Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze Efforts to Increase JR Business Volume through SWOT Analysis. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The subjects in this study amounted to 8 respondents using in-depth interview techniques. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that there are several aspects that affect the strength, namely: good product taste, many flavor variants, easy-to-reach business location, affordable product prices, good service. Meanwhile, the disadvantages are as follows: JR snack products cannot be stored for too long, the product packaging is still standard, the production process is still carried out manually, and the supply of stock is not much. For the opportunity itself, namely providing a new product menu, developing products that are in demand by many consumers. And for the threat as follows: the increasing level of competitors, competitors with the same type of products

Abstract

Trade also helps improve the regional economy, in this case Bengkayang district, because of Bengkayang's geographical location which is near the border area between Indonesia and Malaysia. Based on this geographical location, culinary businesses can be an option for entrepreneurs/investors. The purpose of this research is to find out the asset-based development strategy that can be carried out by Weng Coffee, to find out how the process of implementing and evaluating the asset-based development strategy carried out by Weng Coffee is. This research uses qualitative research methods using techniques and the type of research used is action research using the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. Action research is a methodology that is closely related to participant involvement, so that the process and results are greatly influenced by the values and culture of the participants. The results of the research conducted at Weng Coffee were the researcher's desire to open his own business. Several assets owned by Weng Coffee, such as human/individual assets (human capital), environmental assets (natural capital), financial assets (financial capital), social assets (social capital), physical assets (phsycal capital).

Abstract

Culinary in Indonesia today has a variety of characteristics that continue to develop in accordance with the ideas and thoughts embraced by business actors. Business actors must be able to see and take advantage of the potential business opportunities in the surrounding environment so that they can become a source of income in their business activities. In the fried rice business run by Nasgortri, it is inseparable from the innovations and marketing strategies applied to it, there are qualified innovations such as modulation approaches, complementary ingredient approaches and business reduction approaches, which are service standards that must be complied with. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection technique consists of observation and interviews. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that NASGORTRI's fried rice business in running the business offered to consumers applies several sales strategies using methods of approach, including modulation approaches, complementary ingredients, and effort reduction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out marketing strategies to increase sales and develop blooming bouquet products. This research uses a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques for this research are observation, interviews, and research documentation by means of interviews conducted in Bengkayang and its surroundings, there are several informants who will be interviewed, with 3 aspects of questions, the research results obtained are regarding marketing strategies in improving and developing Blooming products. bouquets use marketing strategies, there are several things that must be done by business actors, namely carrying out product innovations in terms of shapes and variants requested by consumers as well as displaying more attractive packaging.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the marketing mix strategy of the Cassava Snack cassava chips business using social media, namely by using Facebook, Whatsapp and marketing directly to consumers. The 4P marketing mix in this study is products, prices, promotions, and places. The methods used in this study are qualitative methods and descriptive approaches. To obtain data in this study, researchers conducted observations, direct interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the marketing mix strategy using the 4P method can increase product sales if applied properly, besides that marketing using social media can also help increase product sales, besides that product quality can also affect the marketing mix, because consumers will certainly see the product first from the quality, therefore quality plays a very important role in the marketing mix of a product especially in Cassava Snack products

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of observing and finding out the extent of consumers’ preferences for consuming village rice. This research was carried out using qualitative methods through data collection by conducting observations and interviews. The results of this research are that village rice has several attribute elements such as price, shape of rice, taste, aroma, color and packaging size. These product attributes are one way to develop products and services that have been used by business actors. This product attribute can help consumers to differentiate village rice products from market rice because both have different attributes so that with these product attributes business actors can see consumer preferences in consuming village rice. Consumer preferences in the Andeng village area, Sengah Temila sub-district, Landak district can be seen from how often consumers buy or consume village rice sold by business actors. In terms of consumer interests and tastes, many consumers prefer to buy village rice rather than buy rice in the market because the price of village rice is cheaper than the price of market rice

