Abstract

The community service program is carried out at one of the SMEs in Wonosobo, Central Java, which produces and markets processed carica food products. The problems faced by SMEs are problems in the aspects of marketing, financial management and production. The purpose of community service is to improve the ability of SMEs to market products, manage company finances, increase the efficiency of the production process, and increase production capacity. The approach used in this community service is training and business assistance. The results felt by SMEs are the wider marketing of carica processed food products, structuring the company's financial system, efficiency in the production process, and increased production capacity.

Abstract

Hargomulyo Village is one of the villages in the Kokap Kulonprogo District of Yogyakarta which has high agricultural potential. Agricultural management efforts are mostly carried out by women. The Mekar Mandiri Women Farmers Group is a forum consisting of a group of farmer wives or female farmers in Hargomulyo Village who have activities in the agricultural sector in utilizing agricultural resources to work together to increase farm productivity and the welfare of its members. In carrying out its activities, the Mekar Mandiri Farmer Group has several obstacles: (1) Limited insight and skills in developing the potential of agricultural products into processed products with higher economic value; (2) Limited production equipment capable of processing agricultural products into processed products; (3) The low involvement of young people in the development of agricultural products. The solutions offered through these Community Service activities include: (1) training to broaden the horizons and increase the capacity of the community in managing local agricultural products-based processed products, (2) Facilitating the procurement of business equipment, (3) Assisting in applying for home industry permits and trademarks, and (4) Assistance in the manufacture of packaging designs for agricultural snack products. Abstract

Depok Beach, Bantul, Yogyakarta, has a food stall center for processed seafood caught by local fishermen. The manager of a food stall at Depok Beach, Bantul, is experiencing problems in improving service quality, production efficiency, and managing small business finances. Intense competition and raw material prices force shop managers to improve service and production efficiency. The service team from the Department of Business Administration, FISIP UPN Veteran Yogyakarta collaborated with the Mina Bahari 45 Cooperative to help and assist the Depok Beach food stall in increasing business capacity. Empowerment programs that have been carried out have started from the implementation of production layouts, small business financial management, simple financial records, and improving the quality of service to consumers. Food stall managers benefit from this service program so that production times are faster, consumers are more satisfied, and finances are well recorded so that they are able to provide simple financial reports.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, some people experienced difficulties due to declining family income. The community service team and women farmer groups in Bantul Regency saw a business opportunity by utilizing the yard around the house for organic farming. Organic farmers receive training and assistance from the service team so that they are able to grow organic vegetables for their own use and sell to consumers. The women farmers are also equipped with an understanding of farmland layouts, online marketing, and simple accounting. The results of this program are savings in family expenses and an increase in family income. This program is very helpful for women farmers in Bantul, Yogyakarta.

Abstract

"Krosok" salt, or "Crude Solar Salt", is salt produced through the evaporation and crystallization of seawater. Some krosok salts have different qualities, and this is influenced by the quality of seawater as raw material, available production facilities and post-harvest handling. This krosok salt is mainly produced by salt farmers along the north coast of Karawang Regency. This study aimed to determine the quality of krosok salt obtained from salt farmers in Karawang Regency and to raise salt quality standards to increase the sale value of salt by creating healthy and industrial salt products. The method is to re-crystallize the "krosok" salt by adding binders or additives. Based on the results of the salt crystal test in the laboratory, it is known that the crystallization of "krosok" salt in Karawang Regency has a NaCl content of up to 99.35%; this value is already above the SNI quality standard of 98% as health salt. Meanwhile, for hazardous materials such as (Hg) and (As), the content is around 0.001%, below the SNI threshold of 0.1%.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of fishermen in Pengambengan village, Jembrana Regency, Bali in creating innovative portable rollers as an effective and efficient tool for moving boats. The method of implementing this service uses training with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Evaluation of the success level of this service uses a questionnaire instrument, which is analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results of this service activity show that fishermen can understand well the innovation of portable rollers as an effective and efficient tool for moving boats. Apart from that, fishermen have been able to create and improve existing wheel innovations. The finished rolling innovation can be used by fishermen properly and correctly when moving boats/jukungs to places that are safer from high tides.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok tani di desa Sembungan, Kejajar, Wonosobo adalah banyaknya buah carica yang tidak layak diolah menjadi sirup carica. Buah carica yang rusak tidak dapat diolah sehinggah menjadi sampah yang mengganggu lingkungan pariwisata setempat. Permasalahan kedua adalah mahalnya harga pupuk dan obat tanaman yang digunakan petani untuk bercocok tanam sayuran. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah membantu kelompok tani dalam mengolah limbah buah carica menjadi pupuk organic cair dan obat hama tanaman. Teknologi yang digunakan adalah proses limbah carica menjadi eco-enzyme. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi tentang pemanfaatan limbah organik, pelatihan produksi pupuk cair, fasilitasi teknologi, pelatihan pemasaran pupuk organic, dan pendampingan. Pengabdian ini menghasilkan luaran berupa pupuk organic cair yang siap diterapkan untuk penyubur tanaman sayuran dan obat hama penyakit tanaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research. Besar sampel adalah 60 responden yaitu Karyawan Tetap Divisi Produksi PT. Taru Martani dengan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Termasuk kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sebaiknya perusahaan memperhatikan tingkat kinerja karyawan dengan memberikan kebebasan kepada karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan, kondisi di sekitar tempat kerja karyawan, pembentukan mental karyawan dan pemberian punishment kepada karyawan agar pengawasan terhadap karyawan berjalan. dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bukti secara empiris pengaruh dari Struktur Kepemilikan dan Struktur Modal terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dan Dampaknya terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Objek pada penelitian ini yaitu Perusahaan Sektor Consumer Non-Cyclicals yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada Tahun 2016 sampai dengan Tahun 2020. Tipe penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Explanatory Research dengan menggunakan data Sekunder. teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini untuk memilih sampel sesuai kriteria yaitu menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 31 perusahaan dan 155 data observasi dalam waktu periode selama 5 tahun. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis SEM-PLS menggunakan Software WarpPLS.  Hasil pada penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa Struktur Kepemilikan berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, Struktur Modal berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, dan Kinerja Keuangan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Nilai perusahaan. sedangkan Struktur Kepemilikan dan Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to prove the influence inflation to bond yield and bond price with BI rate as intervening variable. The data was collected from Bank Indonesia, Bursa Efek Indonesia, and Indonesia Bond Marker Directory within quartal time series during the period 2019 Q1 to 2020 Q2. The sample were all corporate bond in sub – sector financial institution with partial least square used as analysis method. Based on purposive sampling criteria was found 17 bonds using 11 issuer samples. The result from partial test showed that inflation had significant and positive effect on BI rate. Inflation and BI rate had significant and positive effect on bond yield. Inflation does not showed any significant, yet showed negatif effect to bond price. Then, BI rate and bond yield had significant and negatif effect to bond price. Inflation had significant and positive effect on bond yield through BI rate. Inflation had significant and negatif effect on bond price through BI rate.
