Abstract

Chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) remains a major global health issue,[-10pc]AU: Please provide ORCID ID for all authors.[-7pc]AU: Please provide affiliation’s for all authors. with over 250 million people affected worldwide. In Indonesia, HBV prevalence has declined from high to moderate endemicity, but challenges persist due to regional disparities, risk of mother-to-child transmission, and the predominance of B3 and C1 sub-genotype. Despite available preventive measures and diagnostic tools, approximately 90% of cases remain undiagnosed, particularly in low-resource settings, indicating the need for improved screening and control strategies. Therefore, this study aims to conduct preliminary performance tests of KODC hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) (rapid diagnostic test (RDT) prototype) produced by Konimex on serum and whole blood samples. Performance was assessed through sensitivity, precision, specificity, and comparative testing against commercial RDT. The results obtained were visually interpreted by 2 independent readers. KODC HBsAg RDT demonstrated a detection limit of 50 IU/ml in serum and 400 IU/ml in whole blood. Precision testing showed high reproducibility (RSD <3.02%), with no cross-reactivity against other pathogens. Compared with a commercial RDT, it showed equivalent performance in serum and superior specificity in whole blood. In addition, predictive value analysis confirmed excellent accuracy, with Positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV) >99% in both sample types. Therefore, KODC HBsAg RDT prototype showed comparable performance to commercial tests with good sensitivity, precision, and specificity, indicating its potential as a practical tool for HBV screening in resource-limited settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pendekatan dan penerapan media teknologi pembelajaran dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan peningkatan di sekolah. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi telah membawa perubahan dalam segala kehidupan manusia, terutama di bidang pendidikan. Hal ini membuka pandangan yang lebih luas dan memberikan  peluang yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat pendidikan untuk memanfaatkan  berbagai produk  teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepustakaan (Library Reseach). Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi dengan bantuan material yang terdapat di ruangan perpustakaan. Adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam pendidikan mendorong pemerintah untuk lebih meningkatkan profesionalisme guru agar dapat mengajar dengan baik serta memotivasi siswa untuk lebih mengenal teknologi agar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the values ​​in the process of the lelocon tradition through wedding customs in Lesung Batu village, Empat Lawang Regency. The social situation in this research is the traditional values ​​of jokes in wedding customs in Empat Lawang Regency. The location of this research is Lesung Batu Village, Empat Lawang Regency. Community groups living in Lesung Batu Village, Empat Lawang Regency are the subjects, and community attitudes or habits regarding wedding customs, which contain values, ​​are the activities studied. This research uses historical methods and qualitative research. The historical method has several stages: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews, and observation. The results of the research concluded that the value contained in the traditional wedding banter tradition of the people of Lesung Batu village, according to their ancestors' religious values, is that they believed in it so that they would be kept away from bad things that could disturb household life. The manifestation of values ​​in society is in the form of rewards, punishments, praise, and so on. Social values ​​are values ​​that are recognized as a result of consensus and closely related to views on the hope of shared prosperity in social life.

Abstract

The reason for carrying out this community service is the low interest of students in learning history. The low learning motivation of students, especially in learning local history, results in students being lazy to study history. Then, there is a lack of media based on local history created by History Teachers. It also strengthens students' character through media through a banner on the philosophical values ​​of the Arab Village House Building 13 Ulu Palembang at YWKA Palembang High School. The methods used in this community service activity are first, making initial preparations starting from administration; secondly, carrying out material presentations or explanations according to the material and providing available Media Banners; and thirdly, carrying out intensive reviews with understanding to all participants. Then, evaluate the activity from start to finish by ensuring all participants can understand what was conveyed to the presenter until its implementation. It is hoped that by donating this banner material and media, History Teachers at YWKA Palembang High School can apply it to students at the school to increase interest in learning local history and strengthen the students' character.

Abstract

This service activity was motivated by the low interest of history teachers in creating media, especially in history subjects. Apart from that, there is also low student interest and motivation in learning, especially local history. So far, teachers in carrying out learning tend not to use media as a tool in conveying learning material, so learning is verbalistic plus the perception of history for some students is still considered a relatively difficult lesson. Therefore, it is necessary to create learning conditions that can familiarize children with history and their environment, one of which is by conducting learning using Banner media. This service activity aims to educate Palembang City YWKA High School teachers to increase their professionalism as History Teachers at Palembang YWKA High School. This activity also motivates teachers to design attractive learning media in the form of banners using local sources of excellence in the city of Palembang. The method of implementing activities carried out in this activity is lecture, question and answer and discussion, and the practice of making Banner media. It can be concluded that educational activities for YWKA High School Teachers in Palembang City provide teachers with understanding and skills in producing Banner learning media based on the local history of Arab Village Houses in Palembang City.
