Abstract

Kinesthetic intelligence is the ability to combine the physical and the mind to produce perfect movements. One method to improve children's kinesthetic intelligence is by playing rhythmic gymnastics games. This research aims to determine the increase in kinesthetic intelligence of early childhood in the Darussalam Kindergarten, Kendari city, using rhythmic gymnastics as a media game. The type of research is classroom action research which includes 2 cycles with 10 action assessment indicators. Data collection methods are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted at the initial stage of the rhythmic gymnastics activity process by designing learning modules, preparing the media to be used, organizing classes to condition children. In the core activity, children begin to do rhythmic gymnastics activities. At the end of the activity the teacher held a discussion regarding the rhythmic gymnastics activities that had been carried out and held a reflection. The success indicator in this research is 75%. The results of the research show that children's kinesthetic intelligence can be improved through rhythmic gymnastics games. It is known that in the initial conditions or cycle 1, the child's success indicator only reached 46.67%. Then in cycle II it increased to 86.67%, this increased significantly. It can be concluded that rhythmic gymnastics games have succeeded in increasing the kinesthetic intelligence of early childhood in the Darussalam Kindergarten, Kendari City, therefore the research results can be used as a reference by early childhood education institutions to improve children's motor skills, especially children's kinesthetic intelligence

Abstract

Kolaka is one of the districts in Southeast Sulawesi. Kolaka Regency is a coastal area located in Southeast Sulawesi Province. Kolaka is like a hidden paradise on the west coast of Sulawesi Island. As a large area that borders the sea, namely Bone Bay to the west. Kolaka Regency has a coastline that stretches for 293.45 km, decorated with white sandy beaches, clear sea water. One potential that is worth paying attention to as a tourist destination is Kapu Beach, which is located in Kapu Village, Samaturu District, Kolaka Regency. However, currently, Kapu Beach is polluted with lots of plastic and organic waste scattered around and reducing the beauty of the beach. The method used in this activity is the observation method. The first stage that was carried out began with coordination with the local government and the management of Kapu Beach. The second stage, namely checking the condition of the tourist beaches that would be cleaned, as well as preparing paint for re-tightening the trees and aesthetic photo spots. The third stage, This stage carries out the process of cleaning the beach tourism environment and painting several photo spots. What is meant by the observation method is a way of collecting information from relevant data by observing. The result of this activity for the surrounding community is to build self-awareness for the community to care about the beach and coastal environment and also be aware of the dangers of environmental pollution, considering that the location where they live is on the coast of Kapu Village. Based on the results of the service carried out, the conclusion that can be drawn from the beach clean-up activity is that it was held smoothly and in accordance with the previously planned activity structure, and cleaning up rubbish at the tourist attraction was not easy, the large number of visitors not only had a positive impact on tourist attractions but there There is also a negative impact, namely, where a lot of plastic waste is found both around the gazebo and even on the coast, there is also a lot of waste used from visitors' food. It is important to maintain the cleanliness of the beach tourism environment so that it can be managed well and optimally.

Abstract

This type of research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this research areClass X MIPA 1 MAN Donggala students consist of 4 people, each 2 male students and 2 female students who have FI cognitive style and FD cognitive style. Data on students' communication skills was obtained by written assignments and interviews. The results of the research show that the mathematical communication skills of students who have a Field Dependent cognitive style are less capable than men because they cannot achieve all the indicators. The student subject has a Field Dependent female cognitive style which is quite capable because it achieves one.The student subject has a Field Independent male cognitive style which is quite capable because it achieves two indicators.The student subject has a Field Independent female cognitive style that is capable of achieving all three indicators. So the conclusion obtained from this research is that students' mathematical communication abilities are generally said to be poor, this is because the majority of students have not met several indicators of the three indicators of students' mathematical communication abilities. This can be seen with only one student achieving all three indicators.

