Abstract

The availability of certified seeds is a very important strategy to maintain food security. When farmers plant their farms with certified seeds, it can increase the production yields grown by farmers. To answer the availability of sources according to the needs of farmers or consumers, it is necessary to design an information system for forecasting the demand for certified seeds, with a methodology Rational Unified Process (RUP) so that this method can be useful to identify the system that is running and can describe the system to be built. Meanwhile, to produce an estimate of the demand for certified seeds, a linear regression approach will be used which will be included in the design of the system. The design of this system will produce a function to assist producer farmers in estimating certified seed production, assisting the availability of certified seed information for consumers, and assisting the PSBTPH Installation in the Subang Region in carrying out evaluation and monitoring.

Abstract

An organization's expansion and improvement are inextricably bound up with its physical setting. Put another way, the company's productivity is only one indicator of how the work environment impacts the business. The key to a company's success or failure is its productivity, hence measuring it is crucial. North Sumedang Tirta Medal Water Company has also suffered a drop in output, which is attributable, in part, to staff carelessness but also to factors like an unpleasant workplace and inadequate illumination. The purpose of this research is to ascertain the extent to which the working conditions of the Perumda Water Drinking Tirta Medal, North Sumedang personnel affect their output on the job. Approach Quantitative methodologies were used in this investigation. The data is presented in this paper. This follows the rules of quantitative research, which use data collection, processing, and interpretation in statistical hypothesis testing to explain the connection between variables. This research found that for n = 28 (df=26), the t-value is 3.032, with a p-value of 0.05. The results show that the X-variable (Work Environment) influences the Y-variable (Work Productivity) according to these standards (tcount ttable = 3.032, 2.05553).

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the feeling of happiness or disappointment that arises from the comparison between expectations and the performance of the received product. Consumer satisfaction has five indicators, namely the complaint and suggestion system, customer satisfaction surveys, ghost shopping, lost customers, This research aims to identify the factors that influence consumer satisfaction with Smoothies Janji Manis products in the city of Sumedang. The type of research used is qualitative research based on post-positivism philosophy. This study uses the observation method with purposive sampling, along with interviews with the manager of Smoothies Janji Manis. This research yielded answers that the factors of taste, price, and quality significantly influence consumer satisfaction with Smoothies Janji Manis products. And consumers also agree on the large number of visitors to Smoothies Janji Manis.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education and Culture found that the Covid-19 pandemic had caused a significant literacy and numeracy learning loss. The comprehensive mathematics instruction (CMI) model has a pedagogical prescription that is proven to be effective in improving students' mathematical thinking skills. This model can be developed into a digital teaching material that can support interactive learning. This study aims to build digital teaching materials using the CMI model that can support interactive mathematics learning. The research method used is research and development (R & D). The results of this study are in the form of a product named CMI Agent which is the result of the transformation of the CMI model teaching materials into LMS-based digital technology with interactive designs. Abstract

