Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), and lifestyle on the purchase decision of Glad2Glow skincare products at the My Lova Bengkulu Store. In addition, this study also seeks to identify the most dominant factors in influencing consumer purchase decisions. This research was conducted from November to December 2024 with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study is 170 consumers of Glad2Glow skincare products who shop at the My Lova Bengkulu Shop. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, so that every individual in the population has an equal opportunity to be selected as a respondent. Data analysis was carried out using the Multiple Linear Regression method processed through the SPSS 24 for Windows software. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 3.584 + 0.779 () + 0.171 (X2) + 0.285 (X3), where Y is the purchase decision, X₁ is digital marketing, X₂ is electronic word of mouth, and X₃ is lifestyle. In addition, the results of the analysis showed that the value of the determination coefficient (R Square, R²) was 0.858 or 85.8%, which means that the three independent variables together were able to explain 85.8% of the variability of the purchase decision, while the remaining 14.2% was influenced by other factors not included in this study. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that digital marketing, electronic word of mouth, and lifestyle have a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously on the purchase decision of Glad2Glow skincare products at the My Lova Bengkulu Store. Digital marketing is the most dominant factor in influencing consumer purchase decisions. These findings show that an effective digital marketing strategy, support from a good e-WOM, and the suitability of consumers' lifestyles with the products offered can improve skincare product purchase decisions. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction of Fhadinalove MUA in the city of Bengkulu.This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all consumers at Fhadinalove MUA whose number is unknown. The sample in this study uses the Non Probability Sampling Technique, namely a sampling technique that does not provide an equal opportunity for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample and the method used namely Accidental Sampling, the sample used was 90 respondents, and the data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires. This research uses several data analysis techniques. These include: Instrument testing, classical assumption testing, analysis of respondent responses, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing.Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation form Y = 2.841 + 0.243 (X1) + 0.366 (X2). The research results and hypothesis show that product quality from the t test results shows thit>ttable values (3.047 > 1.987) and (sig α = 0.003 < 0.050). Service quality t test results show thit>ttable (7.403 > 1.987) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050). partially, the two variables product quality and service quality have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. From the research results and hypotheses, it also shows that together product quality and service quality have an influence on consumer satisfaction, seen from the results of the f test showing the values, namely (126.422 > 3.9505) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050).

Abstract

 Usaha simpan pinjam Gabungan Kelompok Tani (GAPOKTAN) telah melakukan penyusunan laporan keuangan tapi masih sangat sederhana dan laporan keuangan dan belum dibuat setiap priode tahunan ,laporan keuangan akan dibuat apabila akan dibuat apabila akan dilakukan rapat anggota yang dilakukan setiap tiga tahun sekali. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan administrasi simpan pinjam bagi masyarakat (GAPOKTAN). Penyusunan administrasi keuangan secara benar dan akuntabel dapat menggambarkan kondisi keuangan dan imformasi keuangan khususnya kepada anggota dan pihak-pihak lain yang berkepentingan.Masalah utama yang menjadi fokus dalam pengembangan simpan pinjam GAPOKTAN teratai adalah pengetahuan dan pemahaman SDM  tentang administrasi keuangan simpan pinjam masih rendah dan belum mendapat pembinaan dalam pengembangan usaha. Peningkatan pengetahuan tentang adminstasi keuangan sangat penting untuk membuat laporan keuangan yang benar dan akuntabel . Laporan keuangan yang benar dan akuntabel sangat penting untuk memperoleh imformasi mengenai posisi dan kinerja keuangan. Bentuk kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan yang melibatkan anggota dan unsur  pengurus simpan pinjam GAPOKTAN Teratai dalam hal administasi simpan pinjam dan  pembuatan laporan keuangan. Dari kegiatan ini target dan hasil capaiannya adalah meningkatkan pemahaman para pengurus tentang kesadaran akan pentingnya penyelenggaraan lembaga keuangan yang secara hukum terdaptar dan diakui oleh pemerintah  serta juga meningkatkan pemahaman para pengurus tentang kesadaran  akan pentingnya pengelolaan administrasi keuangan yang baik,benar dan akuntabel. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Administrasi,  Simpan Pinjam, GAPOKTAN

Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 telah merubah tatanan kehidupan masyarakat di Indonesia, khususnya masyarakat di Kota Bengkulu. Dari update yang disampaikan oleh juru bicara Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan  Covid-19 Provinsi Bengkulu, Jaduliwan, per hari ini, Rabu 29 April 2020, terjadi penambahan Positif Covid-19 sebanyak 4 kasus. “Pertama perempuan umur 44 tahun asal Bengkulu Selatan, tidak ada gejala klinis, lalu perempuan umur 26 tahun asal Kaur, tidak ada gejala klinis, selanjutnya laki-laki umur 46 tahun asal Kaur tidak ada gejala klinis riwayat perjalanan dari Kota Bengkulu dan perempuan umur 48 tahun asal Kota Bengkulu juga tidak ada gejala klinis,” jelas Jaduliwan. Dari ke empat pasien positif ini dijelaskan bahwa pasien tidak memiliki gejala klinis  alias  OTG  (Orang  Tanpa  Gejala)  hal  ini  harus  menjadi  perhatian  serius  bagi masyarakat. Dimana masyarakat harus meningkatkan kewaspadaan diri khsususnya selama masa Pandemi Covid-19 ini berlangsung.Peningkatan  kewaspadaan masyarakat Bengkulu terus menerus kita lakukan ,tidak boleh kita mundur, tidak boleh kita berhenti, jangan sampai ketika kasus tidak terjadi, masyarakat kita tidak patuh, tidak taat, seperti di pasar tidak pakai masker, tidak mengatur jarak, tidak ada satu orang pun yang bisa meyakinkan dirinya terbebas dari virus Covid-19,” tegas Herwan Antoni Kadinkes Provinsi Bengkulu. Pemerintah sudah menganjurkan berdiam di rumah kalau pun mau keluar rumah pakai masker,  jaga jarak hindari kerumunan, cuci tangan pakai sabun sesering mungkin dan tidak menyentuh tempat penularan dari virus Covid yaitu mulut, mata dan hidung,” jelas Herwan Antoni. Maka dari itu, peningkatan kewaspadaan masyarakat Tebak Rapak dalam mencegah penularan pademi covid-19 lebih intensif, melihat kondisi ini Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis melalui Pengabdian Masyarakat melakukan edukasi,sosialisasi  dan penyuluhan tentang protokol Covid-19 dalam 5 hal yaitu cuci tangan, memakai masker,menjaga daya tahan tubuh,stay at home dan social distance dilanjutkan dengan pemberian masker dan hand  sanitizer  kepada  masyarakat  Tebak  Rapat  Kec.  Muara  Bangkahulu  Kel.  Bentiring Permai Kota Bengkulu. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan tersebut ,dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa Peningkatan Kewaspadaan Dalam Pencegahan Covid-19 sangat membantu masyarkat dalam melakukan protokol pencegahan  penyebaran virus  covid-19Kata Kunci : Kewaspadaan, Masyarakat,  Pencegahan

