Abstract

This study aims to determine strategies for increasing the income of coffee farmers in Mekakau Ilir District, OKU Selatan Regency. The quantitative analysis used in this research is regression analysis. The results of this study in the form of a strategy to increase coffee farmers' income based on internal and external results showed that the main strategies are optimizing weaknesses and overcoming various threats by reducing land conversion by providing capital, reactivating Gapoktan, optimizing fertilizer use, overcoming the problem of increasing input prices to increase cooperation between extension workers and Gapoktan in Mekakau Ilir District, OKU Selatan Regency.Contribution to Sustainable Development GoalsSDG 1: No PovertySDG 2: Zero HungerSDG 8: Decent Work and Economic GrowthSDG 12: Responsible Consumption and ProductionSDG 15: Life on Land

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi alih fungsi lahan di Kecamatan Belitang III Kabupaten OKU Timur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Berdasrkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor usia petani, lama pendidikan, luas lahan, dan pendapatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan petani melakukan alih fungsi lahan karet menjadi usahatani tebu di Kecamatan Belitang III Kabupaten OKU Timur. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan petani melakukan alih fungsi lahan di Kecamatan Belitang III Kabupaten OKU Timur adalah pengalaman berusahatani tebu dengan nilai standar koefisien regresi parsial sebesar 6.049.

Abstract

Patin Village has great potential to continue to be developed as a center for processing catfish and developing fish-based MSMEs in East OKU Regency. Patin fish is a fishery resource that is widely available in East OKU Regency and is currently a source of income for the East OKU community apart from rice and rubber farming. This research aims to analyze strategies that can be formulated and implemented in fish-based MSMEs in Patin Village, Belitang District, East OKU Regency. The research was carried out in Belitang District, East OKU Regency at the catfish processing center (Kampung Patin) in September 2023. The research method used was the survey method and the sampling method used the purposive sampling method, where Poklahsar Barokah MSMEs in Sukosari Village and Poklahsar Sari Patin Village Triyoso as a center for processing catfish in Belitang District, East OKU Regency was chosen as a sample. The data analysis used in this research is SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that business development strategies that can be developed in East OKU Regency are increasing promotions by using existing social media to introduce products, maintaining consumer loyalty by providing maximum service, collaborating with potential distributor agents to increase market share, building or renting place production in a more strategic location and maintain the intensity of group assistants in supervising the group to increase knowledge about strategic management systems and product marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of scientific work is to identify internal-external factors and recommended strategies for increasing Cavendish banana production in South Sumatra Province. The research was conducted in Jayapura District as the center of East Cavendish OKU banana production in March 2022. The sampling method used an unbalanced layered random method. Based on several related articles about Cavendish bananas, there are no articles that discuss strategies to increase Cavendish banana production using the SWOT analysis in Jayapura District, OKU Timur Regency. The results of the analysis show that the recommended strategies for increasing Cavendish banana production are strategies to increase the role of local governments as facilitators and price stabilization, partnership patterns with the private sector in terms of marketing Cavendish bananas, the need for technology utilization starting from input, process and output, intensive development of Department of Food Crops and Horticulture, and human resource development through Cavendish banana cultivation assistance. The conclusion of the study shows that it is necessary to implement strategies that can be recommended to increase Cavendish banana production, including the need for partnerships for Cavendish banana farmers and continuing to increase production standards so that East OKU Cavendish bananas can compete with imported Cavendish bananas.

