Abstract

  ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi logistik yang diterapkan pada UMKM Rumah Rohesa dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas produk serundeng kelapa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UMKM Rumah Rohesa yang berlokasi di Jl. Arsitek Blok M Ujung, BTN Palupi Permai, Kota Palu. Informan penelitian terdiri dari lima orang, yaitu pemilik usaha, karyawan, pemasok, serta dua orang pemilik toko. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung di tempat produksi, serta analisis dokumen operasional. Data dianalisis menggunakan software Nvivo 12 Plus untuk mendapatkan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai aktivitas logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan inbound logistik yang efektif, seperti seleksi bahan baku berkualitas dan proses pengecekan ketat, mampu memastikan kelancaran produksi serta mengurangi risiko bahan baku yang cacat. Conversion operation yang terstruktur melalui proses produksi yang konsisten membantu menjaga kualitas serundeng kelapa. Selain itu, outbound logistik yang efisien, meliputi pengelolaan pesanan yang terorganisir dan strategi harga yang kompetitif, berkontribusi dalam memperluas akses pasar serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Analisis word cloud dari wawancara menunjukkan bahwa aspek utama dalam aktivitas logistik meliputi supplier, kualitas bahan baku, kapasitas produksi, transportasi, dan wilayah pemasaran. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola logistik secara terintegrasi guna meningkatkan keandalan distribusi, menjaga ketersediaan stok, serta mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan.   Kata Kunci: Inbound logistik, Conversion operation, Outbound logistik, UMKM, dan Serundeng Kelapa.   ABSTRACT   This study aims to identify and analyze the logistics strategies implemented at UMKM Rumah Rohesa in improving operational efficiency and product quality of serundeng kelapa. The research was conducted at UMKM Rumah Rohesa, located at Jl. Arsitek Blok M Ujung, BTN Palupi Permai, Kota Palu. The study informants consisted of five people: the business owner, employees, suppliers, and two store owners. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, direct observations at the production site, and operational document analysis. Data were analyzed using Nvivo 12 Plus software to gain a comprehensive understanding of logistics activities.The findings indicate that an effective inbound logistics process, such as selecting high-quality raw materials and strict quality control, ensures smooth production and minimizes the risk of defective materials. A well-structured conversion operation through consistent production processes helps maintain the quality of serundeng kelapa. Additionally, efficient outbound logistics, including organized order management and competitive pricing strategies, contribute to expanding market access and enhancing customer satisfaction. The word cloud analysis from interviews highlights key aspects of logistics activities, including suppliers, raw material quality, production capacity, transportation, and marketing areas. This study provides practical insights for MSME actors in managing integrated logistics to enhance distribution reliability, maintain stock availability, and support sustainable business growth   Keywords : Inbound logistic, Conversion operation, Outbound logistic, MSMEs, and Serundeng Kelapa

Abstract

Perubahan organisasi merupakan suatu keniscayaan yang harus dihadapi oleh setiap institusi pendidikan, termasuk SMA Negeri 3 Medan. Dalam proses mengelola perubahan tersebut, peran kepemimpinan menjadi faktor kunci yang menentukan keberhasilan atau kegagalan transformasi organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan dalam mengelola perubahan organisasi di SMA Negeri 3 Medan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang visioner, komunikatif, dan partisipatif mampu menciptakan iklim kerja yang kondusif, meningkatkan motivasi guru dan siswa, serta meminimalisir resistensi terhadap perubahan. Selain itu, kepemimpinan yang efektif juga mampu mengarahkan seluruh elemen sekolah untuk beradaptasi dengan tuntutan zaman melalui inovasi dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan responsif sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung keberhasilan perubahan organisasi di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Rapid industrial development and changes in consumer behavior require companies to continuously improve their competitiveness, particularly in maintaining customer satisfaction and trust. Operational cost efficiency is a company's ability to optimally manage expenses without compromising service quality. This study examines the effect of operational cost efficiency and human resource (HR) competency on product quality at PT 1000 Rentcar Medan. Using an associative quantitative method with multiple linear regression, data were collected from 35 operational and management employees. The results showed that operational cost efficiency had no significant effect on product quality. However, HR competency had a positive and significant effect on product quality. Furthermore, simultaneously, operational cost efficiency and HR competency significantly influenced product quality. These findings indicate that in the car rental industry, product quality is highly dependent on HR competency. Although customers do not directly feel internal cost efficiency, the synergy between the two is important for service quality.

Abstract

Karang Taruna plays a crucial role in enhancing the social life of the community, particularly in Hinas Kanan Village, Hantakan District. The region has seen a decline in youth engagement in improving the quality of the younger generation, especially in terms of creativity and critical thinking skills. This served as the motivation for the service team to reactivate the Karang Taruna organization to develop and enrich the youth's understanding of their contributions to sustainable development. The younger generation has the potential to maximize the role of Karang Taruna in empowering the community's social welfare. The program aims to create a beneficial atmosphere through various social activities such as organizing Focus Group Discussions on village potential, commemorating the Republic of Indonesia's anniversary with the youth, conducting joint clean-up actions, and exploring tourist attractions with the village youth. The staff team has conducted workshops to strengthen the vision of Karang Taruna with the members and village officials, fostering solidarity and social responsibility among the youth of Hinas Kanan village. This aims to encourage a more active role in community development and greater sensitivity to social issues in their environment. The research emphasizes the importance of the active role of youth in sustainable development and their involvement in decision-making for the future of the village. It can serve as a reference for youth empowerment programs in other villages facing similar challenges and aid in designing more effective and sustainable strategies.
