Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the effectiveness of leadership, growthperformance and regulation of the financial services authority in the PT. BPR PicuManunggal Sejahtera in the face of Asian Economic Community 2015. The design of thisstudy is a qualitative approach. The results showed leadership effectiveness PT. BPR PicuManunggal Sejahtera has effectively undone. This was possible due to the effectiveness of theleadership has been able accurately to achieve the goals or objectives to be achieved by PT.BPR Picu Manunggal Sejahtera. This can be seen from the indicators of organizationalperformance achievements are all well executed. PT. Picu Manunggal Sejahtera has a goodgrowth performance of the company. It can be seen from the financial ratios such as ROA of12%, ROA of 43% and NPL below 5%. This means that the growth performance of PT. BPRPicu Manunggal Sejahtera is good. Aside from the financial ratios of the above, the growthperformance of PT. BPR Picu Manunggal Sejahtera can also be seen from the growth ofsavings, deposits, credit, income, and assets from 2012 to 2013 increased quite significantly.Efforts undertaken by the RB in the face of Asian Economic Community 2015 includeimproving human resources by setting the standard of education 80% Bachelor, conductsurveillance for head section and AO, so that people placed here are ready and able toimprove the performance of the company.Keywords: leadership, growth performance, Financial Fervices Authority and the AsianEconomic Community

Abstract

Marketing Strategy Concept E-Marketing is based Online Travel Agents (OTA). Online travelagents are travel agents that make media promotion and online sales through a website.Today almost all companies have a website for the promotion of products to consumers.Various advantages of using e-marketing strategy is not in doubt, the Internet has changedthe practice of marketing. Developments in information technology resulted in thetransformation of marketing and provide modern marketing channels that drive change in theconventional communication towards digital communications.Gains from sales promotion via OTA (Online Travel Agents), data occupancy rate InnaSindhu Beach in 2015 showed that 50% of them are reservations through online travelagents, 30% through offline travel agents, and 20% a reservation directly via email or phone.This shows that online travel agents is a medium that is able to significantly increase the levelof occupancy hotels and in terms of saving time because it is not necessary sales calls. Hardlyany losses cooperate with Online Travel Agents (OTA) because the registration andpromotion is free. Another advantage experienced is if the guest is satisfied with the serviceshotel, the guest has the potential to become a repeater guest and implications for the positiveword of mouth.Keywords : Marketing Strategy, E-Marketing, Online Travel Agents (OTA).

Abstract

Return and high profitability is the target to be achieved by all companies. Manythings affect the return of which is the stock price index and the exchange rate. This studyaims to determine the effect of stock price index and the exchange rate of Industry stockreturns on real estate and property in the Indonesian stock exchange with profitability as anintervening variable. The population in this study is 23 companies in the real estate andproperty industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 20,111 to2014 years. Testing the hypothesis of this study using the technique of path analysis (pathanalysis), with the application of tools Amos version 20. The results showed that: (1) thestock price index and exchange rate positive effect on returns and profitability also a positiveeffect on return. (2) The effect of stock price index and the exchange rate of the return isgreater than the direct effect of stock price index and the exchange rate to return throughprofitability. It is advisable in future studies to add variables that affect returns and alsoexpand the study sample so that the results could be better.Keywords: Stock Price Index, Exchange Rate and Stock Return,Profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and understand the application of CSR based on localwisdom (Tri Hita Karana) in Bali that are applied by the Village Credit Institutions (LPD)and LPD Tibekauh Penglatan Singaraja Gianyar. Implementation of CSR on both LPD werecompared in this study. Each program will be tailored CSR applied to aspects parhyangan,palemahan, pawongan in the Tri Hita Karana.This study will address issues related to the implementation of CSR by LPD based onlocal wisdom, LPD social fund allocation, and allocation of social funds in terms of financialperformance LPD. There are three questions are formulated.This study uses a qualitative method. The technique of collecting data using interviews,observation, documentation, and deployment of an open questionnaire to customers or thepublic. Informants determined by purposive sampling. Use interactive data analysistechniques. Technique authenticity of data by researchers to test the credibility andtriangulation. Data used in the form of primary and secondary data.Implementation of CSR in the LPD can be said to be based Tri Hita Karana. However,CSR program in Singaraja Penglatan LPD more active than the LPD Tibekauh Gianyar.LPD Tibekauh Gianyar co-own shortcomings in aspects palemahan. This is because the CSRprogram LPD Tibekauh on aspects palemahan not comprehensive.CSR is applied LPD Penglatan Singaraja and Tibekauh Gianyar can be said to containaspects of tri hita karana (parhyangan, palemahan, pawongan). The program is applicable toalmost the same, except that the amount of applied programs tailored to ability. CSR isapplied adapted to the needs of the surrounding environment so that CSR is implementedeffectively. The allocation of social funds have been set in gubernatorial. Bali Provincial No.11 Year 2013 concerning LPD as much as 5%, and the village development fund 20% of itsnet profit in the year-end LPD. The higher net income LPD, the higher allocation of funds ofsocial and rural development.CSR shall be implemented by LPD. The goal is improve the lives of the surroundingenvironment. So that goal is reached, the program is designed to be effective and perceivedby the public contribution. So the LPD need to create an education program in which ifappropriately carried out and fill the needs of the community. CSR mandatory because LPDownedPakraman and utilize the resources around.Future studies are expected to enhance this work by including a component of financialstatements that reflect social activities menyuluruh LPD and assess the financial aspectsrelated to the allocation of funds LPD social and rural development.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Tri Hita Karana, Net Income