Abstract

Background: Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) adalah bentuk intrakulikuler yang termasuk dalam pengimplementasian Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Kegiatan KKN ini bertujuan untuk dapat menyelesaikan berbagai problematika yang terjadi di Desa Gunung Meriah yang meliputi bidang pendidikan, sosial masyarakat, dan lingkungan. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan metode PAR (Participatory Action Research) yaitu metode yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif. Pelaksanaan KKN ini dimulai pada 18 Juli 2022 sampai dengan 18 Agustus 2022 di Desa Gunung Meriah, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. Terdapat 2 program dalam pelaksanaan KKN yang terdiri dari Program Utama dan Program Bantuan dimana masing-masing program memiliki beberapa kegiatan. Hasil: Program utama terdiri dari, kelas khusus untuk mengatasi buta huruf, bimbingan belajar (les), mengajar ngaji, kesehatan, perpustakaan, pembuatan pupuk organik cair, pembuatan nomor rumah, menonton film islami bersama, senam, dan lomba-lomba. Sedangkan program bantuan terdiri dari kegiatan pengajaran formal, gotong royong, pengajian (wirit) rutin, pembuatan gapura 17-an, pembukaan jalan untuk pariwisata, dan kegiatan seminar. Kesimpulan: seluruh program yang telah dilaksanakan selama sebulan penuh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan lancar, serta tidak ada kendala sama sekali dalam menjalankan setiap program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kurikulum berbasis kompetensi terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Krikulum berbasis kompetensi diangap sebagai salah satu pendekatan yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa melalui pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa dan penerapan metode pembelajaran aktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum berbasis kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar setelah implementasi kurikulum brtbasis kompetensi. Peningkatan ini terlihat dalam kemampuan siswa dalam menganalisis informasi, membuat inferensi, mengevaluasi argumen, dan memecahkan masalah dengan berpikir kritis. Faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa meliputi penggunaan metode pembelajaran aktif. Pendekatan ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti; Pendekatan pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa, penggunaan metode pembelajarab yang aktif dan kreatif, dan penilaian yang berfokus pada proses dan hasil belajar.

Abstract

The development of digital technology in the Industry 4.0 era has driven significant transformation in Human Resource Management (HRM), particularly in career planning and development. Digitalization shifts career systems from hierarchical structures to competency-based digital career models that require employee self-management through continuous learning and technological utilization. This study employs a qualitative approach using a Systematic Literature Review of 2020–2025 publications on HR digitalization, HRIS, AI, Big Data, and LMS. The findings show that technology enhances the efficiency of competency mapping, performance assessment, and learning access, although challenges such as digital literacy gaps and resistance to change persist. Technology acts as an enabler, while the HR manager’s role evolves into a strategic talent architect who integrates technology with data-driven talent management.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the role of parents in instilling honesty in children. The stages of character formation will be correlated with psychological theory. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with an approach single case study to a complex and comprehensive picture obtained from informants, as well as the research background as it is. Data collection teachique in his study are interviews, observation and documentation. Character building honesty in children in the family is very important family is the first environment a place where children grow develop and build a personality that will become their identity later. Exemplary and direct examples of honesty that parents do will be embedded in child’s memory. Familiarizing children to be honest with themselves is the beginning of the formation of honeaty for the capital of his life. The intensity of the presence, the caress of affection, the warmth and attention that parents give their children play an imporatant role in shaping honesty character. Teachers also play an important role in forming honesty characters in children when they are taught school by setting an example and honest behavior. The result of the study foud that forming honesty character, children are not only equipped with cognitive knowledge about honesty but also must to the affective domain and implemented in real behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi praktik pembelajaran guru sekolah dasar melalui integrasi kegiatan coding dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) di SDN 29 Ampenan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi, melibatkan guru, siswa kelas V, dan kepala sekolah sebagai informan utama. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model fenomenologi Colaizzi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah mengombinasikan media tradisional seperti papan tulis dan spidol dengan media digital seperti laptop, proyektor, dan aplikasi berbasis AI (Code.org dan ABC ya). AI membantu guru mempercepat proses perencanaan pembelajaran, menghasilkan bahan ajar yang variatif, serta menumbuhkan kreativitas dalam merancang kegiatan belajar. Sementara itu, kegiatan coding efektif mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir logis, sistematis, dan komputasional siswa. Kendala utama yang dihadapi guru meliputi keterbatasan perangkat dan jaringan internet, namun diatasi melalui pembelajaran kelompok dan aktivitas unplugged coding. Secara keseluruhan, pembelajaran berbasis AI dan coding berkontribusi terhadap penguatan literasi digital, etika berteknologi, serta pembentukan karakter kreatif dan adaptif siswa sekolah dasar. Manuscript Title: Instructions for Writing and Submitting Reflection Journal Articles (14 pt Bold No More Than 15 Words) This study aims to analyze the transformation of learning practices of elementary school teachers through the integration of coding and artificial intelligence (AI) activities at SDN 29 Ampenan. The research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods, involving teachers, grade V students, and school principals as the main informants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological model. The results of the study showed that teachers have combined traditional media such as whiteboards and markers with digital media such as laptops, projectors, and AI-based applications (Code.org and ABC yes). AI helps teachers speed up the learning planning process, produce a variety of teaching materials, and foster creativity in designing learning activities. Meanwhile, coding activities are effective in developing students' logical, systematic, and computational thinking skills. The main obstacles faced by teachers include limited devices and internet networks, but they are overcome through group learning and unplugged coding activities. Overall, AI-based learning and coding contribute to strengthening digital literacy, technological ethics, and the formation of creative and adaptive character of elementary school students.

