Abstract

ABSTRACTWeb-based appointment system (WAS) is one of digital strategy in hospital industry. It promising benefits in reducing waiting time, reducing no show rate and increasing patient’s satisfaction. This competitive advantage not fully obtained because this method not fully accepted in patient’s side. The aim of this study is exploring the factor that affecting patient’s acceptance on WAS in hospital. This study uses a qualitative method that explores the acceptance of patient on WAS by using technology acceptance model approach. Siloam Hospital Bali was selected as the place of study since this hospital is the only hospital in Bali that use WAS and linked directly to their hospital information system. Six informants were selected using purposive, accidental and saturation sampling, divided into 3 informants who were using WAS and 3 informants who were not. Observation and in-depth interview were conducted during this study. Data is then analyzed qualitatively by data reduction, display and conclusion drawing. Data verification was performed by triangulation technic. The study shows perceived usefulness (PU) and ease of use (PEU) is the main factor that determining patient’s acceptance on WAS. Three factors are identified affecting the PU and PEU. This factor are user experience, web/application and hospital responsiveness. The study shows lack of information of WAS existence is the main reason for not using it. We recommend special concern to this factor before implementing WAS. By identifying and concerning to this factor, implementation of this system will bring competitive advantage to the hospital.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of attitude towards mobile advertising and moral value on purchase intention, and to find out the mediating role of attitudes towards mobile advertising to the effect of social value on the purchase intention of instagram application users. The population used in this study were all residents of the Bali island, at least have graduated from high school, and become active users of Instagram social media and are aware of the sponsored ads feature on Instagram, whose numbers cannot be calculated definitively (infinite). Data collection was done by using the questionnaire method. The analysis technique used was partial least square (PLS). The results showed that social value has a positive and significant effect on attitudes towards mobile advertising, social value and attitude towards mobile advertising has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and attitude towards mobile advertising can mediate the influence of social value on purchase intention. This research is expected to be a reference and consideration for company management to be able to increase the purchase intention of the consumers by utilizing mobile advertising through social media applications, by paying attention to consumer attitudes and the influence of social values on these mobile advertisements.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine how much influence the use of social media, electronic word of mouth and trust as an intermediary variable and about the factors that influence hotel consumer purchasing decisions in the digital era 4.0, where trust is an intermediate variable. The increasing number of competitors raises the enthusiasm of business people to further improve their services. Tourism is one sector that plays an important role in national economic growth. The current conditions faced by companies engaged in lodging service providers are how to change offline marketing strategies leading to online marketing to optimize room occupancy rates. The population used in this study is all Balinese people who are domestic consumers who have stayed at hotels in Bali. Data collection is done using the online questionnaire method through Google Form. The sampling method in this study is convenience sampling, where sampling is based on the availability of elements and the ease of obtaining them. The number of samples used in this study were 100 people. The analysis technique used to analyze the data is SEM (Structural Equation Model). The results of this study indicate, (1) the usage of social media variable to trust is a positive and significant effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.333, (2) the usage of social media variable to  purchase decision involvement is a positive and significant effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.089, (3) the electronic word of mouth variable to trust is a positive and significant effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.315, (4) the electronic word of mouth variable to purchase decision involvement is a positive and significant effect which has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.089, (5) the variable Subjective Age for trust is a positive and significant effect which has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.439, (6) the variable Subjective Age to purchase decision involvement is a positive and significant effect that has standardize estimate (regression weight) of 0.319, (7) the variable trust in purchase decision involvement is a positive and significant effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.494.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBali Royal Hospital is one of the hospitals that is currently developing medical tourism which is a program that combines health services and tourism. IVF service becomes one of the service options included in medical tourism. With the latest facilities and professional human resources, Bali Royal Hospital is very optimistic in developing baby tube service as one of the medical tourism program. The research conducted at Bali Royal Hospital aims to: (1) analyze IVF service marketing strategy at Bali Royal Hospital, (2) to identify the challenges and constraints faced in the effort to market the IVF service. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques i.e. observation, interview and document study. Technique of examination and testing of data validity using triangulation of source and triangulation technique. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion and verification.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research undertaken at the Special Crime Investigation Directorate of Bali Regional Police aims to analyze the appropriate strategic management applied in the Special Crime Investigation Directorate in order to realize the security of the country. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with data collection technique that is observation, interview and document study. Technique of examination and testing of data validity using triangulation of source and triangulation technique. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion and verification. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the appropriate strategic management applied in the Special Crime Investigation Directorate is the improvement of professional, proportional and accountable police human resources in conducting special investigation and investigation of crime, supported by knowledge about law and legislation as well as information technology based capability and skill. The development of INP's human resources must be transparent and accountable with clear reward and punishment mechanisms, so that INP personnel can be realized that is professional, independent and reliable. Operational improvement, supported by a dynamic budgeting system following the development of security and public order is performance-based budgeting and supporting infrastructure, with information technology-based, to achieve maximum results to achieve strive for excellence to the community in order to realize national security.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the company's understanding of CSR. In addition, this research is also to find out what has been done by the company in implementing CSR as well as to find out the impact on the implementation of CSR in the company. The research method used is a qualitative method. This research explores the interpretation and application of CSR of an airport management company as well as the impact of implementing the CSR. Data collection with interview techniques. The informants used as research objects were six people. Informant selection using a purposive sampling technique. The research location is PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali. The results of the interview can be concluded that the company understands that CSR is not just a contribution. The company implements CSR in terms of workforce management and the Partnership and Community Development Program. Recipients of corporate CSR are labor and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and the general public. The impact felt by workers, SMEs, and the community also gives positive results. Workers get benefits for their needs and self-development opportunities in the form of education and training. SMEs get loan funds for the development of their businesses. Communities also get grant assistance to use what is needed. This study only uses manpower management and contributes to the community as an object of research. It is hoped that further research can add another aspect in the implementation of CSR in accordance with ISO 26000: 2010 namely corporate governance, human rights, fair business practices, consumer issues, and the environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction, to find out and analyze the effect of quality product and service quality to customer loyalty of Tekomsel’s 4G network user in Denpasar. This study uses primer data in the form of quisioner data distributed to Telkomsel’s 4G network user in Denpasar. By using this random sampling method, then obtained amount of counted 100 samples. The analyis technique used is PLS (Partial Least System (technique). The reserach shows that (1) The product quality has significant influence to the customer’s satisfaction (2) the service quality has significant influnce to the customer’s satisfaction (3) the product quality has significant influence to the customer’s loyalty (4) the service quality has significant influence to the customer’s loyalty (5) the customers satisfacion has significant influence to the customer’s loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze about Hybrid Entrepreneur and the strategy of Hybrid Entrepreneur in the New Normal Era. The research setting is the physical environment with a qualitative approach. Key Informan is a Hybrid Entrepreneur determined by Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection was done by interviews, observations and documentation. The data source is from sources that can be used as a Hybrid Entrepreneur model and process by using Strategy Management approach with technical analysis of strategy formulation is based on a three-stage framework of strategy formulation with analysis tools Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix, External Factor Evaluation Matrix, Strengths-Weakness-Opportunities-Threats Matrix and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix. The conclusion are to become a Hybrid Entrepreneur should be based on expertise, while also having the ability to take opportunities and the courage in making business decisions. Market Penetration Strategy is the most appropriate strategy in facing competition in this New Normal era with the best long-term strategy is Integration Strategy, which is to increase the sales network directly to consumers, then increase control over suppliers for product innovation development, and increase competitiveness among others by acquiring competitors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause stress levels, resilience factors, and barriers for health workers in dealing with Covid-19 patients at the Denpasar City Hospital. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected by using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data was carried out by displaying the participation of researchers, triangulation techniques using various sources, anchovies and methods, and persistence of observation. Research informants are doctors and nurses. The results showed that: The factors that influence the stress of health workers in dealing with Covid-19 in Denpasar City hospitals are the heavy workload during the pandemic, the lack of quality of work support facilities for health workers and the stigma of society towards health workers. The factors possessed by medical personnel for resistance to stress are the presence of self-motivation in the form of mindfulness and moral and professional responsibility as health workers, motivation from the patient's family as well as motivation and support from the organization. The obstacles encountered by health workers are the lack of quality and quantity of work support facilities and various patient behaviors that hinder the healing process of Covid-19 patients.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy and income partially on financial management behavior and dentist's lifestyle and to determine the influence of lifestyle in mediating financial literacy and income partially on financial management behavior for dentists. The population of this study were all dental practices in Denpasar City. According to the Association of Indonesian Dentists (PDGI), the number of dental practices in Denpasar City is 607 units which can be accessed at www.certification.pdgi.or.id. The number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula so that the respondents obtained were 86 dentists in Denpasar City. The analytical tool used in this research is Partial Least Square/PLS (Component-based SEM) analysis. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the higher the financial literacy and income, the higher the behavior of the dentist's financial management then the higher the financial literacy and income, the higher the dentist's lifestyle. The results also show that the higher the lifestyle, the higher the dentist's financial management behavior. Furthermore, the higher the lifestyle (full mediated) affects financial literacy, the higher the financial management behavior. As well as lifestyle affects (partial mediated) income, the higher the financial management behavior.
