Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, teknologi informasi berkembang dengan sangat cepat, dan aplikasi yang berbasis teknologi informasi menjadi sangat populer dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk kesehatan. Aplikasi yang berbasis teknologi informasi dapat membantu individu dalam mengumpulkan data kesehatan, menganalisis data, dan memberikan rekomendasi kesehatan yang lebih baik. Perkembangan teknologi juga semakin memudahkan orang tua untuk memantau tumbuh kembang anak, salah satunya melalui aplikasi PrimaKu. Penggunaan aplikasi PrimaKu belum merata di seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak memahami bagaimana cara menggunakan aplikasi yang berbasis teknologi informasi untuk memantau tumbuh kembang anak. Oleh sebab itu, penting dilakukan sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi PrimaKu untuk membantu orang tua memantau tumbuh kembang anaknya, serta dapat meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua akan kesehatan anak-anaknya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Posyandu Kemuning RW 9 Desa Pepelegi. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, dilakukan sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi PrimaKu untuk memantau tumbuh kembang anak dan menghadapi masalah kesehatan pada anak. Masalah kesehatan anak merupakan salah satu masalah utama dalam bidang kesehatan yang saat ini terjadi di Indonesia. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan bersama Posyandu Kemuning, RW 9 Desa Pepelegi sudah berjalan dengan baik. Kegiatan ini berisi sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi PrimaKu untuk memantau tumbuh kembang anak-anak, serta pemberian alat-alat kesehatan untuk menunjang kegiatan di Posyandu Kemuning. Kedua kegiatan tersebut sudah dilaksanakan pada Sabtu, 11 Mei 2024 di Balai RW 9 Desa Pepelegi. Kedepannya, tetap perlu dilakukan pendampingan dan evaluasi secara berkala mengenai penggunaan aplikasi PrimaKu dan kebermanfaatan alat-alat kesehatan di Posyandu Kemuning.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged people to rely on information systems, especially through websites. Websites provide easy access to information and learning with various educational materials. Although e-learning has been implemented in many educational websites, Edspert. id, a company in the education sector, has not implemented it yet. User interface design development is one of the important processes in e-learning website development. A user interface that is easy to use will improve the learning experience of learners. This research proposes a solution to design the user interface of Edspert.id e-learning website by using the Kansei Engineering method. This approach has been done beforefor web-based e-learning based on users' emotions. Principal component analysis (PCA) is used to reduce Kansei Word variables that are relevant to users' emotions. The e-learning website element design was then designed based on the PCA results. The next step is to determine the design elements in the e-learning design. Then, partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the relationship between Kansei Word and element design. The results show that there multiuser interface design has two concepts whose element designs are in accordance with user needs.

Abstract

Including ease of accessing the internet through mobile devices. The emergence of social media applications, such as virtual friend applications, has also played a role in increasing the number of Internet users, primarily through mobile devices. In addition to functioning as a forum for virtual friends, social media also acts as a means of promotion, one of which is to promote online shopping applications, which contribute to an increase in online shopping transactions in Indonesia. One of the strategic choices taken is to use online shopping platforms to market educational institutions' products in the hope that they can make it easier for customers to shop and stimulate significant growth. Design thinking is used in idea formulation and problem-solving. As for creating applications that describe the emotional desires of users, this research uses the Kansei Engineering approach. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. Later, it will generate several selected Kansei Words. Furthermore, to determine the best design that suits user needs, application prototypes are tested through Performance Metrics tests to determine the level of Effectiveness, efficiency, and errors, as well as performance and usability evaluations using System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaires.

Abstract

Student Service Centre (SSC) is a center that provides services and information to active students at InstitutTeknologi Telkom Surabaya (ITTS). ITTS provides SSC with academic, student, and faculty services to support its students' academic and non-academic development. One of the main services provided by SSC is the Active Certificate. However, SSC users need help obtaining the letter. This study aims to measure the quality of Active Certificate services using the Lean Six Sigma method and provide recommendations for improvement. The results showed that the quality of SSC services still needs to be improved, with a DPMO value of 289686, a sigma value of 2.07, and the highest negative gap in the Responsiveness dimension. The total Non Value Added time was obtained at 10 hours 31 minutes, and the total Value Added time was 4 hours 8 minutes. Proposed improvements include the deployment of QR Codes to provide information on document requirements and using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to reduce the time spent on non-value added. Lean Six Sigma method can reduce the total value-added time and improve the efficiency of SSC services.

Abstract

Rumah merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok ketiga bagi manusia setelah kebutuhan sandang (pakaian), dan pangan (makanan). Berdasarkan data dari Katadata.com, jumlah pembangunan rumah hunian di indonesia yaitu sebesar 57.198.081 dengan 80% merupakan pembangunan sendiri. Namun, berdasarkan informasi BPS, terdapat puluhan juta rumah di Indonesia yang tak layak huni, yaitu sebanyak 29, 45 juta rumah atau 5.96% rumah tangga di Indonesia menempati rumah tidak layak huni. Berdasarkan data tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi jasa pembangunan rumah yang terpercaya, mudah, berkualitas dan dapat memenuhi ekspektasi pengguna. Proses pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan Scrum model. Tahapan dari scrum model terdiri dari tahapan product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review meeting, dan sprint retrospective. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan aplikasi yaitu berupa prototype, bernama aplikasi BANGOEN. Aplikasi “BANGOEN” memiliki keunggulan 4T, yaitu Terpercaya, Terlengkap, Transparan dan Tepat waktu). Aplikasi BANGOEN telah diuji usabilitas oleh penggunanya dan mendapat score 77 atau Grade B yang berarti sudah aplikasi BANGOEN sudah cukup mudah digunakan.

