Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the contextual learning model on learning outcomes of Natural Sciences material for the fifth grade elementary school students. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the research design used is Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The sample used in this study found 23 students consisting of 11 female students and 12 male students. Data analysis techniques used in this study include normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test. The results showed that there was a significant effect on the effectiveness of the contextual learning model in learning natural sciences on ecosystem materials. This can be shown by the value of the hypothesis test with a t-test of 5.501 > 2.015 (df; 44). On the other hand, which shows the significance value is the result obtained by 0.003 < 0.05 (5%). So it can be concluded that there are significant differences in the results of the post-test of students in the control and experimental groups.

Abstract

Learning media is a very essential object in the teaching and learning process. This research develops a flashcard EBI teaching aid product by containing Indonesian Spelling material. The purpose of this research is to develop a valid, attractive, and effective flashcard EBI teaching aid product during teaching and learning activities at SDN Ceweng. This study involved 17 students of SDN Ceweng in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This development research uses the ADDIE development model. the results of this study indicate that: (1) the results of the validity of the media obtained a percentage value of 86.76% with a very valid category and suitable for use without improvement; (2) the results of the validity of the material obtained a percentage value of 82.35% with a very valid category and suitable for use without improvement; (3) interesting implementation results, namely 89.82% with very interesting category. Based on the acquisition value, the flashcard EBI flashcard media is declared suitable for use in the learning process. Keywords: Flashcard, Indonesian Spelling

Abstract

The development of monopoly game media to improve the learning outcomes of Class V students based on several gaps including: 1) students haven’t carried out learning interesting educational media, 2) there is no available learning that provides flexibility for students, 3) The average KKM has not the standard criteria. The development of media uses the Borg and Gall model modified as needed. There are 10 processes that implemented study, namely, 1) potential and problems, 2) gathering information, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) design improvement, 6) product testing, 7) product revision, 8 ) use trial, 9) final product revision, 10) mass production. The results research show that the percentage from the instrument validator is 93.8% very valid category, media validator is 92% very valid and suitable for use without improvement, material validator is 83.75% valid category and suitable for use without improvement but there are still revisions. The test results of educators are 87.4% eligible category. The results of small group trials were conducted 6 students percentage of 87.3% in the very attractive category, field trials were carried out 15 students percentage of 87.6% in the very attractive category. The results T-Test from the small group for the Pre-Test results were 63.3 and the Post-Test results obtained an average of 99.3. Meanwhile, for the second group, the average Pre-Test was 64.1 and the Post-Test result was 98.6. Based on the results of the overall data analysis, it can be concluded that the development of media monopoly game is feasible to be used as a learning medium. Abstract

The creation of pop-up book media for metamorphosis is one of the techniques by which the classroom learning process can be facilitated. This research on media development is motivated, in part, by the demand for innovative and user-friendly learning tools to enhance the classroom learning process. The goal of the researcher in developing pop-up book media is to: (a) Understand the process of developing pop-up book learning media on metamorphosis material; (b) understand the quality of developing pop-up book learning media on metamorphosis material; and (c) understand the implementation of developing pop-up book learning media on metamorphosis material. Research and Development is the method employed in this study (R&D). The approach employed by the researcher is the 4D (four-D) development model, which includes four steps in the development process: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research procedure is conducted in accordance with the researcher-modified stages of the 4D development model. 88.98% of instrument, material, and media specialists were consulted during the research process for developing pop-up book medium. As a consequence of the implementation phase, researchers got a mean score of 94.18 percent based on responses from educators and students. In addition, the researcher received a score of 92.82 percent based on the average of the expert validation and implementation stages, indicating that the media he or she created met the extremely valid requirements and deserved to be implemented without modification.

Abstract

Writing ability is the ability to convey messages to others in writing, but there are still many problems with writing skills, one of which is writing cursive letters. The problems that occur are, some students still have difficulty in arranging and connecting concatenated letters, some students have difficulty arranging loose letters, and some students are tired of writing too many cursive letters. This study aims to provide education for children in writing cursive letters through the development of Pocket Book media. This study uses the R&D (Research and Development) research method and uses the ADDIE development model. There are 5 Development Processes that have been implemented in this research, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluation. The Pocket Book media assessment was carried out by media, material, educator responses and student responses for grade 2 SDN Ceweng Jombang. The results of Pocket Book media development research show that the percentage obtained from media expert validators is 88.24% with a very valid and appropriate category for use, material expert validators are 85.29% in a very valid and suitable category for use. Furthermore, the results of trials or educators are 92% with a suitable category for use. The results of field trials with 17 students with a percentage of 91% with a very interesting category. Based on the results of the analysis, Pocket Book media is feasible to be used as a learning medium