Abstract

In a toxic work environment, employees' emotional intelligence is also an important factor in determining their ability to deal with the pressures of a non-conducive work environment. Emotional intelligence, which includes the ability to recognize, understand, and manage one's own and others' emotions, enables employees to remain productive despite challenging working conditions. This study aims to determine the effect of toxic work environment and emotional intelligence on employee productivity of PDAM Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu City. The type of research used is quantitative with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 140 employees from a total population of 215 employees. The conclusions of this research analysis are 1). Toxic work environment has a significant negative effect on employee productivity at PDAM Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu. 2). Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee productivitya at PDAM Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu. 3). Toxic work environment and emotional intelligence have a significant effect on employee work productivity at  PDAM Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work life balance, competence, and commitment on employee performance at the Lebong Regency Test Care Health Center. The research has been carried out since December 2024 using quantitative methods and saturated sampling techniques, so that all employees totaling 50 people are used as samples. Data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale, documentation, and observation. The validity and reliability test of the instrument was carried out on 20 employees of the Talang Leak Health Center, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS 26. The results showed that partially, work life balance (t count = 3.197; sig. = 0.003), competence (t count = 11.178; sig. = 0.000), and commitment (t count = 6.338; sig. = 0.000) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also had a significant effect on performance (F count = 169.998; sig. = 0.000). The determination coefficient value (R²) of 0.917 indicates that 91.7% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by work life balance, competence, and commitment, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. These findings affirm the importance of strengthening competencies, improving work-life balance, and employee commitment to support optimal performance in the Puskesmas. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Spiritual Leadership and Intellectual Intelligence on CV. Sinar Daya Alam (SDA). This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, The population of this study is CV. Sinar Daya Alam (SDA) as the object of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, inferential analysis using SPSS and determination coefficient analysis (R2). The results of this study show that Spiritual Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that the better the level of Spiritual Leadership the more it will increase the formation of employee performance. Intellectual Intelligence has a positive effect on Employee Performance but is not significant. The better the Intellectual Intelligence more positive it will be on Employee Performance. Spiritual Leadership and Intellectual Maturity together have a positive and significant effect on CV. Sinar Daya Alam (SDA). This is if the level of Spiritual Leadership and Intellectual Intelligence is high, it will improve the performance of employees in the company. Abstract

This study aims to determine the innovative behavior and work group cohesiveness on employee performance in the Seluma regional government. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were all Seluma regional government employees, with a sample of 64 respondents determined through proportionate stratified random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques were carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests, and R2 determination coefficient tests, which were processed using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that innovative behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workgroup cohesiveness also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, both have a positive and significant effect. This means that the better the innovative behavior and workgroup cohesiveness possessed by employees, the better the resulting performance. Thus, improved employee performance can be achieved by strengthening individual innovative behavior and building cohesive group collaboration within the organizational work environment. Kata Kunci : Innovative Behavior, Workgroup Cohesiveness, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Class 7 Teaching Campus students in increasing student learning motivation at SD Negeri 75 Bengkulu City. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The results of the research show that Class 7 Teaching Campus students have a significant role in increasing student learning motivation at SD Negeri 75 Bengkulu City. They bring new enthusiasm and energy to the teaching and learning process, introduce innovative and interactive learning methods, and provide additional motivation through character building and educational counseling. Apart from that, the personal approach taken by students in building relationships with students also contributes to increasing learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality and customers’ satisfaction toward loyalty of customer at Cafe Bro & Sis Bengkulu City. The object of this study were visitors at Cafe Bro & Sis Bengkulu City, totaling 96 people. The data was collected by using observation and questionnaire. The data analysis technique of this study used instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. The result of the study show that in line with the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y= 5.158 + 0.134 (X1) + 0.850 (X2). The variable Customer Satisfaction (X1) shows t count > t table (2.061 >1.98580 ) with a significant level (0.042 < 0.050), and the Service Quality variable (X2), showing tcount>ttable, which is 14.925 > 1.98580 and sig < a (0.000 < 0.050). The results of the F test show the value of fcount>ftable, (124.992 > 3.099) and sig 0.000 < 0.050. Based on the finding above can be concluded that service quality and customers’ satisfaction partially or simultaneously effect toward loyalty of customers at Cafe Bro & Sis Bengkulu City.
