Abstract

Pendidikan karakter perlu ditanamkan sejak dini ya$tu sebagai dasar pondasi dimasa yang akan datang. Penelitiannya ini didasarkan pada karakter bangsa yang semakin memprihatinkan, hal ini ditandai dengan maraknya tingkat kekerasan, kenakalan remaja, penyalahgunaan narkoba dan alkohol, dan kurangnya rasa tanggug jawab. Salah satu mata pelajaran yang terdapat di sekolah dasar yaitu pendidikan kewarganegaraan (PKn) yang didalamnya memfokuskan terhadap pendidikan moral, karakter bangsa dan norma yang berlaku di masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan terhadap peningkatan karakter tanggung jawab siswa di SD Negeri Cidadap Kadudampit Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi kausal. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu kelas V SD Negeri Cidadap Kadudampit yang berjumlah 56 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu probability sampling yaitu dengan te$knik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan: 1) Angket, digunakan untuk memperoleh data tentang pembelajaran PKn dan karakter tanggung jawab siswa SD Negeri Cidadap Kadudampit Kabupaten Sukabumi 2) Dokumentasi, digunakan untuk memperoleh data tentang gambaran umum SD Negeri Cidadap. Hasil reliabilitas 0,757 untuk instrumen pembelajaran PKn dan 0,797 untuk instrumen karakter tanggung jawab siswa. Data analisis uji persyaratan yaitu uji normalitas 0,331>0,05 maka semua variabel mempunyai nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelompok data variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan uji regresi linier sederhana variabel pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan (X) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel peningkatan karakter tanggung jawab siswa (Y), hal ini$ ditunjukan dengan diperolehnya nilai Fhitung yaitu sebesar 13,166 sedangkan Ftabel yaitu diperoleh nilai sebesar 4,047. Yang artinya nilai Fhitung 13,166 > Ftabel 4,047 dengan signifikansi 0,001 < alpha (0,05).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of learning facilities management in enhancing the quality of education in the digital era, with a particular focus on SMK Bhakti Insani in Bogor City. The research explores various aspects, including planning, procurement, inventory, utilization, maintenance, and disposal of educational facilities. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis involving the principal, vice principal of facilities, curriculum coordinator, IT operator, and students. The findings reveal several challenges, such as the absence of digital inventory systems, lack of written standard operating procedures (SOPs), and unequal distribution of facilities across departments. However, the school exhibits promising practices, including the use of simple technologies and strong community participation through a culture of mutual cooperation. The results underscore the need for a more professional and data-driven management system. In conclusion, SMK Bhakti Insani has the internal capacity to develop adaptive and participatory facility management that aligns with the demands of digital-based learning. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan manajemen fasilitas belajar dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di era digital, dengan fokus khusus pada SMK Bhakti Insani Kota Bogor. Aspek yang dikaji meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, inventarisasi, pemanfaatan, pemeliharaan, dan penghapusan sarana belajar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Informan terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sarpras, wakil kurikulum, operator IT, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat keterbatasan seperti belum adanya sistem inventarisasi digital, ketiadaan SOP tertulis, dan kurangnya pemerataan fasilitas antarjurusan, sekolah menunjukkan inisiatif melalui pemanfaatan teknologi sederhana dan budaya gotong royong. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya penerapan sistem manajemen fasilitas belajar yang lebih profesional dan berbasis data. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa SMK Bhakti Insani memiliki potensi untuk mengembangkan tata kelola fasilitas pembelajaran yang adaptif, partisipatif, dan mendukung kebutuhan pembelajaran digital di masa kini dan mendatang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan manajemen ekstrakurikuler sebagai sarana mengembangkan potensi santri di Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an Mulia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Responden terdiri dari wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, guru ekstrakurikuler, dan santri. Analisis data mengacu pada model Miles dan Huberman, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen ekstrakurikuler meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Perencanaan dilakukan secara sistematis oleh wakasek kesiswaan, staf ekstrakurikuler, dan OSIS, disesuaikan dengan program kerja instruktur. Pengorganisasian kegiatan menjamin keterlaksanaan tujuan melalui koordinasi antar pihak. Kegiatan dilaksanakan rutin setiap Sabtu pukul 10.00–12.00, dengan minimal tiga kali pertemuan per bulan, meski terkadang menghadapi kendala fasilitas dan agenda pesantren. Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan secara terorganisir. Pengawasan dilakukan berjenjang, mulai dari pengumuman hingga pemantauan langsung di lingkungan pesantren. Manajemen yang baik dalam setiap aspek memungkinkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berjalan optimal dan mendukung perkembangan minat, bakat, serta potensi santri.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the utilization of an application-based Character Improvement System (CIS) to strengthen students’ religious character through integration with the hidden curriculum. A qualitative case study approach was employed, using interviews, observations, and documentation to collect data from teachers, students, and parents. The findings showed that the implementation of the hidden curriculum through religious practices was reinforced by CIS, which recorded, monitored, and rewarded students’ daily behaviors. The system encouraged discipline, honesty, and responsibility because every positive action was systematically appreciated and became a school habit. The integration of CIS with the hidden curriculum created measurable and transparent supervision that involved collaboration among teachers, parents, and students. This research contributes novelty by demonstrating how digital applications can support character formation beyond formal instruction. The impact is to provide schools with a replicable model for cultivating noble values consistently and sustainably.

