Abstract

Student Service Centre (SSC) is a center that provides services and information to active students at InstitutTeknologi Telkom Surabaya (ITTS). ITTS provides SSC with academic, student, and faculty services to support its students' academic and non-academic development. One of the main services provided by SSC is the Active Certificate. However, SSC users need help obtaining the letter. This study aims to measure the quality of Active Certificate services using the Lean Six Sigma method and provide recommendations for improvement. The results showed that the quality of SSC services still needs to be improved, with a DPMO value of 289686, a sigma value of 2.07, and the highest negative gap in the Responsiveness dimension. The total Non Value Added time was obtained at 10 hours 31 minutes, and the total Value Added time was 4 hours 8 minutes. Proposed improvements include the deployment of QR Codes to provide information on document requirements and using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to reduce the time spent on non-value added. Lean Six Sigma method can reduce the total value-added time and improve the efficiency of SSC services.

Abstract

Rumah merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok ketiga bagi manusia setelah kebutuhan sandang (pakaian), dan pangan (makanan). Berdasarkan data dari Katadata.com, jumlah pembangunan rumah hunian di indonesia yaitu sebesar 57.198.081 dengan 80% merupakan pembangunan sendiri. Namun, berdasarkan informasi BPS, terdapat puluhan juta rumah di Indonesia yang tak layak huni, yaitu sebanyak 29, 45 juta rumah atau 5.96% rumah tangga di Indonesia menempati rumah tidak layak huni. Berdasarkan data tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi jasa pembangunan rumah yang terpercaya, mudah, berkualitas dan dapat memenuhi ekspektasi pengguna. Proses pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan Scrum model. Tahapan dari scrum model terdiri dari tahapan product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review meeting, dan sprint retrospective. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan aplikasi yaitu berupa prototype, bernama aplikasi BANGOEN. Aplikasi “BANGOEN” memiliki keunggulan 4T, yaitu Terpercaya, Terlengkap, Transparan dan Tepat waktu). Aplikasi BANGOEN telah diuji usabilitas oleh penggunanya dan mendapat score 77 atau Grade B yang berarti sudah aplikasi BANGOEN sudah cukup mudah digunakan.

Abstract

The development of fashion trends in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth; one of the growing trends in the fashion industry today is "Thrifting." Thrifting is an activity of shopping for used clothing that is still suitable for use to help reduce textile waste, increase environmental awareness, and create a unique fashion style. This study aims to determine what factors influence Generation Z's intention to purchase secondhand clothing on social media in Indonesia. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, and the sample size was 200 respondents. The data collection technique was done by distributing questionnaires online to Generation Z living in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that Social Environmental Awareness, Need for Uniqueness, and Brand Awareness have an influence on the Intention to Buy Secondhand Clothing influencing Purchase Behavior. Meanwhile, preconceptions about secondhand clothing and social prestige do not influence the intention to buy secondhand clothing.

Abstract

Sektor industri sandang merupakan tiga besar sektor yang memiliki jumlah pelaku UMKM terbanyak di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun dan terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Klastik Footwear merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang industri sandang, tepatnya alas kaki atau sepatu Wanita. Klastik Footwear telah mengeluarkan berbagai macam model sepatu wanita, mulai dari sepatu sandal, flatshoes, heels, hingga wedges dengan target pasar Wanita berusia 17-34 tahun. Klastik Footwear harus terus berinovasi dan menciptakan produk-produk baru yang berbeda dengan produk sepatu wanita yang telah beredar di pasar. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan riset pasar yang lebih dalam mengenai preferensi konsumen potensial terhadap produk Klastik Footwear menggunakan analisis conjoin. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa hanya sepatu flastshoes yang terbuat dari material suede dan memiliki motif tenun, jenis penyatuan antar komponennya adalah dilem serta berharga sekitar Rp201.000,00 – Rp300.000,00 yang diprediksi dapat bersaing dengan produk Klastik Footwear yang sudah ada sebelumnya.

Abstract

ITTelkom Surabaya is a campus that was established in 2018. The increasing number of students can affect the quality of parking lots that can be accommodated. Based on data on parking attendants' quality and service satisfaction, students feel dissatisfied due to the many shortcomings in the facilities and quality of service in parking at ITTelkom Surabaya. This study aims to measure service quality and analyze which factors affect customer satisfaction with the parking system at ITTelkom Surabaya. This research is conducted using quantitative analysis with the Servqual method. Questionnaire forms were distributed to parking lot users in data collection, and the data were collected from students. The existence of this research can be used as an evaluation material to develop the satisfaction of the parking system as measured. The results showed that measuring the service quality of the vehicle parking system at ITTelkom Surabaya still needs improvement. The gap value in some statement attributes shows that the parking system's customer service quality still needs to meet expectations. Then, the factors that impact customer satisfaction with the parking system at ITTelkom Surabaya are the variables X1 (Tangible) and X3 (Responsiveness). Both variables have a low significance T-test value, so there needs attention to improving and evaluating the parking system at ITTelkom Surabaya to fulfill customer wants and needs.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the service quality in Dukuh Menanggal Subdistrict, Surabaya City, explicitly focusing on population registration, correspondence, and social assistance management. The Six Sigma method is employed to initiate improvements in public services. Six Sigma is a quality management system that emphasizes customer satisfaction by measuring the Sigma Quality Level. The analysis is conducted through the DMAIC framework (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control). Data is collected by distributing questionnaires to members of the community who are users of public services in the Subdistrict. The research findings are expected to assist Dukuh Menanggal Subdistrict in considering the proposed improvements put forth by the researchers as initial steps toward better service provision. By implementing the Six Sigma approach, the Subdistrict can enhance service quality, resulting in increased satisfaction and trust among the public regarding the provided public services. This study provides valuable insights into applying the Six Sigma methodology in local governance and its potential to improve service quality, ultimately benefiting the community and the local administration.

