Abstract

Fakta telah menunjukkan bahwa Pandemi Covit 19 telah berdampak pada sendi kehidupan masyarakat terutama terhadap tekanan yang cukup berat pada perekonomian masyarakat. Demikian juga kenyataan yang di rasakan oleh santri PESMA Darul Arqom, dimana Orang tua santri yang kondisi ekonomi terbatas semakin berat  akibat dari Pandemi covit 19Guna memberikan solusi membantu santri dalam mengatasi permasalahan kebutuhan sehari-hari dengan mengambil manfaat produktivitas tanaman hidrophoik, menjadi dasar penting dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan pada Santri PESMA   Darul Arqom Hidayatullah dengan judul “ Pelatihan Tanaman Hidroponik sebagai alternatif sumber pendapatan   dan pangan bagi santri   pesantren mahasiswa   Darul Arqom   Hidayahtullah Kota Bengkulu”Melihat kondisi ini fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat melakukan Pelatihan Tanaman Hidroponik Sebagai alternatif SuberPendapatan dan Pangan Bagi Santri Pesantren Mahasiswa Darul Arqom Hidayatullah Kota Bengkulu Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini sangat  membantu                FESMA Darul   Aqrom   Hidayatullah   agar santri dapat          memiliki pemahaman     tentang tanaman                     hidroponik,            membuat                       instalasi media tanam hidroponik, Santri dapat mempraktekkan penanaman tanaman sayur Pakcoy dengan sistem Hidroponik,Santri dapat memanfaatkan                     hasil       tanam       hidroponik   (pakcoy)   sebaagai pendapatan dan pangan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi anggota KSM dilaksanakan di Pusat Kuliner PPKM Kelurahan Penurunan Bengkulu. Ada 5 permasalahan yang mengintari pelaku usaha anggota KSM Penurunan yaitu pengeloaan manajemen keuangan, manajemen operasional, manajemen produksi, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen pemasaran. Pelatihan kewirausahaan terhadap pelaku usaha diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku usaha, agar kedepannya pelaku usaha dapat menyajikan produk yang modern baik dari segi penyajian, pelayanan, pemasaran dan  kemasan serta mampu bersaing dengan tren yang sedang berkembang di masyarakat saat ini. Berdasarkan masalah yang dihadapi pelaku usaha  tim Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UMB memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan pelaku bisnis dengan melakukan berbagai jenjang pendidikan, pelatihan hingga pendampingan. Dari pelatihan ini peserta dapat memperoleh pengetahuan guna meningkatkan kapasitas seperti pengelolaan manajemen keuangan, manajemen operasioanl, manajemen produksi, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen pemasaran. Dari pelatihan ini tim dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis akan menindaklanjuti proses pelatihan ini dengan berkunjung ke tempat pelaku usaha (anggota KSM).