Abstract

Kompetensi diartikan sebagai karakteristik dasar yang membedakan satu individu atau karyawan dari yang lainnya, mencakup keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang menunjukkan profesionalisme di bidang tertentu. Program pelatihan menjadi salah satu keunggulan perusahaan, menunjukkan komitmen perusahaan untuk terus berusaha dan berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan potensi karyawan Kinerja yang optimal menjadi manifestasi dari upaya yang dilakukan oleh karyawan, dan hal ini sering menjadi dasar penilaian terhadap anggota dan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah, metode survey. Metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, metode simple random dimana, populasi yang dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian yaitu, ASN yang berposisi sebagai bendahara pada masing - masing Sub Keuangan OPD di OKU sebanyak, 173 orang dari 47 OPD diambil 47 orang bendahara sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai sub keuangan OPD di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu adalah, variable bebas kopetensi, pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja pegawai sub keuangan OPD di Kabupetn Ogan Komering Ulu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (3) Motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (4) Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang yang merupakan pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing mix, service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The method used in this study is quantitative analysis method. The sampling method used in the study is non-probability sampling or random chance. This method is a method with sampling that does not provide equal opportunities to members of the population, and its determination is not random. In this study, all consumers who come to the Nissan workshop to service their cars are taken as samples. The number of samples taken for the study was 120 consumers. The data processing method uses multiple regression and multicollinearity test. Multicollinearity testing is used to determine whether or not there is a linear relationship between independent variables in the regression model. The prerequisite that must be met in the regression model is the absence of multicollinearity. Multicollinearity testing is carried out by looking at the value of Tolerance and Variance Inflation Factor (VIF). Data does not experience multicollinearity if the VIF value is below 5. Based on the results of the study, the influence of Marketing Mix, service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at the Nissan Palembang Workshop and partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at the Nissan Palembang Workshop.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Promotion Mix and lifestyle on purchasing decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform, focusing on fashion category customers (clothing and shoes) in Baturaja. Promotion Mix, which includes direct selling, advertising, public relations, and sales promotions, is an important element in attracting consumer attention and increasing sales volume. Meanwhile, lifestyle reflects an individual's lifestyle patterns in activities, interests, and opinions, which contribute to purchasing decision making. The research method used is quantitative, with path analysis to measure the direct and indirect effects between the research variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 180 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the Promotion Mix variable has a direct and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while lifestyle functions as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between Promotion Mix and purchasing decisions. Path analysis also reveals that the combined influence of these two variables contributes significantly to Shopee customers' purchasing decisions. Effective marketing strategies and an understanding of consumer lifestyles greatly influence purchasing decisions. These findings are expected to be a strategic basis for Shopee in designing more effective and innovative promotional campaigns, as well as contributing to digital marketing literature

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, word of mouth, and price perception on purchasing decisions for MS Glow skincare products in Baturaja City. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to consumers of MS Glow Baturaja Branch. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with partial tests (t-test) and simultaneous tests (F-test). The results showed that product quality variables did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and price perception variables had a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that consumers in Baturaja City are more influenced by recommendations and information from others in making purchasing decisions than price or product quality factors. Therefore, MS Glow is advised to strengthen its word of mouth strategy through customer reviews, user communities, and collaboration with local influencers. In addition, companies need to communicate product value more effectively to improve price and quality perceptions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Marketing and Online Customer Reviews on Consumer Trust and Purchasing Decisions of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) users of TikTok Shop in Baturaja. Using quantitative research methods, data were collected from 200 respondents through a structured questionnaire. The variables studied include Digital Marketing, Online Customer Reviews, Consumer Trust, and Purchasing Decisions. The validity and reliability of the research instrument were tested, and a classical assumption test was conducted to ensure the suitability of the regression model. The results of the study indicate that Digital Marketing has a significant and positive effect on Consumer Trust and Purchasing Decisions. Online Customer Reviews have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions but do not have a significant effect on Consumer Trust. In addition, Purchasing Decisions partially mediate the relationship between Digital Marketing and Consumer Trust, although the mediation effect is not statistically significant. The results also show the important role of Digital Marketing in building Consumer Trust and driving Purchasing Decisions on the TikTok Shop platform. These findings provide practical implications for businesses looking to optimize marketing strategies through digital platforms and leverage customer reviews to increase consumer engagement and trust. Future research is recommended to explore additional variables that may influence this relationship.