Abstract

This study focused on agricultural products, utilizing the Kansei Engineering methodology to enhance user experience and align with digital marketing strategies. Kansei Engineering is applied to transform users' emotional needs into concrete design elements, creating a website interface that meets both functional and emotional requirements. By emphasizing attributes like engagement, transparency, interactivity, and ease of use, the website aims to provide a personalized, intuitive, and satisfying experience, fostering user connection and loyalty. The results demonstrate that Kansei Engineering significantly enhances emotional satisfaction and functional effectiveness, positively impacting customer engagement and retention—key elements in digital marketing. In this study, the "Refreshing" concept is tested by considering elements such as engagement, dynamism, transparency, interactivity, and ease of use to ensure that the designed interface provides an intuitive, adaptive, and enjoyable user experience. The testing process involves analysis using the Semantic Differential method as well as validity and reliability tests to ensure the accuracy and representativeness of the data obtained. The results show that the application of Kansei Engineering significantly enhances the quality of the e-commerce interface, both in terms of emotional satisfaction and functional effectiveness, resulting in a more holistic user experience. This study offers valuable insights for future e-commerce interface design, suggesting that integrating emotionally responsive design elements can boost the success of digital marketing efforts, especially in the competitive agriculture e-commerce sector.

Abstract

Tofu is known as people's food because the price is cheap and easily accessible by all levels of society. Tofu is in great demand. Besides its affordable price, this food is also healthy and can be processed into various dishes. Quality control is essential for a company to minimize the costs caused by product defects. It can help the company if there are irregularities in the production process. With a large number of irregularities in production, the company will experience losses in quality, cost and quantity. This research was conducted to control and improve the quality of tofu at UD. XYZ uses the Six Sigma method through the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control stages. Based on the analysis results, the sigma value is 3.4, and the DPMO value is 29,189, indicating that improvement is still needed to reduce defects that arise so that the sigma value can be increased. Based on this research, it is suggested to improve the sigma quality by investing time and money to train new company employees and improve the equipment used in the tofu production process. It is purchasing automated equipment to support better production processes. Research on enhancing the quality of tofu production should be carried out periodically at UD. XYZ, as part of the company's continuous improvement.

Abstract

Public Service Announcements (PSAs) are one of the most widely used forms of promotion by the government to encourage the public to change their habits. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries has a program to raise public awareness about the importance of fish consumption for nutrition. This study examines the influence of the Gemarikan public service announcement on the intention to eat fish for stunting prevention. The focus of this research is to investigate the role of individual attention, information surveillance, elaboration, precautionary behavior towards stunting, and demographic features (such as occupation and age group). The method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), a multivariate analysis technique that aims to test the relationships between variables within a model. The findings indicate that attention, information surveillance, and elaboration are related to PSAs. Additionally, attention and information surveillance don't have a significant impact on precautionary behavior towards stunting, whereas elaboration is related to precautionary behavior towards stunting.

Abstract

Pemberian ASI eksklusif selama enam bulan pertama kehidupan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk memastikan bayi mendapatkan nutrisi yang optimal dan perlindungan terhadap berbagai penyakit. Namun, banyak ibu yang terpaksa menghentikan pemberian ASI eksklusif karena tuntutan pekerjaan dan kurangnya fasilitas ruang menyusui di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan solusi portable lactation room sebagai upaya mendukung kelanjutan pemberian ASI eksklusif dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu menyusui di lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja design thinking dan metode House of Quality (HOQ) untuk mengidentifikasi atribut yang diinginkan oleh pengguna. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan wawancara dengan ibu menyusui, kemudian dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi masalah utama dan kebutuhan pengguna. Prototipe portable lactation room dikembangkan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek kenyamanan, keamanan, dan portabilitas. Prototipe ini diuji dengan menggunakan metode usability testing dengan pendekatan user-based testing, dimana pengguna akhir diundang untuk mencoba dan memberikan umpan balik terhadap produk. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa portable lactation room yang disesuaikan dengan antropometri pengguna dapat memberikan kenyamanan dan memenuhi kebutuhan ibu menyusui. Umpan balik dari pengguna akan digunakan untuk melakukan perbaikan dan penyempurnaan desain sebelum produk diluncurkan ke pasar. Portable lactation room diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk mendukung keberlanjutan pemberian ASI eksklusif dan memberikan dampak positif bagi kesehatan bayi dan kesejahteraan ibu. Solusi ini juga dapat membantu perusahaan menunjukkan komitmen mereka terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan dan tanggung jawab sosial.
