Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing influencer marketing strategies on product price sensitivity in MSMEs in Baturaja City, with a case study on Aneka Kue & Kemplang Syafira. In this study, price sensitivity is defined as the level of consumer response to changes in the price of products offered. Data were obtained through a survey of 40 respondents and analyzed using statistical tests, especially the t-test, to measure the relationship between influencer marketing variables and price sensitivity. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of influencer marketing has a significant effect on the price sensitivity of MSME products. Influencer credibility, content quality, and the level of audience interaction with the promoted content play an important role in building product value perceptions. Influencer marketing has been shown to reduce price sensitivity by shifting consumer focus from price to perceived product value. In the long term, this strategy can help MSMEs strengthen their market position by increasing customer loyalty, brand awareness, and consumer retention. However, to ensure the sustainability of its impact, longitudinal analysis and combination with other marketing strategies are needed. This study contributes to the development of MSME marketing strategies, especially in the increasingly competitive digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of logistic service quality on customer satisfaction of courier services at the Baturaja Post Office. The method used in the study is an explanatory method using 100 consumer samples in the analysis. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that Timeliness, Accuracy of Order, Quality of Information, and Quality of Contact Personnel simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of courier services at the Baturaja Post Office. Timeliness, Accuracy of Order, Quality of Information, and Quality of Contact Personnel partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of courier services at the Baturaja Post Office.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the important commodities in the plantation sub-sector. Most of Indonesia's coffee production is a plantation commodity that is exported to the world market. This research was conducted in Mekakau Ilir District, South OKU Regency. Data analysis will be carried out through qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Qualitative descriptive analysis is used to get an overview of organic coffee farming. While quantitative analysis uses the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) matrices. The results of the study showed that several internal and external factors were obtained, internal factors, namely strengths; Affordable product prices, land availability, supporting human resources, sales are carried out online, good and distinctive product quality, weaknesses: Limited marketing channels, lack of infrastructure, still using simple technology, capital information, unusual tastes, lack of packaging creativity. While external factors are, opportunities: Quite large market share, increasing coffee drinking trends, digital marketing, geographical conditions and locations, market availability. While threats: Fluctuating coffee prices, coffee products from other regions, economic conditions of the lower middle class. From the research results, it can be seen that the development strategies used to develop shallot commodities in OKU Regency are SO Strategy (Improving quality, Effective marketing, Utilizing natural resources, Improving distribution networks, WO Strategy (Building cooperation with cafes and restaurants, Cooperation with the government, Developing businesses gradually, Designing attractive packaging), ST Strategy (Using flexible pricing strategies, Developing unique products, Developing affordable products), WT Strategy (Increasing production efficiency, Increasing human resource capacity, Product introduction, Increasing cost efficiency).

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to identify key factors affecting millennial farmer’s human resource development and to formulate a strategic development approach using SWOT and Grand Strategy analyses to support food security in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Research Methodology: This study employs a mixed methods approach with an explanatory sequential design. Quantitative data were collected through a survey of 94 millennial farmers aged 19–39 years, while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews supported by a SWOT analysis. Quantitative analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, while strategy formulation applied the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), SWOT Matrix, and Grand Strategy Matrix. Results: The findings show that formal education, age, access to financing, agricultural extension services, and family support significantly influence millennial farmers’ human resource development, with an explanatory power of 86%. The SWOT and Grand Strategy analyses place the development strategy in Quadrant I (S-O), indicating a progressive and growth-oriented approach emphasizing digital agriculture training, agripreneurship development, digital markets, and institutional collaboration. Conclusions: Millennial farmers in the OKU Regency have good potential to support food security but require stronger digital skills and technology adoption. An aggressive strategy focusing on digital agriculture, financing access, and institutional collaboration is recommended for the future. Limitations: The study is limited by its regional scope and relatively small sample size, which may limit the generalizability of the findings. Contributions: This study provides strategic and empirical insights for policymakers, extension services, and research on developing millennial farmers to strengthen regional food security.