Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Cash On Delivery (Cod) Payment System and Consumer Satisfaction on Purchase Decisions at E-Commerce Shopee. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were Umb Management Study Program Students Class of 2019. The number of research samples was 64 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that partially the Cash On Delivery (Cod) Payment System has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (tcount = 6.406 and Sig = 0.004), and Consumer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (tcount = 4.568 and Sig = 0.0023) . Simultaneously there is the influence of the Cash On Delivery (Cod) Payment System and Consumer Satisfaction on Purchase Decisions at E-Commerce Shopee (Fcount = 25,802 and Sig = 0,000). Abstract

This study aims to determine the Integrated Marketing Communication Strategy to Increase Consumer Loyalty at the Syarah Bakery Shop. This research uses a qualitative research method. The informants in the research in this study are the Owner and Field Employees of the Syarah Bakery Shop. The data collection method is by conducting interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is SWOT Analysis. From this research it is known that the Integrated Marketing Communication Strategy to Increase Consumer Loyalty at the Svarah Bakery Shop is (1) Maintaining Product Quality (2) Adding Product Variants (3) Increasing Products (4) Opening Branches While the promotions carried out by Syarah Bakery Shop are still not attractive even though promotion is one way to increase consumer loyalty. Abstract

The quality of a food product is very important for every founder of a food selling company. Apart from that, to increase consumer satisfaction, a business must innovate. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of food quality and product innovation on customer satisfaction at Pentol Nona Bengkulu. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this research is all consumers at Pentol Nona Bengkulu within 1 month. Sampling in this study was determined using the unknown population formula so that the number of samples in this study was 96 respondents. The data collection techniques in this research are observation and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. It was found that food quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction of Pentol Nona Bengkulu City consumers, so the higher the food quality, the higher the customer satisfaction at Pentol Nona Bengkulu City. Product innovation has a positive effect on customer satisfaction of Pentol Nona Bengkulu City consumers, so the higher the product innovation, the higher the customer satisfaction at Pentol Nona Bengkulu City. Together, the food quality and product innovation variables influence the customer satisfaction variable at Pentol Nona, Bengkulu City. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada UMKM Cucur Pandan Bu Jana yang bedomisili di Jalan Sungari Rupat 09  Pagar Dewa Kota Bengkulu. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku usaha adalah kurang paham tentang harga pokok sebagai dasar harga jual. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah melalui Pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pelaksanaan selama 1 bulan. Mitra adalah Ibu Janna selaku pelaku usaha cucur Pandan.  Perhitungan harga pokok merupakan faktor penting sebagai dasar penetapan harga jual. Kesalahan perhitungan harga pokok mengakibatkan harga jual bisa lebih tingg atau lebih rendah. Hal ini akan mempengaruhi harga jual dan laba usaha. Perhitungan harga pokok(HPP) meliputi seluruh biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam pembuatan kue cucur pandan, seperti biaya  bahan baku, tenaga kerja dan biaya ovehead. UMKM Cucur Bu Jana, selaku pengusaha cucur selama ini menghitung harga  jual berdasarkan harga pasar yang berlaku. Biaya yang dihitung adalah biaya bahan baku saja, tidak menghitung biaya lainnya sehingga menyebabkan perkembangan usaha yang sangat lambat bahkan mengalami kerugian. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini maka pelaku usaha Cucur diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menghitung HPP. Dalam Pelatihan ini diajarkan menghitung HPP dengan mencatat dan menghitung seluruh komponen biaya proses pembuatan Cucur. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan, diketahui bahwa pentapan harga Rp. 1000 per buahnya ternyata harga yang ditetapkan terlalu kecil. Pelatihan ini juga memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan pelaku tentang strategi pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan media sosial, seperti Facebook, Instagram dan WhatApp Bisnis. Pelatihan ini dianggap pelaku sangat bermanfaat dan berharap usahanya dapat berkembang dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality and customers’ satisfaction toward loyalty of customer at Cafe Bro & Sis Bengkulu City. The object of this study were visitors at Cafe Bro & Sis Bengkulu City, totaling 96 people. The data was collected by using observation and questionnaire. The data analysis technique of this study used instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. The result of the study show that in line with the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y= 5.158 + 0.134 (X1) + 0.850 (X2). The variable Customer Satisfaction (X1) shows t count > t table (2.061 >1.98580 ) with a significant level (0.042 < 0.050), and the Service Quality variable (X2), showing tcount>ttable, which is 14.925 > 1.98580 and sig < a (0.000 < 0.050). The results of the F test show the value of fcount>ftable, (124.992 > 3.099) and sig 0.000 < 0.050. Based on the finding above can be concluded that service quality and customers’ satisfaction partially or simultaneously effect toward loyalty of customers at Cafe Bro & Sis Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation and career development on employee retention at PT. Congratulations Bengkulu Group. Several factors will be discussed in this study, including the effect of compensation and career development on employee retention. The objects in this study are employees of PT. Congratulations Bengkulu Group totaling 135 people. This research is a type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques are observation and questionnaires. Several data analysis techniques were used in this study, including data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research on the effect of compensation and career development on employee retention at PT. Selamat Bengkulu Group, the following conclusions can be drawn: there is a negative and significant effect of compensation (X1) on employee retention (Y) PT. Selamat Bengkulu Group means that the higher the compensation, the employee retention will also decrease. There is a negative effect of career development (X2) on employee retention (Y) PT. Selamat Bengkulu Group means that the higher the career development, the employee retention will also decrease. There is a negative effect of compensation and career development together affecting the retention of employees of PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Compensation, Leadership, and Work-Life Balance on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Agri Andalas, Seluma Regency. The respondents of this study were 100 permanent employees working at PT. Agri Andalas, Seluma Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Furthermore, compensation, leadership, and work-life balance simultaneously or together significantly influence job satisfaction at PT. Agri Andalas, Seluma Regency. Compensation, leadership, and work-life balance individually or separately influence job satisfaction. Leadership significantly influences job satisfaction. Abstract

