Abstract

The explosive growth of the e-commerce nowdays, especially in Indonesia, iscontinuously increasing the competitiveness between the e-commerce agents involved in it. Theappearance of the internet reduced the search costs and provided the high flowof informationobtained by the consumer, made it more difficult to increase the consumerloyaltyin an onlinebusiness. Word-of-mouthis regarded as a powerful tool for advancementof the competitiveadvantage in e-commerceaimed by marketing managers. Due to this issue, this researchanalyzes the role of website usability, satisfaction, loyalty, security perception and trust indeveloping positive word-of-mouth in e-commerce business. It was foundthat website usabilityhad a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and security perception, whileconsumer satisfactionoffered a significant positive effect on loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.It also was found that security perception builtpositive effect to trust significantly. The trust itself, had the role on increasing the consumer loyalty value, unfortunately it was notthesignificant one. And as expected, loyalty was significantly related to positive word-of-mouth.In addition, customer satisfaction, website usability and loyalty was found to be the top threefactors whichcontributed biggest number of the total effect on the role to increasing the positiveword-of-mouth in e-commerce. Abstract

The purpose of this study was 1) to determine and analyze the implementation and useof information systems technology in the integrated financial information and data processingservices that result in hospital inefficiency and decrease operational performance(management control). 2) To determine and analyze the impact of Integrated InformationSystem Technology to the performance as well as improved quality of service FinanceDepartment (Mobilization Fund) 2) To identify and analyze the factors that constrain andsupport the implementation of an integrated system of information technology in improving theperformance and quality of service parts Finance (Mobilization Fund) to the customer.The results found that iplementasi integrated information system in Sanglah GeneralHospital Center which has lasted from the 2000s to the present in dasrnya has been goingaccording to the plan set out in the master plan for the development of integrated informationsystems at General Hospital Center. In the implementation of an integrated information systemis currently still searching for the best format because there are many drawbacks encounteredin the design of the integrated information system implementation. Also encountered in thisstudy that the implementation of an integrated information system, the units appears to be stillrunning their own separate themselves so visible. This means that the implementation ofintegrated information systems tend to be at the start of the aspects of technology instead ofinstitutional aspects. Other findings generated relating to the above conclusion is fruitionGeneral Hospital Center in order to decentralize information, achieving accuracy andcompleteness of information, prevention of Informat on a particular group has been realizedin the implementation of integrated information systems at General Hospital Center..Keywords: technology information systems

Abstract

of this research is to understand and analyses the relationship betweenmarketing mix, yield management strategy, customer satisfaction and occupancy rate diFurama Villas & Spa, Badung, Bali.Occupancy rate influence by four factor such as the correct implementation ofmarketing mix strategy, yield management strategy and how to manage the customersatisfaction in order to increase the sales performance especially determine through occupancyrate. The four factor are clearly shown on the response from the customer through the answerfrom the distributed questionnaire using the Score Interval Scale.This research study includes the four hypothesis that would be examined. Data from100 respondents selected by using non-probability technique with purposive or judgmentsampling method was analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis by usingAMOS version 20.0 software. The result of this research proved that the relationship amongthe four variable strategi marketing mix strategy, yield management, customer satisfactionshow the positive and strong influence to increase the occupancy rate. The result is betweenthe rane of Goodness of Outfit criteria : Chi-square =209,594 : probability = 0,03 ; RMSEA= 0,023 ; GFI = 0,917 ; AGFI = 0,914; CMIN / DF = 0,872 ; TLI = 0,802 ; CFI = 0,894; Allof the hypothesis in this research can be accepted.This research also connect results of the research with theoretical implicatiob andpolicy implication for the management of Furama Villas & Spa, Badung Bali as elaborated inthe summary and epilog. Limitation of the research agenda and future research can be adjustedto all the upcoming research.Keywords: strategy, marketing mix, yield management, customer satisfaction and occupancyrate.

Abstract

analyse the differentiation strategy of Products and Services in the DigitalPrint Industries Denpasar. Increasing number of businesses Digital Print makes each companyrequires differentiation of products and services as their business differentiator. Increasingnumber of players and strategies tendency to slam the price makes this Industry almost cometo red ocean bussiness that would endanger the existence of the industry itself.This study analyzing qualitative data from the company of Digital Print which isconsidering quite strong, aggressive and survive in the competition. There are several playersin the industry in Denpasar where researchers perform data collection and analysis. Theselection of two company hat described in Results were based on data collectionfromsuppliersof Machinery and Raw Materials that’s conducted by researchers. Both are rated have thedifferent characteristics and both leading the industrial marketin Denpasar Digital Print withmore than sixty percent market share.In this Study the mentioned two Companies have specific characteristic to face thecompetition, survive and win the competition. One company has numbers of outlets, long outletworking hours, and price leadership. This company is still making an investment of newproduction machinestobust the image ofits business. Other companies choose to stay focusonspecific consumer segments, with a premium quality. This company is usinga good partnershipstrategy with the corpotate customer. Thi scompany continue to invest the latest productionmachines to create advantages compared to its competitors and promote quality productsandgoodservicesfor his market segments. SWOT analysisis used to analyze the DifferentiationStrategy of Products and Services in accordance with their strengths, weaknesses,Opportunityand Threats that are owned by their respective companies. Abstract