Abstract

The problems studied are how to develop explosion box media, the quality of explosion box media and how to apply explosion box media. With the aim of knowing the process of developing explosion box media, the quality of explosion box media and the application of explosion box media at SDN Sugihwaras 1 Jombang. This research uses development research (R&D) methods. With a 4-D model developed by S. Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, and Melvyn I. Semmel. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students at SDN Sugihwaras 1 Jombang. This research was conducted from February to June 2022. The methods used were observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis was obtained using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the explosion box learning media has an average value of 92.21%. According to Purwanto, the Five Scale Rating category is divided into 5, namely very decent, decent, fairly decent, less feasible and not feasible. 3). The application of explosion box media as an effort to introduce the history of the Indonesian nation to fourth grade students at SDN Sugihwaras 1 Jombang shows that the response of students to the learning media developed by researchers is good and can be accepted by students during the learning process. In addition to getting a very good response from students, the researchers also got a good response from educators with an average percentage of 82.6%, which means that the explosion box learning media is indeed suitable for use by students.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi di SDN Kepanjen 1 Jombang, bahwa kesiapan dan keaktifan peserta didik masih rendah pada kegiatan pembelajaran P5 dengan penerapan kurikulum merdeka dan merdeka belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan kurikulum merdeka dan merdeka belajar di SDN Kepanjen 1 Jombang dalam kaitannya dengan kegiatan pada Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) bagi siswa kelas I dan IV. Dalam riset ini, peneliti menerapkan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel yang diambil secara acak. Sampel dalam riset ini berjumlah 35 responden dimana didapatkan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, interview dan juga penyebaran angket. Berlandaskan pada riset, kesimpulan yang bisa diperoleh adalah ditemukan adanya dampak penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar pemahaman P5 murid kelas I dan IV di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kepanjen 1 Jombang. Kurikulum merdeka belajar bisa diimplikasikan dengan maksimal sehingga bisa berdampak positif untuk siswa dan sistem pendidikan. Dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan Pearson Product Moment, yaitu rxy sebesar 0,88, maka Ha disetujui namun Ho tidak disetujui. Oleh karena itu, disimpulkanbahwa ditemukan adanya dampak positif dari pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka belajar terhadap pemahaman P5 siswa.Langkah startegis terdekat dalam penerapan implementasi kurikulum ini adalah membangun kelompok percepatan implementasi untuk memberikan pendampingan pada siswa dan guru yang mempunyai hambatan dalam menerapkan kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang card dance sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran seni tari untuk diterapkan pada jenjang pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia. Card Dance adalah hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran yang berupa kartu bergambar tari-tarian yang berasal dari seluruh nusantara yaitu 34 provinsi yang masing-masing provinsi dibatasi 5 tarian. Hal ini untuk memudahkan dalam proses pengembangan media pembelajaran serta penyerapan materi pada mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki basic seni tari sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D (Four D Models) dari Thiagarajan. Untuk pemerolehan data penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode observasi partisipasif dan uji coba lapangan yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kebermanfaatan dari produk. Hasil data dari observasi dan wawancara dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan hasil data dari angket mahasiswa dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Total skor perolehan pada uji coba I sebesar 1297 dengan rata-rata 72 dan prosentase 81.8% sedangkan uji coba II sebesar 1430 dengan rata-rata 79.4 dan prosentase 90.2%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa data uji coba kedua ini menunjukkan hasil yang tinggi/ signifikan dari pada hasil di uji coba pertama, setelah dilakukan perbaikan atau revisi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan jika media tepat untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam proses pengenalan budaya untuk nantinya dijadikan bekal dan diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran seni di Sekolah Dasar. Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul pembuatan hasta karya sederhana untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tali temali pada matakuliah kepramukaan mahasiswa PGSD FIP UNHASY adalah penelitian yang diangkat guna meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam bidang keterampilan untuk berkegiatan pramuka. Alur action research atau yang biasa kita kenal dengan nama PTK merupakan desain yang ada dalam penelitian ini. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada tahapan PTK secara umum, yaitu berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Dua siklus merupakan rencana ideal yang akan dilakukan guna melihat kemampuan yang akan diperoleh oleh mahasiwa dalam melaksanakan matakuliah kepramukaaan materi tali temali dalam pembuatan hasta karya sederhana. Hasil pelaksanaan penelitian menunjukkan semua tahapan dalam alur PTK terlaksana dan terlewati dengan baik. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan hasil keterampilan mahasiswa kelas 1B PGSD FIP UNHASY ada peningkatan, Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan prosentase ketuntasan hasil hasta karya mahasiswa meningkat dari 57% di siklus I menjadi 91% di siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil keterampilan hasta karya mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan tali temali sangat membantu mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan kegiatan membuat hasta karya.
