Abstract

The departs from the constraints of the MAS Salimpaung in applying discipline specifically Islamic culture is the students are required to practice all the theories that have been learned to be practiced in their daily lives at school. Such as the obligation to shake hands by kissing hands before entering class, performing dhuha prayer, midnight prayer in congregation, and checking each student's activities in the form of Islam, both in the school environment and outside the school environment. Islamic culture is formed wherever students are. The formulation of Working Management of Head Master in Implementing Islamic Culture at MAS Salimpaung, is carried out by the foundation, committee and several related teachers. The results of the formulation are: routine, spontaneous, exemplary and conditioning activities. The formulation was carried out in the school by experiencing 3 obstacles, namely, there was no reference to the program as a comparison, it was not presented by people who were experienced in formulating and lacking precisely the time of deliberation, because it was carried out in the afternoon. Working management implementation of Head Master in Implementing Islamic Culture, that, routine activities that run at MAS Salimpaung such as every morning, pray before and after lessons, Dhuha prayer, memorizing letters, and midday prayers. This activity includes daily activities, while weekly activities such as muhadharah are attended by all monthly school residents such as every three months a student and teacher tent is held. Annual activities such as mabid in the month of Ramadan, the celebration of Idul Fitri adn Idul Adha. (3). The evaluate method of Working Management of Head Master in Implementing Islamic Culture at MAS Salimpaung is carried out by examining more deeply the constraints found in the field, as well as holding a monthly evaluation meeting with the MAS Salimpaung Foundation.

Abstract

The study on the optical, electrical properties of multilayer graphene (MLG) obtained by thermal-reduction of graphene oxide (GrO) which was synthesized directly by mixing graphite oxide (GO) flake in 0.005, 0.01, 0.015, and 0.02 M of Au aqueous solution has been successfully performed. The resultant  GrO was subjected to an annealing temperature of 200°C, 400°C, 500°C for 1h to obtain MLG, and G-Au2x, G-Au4x, and G-Au5x (x=.0.005, 0.01, 0.015, and 0.02). The resultant samples were then characterized using FESEM, UV-VIS, four-point probe measurements to study its morphology, optical, and electrical properties. The transmission G-Au increase and its sheet resistant decrease as an increase of annealing temperature. Besides, the annealing treatment was then achieved of its microstructure which is expected may be used as a counter electrode in solar cell applications. The best DSSC devices with Quartz/FTO/ZnO Nanorods/Dye/G-Au50.01/Quartz structures have resulted in current-density, Voc, and solar cell performance of 0.1 mA/cm2, 0.42 V, and 0.01%, respectively.

Abstract

The use of Titanium dioxide (TiO2) semiconductors in Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC) devices have been extensively studied and synthesized with various techniques to obtain optimal performance. The TiO2 semiconductors with optimal performance are influenced by the growth method, the time of growth, the shape of the microstructure, and the optical properties. In this study, it was reported about the effect of silver nanoparticles (AgNO3) doping onto TiO2 semiconductors on their microstructure, reflectance, and efficiency of the DSSC device. The synthesis of TiO2 was carried out using liquid phase deposition (LPD) and immersed into an AgNO3 solution with a variation of time namely 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, and 6 h. The entire TiO2 + AgNO3 sample, then used as a photoanode on DSSC with plastisol as a counter electrode. Characterization of microstructure, reflectance, and DSSC performance was carried out by using field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Uv-Vis Spectrophotometer, and Gamry Instrument, respectively. The FESEM results show that AgNO3 has successfully grown on the ITO substrate in a spherical shape with an average particle diameter ranging from 1.52-2.29 μm. From observations using the Uv-Vis Spectrophotometer, obtained the energy band gap values ranged from 0.22 to 2.27 eV. The best results of DSSC device efficiency, with TiO2+AgNO3/Dye/Plastisol structure, have resulted in the Voc of 0.694 V, current density (Jsc) of 0,943 mA/cm2and fill factor (FF) of 43,50% which is obtained at sample 1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini terkait permasalahan yang ditemui dilapangan yaitu kurangnya kemampuan teknologi menjadi penyebab tidak maksimalnya pembelajaran, kreativitas guru membuat materi yang berorientasi pada IT masih rendah, dan banyaknya jenis ketunaan yang dimiliki PDBK, sehingga guru harus menciptakan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan mudah dipahami baik oleh siswa normal maupun berkebutuhan khusus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasipendidikan inklusif berbasis digital di SMP Negeri 5 Kota Padang Panjang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah di SMP Negeri 5 Kota Padang Panjang. Informan penelitian berjumlah 3 orang yaitu kepala sekolah, guru pendamping khusus, dan guru mata pelajaran di SMP Negeri 5 Kota Padang Panjang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi berkelanjutan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah dengan cara kondensasi data, tampilan data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1. bentuk perencanaan yang dilakukan diantaranya Perencanaan pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif, perencanaan identifikasi, Perencanaan Kurikulum, Perencanaan Sarana dan Prasarana, perencanaan pembiayaan, sekolah ini merencanakan untuk menggunakan google classroom pada pembelajarannya yang dilakukan disekolah. 2. bentuk pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar sudah berbasis digital. Namun demikian, karena keterbatasan fasilitas maka dari itu pendidikan berbasis digital ini baru dilakukan pada dua kelas yang telah dipilih untuk di uji cobakan. 3. bentuk evaluasi yang dilakukan yaitu penilaian tengah semester (PTS) dan penilaian akhir semester (PAS), juga orang tua di ajak untuk menindak lanjuti ke psikolog serta memberikan pengertian pada orang tua bahwasannya kemamapuan setiap anak itu berbeda-beda

