Abstract

Digitalisasi penghimpunan zakat menghadapi tantangan utama berupa literasi digital yang masih rendah dan tingkat kepercayaan (trust) muzakki yang belum optimal, yang merupakan faktor kritis penentu kesuksesan transformasi digital sektor zakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi dengan data primer dari wawancara mendalam terhadap muzakki, pengelola BAZNAS/LAZ, dan praktisi perbankan syariah, serta observasi partisipatif, didukung data sekunder dari laporan keuangan, artikel jurnal, dan regulasi yang dianalisis dengan teknik analisis tematik model Braun dan Clarke. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi bahwa implementasi strategi digitalisasi (seperti QR Code, aplikasi, e-commerce) mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan perluasan jangkauan, dengan faktor kunci pembangun kepercayaan muzakki adalah transparansi dan akuntabilitas pelaporan, keamanan sistem dan reputasi institusi, serta pengalaman pengguna (user experience) yang baik, yang berimplikasi signifikan terhadap optimalisasi penghimpunan zakat digital dan loyalitas jangka panjang. Disimpulkan bahwa strategi digitalisasi harus mengintegrasikan pendekatan berbasis kepercayaan yang memadukan aspek teknis, syariah, dan psikologis, sehingga diperlukan upaya berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan transparansi, keamanan siber, edukasi, dan sosialisasi untuk membangun serta memelihara kepercayaan masyarakat..

Abstract

Teacher creativity and teaching effectiveness are two inseparable variables that affect student learning outcomes, this is the focus of this service activity. This service activity is proposed with 3 (three) things behind it, namely 1) evaluation of the results of the 2019 service, that 100% of teachers have implemented online learning; 2) the results of the team's experience in managing online learning at the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik; 3) The need to increase teacher competence in terms of developing HOTS-oriented innovative teaching materials, as demanded by 21st-century teachers. Based on these problems, through this PKM program, a solution is offered with the Assistance program to develop innovative HOTS-oriented teaching materials, which the team already has experienced very well in this area. The program is carried out through the stages of strengthening creative teaching concepts, workshops on developing innovative teaching materials oriented to HOTS, FGD validation of development results, then implementation with assistance from a service team and continued implementation independently by the schools.The result of this activity are 1) increased teacher understanding of creative teaching concepts; 2) produced innovative teaching materials' HOTS oriented; 3) teachers can implement innovative teaching materials' HOTS oriented independently

Abstract

This study aims to analyze coping resources and perceived stress levels among students at the Bakti Negara Islamic Institute in Tegal and to examine the relationship between the two variables. The research method used a correlational quantitative approach with a sample of 38 students selected through convenience sampling. The instruments used were the Brief Cope Scale and the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). The results showed that the majority of students were in the moderate coping category (68.4%) and moderate stress category (57.9%). The correlation test yielded a value of r = -0.383; p = 0.018, which means that there is a significant negative relationship between coping resources and perceived stress. The better the students' coping strategies, the lower their perceived stress levels. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening adaptive coping strategies through psychological counseling and stress management training in higher education institutions, as a form of intervention that is expected to improve psychological well-being and build students' resilience in facing various life challenges.

Abstract

Strategi koping merupakan cara seseorang dalam mengelola tuntutan-tuntutan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap strategi koping dosen institusi pendidikan tinggi bidang kesehatan di Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 79 dosen institusi pendidikan tinggi bidang kesehatan di Samarinda menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala stres kerja dengan nilai alpha cronbach’s= 0.927, skala dukungan sosial bernilai alpha cronbach’s= 0.914, dan skala strategi koping bernilai alpha cronbach’s= 0.764.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh antara stres kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap strategi koping dosen institusi pendidikan tinggi bidang kesehatan (2) tidak terdapat pengaruh antara stres kerja terhadap strategi koping (3) terdapat pengaruh antara dukungan social terhadap strategi koping.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of the habit of reading the Qur'an on students' understanding of Islamic teachings at MI Al-Urwatul Wutsqo 1, located in Bulurejo Village, Diwek District, Jombang Regency. The background of this research is based on the importance of cultivating the habit of reading the Qur'an as an integral part of character and spiritual education that contributes to students’ deep comprehension of Islamic values. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the regular practice of reading the Qur'an implemented at MI Al-Urwatul Wutsqo 1 positively impacts students' understanding of Islamic teachings. Students who consistently engage in reading the Qur'an demonstrate enhanced religious awareness, discipline, noble character, and better understanding of Islamic Education subjects. Activities such as daily Qur'anic recitation (tadarus) and memorization programs help shape students into religious and morally upright individuals. Therefore, the habit of reading the Qur'an proves to be an effective means of supporting Islamic education and fostering Islamic character in students. Abstract

Abstract Bullying is a serious social and psychological problem in educational settings that demands fundamental preventive solutions. This study aims to analyze the essential role of tauhid education—a fundamental foundation of Islamic teachings that affirms the oneness of Allah Swt.—in developing anti-bullying character. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, this article describes how the core values ​​of tauhid, such as the belief in the equality of all human beings before Allah and the awareness of divine supervision (muraqabah), effectively protect individuals from oppressive behavior. The analysis shows that tauhid fosters empathy, eliminates arrogance, and provides mental resilience for victims. Integrating the principles of tauhid and morals into the curriculum and school culture is key to creating a safe educational environment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji efektivitas penerapan pendekatan Deep Learning dalam Problem-Based Learning (PBL) terhadap peningkatan pemahaman konseptual siswa dalam mengurangkan pecahan dengan penyebut yang berbeda. Dilaksanakan sebagai penelitian tindakan kelas di MI Salafiyah Kajen, Pati, yang melibatkan 20 siswa kelas lima, penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dan tes untuk menilai hasil belajar siswa dalam dua siklus. Temuan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman konseptual siswa, dengan rata-rata skor meningkat dari 63,25 pada siklus I menjadi 82,5 pada siklus II, serta ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari 40% menjadi 100%. Integrasi Deep Learning dalam PBL mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa, berpikir kritis, serta kemampuan mengaitkan konsep matematika dengan situasi kehidupan nyata. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Deep Learning dalam PBL merupakan strategi yang menjanjikan untuk meningkatkan pendidikan matematika, terutama dalam memperkuat pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep pecahan.