Given the importance of employee performance, the issue which is of particular interestare the factors that influence it, among others, information technology, discipline, incentiveand turnover. Otherwise in Rumah Sakit Umum Premagana Gianyar an effort to get employerswho have the performance, have noticed information technology, discipline, incentive andturnover.The formulation of the problem in this research is : whether information technologyinfluence to employees performance, whether discipline influence to employees performance,whether incentive influence on discipline, whether incentive influence on employeesperformance, whether incentive influence to turnover and turnover influence on employeesperformancein Rumah Sakit Umum Premagana Gianyar and to answer the problem, weconducted research with the study population of 130 employees at Rumah Sakit UmumPremagana Gianyar. The method used is a method of population (census) and data collectedby questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOSVersion 20.Based on the results obtained conclusions include : there is significant influencebetween technology information to employee performance, there is significant influencebetween discipline to employee performance, there is significant influence between incentiveto discipline, there is significant influence between incentive to employee performance, thereis negative significant influence between the incentive to turnover and there is negativesignificant significant influence between turnover to employee performance in Rumah SakitUmum Premagana Gianyar.Keyword: information technology, discipline, incentive, turnover and performance

Abstract

This research objective is investigate the influences among competency,organizational hygiene factor, career scaffold, employees’ job performance and employees’turnover intentions in The Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa. A survey was conducted among asample of 242 employees at the Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa through purposive sampledwith bipolar adjective scale questionnaire but only 189 qualified respondent data could betabulated, those were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling via AMOS 22.0.According the result of the analysis, competency had positive and significantinfluence toward employees’ job performance (? = 0,228, CR = 2,759, ? =0,006) but it hadnegative influence toward career scaffold (? = -0,141, CR = -2,123, ? =0,034). Otherwise,organizational hygiene factor able to give positive influence toward career scaffold (? =0,840, CR =8,705, ? =***) and employees’ job performance (? = 0,206, CR =1,133, ? =0,257) but it had negative influence on employees’ turnover intentions (? = -0,162, CR = -0,914, ? =0,361). Also career scaffold as intervening variable able to give positive andsignificant influence for both employees’ job performance (? = 0,555, CR =2,919, ? =0,004)and employees’ turnover intentions (? = 0,605, CR =2,938, ? =0,003). In the meantime,employees’ job performance had positive and significant influence toward employees’turnover intentions (? = 0,492, CR =3,516, ? =***).The Research limitations/implications – Limitations in this research showed otheroutside factor still giving influence and it might be able to add more variables for nextresearch. Abstract

This research is madeto determine whethera particular concept ofbranding andpromotion, could help to improve the company’s marketing performance. Apart from twovariables, which are location and marketer, there is also promotion that could improvecompany’s marketing performance. These three are intervening variables to help thecompany’s performance.From the results of research conducted using questionnaire data obtained from 128respondents, which questionnaire results were tabulated using Microsoft excel and processedby the method of Statistics Structural Equation Model ( SEM ) with 20.0 Amos programshowed that the eight criteria Goodness of Fit, there are three criteria are met and onecriteria is marginal. The results obtained after one modifying. Followed by data processingbetween variables can be seen that between five variables studied, the most powerfullvariable is the variable effectiveness of strategy execution. Promotion variable is the variablewith the highest score after the missed intervening variable ( direct effect ).With these results , we can conclude that PT. Abstract

In order to conduct the clean and good governance for excellent public services, theyhave to support with quality and profesionalism of human resources, responsibility, fair,honest, have a commitment, work satisfaction and loyalty. The purposes this research toexamine and analyze the influence of Commitment, work satisfaction, organizationalcitizenship behaviour (OCB) to contract workers performances.To examine the problem statements, spread the questionaries to 133 employes atDinas Pendapatan Bali Province. The data collected will analyze using structural equationmodelling (SEM). The results are fullfill GoodnessofFitIndexCriteria):Chi-square (c2 ) =107,246, Relatitive Chi-square (c2/df) = 1,192, Probability = 0,104, RMSEA=0,039, GFI =0,911, AGFI=0,866, TLI=0,981, CFI=0,986.The structural equation perform with the regression weight have 4 positives influenceand significance variables, there are committment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB), work satisfaction to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), work satisfaction tocontract workers performances, and organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) to contractworkers perfomances. Just one variable have negative value and significance, it iscommitment to contract workers performance. It's mean the committment is not affecteddirectly to contract workers performances, but through with Organizational CitizenshipBehavior (OCB). In other word, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as interveningvariable between committmentandcontract workers performance.Theresearch contributions are measurement of employee performance at DinasPendapatan Bali Province are very important to do and the management give achievementsfor employee performance in obejectives and professional. This research also known thecommittment, work satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variableshave influences to employees performance.
