Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention with Organitational Commitment as Intervening Variable.This research uses a quantitive approach with a survey method. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The population in this study amounted 291 employees and the sample used amounted 75 employees of PT Lumina Packaging. Technical data analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Warppls 5.0 software. The result of this research found that Job Insecurity have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 28%, Job Satisfaction have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 41%, Job Stress have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 19%, Job Insecurity have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 24%, Job Satisfaction have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 19%, Job Stress have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 20%, and Organitational Commitment have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 23%. Job Insecurity have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable by 47%, Job Satisfaction have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable 42%, Job Stress have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable by 43%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leader Member Exchange and Islamic work ethic on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable in Mbok Surip Bone Soft Chicken. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample in this study was 100 employees on all employees of Mbok Surip Bone Soft Chicken. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis technique with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.0 for windows. This study uses primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement uses a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability, while secondary data was obtained from company documents. The results of this study prove that (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between Leader Member Exchange and Employee Performance. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between Islamic Work Ethic and Employee Performance (3) Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (4) Islamic Work Ethic has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (5) There is a positive and significant relationship between Employee Performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (6) Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant relationship on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable, (7) Organizational Citizenship Behavior cannot mediate Islamic Work Ethic and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Stress on Organizational Commitment at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Sidoarjo. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study are employees of PT. Ciomas Adisatwa F&A, P&GA, Purchasing and Ppic divisions, totaling 39 employees. This study uses quantitative data analysis techniques. Descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis were used to analyze quantitative data. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS Software. The data used in this study are questionnaire data and data sourced from PT. Ciomas Adiasatwa Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The results of this study prove that Hypothesis 1: Leadership Style Variable has a significant and positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Hypothesis 2: Organizational Culture Variable has a significant and positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Hypothesis 3: Work Stress Variable has a significant and negative effect on Organizational Commitment. Hypothesis 4: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Stress Together have an effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Ada beberapa factor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian diantarannya yaitu Brand Awareness, Word of Mouth, Perceived Quality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Brand Awareness, Word of Mouth dan Perceived Quality terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Pengguna Shopeefood di Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer sebagai sumber data. Populasi Pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna Shopeefood di Sidoarjo. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dan rumus perhitungan sampel, maka jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 orang. dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS versi 27 dengan beberapa pengujian diantaranya Uji Validitas dan Realibitas, Uji Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Autokorelasi, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Multikolinearitas), Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji Parsial (Uji t), Uji Silmutan (Uji f), Koefisien Korelasi Berganda (R) dan Koefisien Determinasi Berganda (R2)).

Abstract

Internet technology is a tool that can be relied on and utilized by entrepreneurs a platform for business by increasing consumer behavior in developing interest in purchasing a product. One brand that uses internet technology to increase purchasing interest is the Pilotter brand. Brand Pilotter is a fashion product brand that provides fashion for racing and classy motorbike lovers new. Brand Pilotter does marketing through social media Instagram, celebrity endorsements and verbal communication. However, Pilot brand entrepreneurs do not know for sure which variables have the most influence in it increase interest in buying their product. So researchers are interested in further research regarding variables what has the most influence on increasing consumer buying interest in their products. The purpose of this research namely to find out which variables have the most influence on increasing consumer buying interest in products Pilotter. The research method used is a quantitative method with primary data types. Respondents on This research was determined using the Lemeshow formula and obtained 96 respondents. Test This research uses multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test, T test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results in this study stated that the third variable, namely Instagram social media, celebrity endorsement, and verbal communication have an overall influence significant impact on consumer purchasing interest in Pilotter products. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kualitas layanan, ketepatan waktu dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan J&T Ekspress Cabang Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif sebagai metode penelitian. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari masyarakat pengguna J&T Express yang berlokasi di Wilayah Jawa Timur, yang jumlahnya belum diketahui. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah Teknik Non Probability Sampling yang didukung dengan teknik Accidental Sampling sebagai metode sampling berfungsi sebagai metode penentuan sampel, dengan rumus lemeshow ditetapkan bahwa 96 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer, yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner atau angket kepada responden. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah IBM SPSS 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara parsial ditemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (X1) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y), ketepatan waktu (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y), Harga (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, dalam konteks ini secara parsial kualitas pelayanan, ketepatan waktu, dan harga secara simultan juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Perusahaan Jet & Tony Express (J&T) di Wilayah Jawa Timur.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of celebrity endorsement, trust, and customer knowledge on purchasing decisions for Honda motorbikes. This research uses quantitative methods with a population of Honda motorbike users in Sidoarjo and this sample consists of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. Data collection methods include interviews and questionnaires. Questionnaire using Google Form online. The data analysis technique uses a Likert scale and uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. Abstract

Business competition in the current era is increasingly fierce, especially in the food business sector, companies are continually required to survive and continue to excel in the competition. Repurchase interest is one of the factors that influences a company to gain profits and survive. The object of this research is Mie Gacoan Krian Sidoarjo. Mie Gacoan is a spicy noodle restaurant that is popular and widely known among the public today, especially among young people. This research aims to analyze product quality, product variety and shop atmosphere on repurchase interest among Mie Gacoan consumers. This research method uses quantitative methods with primary data types. The respondents in this research were consumers of Mie Gacoan Krian Sidoarjo. This research was determined using the formula from Lemeshow, namely 96 people were obtained. The technique for taking data analysis uses multiple linear analysis methods and then processed using the SPSS application program. The results of this research show that; Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Repurchase Intention; Product Variation has a significant positive effect on Repurchase Intention; Store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest. Abstract

This study explores the impact of price, brand, and social media on consumer purchasing decisions within a regional textile market, employing a quantitative methodology. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Findings reveal that each factor significantly influences consumer behavior, suggesting that a holistic marketing strategy incorporating these elements is crucial for enhancing consumer engagement and retention. This research highlights the importance of synchronized marketing efforts in maximizing the effectiveness of pricing, branding, and digital engagement in regional markets. Highlights : Price, Brand, and Social Media Impact: Each factor significantly affects consumer purchasing decisions, emphasizing their critical role in marketing strategies. Abstract

The emergence of social media platforms has revolutionized marketing strategies, offering new avenues for influencing consumer behavior. This study investigates the impact of TikTok social media, influencers, and prices on purchase decisions, focusing on Mie Gacoan noodles in East Java, Indonesia. With a lack of known population size, non-probability purposive sampling was employed, gathering data from 100 respondents via online questionnaires. Utilizing quantitative techniques and hypothesis testing, SPSS software facilitated data analysis. Findings reveal a significant positive effect of TikTok, influencers, and prices on purchase decisions. This research addresses a gap in understanding the influence of emerging digital marketing channels on consumer choices, providing valuable insights for marketers and policymakers.