Sekolah Dasar Negeri 16 Seluma is a public primary school located in Seluma Sub-district, Seluma Regency, Bengkulu. The purpose of this socialisation is to measure the level of pocket money management literacy of students of SD 16 Seluma and identify the factors that influence it. Based on data analysis, it was concluded that the majority of students who participated in the socialisation had a poor understanding of money management literacy. The factors of financial education knowledge, saving habits, and family factors were found to have a significant relationship. Therefore, by referring to the above research, it can be concluded that there is a need to develop financial education programmes in school subjects to prepare students to become financially intelligent individuals. The method used was Forum Group Discussion (FGD) involving students of SD 16 Seluma, in this activity, namely material explanation, questions and answers and quizzes. The results of discussions and discussions in the socialisation are that to facilitate the fulfilment of needs in the future, it is necessary to have a savings and must get used to living frugally.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), and lifestyle on the purchase decision of Glad2Glow skincare products at the My Lova Bengkulu Store. In addition, this study also seeks to identify the most dominant factors in influencing consumer purchase decisions. This research was conducted from November to December 2024 with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study is 170 consumers of Glad2Glow skincare products who shop at the My Lova Bengkulu Shop. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, so that every individual in the population has an equal opportunity to be selected as a respondent. Data analysis was carried out using the Multiple Linear Regression method processed through the SPSS 24 for Windows software. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 3.584 + 0.779 () + 0.171 (X2) + 0.285 (X3), where Y is the purchase decision, X₁ is digital marketing, X₂ is electronic word of mouth, and X₃ is lifestyle. In addition, the results of the analysis showed that the value of the determination coefficient (R Square, R²) was 0.858 or 85.8%, which means that the three independent variables together were able to explain 85.8% of the variability of the purchase decision, while the remaining 14.2% was influenced by other factors not included in this study. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that digital marketing, electronic word of mouth, and lifestyle have a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously on the purchase decision of Glad2Glow skincare products at the My Lova Bengkulu Store. Digital marketing is the most dominant factor in influencing consumer purchase decisions. These findings show that an effective digital marketing strategy, support from a good e-WOM, and the suitability of consumers' lifestyles with the products offered can improve skincare product purchase decisions.
