Abstract

Pernikahan merupakan salah satu peristiwa terpenting dalam kehidupan seseorang. Perkawinan yang terjadi antara laki-laki dan perempuan menimbulkan akibat fisik dan emosional bagi keluarga masing-masing, masyarakat, dan juga harta benda yang diperoleh perkawinan antara mereka, sebelum dan selama-lamanya perkawinan. Setiap makhluk memiliki hak asasi manusia untuk mengejar anak melalui pernikahan, termasuk melalui budaya dengan mencapai pernikahan yang dirayakan di Indonesia. Islam menyiratkan bahwa perkawinan adalah satu-satunya bentuk kehidupan suami-istri yang diakui dan didorong untuk berkembang dalam proses pembentukan keluarga. Dalam realita di lapangan, pernikahan usia dini cukup menarik menjadi  perhatian berbagai kalangan, hal tersebut terjadi karena sebenarnya pernikahan  usia dini seperti fenomena gunung es yang kelihatan sedikit diatasnya padahal dalam dataran faktanya sangat banyak terjadi di kalangan masyarakat  Indonesia. Undang-undang No. 1 Tahun 1974, Pasal 1 tentang perkawinan  menyatakan Perkawinan adalah ikatan lahir batin antara seorang pria dan seorang  wanita sebagai suami isteri dengan tujuan membentuk keluarga (rumah) yang  bahagia dan kekal berdasarkan KeTuhanan Yang Maha Esa. Pernikahan dini  bukanlah sekadar kisah sinetron.Kasus pernikahan dini itu nyata terjadi di sekitar  kita dengan kuantitas yang terbilang tinggi.

Abstract

Model Pendidikan Tazkiyatun Nafs dalam upaya membentuk akhlakul karimah peserta didik saat ini sangat dibutuhkan, karena model ini menyangkut pembersihan jiwa sebelum menerima pembelajaran dari guru. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam jiwa dan hati yang masih penuh kemaksiatan akan sulit untuk mengikuti pembelajaran sehingga berdanpak terhadap prilaku. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelaksanaan pendidikan tazkiyatun nafs ini dilakukan oleh para pendidik. Sedangkan metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptip, yang berusaha mengungkap dan menjelaskan fakta fakta dilapangan terhadap objek yang di teliti. Adapun yang menjadi hasil penelitian ini yaitu: Pertama, pendidikan tazkiyatun Nafs sudah berjalan di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Tarbiyah Islamiyah dengan selalu menekankan peserta didik berdoa sebelum belajar, membaca Asmaul husna,membaca Alquran sebagai pengendalian diri. Metode yang dilakukan guru adalah mujahadah An-nafs dan muhasabah An-nafs yaitu latihan dan evaluasi keadaan jiwa ataupun hati. Kedua, pada dasarnya dalam kurikulum belum ada menyebutkan model pendidikan tazkiyatun Nafs di Madrsah ini, akan tetapi dalam materi pembelajaran khususnya akidah akhlak sudah menyinggung tentang materi tazkiyatun nafs.

Abstract

Globalisasii  memberikani  efeki  positifi  dani  efeki  negatifi  bagii  umati  islami yangi  kemudiani  menjadii  tantangani  bagii  setiapi  gurui  pendidikani  agamai  islami  untuk mengatasi efek negatif tersebut, dan menyiapkan generasi muslim yang handali  dani  siapi  menghadapii  setiapi  tantangani  globalisasi.i  Problematikai  yangi  dihadapii  pendidikani  islami  dii  erai  globalisasii  yaitui  :i  Kekurangani  sumberi  dayai  pendidiki  yangi  profesional, krisis akhlak, strategi guru akidah akhlak belum optimal. Untuk menghadapi problematika globalisasi diperlukan kerjasama dan ini menjadi tanggung jawab kita semua baik pendidik, peserta didik, orang tua, maupun pemerintah itu sendiri. Di era globalisasi ini dapat menjerumuskan peserta didik ke arah perbuatan yang negatif seperti tawuran antar pelajar, seks bebas, kasus narkoba maupun tindakan kriminal lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru akidah akhlak dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa sehingga peserta didik dapat memiliki karakter yang kuat

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out to what extent the independent learning curriculum for student character development at SMP IT Khansa Khalifah Sunggal has been put into practice. This research uses qualitative methodology, meaning that the data collected is not in the form of numbers but in the form of words or photos. The aim of qualitative research is to gain a more comprehensive understanding of social phenomena by examining a broader context. This topic is closely related to the impact of this concept on character education, because this topic functions as a framework for fostering values related to character development and encouraging the cultivation of virtuous qualities. The main objective of the policy implemented in the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in schools is to ensure that students have adequate access to state-of-the-art learning facilities. The Merdeka Belajar curriculum facilitates a progressive and continuous learning process, enabling students to improve and change their character while successfully completing the given knowledge development tasks within the specified deadlines. Abstract

Educational institutions are a forum or means for forming children's character. Within these religious values ??there are moral values. Schools must be able to carry out systematic planning or good management as a serious form of managing the best personality of children. This research aims to determine the Principal's Management Strategy in Instilling religious values ??in MTs Al-Fajar Sei Mencirim Education Foundation schools so that students' moral values ??are formed from Islamic activities in instilling religious values. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach, by interviewing three research informants, namely the school principal and teachers. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions and verification. The results of the research show that the management strategy carried out by the school principal in instilling religious values ??is that there are graduation requirements for MTs Al-Fajar students in the form of memorizing surahs and practicing worship. There are also routines carried out by saying hello, praying and worshiping. Supporting factors are prayer room facilities, mukena and Al-Qur'an