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mendukung peningkatan kapasitas usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dalam bidang pengolahan Ikan serta untuk memperkuat strategi pemasaran melalui pendampingan dalam pembuatan website sebagai media pemasaran digital untuk mendukung Teaching Industry. Kegiatan ini penting dilakasanakan mengingat rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi pengolahan ikan dan keterbatasan literasi digital mitra, sehingga mempengaruhi daya saing produk di pasar. Metode pendampingan dilaksanakan secara bertahap yang diawali dengan diskusi kelompok terarah atau FGD (Focus Group Discussion), metode ceramah diberikan pada saat pembukaan dan praktik kerja pada saat kegiatan sosialisasi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan mitra UMKM, mahasiswa, dan dosen dari Universitas Baturaja. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan kuesioner (angket) untuk melihat peningkatan keterampilan anggota mitra dalam penguasaan teknologi pengolahan ikan, diversifikasi produk dan penggunaan website sebagai media promosi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan keterampilan hardskill anggota UMKM, yaitu mampu menggunakan alat secara mandiri (85%), memproduksi olahan ikan dengan beragam produk (80%), serta mampu mengelola website untuk memasarkan produk (75%). Peningkatan Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengadian ini terbukti memberikan manfaat dan dampak positif untuk penguatan kemandirian UMKM dan mendorong terwujudnya Teaching Industry berbasis teknologi.Abstract: Community service activities are carried out with the aim of supporting the increase in the capacity of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the field of fish processing and to strengthen marketing strategies through assistance in creating websites as a digital marketing medium to support the Teaching Industry. This activity is important to carry out considering the low utilization of fish processing technology and the limited digital literacy of partners, thus affecting the competitiveness of products in the market. The mentoring method is implemented in stages, starting with a focus group discussion or FGD (Focus Group Discussion), the lecture method is given at the opening and work practice during the socialization activities. The activities involved MSME partners, students, and lecturers from Baturaja University. Evaluation of activities is carried out through observation and interviews to see the development of partner members' skills in mastering fish processing technology and using websites as promotional media. The results of community service activities show an increase in the hard skills of MSME members, namely being able to use tools independently (85%), producing processed fish with various products (80%), and being able to manage websites to market products (75%). Improvement Thus, this outreach activity has been proven to provide benefits and positive impacts for strengthening the independence of MSMEs and encouraging the realization of a technology-based teaching industry.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors of the Merah Putih Cooperative and formulate strategies that can be recommended for human resource development at the Merah Putih Cooperative in South Sumatra Province, Indonesia. Research Methodology: The method used in this study is a case study method, where OKU Regency is used as a sample case of the Merah Putih Cooperative in South Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The sampling method used was a census, in which all 157 members of the Merah Putih Cooperative were taken as research samples in July 2025.  The analysis used in this study was SWOT analysis. Results: The results of the SWOT analysis in Quadrant I show that the strategies that can be recommended for human resource development at the Merah Putih Cooperative include strengthening human resources and institutions, developing businesses based on local economic potential, increasing human resource capacity, and strengthening business partnerships to encourage the sustainability and competitiveness of the cooperative. Conclusions: The Merah Putih Cooperative is positioned in SWOT Quadrant I, indicating strong internal and external conditions to support human resource development. Recommended strategies focus on strengthening human resources and institutions, utilizing local economic potential, and reinforcing business partnerships to enhance sustainability and competitiveness. Limitations: This study is limited to a single cooperative case in OKU Regency, which may limit the generalizability of the findings. The SWOT approach also does not quantify the impact of each proposed strategy. Contribution: This study provides practical insights for cooperative managers and policymakers in formulating human resource development strategies for rural cooperatives, particularly in supporting village-based economic development in Indonesia.

