<![CDATA[Purpose: This study proposes to examine and prove empirically about influence of Halal Characteristic consist of Halal Awareness and Halal Logo on the Behavioral Intention of Halal Food Product. Methodology/Approach: The research period taken throughout 2024 until the end of the year has the potential to be biased when obtaining information from respondents. Moreover, the extent of the study is consumers in Medan City, Indonesia. Sampling criteria use a purposive technique. Results/Findings: The halal characteristic from awareness and logo have a positive and insignificant influence on Behavioral Intention and Purchase Intention of Halal Food. Behavioral Intention has a positive and significant influence on the Behavioral Intention and Purchase Intention of Halal Food in Medan City, Indonesia. Conclusions: Halal awareness and logos have no significant effect, while behavioral intention strongly drives purchase intention. Broader scope and added variables are recommended for future research. Limitations: The study period taken throughout 2024 until the end of the year has the potential to be biased when obtaining information from respondents. In addition, the scope of this study is limited to only consumers in Medan City, Indonesia. Contribution: This study is expected to be beneficial for consumers who want to take an attitude, desire, or intention to buy halal food. Then, an entrepreneur can use this as information in evaluating their business strategies.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan pelatihan pengolahan ikan tongkol menjadi isian lumpia di Desa Meunasah Mon ditujukan untuk ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak usia dibawah 5 tahun sehingga harapannya dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai stunting dan kemampuan dalam menyediakan makanan olahan dari ikan bagi anak-anak dan keluarga dirumah. Pemilihan lumpia sebagai produk olahan yang didemokan adalah mengingat anak-anak sangat gemar makan makanan yang digoreng, dan lumpia merupakan salah satu makanan yang disajikan dengan digoreng. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dnegan cara presentasi materi dan demonstrasi langsung pembuatan lumpia isi ikan tongkol. Hasil kegiatan ini sangat memuaskan dan sesuai target, karena terlihat para peserta sangat antusias dan mampu mengikuti tahap-tahap pembuatan lumpia dengan baik. Sebnayak 90% peserta menyatakan sangat puas dan 10% meyatakan puas dengan kegiatan ini. Dan diharapkan aga rada kegiatan serupa secara berkala dengan produk olahan yang lain seperti 20% peserta menginginkan produk olahan berikutnya dalah bakso, sebanyak 25% menginginkan nugget, 50% peserta menginginkan abon sebagai olahan berikutnya dan sebanyak 10% peserta memilih produk olahan lainnya.Kata kunci:Gemarikan, lumpia ikan, olahan ikan, stunting]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is a pluralistic country because of its diversity of tribes, cultures, languages and customs, so it has various forms of Educational Institutions. Islamic boarding schools are the 'Father' of education in Indonesia and an indigenous institution born from Nusantara's local wisdom in a somewhat existential period. The characteristic of pesantren lies in its leadership in the hands of a Kiai. One of the pesantren that still exists today is Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor (PMDG). So, this study aims to provide a discourse about the leadership of 'Trimurti' as the central figure in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. The study is included in the library research. To facilitate data analysis, researchers used descriptive and content analysis techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis, the uniqueness of kiai's leadership lies in the charismatic character that creates a 'patron-client' pattern in the internal and external spheres. Trimurti of PMDG as a boarding school leader whose task is to educate the santri, applied two main methods: central figure (uswahhasanah) and formatting milieu or conducive environment. The whole life of the pesantren, both on a micro and macro scale, has been designed to transfer knowledge and value naturally in every daily activity.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe and analyze the prophetic leadership of school principals in improving students' religious character with the prophetic leadership model of school principals. This type of research uses a qualitative variety with a case study approach, data collection techniques through observation of all learning activities, critical interviews with school principals, supporting documentation of the prophetic leadership model, data analysis techniques using Miles Huberman's theory, and data validation techniques using triangulation. This research resulted in a prophetic contribution to the concept of leadership by emphasizing the Prophet's excellence, namely sidiq (honest) in innovating to run leadership in schools, amanah (personal excellence) in managing infrastructure to support the development of students' religious character, tabligh (interpersonal capital) social interaction with the primary goal advancing the school without other interests, fatonah (intelligent) in planning the concept of instilling the values of the religious character of students in every line from the school's vision to the implementation in each work unit.]]>

