very important to improve the efficiency of regional financial and asset management. This study was conducted involving 38 employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Labuhanbatu Regency. For the purposes of this study, data were collected by distributing questionnaires to BPKAD employees working in Labuhanbatu Regency. Survey techniques and quantitative methodologies were used. A data analysis approach known as multiple linear regression was used to ensure that several variables had simultaneous and partial influences on each other. Employee performance was significantly and positively influenced by job satisfaction factors, organizational climate, leadership style, and work motivation, according to the results of the study. Employees who are satisfied with their jobs, who work in an organizational environment that supports their work, who are led by successful superiors, and who have a high drive to complete their tasks tend to show greater optimal performance. In addition, it has been proven that these four factors simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Redenomination is included in the Ministry of Finance's 2020-2024 strategic plan and will be realized in the near future. Redenomination offers many benefits for the economy, but its implementation must be careful to avoid hyperinflation. One important factor in the success of redenomination depends on people's knowledge about redenomination, which will influence their perceptions. Wrong perceptions can make people reject redenomination because it is considered the same as sanering. Therefore, a study of public perception is needed before implementing redenomination. This research uses the Spearman Rank Correlation method with a sample of 100 MSMEs in Pontianak City. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a 5 point Likert scale. The research results show that the public has adequate (good) knowledge and perceptions regarding the government's plans to implement the redenomination policy. The amount of income has no implications for the public's perception regarding the redenomination plan that will be implemented by the government, and the level of education has no implications for the public's perception regarding the redenomination plan that will be implemented by the government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Strategi Pemasaran Digital Untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Produk Umkm Lokal Melalui Promosi Dan Konten Menarik Di Media Sosial. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden yaitu umkm lokal di Labuhanbatu. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS 27.  Penelitian dilakukan untuk meneliti bagaimana variabel independent memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel dependent dan tingkat persentasi pengaruh variabel penelitian dengan melakukan penyebaran angket penelitian kepada responden dan melakukan pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independent memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel dependent dengan nilai seluruh t hitung > t table dan nilai signifikan <0,05 dengan tingkat determinasi yaitu 0.739 atau sebesar 73,90% memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja serta persepsi pegawai tergadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (uji t) dan simultan seluruh variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi (AdjustedR Square) bahwa kinerja mampu dijelaskan oleh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja serta persepsi pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penerapan E-Filling Terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dan Kesadaran Wajib pajak sebagai variabel moderasi. Jenis Penelitian Ini Adalah Penelitian Asosiatif. Pengumpulan Data Dalam Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 100 responden, Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product Sofware Solution). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkkan bahwa Penerapan E-Filling (X) dan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak (Y) dengan variabel kesadaran wajib pajak (Z) sebagai variabel mediasi yaitu dengan cara cara 0,422 x -0,488 = -0,2451 = -24,51.. Dari hasil perhitungan di atas di dapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,118 > 2.002 pada taraf signifikan 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwasannya kesadaran wajib pajak mampu memediasi pengaruh Penerapan E-Filling terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak

Abstract

In an innovation business, increasing production and marketing is very important in the progress of a company. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the most strategic sector of the national economy and concern the livelihoods of many people, making them the backbone of the national economy. However, the problem currently faced by small businesses or industries is industrial management and marketing. With community service related to assisting MSMEs in the traditional type of cassava chips food, it is hoped that it can provide a solution in improving the welfare of MSMEs. The problem solving method used is based on a management approach in increasing production results and sales results with 4 (four) stages of program implementation, namely preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and reporting. The community service program carried out is through packaging innovation in accordance with the regulations of the Bireuen City Health Service, increasing production with a management approach and expanding marketing on social media and modern markets.