Abstract

Pendidik selama ini belum memanfaatkan media pembelajaran secara ideal dalam mengajarnya, hal ini dikarenakan keterbatasan biaya dan waktu dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran sehingga motivasi guru dalam membuat media efektif, efisien, kreatif berkurang. Maka,  mengakibatkan siswa-siswi menjadi tidaktermotivasi dalam belajar dan minat bealajrnya berkurang.Tujuan umum dari pelaksanaan adalah peserta didik dapat memanfaatkan barang bekas sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran serta dapat mengembangkan kreativitas peserta didik, dan juga dapat menanamkan nilai kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode PAR (Participatory Action Research). Terdapat tiga tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Evaluasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini diukur dengan menggunakan angket untuk melihat respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran dari barang bekas yang dilakukan, hasil angket respon siswa kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Persentase rata-rata hasil angket respon siswa yaitu sebesar 90% yang menunjukkan pelatihan pemanfaatan barang bekas sebagai media pembelajaran biologi pada sistem pernapasan masuk kedalam kategori yang sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan barang bekas sebagai media pembelajaran Biologi pada materi sistem pernapasan dapat menjadi salah satu tambahan alternative media pembelajaran untuk membantu pemahaman peserta didik, dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa, meningkatkan minat siswa, serta dapat mengedukasi mengenai pentingnya daur ulang sampah plastik untuk melestarikan lingkungan.

Abstract

Coastal abrasion at Mampie Beach, West Sulawesi, poses a serious threat to community livelihoods and biodiversity. This community-based program aimed to implement Blue Economy principles by integrating eco-technology and mangrove adoption to mitigate abrasion while empowering the local community at Rumah Sahabat Penyu. The methods included the installation of 60 geobags, planting 300 Rhizophora mangrove seedlings, and training in mangrove-based soap making as a sustainable livelihood initiative. Evaluation results showed that 100% of the geobags remained intact and the mangrove survival rate reached 80% (though 20% were damaged by plastic debris, large wood, and human activities). Furthermore, 23 participants successfully learned the mangrove-based soap-making process, enhancing environmental awareness and economic resilience. This program confirms the effectiveness of combining eco-technology and community participation in coastal protection and sustainable livelihood development. Further monitoring is recommended to evaluate the long-term performance of geobags and mangrove survival during peak abrasion seasons.