Abstract

This study aim to determine the effect of service quality and employee morale on community satisfaction in Kaur Distric (case study on the of the Padang Guci Downstream District Office). This study usesa sample of 99 responden who us accidental sampling technigue. Data collection technique using quistionsnaires. Data analysis technique used are multiple liniar regression. This research usese validity test,realitytest,classic assumption test,reality test,classicassumption test followed by hipotesis testing. Based on result of multiple regressionanalysis’ service quality X1 and employee morale X2 have a signifikan effect on community satisfaction Ythis is evidecent by the regression equation Y = 5,124 + 0,981 X 1 + 1,860 X2 an the coefficien of determination R2 = 0,797 which means service quality X1 and employee morale X2 contribute to influence as much of 79,2 % on community satisfaction Y and 20,8 % are influenced by other factor not explained in the research. From the reserch partial hyphotesis testing (t test) it canbe seen that the variable service quality X1. employee morale X2 has a value of t count 5,910 and 0,000 < 0,05 this it can be concluded that the service quality X1 and employee morale X2 have a significant effection public satisfaction Y. From the result simultaneosly ( test t) can be know F count of 0,000 < 0,05 . This Ha accepteed Ho rejected. This meantthat together the quality of service and employee morale influence community satisfaction in the service of the Padang Guci sub-Distict Downsteam of Kaur District Keyword : Service Quality, Employee Morale,Community Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of PT. Syandi Putra Makmur Cabang Bengkulu City. Jl. Wr. Suparman Talang Kering, Pematang Village, Governor of Muara Bangkahulu Subdistrict, Bengkulu City (2) The influence of work motivation on the performance of the employees of PT. Syandi Putra Makmur Vabang Bengkulu City. Jl. Wr. Suparman Talang Dry, Pemarang Village, Governor of Muara Bangkahulu Sub-District, Bengkulu City (3) The effect of compensation on the performance of the employees of PT. Syandi Putra Makmur Cabang Bengkulu City. Jl. Wr. Suparman Talang Kering Pematang Village, Governor of Muara Subdistrict, Bangkah, the Capital of Bengkulu. This research method is quantitative with a population of 68 people which will use the sampling technique formula meaning the whole respondent. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires, the research variables are leadership style (X1) morale (X2) compensation (X3) and employee performance (y). the results of multiple linear equations y = 8,689 + 0.289 (X1) + 0.384 (X2) + 0.230 (X3). Hypothesis testing results leadership style variables (X1) morale (X2) and compensation (X3) f test results obtained fig 27,988 and the significance value (sig) 0,000 results can be interpreted as a significance value of 0,000<0.050 then it can be interpreted that H3 is accepted means simultaneously the leadership style, morale and compensation variables significantly influence employee performance at PT. Syandi Putra Makmur Bengkulu City Branch Jl. Wr. Suparman Talang Kering, Pematang Urban Village, the Governor of Muara District, Bangkahulu, Bengkulu City. The results of the t count of the leadership style variable (X1) were 2,244 and the significant value (sig) of 0.028 meant 0.028<0.050, the morale variable (X2) was 2.666 and the significant value (sig) of 0.010 meant 0.010<0.050. and compensation variable (X3) is 2,721 and significant value (sig) 0.008 means 0.008 <0.050 then Ha hypothesis is accepted in other words leadership style (X1) morale (X2) and compensation (X3) significantly influence employee performance at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Discipline and Work welfare on Lecturer Performance in Bengkulu City Administration College. This research method uses quantitative research, the population in this study are all lecturers of Bengkulu City Administration College with a total of 38 people, the sample used is Random Sampling which means by random sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results showed that discipline had a significant effect on lecturer performance at the Bengkulu City College of Administrative Sciences. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Work Welfare has a significant effect on the Performance of Bengkulu City Administration College of Higher Education, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t> t table (3.021> 1.689) and (sig a = 0.005 <0.050), this means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Discipline (X1), Work Welfare (X2), together affect the Performance of Lecturers (Y) in Bengkulu City Administrative College, this is evidenced by the F test showing the value of Fcount> Ftable (10.068> 3.27) and (sig a = 0,000 <0.050). This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the correlation coefficient test, it is obtained the value of R = 0.604 and the coefficient of determination obtained the value of R2 = 0.365 value has the meaning that Discipline (X1), Work Welfare (X2), contributes a significant influence of 0.365 or 36.5% on Lecturer Performance (Y) In Bengkulu City College of Administrative Sciences. While the remaining 63.5 or 63.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Discipline, Job Welfare, and Lecturer Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengetahuan dan Sikap terhadap Kesadaran Berperilaku Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada Pabrik Tahu Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif.            Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda didapat persamaan regresi Y = 0.578 + 0.230 (X1) + 0.645 (X2). Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif antara pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kesadaran berperilaku K3. Besarnya koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.861 atau 86,1% terhadap kesadaran berperilaku Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) (Y). Hasil hipotesis (uji t) pada variabel pengetahuan (X1) terhadap Y mempunyai nilai tsig 0,018 < 0,050 dan variabel sikap (X2)terhadap Kesadaran Berperilaku Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) (Y) mempunyai nilai tsig 0,000 < 0,050 menjelaskan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap Kesadaran Berperilaku Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) (Y). Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai Fsig 0.000 < 0,050 yang menjelaskan bahwa secara simultan variabel pengetahuan dan sikap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesadaran berperilaku Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) (Y). Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Kesadaran Berperilaku Keselamatan dan Kesehatan (K3).