ABSTRAKTari Réndéng Bojongyang diciptakan oleh Gugum Gumbira pada tahun 1978 dan sepanjang tahun 1980-an, sangat populer di kalangan masyarakat Sunda.Akan tetapi, sejak pertengahan tahun 1990-an bentuk tarian ini tidak pernah terlihat lagi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara komprehensif mengenai berbagai unsur yang membentuknya.Penelitian kualitatif ini mengggunakan teori estetika instrumental dengan metode deskriptif analisis yang tahapan penggalian datanya dilakukan melalui studi pustaka, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh simpulan, bahwa tari jaiponganRéndéng Bojong itu wujudnya dibentuk oleh tiga unsur utama, yaitu “bentuk” terdiri dari struktur koreografi, struktur karawitan, dan penataan rias-busana; “bobot” terdiri dari eksistensi senimannya, konsep garap, dan proses garap; “penyajian” yaitu tarian berpasangan yang bernuansa pergaulan.Ketiga unsur tersebut terintegrasi menjadi sebuah kristalisasi estetika tari yang menjadi identitas tari Réndéng Bojong.Kata kunci: Estetika tari, jaipongan, Gugum Gumbira, tari Réndéng Bojong, estetika instrumental. ABSTRACTThe Réndéng Bojong dance, which was created by Gugum Gumbira in 1978 and throughout the 1980s, is prevalent among Sundanese people. However, since the mid-1990s, this dance form has never been seen again. The purpose of this study is to understand various elements forming it. This qualitative research uses the theory of instrumental aesthetics with descriptive analysis methods in which data collection uses several stages: library study, observation, and documentation study. The results of the analysis are the Jaipongan Réndéng Bojong dance was formed by three main elements, namely, first, "form" consisting of a choreographic structure, musical structure, and makeup arrangement. Second, "weight" includes the existence of the artist, the concept of working on, and the working process. Third, "presentation" is a paired dance with a social nuance. The three elements integrated into a dance aesthetic crystallization, which is the identity of Réndéng Bojong dance.Keywords: dance aesthetics, jaipongan, Gugum Gumbira, Réndéng Bojong dance, instrumental aesthetics.

Abstract

Subang is one of the regencies in West Java province which is still carrying out the handling and handling of Covid-19, especially the Pasirkareumbi village, as a form of community service, an educational program will be made for the community. One of the current problems is the lack of knowledge, especially the public about the Covid-19 virus and also related to vaccination, therefore it is necessary to do socialization, one way is using social media. The method used to educate is done in two ways, namely online and offline. Online is targeted at social media users by sharing posts in the form of information regarding the Covid-19 virus on social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram, while the Offline method uses banner media as well as socialization regarding the importance of Vaccination. From the results of this activity, the community will understand and know the importance of vaccination for body resistance and with full awareness to participate.

Abstract

Peningkatan Bahasa Indonesia tercermin dari jumlah pusat pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang tersebar di berbagai negara. Perguruan tinggi dan institusi swasta pun banyak yang menyediakan layanan kursus BIPA. Namun, penutur asing menghadapi berbagai kesulitan dalam pembelajaran, termasuk aksesibilitas materi dan pemahaman terhadap struktur dan kultur bahasa Indonesia. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan TikTok pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia bagi penutur asing dari aspek morfologi, fonologi dan sintaksis dengan menganalisis video akun @indonesianwithLauren. Penulis memilih TikTok sebagai objek penelitian dikarenakan TikTok sebagai platform media sosial populer dengan 1,67 miliar pengguna aktif bulanan, menawarkan potensi sebagai alat pembelajaran BIPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui litarature review dan analisis video TikTok dengan menggunakan Teknik simak. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa konten TikTok dapat memberikan kontribusi positif pada penggunaan bahasa Indonesia oleh penutur asing, terutama dalam aspek morfologi, fonologi, dan sintaksis.

Abstract

abstrak—Permainan game online, sangat diminati oleh kalangan remaja. Popularitas game di kalangan remaja tidak dapat dipisahkan dari dampak yang ditimbulkannya. Salah satu dampak tersebut memengaruhi kesantunan berbahasa remaja. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesantunan berbahasa remaja berusia 14 tahun yang memiliki kebiasaan bermain game online. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa remaja yang sering bermain game online cenderung menggunakan kata-kata yang kurang santun, terutama dilihat dari segi makna leksikal. Meskipun demikian, dari segi makna gramatikal, kata-kata tersebut masih dapat dianggap santun.Kata kunci—Kesantunan berbahasa, remaja, games online Abstract—Online games are very popular among teenagers. The popularity of games among teenagers cannot be separated from the impact they cause. One of these impacts is influencing teenagers' language politeness. This research aims to determine the level of language politeness of 14 years old teenagers who have the habit of playing online games. The research uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation. The research results show that teenagers who often play online games tend to use less polite words, especially in terms of lexical meaning. However, in terms of grammatical meaning, these words can still be considered polite.Keywords—language politeness, teenagers, games online

