Abstract

Abstract

General Background Technological advancements significantly shift consumer behaviors within the financial and consumer credit sectors. Specific Background Consumer finance entities, including PT Mega Finance, navigate intense market competition against digital financing providers by adapting online promotional approaches. Knowledge Gap However, prior studies often examine social media engagement and customer relationship management in isolation rather than exploring their integrated operational synergy. Aims This study investigates integrated digital marketing tactics, specifically social media engagement and direct messaging, to improve product sales and customer retention. Results Findings show that targeted Facebook and TikTok content expands audience reach, while automated direct message blasting successfully re-engages existing clients, driving higher conversion rates. Novelty This work establishes an empirical framework combining social media acquisition with database-driven re-engagement tailored for traditional non-bank financial institutions. Implications The proposed model provides a cost-effective operational roadmap for financing firms seeking sustainable competitive advantages in digital ecosystems.  Key Findings Highlights Differentiated social media channels capture distinct demographic segments effectively. Direct messaging campaigns drive higher conversion rates among existing client databases. Combining social media with database re-engagement lowers customer acquisition costs. Abstract

General Background The rapid expansion of digital technology drives global businesses to adopt electronic commerce for widespread market penetration. Specific Background Conversely, CV. Kopi Luwak Cikole Lembang operates a plantation destination that successfully attracts domestic and international buyers without utilizing electronic commerce as a primary transactional platform. Knowledge Gap Existing literature predominantly examines digital transactional platforms, leaving a significant void regarding how enterprises maintain high market demand through non-electronic commerce approaches. Aims This study analyzes the specific promotional tactics implemented by this destination to stimulate buyer engagement. Results A qualitative descriptive analysis reveals that the enterprise applies advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, direct outreach, and word-of-mouth endorsements. Instead of digital discounts, the company offers experiential learning and prioritizes animal welfare, which stimulates high product demand, necessitates a pre-order system, and expands the market internationally. Novelty This research demonstrates that integrating experiential activities with direct interpersonal engagement and word-of-mouth generates substantial market demand in an era heavily dominated by digital transactions. Implications Businesses can cultivate transactional, referential, preferential, and exploratory buyer engagement by prioritizing product quality, buyer relationships, and authentic experiences rather than relying exclusively on digital commerce platforms.  Highlights: Authentic experiential learning integrated with animal welfare principles generates substantial product demand. Direct interpersonal engagement and word-of-mouth recommendations successfully drive international market expansion. High product quality necessitates pre-order systems despite the absence of electronic commerce platforms. Keywords: Electronic Commerce, Word Of Mouth, Experiential Learning, Animal Welfare, Direct Engagement

Specific Background Bank BJB actively develops its digital ecosystem, including the bjb DIGI application, to maintain market competitiveness and enhance customer loyalty. Knowledge Gap Existing research predominantly uses quantitative statistical methods to test service quality variables, leaving a shortage of qualitative studies exploring comprehensive bank strategies and direct customer usage experiences. Aims This study investigates Bank BJB’s strategies in building customer loyalty, evaluates its digital service quality regarding ease of use, speed, and security, and explores customer perceptions. Results Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach with purposive sampling, in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, findings reveal that efficient transaction speeds, user-friendly interfaces, and multi-layered security features (PIN, OTP, transaction notifications) foster customer trust, repeat transactions, and referral behaviors. Novelty This study provides qualitative empirical depth by linking specific security and operational features directly to long-term customer commitment and advocacy behavior. Abstract

This study examines the influence of viral marketing, product quality, and price on purchase intention toward Converse shoes among Generation Z TikTok users in Sidoarjo. This topic is important because digital platforms, particularly TikTok and affiliate-based promotion, have accelerated the spread of product information and shaped young consumers’ purchasing behavior in the fashion industry. A quantitative survey method was employed using a structured questionnaire. The population consisted of 128 Generation Z consumers in Sidoarjo who showed interest in buying Converse shoes, and the Slovin formula with a 5% error tolerance resulted in a sample of 96 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (t = 3.621; p < 0.05), product quality also has a positive and significant effect (t = 2.494; p < 0.05), and price shows the strongest positive and significant effect (t = 5.858; p < 0.05). Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence purchase intention (F = 105.924; p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.775, indicating that 77.5% of the variance in purchase intention can be explained by viral marketing, product quality, and price, while the remaining 22.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This study reinforces the viral marketing–product quality–price framework in explaining purchase intention among Generation Z TikTok users. In conclusion, viral marketing, product quality, and price significantly affect purchase intention for Converse shoes in Sidoarjo, with price as the most dominant factor.