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is 1. Knowing the effect of the implementation process of recruitment to training. 2. Determine the influence of the implementation process of the selection of the training. 3. Determine the influence of the implementation process of recruitment of placement. 4. Determine the influence of the implementation process of the selection of the placement. 5. Determine the influence of the implementation process of recruitment to performance. 6. Determine the influence of the implementation process of the selection of the performance. 7. Determine the influence of the implementation process of the placement of the performance. Data collection technique used questionnaires to 127 customers of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Branch Kuta. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS version 22Results found that 1 indicates that the effect of variable recruitment to training is significant. (2) show that variables influence the selection of the training is significant. (3) shows that the effect of variable recruitment of the placement is significant. (4) indicates that the variable influence the selection of the placement is significant. (5) shows that the effect of variable recruitment to performance is significant. (6) show that variables influence the selection of the performance is significant. (7) shows that the effect of the placement of variables on performance is significant.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study examines the factors that affect patient's behavioral intention, with patient satisfaction, perceived value, and trust as intervening variables, as well as service quality as an independent variable. Service quality variable using the five dimensions that was first proposed by Parasuraman et al. (1985). The dimensions are tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.            The population used in this study were inpatients at Siloam Hospital Bali, with a total sample of 155 patients. Data were collected by using questionnaire. The sampling method in this study using a type of non-probability sampling with combination method: purposive sampling-accidental sampling-quota sampling. The analysis technique used to analyze the data is SEM (Structural Equation Model).            Squared Multiple Correlations results indicate that behavioral intention variables are influenced by patient satisfaction, perceived value, trust, and service quality. Patient satisfaction is influenced by service quality. Perceived value is influenced by service quality, while trust affected by service quality. Service quality, patient satisfaction, and trust, positively significant affect behavioral intention.            The conclusion of this research is service quality has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction, perceived value, trust and behavioral intention patients. Patient satisfaction and trust has a significant positive effect on the patient's behavioral intention. While the perceived value has a negative effect on the patient's behavioral intention. This study is useful for Siloam Hospitals Bali management and other hospital's decision maker as well as feedback about the patient's perception of service quality in order to maintain hospital patients and as the basis for periodic evaluations and initial step in assessing the quality of services to patients. The payment method of payment in the form of standalone services or use insurance seems to be influence the respondent's answers and can provide different analytical results, therefore, next researchers are expected to do better further research.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of e-filing system, tax knowledge, awareness and dissemination of taxation on taxpayer compliance. The study was conducted quantitatively and using a questionnaire as a tool in data collection. For statistical analysis and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and processed using the application program AMOS version 22. The respondents in this study is registered taxpayers on the Tax Office Madya Denpasar, taken a sample of 110 corporate taxpayers with a purposive sampling techniques kind of judgment sampling.The results showed that the application of the e-filing system has positive and significant influence on the consciousness of the taxpayer. Knowledge of taxation has positive and significant influence on the consciousness of the taxpayer. Socialization taxation has a positive and significant effect on the consciousness of the taxpayer. Implementation of e-filing system has a positive and significant impact on tax compliance. Knowledge of taxation has a positive and significant impact on tax compliance. Socialization taxation has a positive and significant impact on tax compliance. Awareness taxpayer has a positive and significant impact on tax compliance.The government in this case the Medium Tax Office Denpasar expected to be more emphasis on awareness of taxpayers rather than tax compliance for how tax payers will be obedient in implementing the tax if the awareness of tax obligations is not yet optimal. The taxpayer will be obedient to taxes when first raised awareness of the importance of tax in him. Then the Medium Tax Office Denpasar to be more active to disseminate tax notably e-filing system and the latest tax laws to taxpayers so that taxpayers can implement taxation liabilities with safe, fast and comfortable and the knowledge of the taxpayer can be increased. With increasing knowledge of taxpayers, it is expected to grow within the community of taxpayers to be aware and obedient in implementing taxation liabilities. For the upcoming study is expected to use taxpayer awareness variables as independent variables that can be studied variables influence taxpayer awareness of the other dependent variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to know how Bank BPD Bali customer’s accepted BPD Bali Mobile Application used Technology Acceptance Model’s theory. The study was conducted quantitatively and using a questionnaire as a tool in data collections. For statistical analysis and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and processing with AMOS version 22. Respondens in this study were customers of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Renon and Denpasar, taken a sample of 150 people by accidental sampling method.The results showed that construct of Technology Acceptance Model’s theory have positive effect. Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived of Usefulness have positive effect and significant on Attitude Toward Using dan E-Satisfaction. Attitude Toward Using have positive effect and significant on Actual System Usage.The management of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Baliin order to improve the ability of employees in particular frontliner in providing explanations about mobile banking how to use, the existing of features and it’s benefit to customers, and adding mobile banking features to make customers feel easy, convenient, and secure in making transactions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on leadership, employee productive behavior, employee performance and company performance. The design of this study is quantitative, is the relationship of causality between variables. The study was conducted at Central General Hospital Sanglah. Data collection techniques used questionnaires to 115 employees. Data were analyzed by data analysis technique Structure Equation Modeling with AMOS program. The result of the research shows that the effect of total quality management on leadership is significant, the effect of total quality management on employee productive behavior is significant, the effect of total quality management on employee performance behavior is significant, the effect of total quality management on the company's performance is significant, the influence of leadership on productive behavior Employees are significant, the influence of leadership on employee performance is significant, the influence of leadership on the company's performance is significant, the effect of employee productive behavior on employee performance is significant and the influence of employee performance on company performance is significant.