Abstract

Komoditas Singkong merupakan komoditas yang sangat banyak ditanam di Indonesia karena suburnya tanah Indonesia membuat tanaman ini sangat mudah tumbuh dan dibudidayakan.  Hasilnya pun banyak digunakan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan tepung, kue, kerupuk dan keripik.  Banyak UKM yang memanfaatkan bahan baku singkong untuk diolah kembali karena harganya yang murah dan tersedia sangat banyak. Kepedulian terhadap banyaknya sampah rumahtangga, khususnya kulit singkong di beberapa UKM yang menggunakan bahan baku singkong, membuat munculnya ide untuk mengolah kulit singkong menjadi bahan olahan pangan baru, yaitu dendeng kulit singkong (denlitkong). Dendeng kulit singkong merupakan salah satu camilan yang bisa dijadikan bahan lauk.  Dikemas dalam keadaan agak basah selayaknya rendang dan kaya akan bumbu rempah, bisa dijadikan sebagai gulai pendamping makan nasi layaknya lauk pauk yang lain.  Berdasarkan analisa ekonominya, usaha dendeng kulit singkong membutuhkan modal (nilai investasi) sebesar Rp. 9,007,220 dengan biaya tetap Rp.1,547,797. Pengeluaran dengan nilai variabel Rp. 14,787,000 dan total biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp.16,334,797. Pendapatan yang dihasilkan selama sebulan dari bisnis ini adalah sebesar Rp. 19,500,000. Dengan begitu keuntungan bisnis dendeng kulit singkong selama sebulan sebesar Rp.3,165,203. Untuk balik modal dalam bisnis ini membutuhkan waktu yang tak lama yakni selama 3 bulan. Usaha baru ini dapat menggandeng usaha lainnya yang telah ada untuk diajak kerjasama dalam hal mengatasi limbah usaha, contohnya dengan menggandeng UKM Keripik yang operasionalnya selalu menggunakan bahan baku singkong dan selama ini kulit singkong menjadi bahan buangan atau limbah rumahtangga dari UKM tersebut.  Dendeng kulit singkong menjadi salah satu produk inovasi yang mampu.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan bonggol jagung menjadi media tanam jamur merupakan upaya pendampingan yang diberikan pada masyarakat Kecamatan Binaan Sosoh Buay Rayap OKU, dimana mayoritas penduduk adalah sebagai petani jagung. Kegiatan panen jagung yang kemudian diolah menjadi jagung pipilan kering menghasilkan banyak sampah berupa bonggol jagung kering yang dalam waktu lama menumpuk menjadi sampah dan menimbulkan masalah karena tumpukan bonggol jagung sulit untuk diuraikan oleh lingkungan. Pendampingan pemanfaatan bonggol jagung ini selain mengatasi masalah sampah juga mendatangkan keuntungan buat petani melalui usahatani jamur janggel dan hilirisasi usaha ini mampu membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru untuk Masyarakat melalui pengolahan jamur menjadi keripik jamur. Abstract

Fragmentation is agricultural land that is scattered or not in one whole area of land. Penelitian diakukan di Kecamatan Buay Madang Timur, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak serta berasal dari anggota populasi yang ada. Responden di ambil dari tiga desa yaitu Desa Tebat Jaya, Aman Jaya, Desa Sukaraja dan Desa Sridadi, dengan alasan keempat desa ini merupakan desa yang paling banyak terjadi fragmentasi lahan, dengan kriteria luas lahan lebih dari 1 Ha. Based on the results of the study using formula calculations, the level of food security for rice farming households experiencing land fragmentation in Buay Madang Timur District was 49.78% of total household expenditure. That is, according to the criteria, if the share of household food expenditure is 60%, household is said to be food insecure. Thus the tolerance value for the percentage share of household food expenditure is 60% assuming the ideal value of the share of household food expenditure is 49.78% of total household expenditure, meaning food security. Factors that affect the food security of rice farmers who experience land fragmentation in Buay Madang Timur District, OKU Timur Regency are land area (x1), access to food (x2), income (x3), price (x4) have a significant effect while length of education (x5 ) has no real effect.