Abstract

Desa Lamolda di Kabupaten Bengkayang memiliki jumlah penerima PKH tertinggi di Kecamatan Lumar. Upaya graduasi mandiri (sejahtera) dilakukan melalui Praktik Pengelolaan Keuangan Keluarga (PPKK) bagi Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) PKH. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga pra sejahtera dan membantu mereka keluar dari program PKH. PPKK dilakukan melalui penyuluhan tentang pengelolaan keuangan keluarga, seperti menabung, berinvestasi, dan mengelola pengeluaran. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu KPM PKH untuk meningkatkan kondisi ekonomi mereka dan mencapai graduasi mandiri (sejahtera). Solusi ini diharapkan dapat membantu KPM PKH di Desa Lamolda untuk mencapai kemandirian dan meningkatkan taraf hidup mereka. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan secara tatap muka berupa presentasi materi, tanya jawab, simulasi dan diskusi terkait pengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Hasil kegiatan ini memberikan tambahan pengetahuan dan pengalaman pengelolaan keuangan sebagai bagian dari refleksi implementasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari terutama dalam pengelolaan uang bantuan sosial yang diterima oleh KPM agar benar-benar bermanfaat bagi keluarga penerima manffat tersebut dan kedepannya terdapat graduasi mandiri

Abstract

Geographically, Bengkayang Regency borders Malaysia, offering advantages to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the region. However, Kipik Koe Bengkayang MSME has not been able to fully capitalize on this potential due to suboptimal product packaging and the lack of a Business Identification Number (NIB). To address these issues, a community service project was conducted, focusing on hygienic packaging and production processes, as well as obtaining business legality to expand market reach. The methods employed included socialization and direct assistance through initial observation, scheduling, implementation, and evaluation. This initiative involved two owners of Kipik Koe Bengkayang MSME and consisted of three meetings. As a result, Kipik Koe Bengkayang produced more hygienic product packaging with its own brand label and successfully obtained an NIB. This community service project had a positive impact on improving packaging quality and hygienic production processes, as well as aiding the business development of Kipik Koe Bengkayang MSME through the issuance of business legality.

Abstract

ABSTRAKLimbah tongkol jagung termasuk golongan sumber biomassa namun pemanfaatanya belum terlalu optimal. Limbah tongkol jagung sesungguhnya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk bahan baku pembuatan briket  sebagai alternatif bahan bakar. Minyak bumi merupakan bahan bakar yang tidak bisa di perbaharui. Hal ini tentunya sangat dikhawatirkan karena akan menyebabkan terjadinya persediaan bahan bakar fosil terus menipis, sehingga diperlukan bahan bakar alternatif sebagai sumber energi yang ramah lingkungan yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber energi alternatif dengan nama briket tongkol jagung. Tim Pengabdian dari Institut Shanti Bhuana memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa SMKN 2 Bengkayang. Tujuan agar siswa memahami manfaat tongkol jagung yang bernilai ekonomis. Metode pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Eskperimental yaitu melakukan pengujian secara langsung di lapanngan.Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa SMKN 2 akan manfaat dari limbah tongkol jagung bisa dijadikan suatu peluang usaha yang dapat menghasilkan uang. Briket tongkol jagung merupakan salah satu sumber energi biomassa di Indonesia yang sangat potensial. Limbah pertanian dapat di manfaatkan sebagai salah satu solusi permasahan terhadap kelangkaan minyak bumi. Kata kunci: limbah jagung; ramah lingkungan; nilai jual. ABSTRACTCorncob waste is included in the biomass source category but its utilization is not yet optimal. Corn cob waste can actually be used as raw material for making briquettes as an alternative fuel. Petroleum is a non-renewable fuel. This is of course very worrying because it will cause fossil fuel supplies to continue to run low, so alternative fuels are needed as an environmentally friendly energy source that can be used as an alternative energy source called corncob briquettes. The Service Team from the Shanti Bhuana Institute provides training to SMKN 2 Bengkayang students. The aim is for students to understand the economic benefits of corn cobs.The training method is carried out using the experimental method, namely conducting tests directly in the field. The aim of this activity is to provide SMKN 2 students with an understanding of the benefits of corn cob waste which can be used as a business opportunity that can make money. Corncob briquettes are one of the potential sources of biomass energy in Indonesia. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan perilaku intrapreneur di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif berjenis penelitian deskriptif. Instrumen peneltian ini mengacu pada karakter gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, karakter kewirausahaan, dan karakter perilaku intrapreneurship. Sumber data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari proses wawancara mendalam kepada informan. Kemudian data yang diperoleh akan diproses pada qualitative data analysis software NVivo 12 Plus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki kontribusi dalam menumbuhkan karakter wirausaha dan mengembangkan perilaku intrapreneurship di lingkungan perguruan tinggi swasta daerah perbatasan.