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of competence and motivation on the performance of employees of ArgaMakmur Hospital, North Bengkulu. The object of this research is the employees of ArgaMakmur Hospital North Bengkulu, with the sampling method in this research is the total sampling method. The number of respondents in this study were 338 people. Data collection method in this study used questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing. By using research test data analysis techniques, it can be concluded that competence (X1) and motivation (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y) of ArgaMakmur Hospital North Bengkulu, this is proven by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.947 + 0.536 (X_1 ) + 0.261 (X2). In the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it shows the magnitude of the effect of the competency (X1) and motivation (X2) variables is positive on employee performance (Y) at ArgaMakmur Hospital, North Bengkulu, which is shown by the value of Adjusted R2 is 0.522. This means that the magnitude of the effect of the competency (X1) and motivation (X2) variables in this study is only able to affect the employee performance variable (Y) by 52.2% and 47.8% which is affected by other variables that are not included in this study. With the results of the hypothesis test, the competence has a significant effect on employee performance with the results of the t-test value of 0.000 <0.05.Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, with the results of the t-test show the value of t-sig is 0.000 <0.05, and the competence and motivation for employee performance simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. This is proven by the f-test which shows the F-sig value of 0.000 <0.05.  Keywords: Motivation, Working Discipline, Employees, Performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality, facilities,  prices toward customers’ satisfaction of Adem Resto Restaurant in Bengkulu City. This study used qualitative research method. The total sample of this research was 90 customers of Adem Resto Restauran in Bengkulu City that taken by using accindental sampling technique. The data was collected by using observation and questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis and coefficients of determination. The results of the research show that the regression equation analysis is Y= 0.761 + 0.335 (X1) + 1.237 (X2) + 0.683 (X3) The value (constant) of 0.761 means that if the variables of Service Quality (X1), Facilities (X2) and Price (X3), equal to zero, the variable satisfaction of the congregation (Y) will remain at 0.761. The regression coefficient of Service Quality (X1) of 0.335. It states that every one unit increase in the value of the Service Quality variable can increase the value of the variable satisfaction of pilgrims (Y) by 0.335 assuming that the Facility (X2) and Price (X3) variables are considered constant or = 0. The Facility regression coefficient (X2) of 1,237 states that every one unit increase in the value of the Facility variable can increase the value of the pilgrim satisfaction variable (Y) by 1.237, assuming that the variables of Service Quality (X1) and Price (X3) are considered constant or = 0. Price regression coefficient (X3) of -0.683 states that every one unit decrease in the value of the Price variable can increase the value of the variable satisfaction of pilgrims (Y) by 0.683, assuming that the variables of Service Quality (X1) and Facilities (X2) are considered constant or = 0.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze workload, work discipline and work motivation on the work spirit of Curup Prison, Bengkulu Province. This research method is quantitative. The objects in this study were Curup Prison employees, totaling 93 people. The sampling technique in this study is the saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation by distributing questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the workload pvalue was 0.043 < alpha was 0.05; b) work discipline has a pvalue of 0.001 < alpha 0.05; c) work motivation from the results of the analysis has a pvalue of 0.000 <alpha 0.050. In conclusion, the workload variable has a negative and significant effect on morale. Work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant impact on morale. Simultaneously workload, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant effect on the morale of Curup Lapas employees. Keywords: Workload, Discipline, Motivation, Morale

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Segmenting Targeting Positioning Strategy on Clothing Purchase Decisions for Clothing Store Consumers at PTM Bengkulu. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the object of research is 160 respondents at the Clothing Store Consumers at PTM Bengkulu. In this study, researchers used data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and also hypothesis testing. The results of this test can be seen from the multiple linear analysis test using SPSS, namely, Y = 11.495 + 0.261 (X1) + 0.328 (X2) + 0.457 (X3). From the results of the hypothesis test, segmenting has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy clothes at PTM Bengkulu because the value of tsig < (0.019 <0.05) with a positive value of 0.261. Targeting has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy clothes at PTM Bengkulu because the value of tsig < (0.030 <0.05) with a positive value of 0.328. Positioning has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy clothes at PTM Bengkulu because the value of tsig < (0.000 <0.05) with a positive value of 0.457. Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning have a significant effect on the decision to buy clothes at PTM Bengkulu because the value of Fsig = 0.00 <0.05 means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that together Segmenting (X1), Targeting (X2), and Positioning (X3) have a significant effect on the decision to purchase clothes at PTM Bengkulu.