Abstract

The development of fashion trends in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth; one of the growing trends in the fashion industry today is "Thrifting." Thrifting is an activity of shopping for used clothing that is still suitable for use to help reduce textile waste, increase environmental awareness, and create a unique fashion style. This study aims to determine what factors influence Generation Z's intention to purchase secondhand clothing on social media in Indonesia. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, and the sample size was 200 respondents. The data collection technique was done by distributing questionnaires online to Generation Z living in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that Social Environmental Awareness, Need for Uniqueness, and Brand Awareness have an influence on the Intention to Buy Secondhand Clothing influencing Purchase Behavior. Meanwhile, preconceptions about secondhand clothing and social prestige do not influence the intention to buy secondhand clothing.

Abstract

Sektor industri sandang merupakan tiga besar sektor yang memiliki jumlah pelaku UMKM terbanyak di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun dan terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Klastik Footwear merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang industri sandang, tepatnya alas kaki atau sepatu Wanita. Klastik Footwear telah mengeluarkan berbagai macam model sepatu wanita, mulai dari sepatu sandal, flatshoes, heels, hingga wedges dengan target pasar Wanita berusia 17-34 tahun. Klastik Footwear harus terus berinovasi dan menciptakan produk-produk baru yang berbeda dengan produk sepatu wanita yang telah beredar di pasar. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan riset pasar yang lebih dalam mengenai preferensi konsumen potensial terhadap produk Klastik Footwear menggunakan analisis conjoin. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa hanya sepatu flastshoes yang terbuat dari material suede dan memiliki motif tenun, jenis penyatuan antar komponennya adalah dilem serta berharga sekitar Rp201.000,00 – Rp300.000,00 yang diprediksi dapat bersaing dengan produk Klastik Footwear yang sudah ada sebelumnya.

Abstract

UMKM XYZ is a small-scale business that specializes in the production of krupuk. UMKM XYZ faces various challenges, including issues related to the work environment, workload, work stress, and their impact on employee motivation and performance. Thus, this study seeks to gain insights into the factors that impact the motivation and performance of employees at UMKM XYZ. By actively supporting the growth of the MSME sector in the production of krupuk. Researchers are studying the factors that impact the motivation and performance of employees at UMKM XYZ. The Partial Least Squares (PLS) method is a data analysis method that can be highly relevant depending on the characteristics of the data and the purpose of the study. The Partial Least Squares (PLS) method can be quite useful in determining the variables that have the greatest impact on explaining variability in the data. The findings of the analysis research indicated that the work environment had a notable impact on employee motivation in UMKM XYZ. The initial sample value of 0.479 indicates a significant correlation between work environment variables and work motivation. Furthermore, the T-Statistics value is 2.540 with p Values of 0.011, indicating a noteworthy finding. It is worth noting that work stress has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The initial sample value of 0.389 indicates a significant correlation between work stress variables and employee performance. In addition, the T-Statistics value is 2.943 with p Values of 0.003.

Abstract

ITTelkom Surabaya is a campus that was established in 2018. The increasing number of students can affect the quality of parking lots that can be accommodated. Based on data on parking attendants' quality and service satisfaction, students feel dissatisfied due to the many shortcomings in the facilities and quality of service in parking at ITTelkom Surabaya. This study aims to measure service quality and analyze which factors affect customer satisfaction with the parking system at ITTelkom Surabaya. This research is conducted using quantitative analysis with the Servqual method. Questionnaire forms were distributed to parking lot users in data collection, and the data were collected from students. The existence of this research can be used as an evaluation material to develop the satisfaction of the parking system as measured. The results showed that measuring the service quality of the vehicle parking system at ITTelkom Surabaya still needs improvement. The gap value in some statement attributes shows that the parking system's customer service quality still needs to meet expectations. Then, the factors that impact customer satisfaction with the parking system at ITTelkom Surabaya are the variables X1 (Tangible) and X3 (Responsiveness). Both variables have a low significance T-test value, so there needs attention to improving and evaluating the parking system at ITTelkom Surabaya to fulfill customer wants and needs.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the service quality in Dukuh Menanggal Subdistrict, Surabaya City, explicitly focusing on population registration, correspondence, and social assistance management. The Six Sigma method is employed to initiate improvements in public services. Six Sigma is a quality management system that emphasizes customer satisfaction by measuring the Sigma Quality Level. The analysis is conducted through the DMAIC framework (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control). Data is collected by distributing questionnaires to members of the community who are users of public services in the Subdistrict. The research findings are expected to assist Dukuh Menanggal Subdistrict in considering the proposed improvements put forth by the researchers as initial steps toward better service provision. By implementing the Six Sigma approach, the Subdistrict can enhance service quality, resulting in increased satisfaction and trust among the public regarding the provided public services. This study provides valuable insights into applying the Six Sigma methodology in local governance and its potential to improve service quality, ultimately benefiting the community and the local administration.