Abstract

Abstrak— Pada saat ini eksistensi bahasa Indonesia di kancah internasional semakin menguat hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan semakin banyaknya penutur asing yang mulai belajar bahasa Indonesia lewat program BIPA. Tetapi pada praktiknya banyak penutur asing yang merasa kesulitan dalam belajar bahasa Indonesia terutama bagi mereka yang baru belajar pada tingkat dasar. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi saat ini pengajar BIPA dapat membuat pembelajaran menjadi lebih mudah dan menyenangkan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Duolingo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas aplikasi Duolingo dalam membantu proses pembelajaran BIPA di tingkat dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis konten-konten yang ada di aplikasi Duolingo. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapati bahwa Duolingo memiliki banyak fitur yang dapat membuat pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dan materi pembelajarannya juga sudah sesuai dengan standar kompetensi untuk pemelajar BIPA tingkat dasar. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Duolingo cukup efektif dan dapat digunakan dan sebagai media pembelajaran BIPA di tingkat pemula.Kata kunci— Pembelajaran BIPA, Media Pembelajaran, Duolingo Abstract—Currently, the existence of the Indonesian language in the international arena is getting stronger as evidenced by the increasing number of foreign speakers who are starting to learn Indonesian through the BIPA programme. But in practice many foreign speakers find it difficult to learn Indonesian, especially for those who are just learning at the basic level. By utilising current technology, BIPA teachers can make learning easier and more fun by using the Duolingo application. This research aims to find out how the effectiveness of the Duolingo application in helping the BIPA learning process at the basic level. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method by analysing the content in the Duolingo application. The results of this study found that Duolingo has many features that can make learning more fun and the learning materials are also in accordance with the competency standards for basic level BIPA learners. It can be concluded that Duolingo is quite effective and can be used as a medium for learning BIPA at the beginner level.Keywords— BIPA learning, Learning media, Duolingo

Abstract

abstrak—CERDIG (Cerita Rakyat Digital) merupakan inovasi media pembelajaran berupa gambar atau video Cerita Rakyat yang ditayangkan saat pembelajaran cerita fiksi. Pemanfaatan CERDIG (Cerita Rakyat Digital) merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk membuat pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dan kreatif serta meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Penggunaan cerita rakyat dalam pembelajaran merupakan salah satu cara melestarikan budaya daerah kepada generasi mendatang. Anak -anak akan merasa memiliki berbagai budaya lokal yang ada dengan mengintegrasikan cerita rakyat  dalam tiap bacaan. Pembelajaran cerita fiksi menggunakan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif. Pembelajaran kooperatif dinilai baik dilakukan dalam pembelajaran Fiksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi Pustaka (Library Reaserch). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa Cerita Rakyat Digital (CERDIG) Pada Pembelajaran Cerita Fiksi Siswa Kelas 5 dapat direlisasikan di dalam kelas dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif. Dengan menggunakan CERDIG pada pembelajaran cerita fiksi bukan hanya meningkatkan pembelajaran secara efektif, namun mengenalkan budaya dan nilai-nilai budaya Indonesia kepada peserta didik.Kata kunci—cerita fiksi, cerita rakyat digital  Abstract—CERDIG (Digital Folk Stories) is an innovative learning media in the form of pictures or videos of folk stories that are shown when learning fictional stories. The use of CERDIG (Digital Folklore) is one effort that can be made to make learning more fun and creative and increase students interest in learning. Using folklore in teaching is one way to preserve regional culture for future generations. Children will feel like they have a variety of local cultures, by integrating folklore in each reading. Fiction story learning uses cooperative learning strategies. Cooperative learning is considered good in learning fiction. The research method used in this research in library research. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that Digital Folklore (CERDIG) in class 5 students fiction story learning can be realized in the classroom using cooperative learning strategies. Using CERDIG in learning fiction stories not only improves learning effectively but introduces Indonesian culture and cultural values to students.Keywords— fiction story, digital folklore