Abstract

This study examines the significance of personalized principal supervision in enhancing teacher performance in schools. This study aims to analyze how the personalized principal supervision model can improve teacher performance in schools. The research method employed is qualitative, utilizing a case study design. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through data condensation, data display, and data verification. The results of the study indicate that an open relationship between the principal and teachers, along with providing clear and specific feedback, can enhance teacher competence. Training tailored to individual needs and a collaborative approach create a climate that supports professional development. The implications of this study suggest that personalized principal supervision can enhance teacher performance and foster their competency development. This study suggests that the implementation of personalized principal supervision can be an effective model for improving teacher performance. With a more adaptive and individualized approach, principals can strengthen teacher professional development, foster a more productive climate, and enhance the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

Indonesia Emas 2045 menjadi cita-cita besar bangsa Indonesia. Melalui menteri pendidikan dasar dan menengah mengeluarkan gerakann Tujuh Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat sebagai upaya mencapai cita-cita besar bangsa dalam aspek pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kebijakan tersebut melalui studi persepsi guru dan orang tua siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan ialah primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara terbuka melalui google form dengan responden penelitian adalah guru-guru di wilayah kecamatan Ciawi Kabupaten Bogor dengan jumlah 91 orang. Analisis data menggunakan model dari Miles dan Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat tema utama yaitu pertama pemahaman guru dan orang tua terhadap kebijakan yang diterapkan. Kedua, strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dan orang tua dalam menerapkan kebijakan di lingkungan pendidikan, baik dalam pembelajaran di sekolah maupun bimbingan di rumah. Ketiga, peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru dan orang tua dalam mendukung keberhasilan penerapan kebijakan. Keempat, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses penerapan kebijakan dari sudut pandang guru dan orang tua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji peran kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam mengambil keputusan terkait peningkatan mutu madrasah serta kaitan dengan peran kepala madrasah sesuai dengan istilah EMASLIM, kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam memberi arahan kepada tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model dari Miles dan Huberman. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian kepala Madrasah Darul Ahkam memiliki peran sentral dalam meningkatkan mutu madrasah. Kepemimpinan tersebut termanifestasi melalui keterlibatan aktif dalam perencanaan strategis, pengambilan keputusan melalui musyawarah, transparansi keputusan, dan kerjasama dengan pihak lain. Sejalan dengan salah satu konsep EMASLIM, peran kepala madrasah yaiu sebagai edukator dan leader; Peran kepemimpinan kepala madarasah dalam memberikan arahan kepada tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan diantaranya gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah yaitu kharismatik dan keteladanan, memberi kesempatan memgkuti kegiatan pengemabangan, pengawasan setiap hari dan melalui supervsi, pengakuan dan penghargaan dengan memberikan reward. Faktor pendukung peningkatan mutu di madrasah Darul Ahkam yaitu sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dan menunjang kegiatan pendidikan. Serta SDM yang berkompeten dan linear dalam bidang ajarnya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of research on technology-related instructional leadership. The research method used is bibliometric analysis. The articles used in this study were sourced from the Google Schooler database with the help of the Publication of Perish from 2015-2022; 498 papers were found. Data analysis using the VOSviewer application. The results showed that the number of publications decreased yearly, where the most occurred in 2015, namely 102 publications. The results of the density visualization analysis shown in yellow circles indicate the themes most frequently used in recent research, namely instructional technology, technology integration, instructional leadership practice, school leader, transformational leadership, covid, time and student. Meanwhile, based on network visualization, the topic of instructional leadership has a relationship with the term development, effect, effectiveness, instructional leader, instructional leadership, instructional leadership practice, leader, leadership, model, principal, research, school, school leader, school leadership, school principal and transformational leadership. These results illustrate that technology-based instructional leadership can be developed by referring to instructional technology, technology integration, as a term rarely used based on visualization overlay.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the Development of pesantren (Islamic Boarding School's) Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) Model Based on the Education Unit Accreditation Instrument (IASP) 2020. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation and documentation. While the data analysis was carried out in a circular manner, starting from data collection, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The results show that pesantren Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) Model which refers to the Education Unit Accreditation Instrument (IASP) 2020 was developed with a quality scheme in four main areas:  firstly, the quality of graduates, secondly, the quality of the process, thirdly, the quality of minimum standard achievements, and fourthly, the quality of management. Abstract

This study investigates how character education influences the development of digital independence and ethical awareness among students at SMK Amaliah as they engage with AI-powered learning environments. As reliance on AI tools like ChatGPT increases, concerns about academic integrity, critical thinking, and ethics have arisen. The research aims to create strategies for blending character education into vocational training, helping students use AI responsibly, maintain academic honesty, and build independent problem-solving skills. Employing a mixed-method approach, the study combines surveys of 200 students with qualitative analysis of character education initiatives within Islamic education. The quantitative data sheds light on students’ AI usage habits and their ethical understanding, while the qualitative aspect evaluates how character education programs influence responsible digital behavior. Findings reveal that although 75% of students use AI tools for academic tasks, only 40% have a clear grasp of plagiarism and ethical AI use. Character education plays a key role in fostering honesty, responsibility, and autonomous learning, reducing automation bias and uncritical AI reliance. This is because students involved in structured ethical discussions and guided AI use develop greater awareness of digital ethics and critical thinking. Additionally, character education encourages accountability and self-regulation by integrating moral reasoning with technological skills, ensuring students do not depend solely on AI-generated content without personal intellectual engagement. The study highlights the importance of embedding AI ethics into vocational curricula and training teachers to strengthen digital literacy and ethical decision-making. Its findings support educational practices that prepare students to handle AI responsibly and uphold academic integrity.