Abstract

Belum diketahuinya pengaruh k epemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMPN se-Kecamatan Koto Baru Kabupaten Dharmasraya, belum diketahuinya pengaruh sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru di SMPN se-Kecamatan Koto Baru Kabupaten Dharmasraya dan belum diketahuinya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru di SMPN se-Kecamatan Koto Baru Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMPN se-Kecamatan Koto Baru Kabupaten Dharmasraya, (2) Adakah pengaruh sarana prasarana sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMPN se-Kecamatan Koto Baru Kabupaten Dharmasraya, (3) Adakah pengaruh bersama-sama kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru di SMPN se-Kecamatan Koto Baru Kabupaten Dharmasraya.Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan expospasto. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 30 Januari s.d. 30 Juni 2022 di SMPN se-Kecamatan Koto Baru Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Jumlah responden 108 orang guru terdiri dari 4 SMPN se-Kecamatan Koto Baru Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, Intrumen penelitian terdiri dari 20 pernyataan kepemimpinan, 30 penyataan sarana prasarana dan 30 pernyataan kinerja guru, selelah dilakukan validitas indtrumen pernyataan kepemimpinan yang valid 18 item, pernyataan sarana prasarana 23 item yang valid, dan kinerja guru valid ke 30 item. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan bantuan SPSS 18. Dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan dilapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru (2) Adanya pengaruh sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru (3) Adanya pengaruh bersama-sama kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Teacher social competence is one of the competency standards that must be improved nowadays in consideration to the rapid development of technology which erodes the social abilities of the community, including teachers. The principal as a school manager has a very important role in improving the teachers’ sosial competence. This study aims to know the principal’s strategy in improving teachers’ social competence at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar. The type of this research is a case study with a qualitative approach. The research location is at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar. The research informants were the principal and the teachers at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar. Data collection techniques used are through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique is by data condensation, data display, drawing conclusions and data verification. The result showed that the implementation of teachers’ social competence at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar was good by being able to reflect objective and non-discriminatory actions, interacting with courtesy, polite and empathy, adapting to the workplace environment and students, and being active in community activities and fellow teachers both orally and written. The principal’s strategy in improving teachers’ social competence at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar is interesting and has never been done before by principals in other schools, namely: holding a recitation program by inviting religious leaders, conducting teacher social attitude development by inviting sociologists, developing teacher mental attitudes and personality by inviting psychologists and involving teachers in regional meetings, traditional events or other meetings invited by outsiders.

Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to find out the implementation of quality policy in schools, (2) to prevent inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of quality policy in schools, (3) solutions to deal with obstacles to implementing quality policy in SMPN 1 Bukittinggi. This type of research is field research using descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The research results show that. 1) analysis of the quality of education policy at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi seen from the very good input elements, one of which is the selection process for prospective students and teachers, in terms of the process there is continuous coaching for each teacher and employee in the form of training and coaching, in terms of output there is an assessment standard so that graduates have high academic and non-academic achievements. 2) The inhibiting factors for quality include: there are still teachers and education staff who do not understand the importance of quality/quality by educational institutions besides that, there are parties who are against school policies, giving rise to jealousy and differences of opinion. Supporting factors include: the availability of qualified educators and education personnel. Availability of facilities and infrastructure above the minimum standard. Availability of a conducive learning process environment, discipline and other supporting factors. 3) Solutions for overcoming obstacles to school quality policies are through dissemination of school policies, optimizing compliance with National Education Standards, strengthening commitment in achieving the goals of educational institutions. An important finding in this study is that SMPN 1 Bukittinggi can be said to be a quality school. This is because the three components of education quality have been fulfilled, namely: input, process and output as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the talking stick type cooperative learning model using question cards to students' physics learning outcomes. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research, with a posttest only control group design. Sampling used simple random sampling where class X.4 as the experimental class and X.3 as the control class. Collecting data using a cognitive test of learning outcomes in the form of a multiple choice test with 20 questions. Data on the affective and psychomotor domains of students used observation sheets which were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. From the results of the final test, the average final score for the cognitive domain in the experimental class and control class was 73.47 and 66.30, respectively. For the affective domain, the average values obtained by the experimental class and control class are 72.12 and 68.18, respectively. As for the psychomotor domain, the average values for the experimental class and control class are 73.10 and 68.29, respectively. From the hypothesis test that was carried out, it was found that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, it can be concluded that "student physics learning outcomes in the application of the talking stick type cooperative learning model using question cards are better than the physics learning outcomes of students who do not use the talking stick type cooperative learning model. Straight in class X SMAN 2 Sungai Tarab”.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether students who used the Self Organized Learning Environments (SOLE) learning model using the Microsoft Teams application had better learning outcomes than students who used the face-to-face learning model. The post-trial-only control group design is a study design used in quasi-experimental studies. The population of this study was XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. Two classes are sampled, that is, experimental class XI IPA 7 and control class XI IPA 6, which are sampled through normality test, homogeneity test and population mean similarity test. The sampling method uses simple random sampling where the results of the analysis found that both classes of samples are normally distributed, have homogeneous variants and the average population class is the same. The 20-question final exam is a tested and analyzed research tool. The experimental class achieved an average overall score of 80.13 for the cognitive domain, while the control class got an average final test score of 77.28. For the affective domain, the average value of the experimental class was 73.19, while the average value of the control class was 71.61. For the psychomotor domain, the average value of the experimental class was 73.51, while the average value of the control class was 70.04. The research hypothesis explains that "the learning outcomes of students who apply the SOLE (Self Organized Learning Environments) learning model assisted by the Microsoft Teams application are better than the learning outcomes of students who apply the direct learning model" formulated based on research results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of TPACK on teacher performance, 2) the effect of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance, and 3) the effect of TPACK and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance. This type of research is quantitative research with the Ex-Post Facto method. The population in this study were all teachers at SMA and MA Negeri in Payakumbuh, totaling 493 people. Sampling used a proportional stratified random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The number of samples in this study were 221 teachers at all State Senior High Schools and State Senior High Schools in Payakumbuh City. The research instrument uses angles. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires using the Google form application and the link was shared via WhatsApp. Data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) there is an effect of TPACK on the performance of teachers in SMA and MA Negeri in Payakumbuh City. This is evidenced by the t-count value of the TPACK variable (X1) on teacher performance (Y) which is greater than the t-table (8,591 > 1,984), 2) there is an influence of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance at State Senior High Schools and State MAs in Payakumbuh City. This is evidenced by the t-count value of the spiritual intelligence variable (X2) on teacher performance (Y) which is greater than the t-table (6,487 > 1,984), 3) there is an influence between TPACK (and spiritual intelligence together on teacher performance in State Senior High Schools and State MAs in Payakumbuh City. This is evidenced by the value of the F-count analysis of the TPACK regression variable (X1) and spiritual intelligence (X2) on teacher performance (Y) which is greater than the F-table (260.079 > 3.00).