<![CDATA[Job stress is an issue for Indonesian Gen Z to thrive in the workplace. This study aimed to examine job stress using the JD-R model. Job insecurity, workload, and work environment were used as independent variables. The research was conducted using quantitative research. 207 responses from Indonesian Gen Z employees working in startup/digital companies in Jakarta was gathered using questionnaire and statistical analysis was performed using IBM SPSS 26. This research found that all variables have partial and simultaneous impact towards job stress. This seeks for companies to practice transparency and feedback with employees about the job future, workload, and work environment, as well as building a company culture that encourages employee growth. Keywords: gen Z, JD-R model, job insecurity, job stress, workload, work environment]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisia pengaruh work from home, motivasi, lingkungan kerja dengan mediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 180 responden pada sektor publik yang merupakan pegawai Kanwil DJPb Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan KPPN Jakarta I sampai dengan KPPN Jakarta VII. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dalam bentuk Google Form yang dikirimkan ke setiap responden, kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Struktural Equation Modeling. Penelitian ini menemukan pengaruh positif variabel-variabel work from home, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemudian variabel work from home, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran ganda dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variable mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Setda Provinsi Papua yang berjenis kelamin wanita yang berjumlah 56 orang. Sedangkan untuk penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik sensus. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan menggunakan analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Namun sebelum analisis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji outer model melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Selanjutnya melakukan uji Inner Model melalui uji R-Square (Coefficient of determination), dan F-Square (f2 effect size). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa konflik peran ganda dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, selanjutnya diketahui pula konflik peran ganda berpengaruh negative terhadap kinerja, sedangkan kompetensi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemudian dari pengaruh tidak langsung diketahui bahwa motivasi kerja mampu memediasi konflik peran ganda dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Setda Provinsi Papua.]]>

<![CDATA[Pendidikan Islam bisa menjadi paradoks akibat globalisasi. Sehingga, pendidikan Islam memiliki peran penting dalam mempengaruhi etika dan moral umat dan bangsa untuk menghasilkan individu yang religius dan bertakwa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kecerdasan emosional seperti apa yang lebih dikembangkan siswa sebagai hasil dari pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pendidikan Islam di era digitalisasi dan langkah-langkah pengembangannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan literatur sebagai sumber data utamanya, sehingga memerlukan penjabaran data dari berbagai literatur. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menganalisis literatur menggunakan teknik deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sudah saatnya pendidikan Islam mengembangkan metode pembelajaran aktif melalui perencanaan strategis yang matang untuk membentuk kecerdasan emosional peserta didiknya. Pancasila covers various aspects of life, both interactions with fellow humans and with God. In the current conditions, the issue of integrity can reduce the quality of Indonesian human resources. Therefore, the introduction of Pancasila values to the community can be used as an option to remind the values and norms of life that are in harmony with the community. Pancasila value introduction activity is carried out online in the form of webinars and discussions. <![CDATA[The community service conducted at PT CJ Logistic is an effort to support financial literacy. This is necessary because CJ Logistic employees are young people who joined the company immediately after graduating from vocational high school. Many of them are working at this company for the first time. Therefore, there is a need to provide financial literacy knowledge to the workers at this company. To facilitate the event and avoid disrupting work hours, the event was held on Saturday when the company only operates half a day. The community service was conducted by organizing a short educational session on personal financial planning. The session was divided into two parts: in the first session, participants received classroom instruction. In the second session, participants were encouraged to ask questions about their individual financial planning. Of course, creating a personal financial plan requires knowledge of one's financial condition and time to develop it. Therefore, the second session focused on general financial planning. At the end of the session, a summary of what was learned that day was provided, and the event concluded with a game related to financial planning led by the students. Participants attended the session from start to finish with enthusiasm. It is hoped that the knowledge gained from this training will be applied in their daily lives.]]>