Abstract

The aims of this study is to find out the Implementation of the Gayo Lues Regent's Regulation Policy Number 12 of 2016 concerning the Management of Property of Gayo Lues Regency. This study used a qualitative approach. The result show that The implementation of the Gayo Lues Regent's Regulation Number 12 of 2016 concerning the Management of Gayo Lues Regency Property (Four Wheel Service Vehicle Auction Study) has been carried out well but has not run perfectly. This can be seen from the results of the analysis of George Edward III's Theory as follows: Communication. The auction of four-wheeled official vehicles carried out by the Financial Management Agency of Gayo Lues Regency has been carried out through auction announcements through print and electronic mass media as well as providing direct information for the people who come and for goods to be auctioned which are still controlled by the head of the SKPK, a correspondence has been made written by Mr. Sekda as district property manager.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Peranan Nahdlatul Ulama dalam Pengembangan Islam Nusantara Pada Lembaga Pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) yaitu penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi dengan bantuan bermacam-macam materi yang terdapat diperpustakaan. Peran Nahdlatul Ulama dalam munculnya lembaga pendidikan Islam sangat lah penting di Indonesia. Islam Nusantara adalah model ajaran dan aliran islam yang di bentuk oleh Nadhatul Ulama dan di kembangkan di Nusantara atupun Indonesia. Islam Nusantara di perkenalkan pada tahun 2015 oleh Bapak Presiden Ir.Joko Widodo sebagai Gerakan denominasi Masyarakat Islam Nusantara yang menolak denominasi islam berdasarkan perspektif arab dan timur Tengah.Munculnya Lembaga Pendidikan islam tak lepas dari peran Islam Nusantara serta pengaruh oleh ajaran sufisme yang di balut dengan budaya dan adat istiadat lokal yang di kembangkan oleh para tokoh islam seperti Wali songo dan Para kiai yang mengadakan pengajarannya dan di kembangkan di masjid dan surau kemudian daripada itu terbentuklah Pendidikan agama islam  dalam bentuk madrasah dan pesantern-pesantren yang sekarang tersebar di seluruh daerah dan kota yang ada di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Jigsaw Learning Model to Increase Student Competence at MAS Tarbaiyah Islamiyah, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang. The research uses a narrative descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources are (1) primary data, obtained from school principals, teachers and students, (2) secondary data, obtained from literature, relevant research and documents. Data collection using observation, interviews, documentation and field notes. Data analysis by reducing data, displaying data/presenting data, and verifying/drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research on the application of the Jigsaw learning model to increase student competency at MAS Tarbaiyah Islamiyah, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang, it can be concluded that the application of the Jigsaw learning model is more fun, there is creativity, innovation, new ideas emerge, critical thinking, so that it can increase student competency. In the Jigsaw model learning process, students really like exchanging ideas with other experts, changes in the way students learn because students are required to master the material provided by the teacher. By implementing the Jigsaw learning model, the teacher does not only play an active role in explaining the material because there is a division of tasks and expert groups. In addition, students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor competencies improve significantly, this is in line with the assessment process during group discussions and expert groups, as well as during presentations.

Abstract

Early childhood is a period where children's development can optimally grow, both in the social-emotional aspect and other aspects. Therefore, efforts to address children experiencing temper tantrums are crucial to ensure that children's development can progress optimally. This research employs a qualitative research method with a psychological approach. The subjects of this study are educators and children experiencing tantrums at Tazkia Islamic Kindergarten, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency. Data collection techniques used include observation, documentation, and interviews. For data analysis, the researcher uses the data analysis technique from Miles and Huberman. In the final stage, the validity of the obtained data will be tested using triangulation techniques, both source and method. The results of this research are expected to provide deeper insights into ways to overcome temper tantrums in early childhood at Tazkia Islamic Kindergarten, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency. Additionally, this study will also produce recommendations for educators in applying emotional-based approaches to managing temper tantrums. Thus, this research has the potential to contribute positively towards efforts to manage early childhood temper tantrums and encourage the formation of early childhood character.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance teachers' understanding of developing language literacy skills in young children. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature review technique, examining scientific papers, books, and other written materials on the role of teachers in stimulating language literacy in early childhood. Based on the findings, it is clear that every teacher must have a correct understanding of literacy competence in order to effectively teach literacy to their students, specifically young children. The study concludes that there are 10 components that teachers need to understand regarding their role in developing early childhood language literacy with loose parts. These components include: teacher knowledge and experience; a basic understanding of literacy; engaging in lively discussions; using books; using the alphabet; training phonological awareness; building a language-rich environment; using loose part media; assessing children's literacy progress; and collaborating with parents. Loose parts, or materials commonly known as "loose parts," are learning tools that offer children the opportunity to explore, manipulate, or critically exploit their imagination, as the characteristics of loose parts allow children to shape them according to their ideas. The subjects of this study are young children at TK ABA Kartini Binjai.
