Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of social media and knowledge transfer on the performance of employees of the Investment and One-Stop Services Office in Central Bengkulu Regency. This research uses a quantitative research type method using a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees of the Investment and One-Stop Service Office of Central Bengkulu Regency, totaling 40 people by taking samples using total sampling and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Based on the research results and hypotheses, it shows that social media (X1) is t_hit>t_table (4.643 > 1.664) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.050), and knowledge transfer (X_2) is t_hit>t_table (2.092 > 1.664) and (sig α = 0.040 <0.050), Partially Both Social Media Variables and Knowledge Transfer Have a Significant Influence on Employee Performance. The results of the f test show that Fcount > Ftable, namely (21,589 > 3,965) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.050), simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is was to determine the effect of human resource development on employee performance at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur. several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Human Resource Development on Employee Performance at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur. The objects in this study are employees of PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur numbered 174 people. Data collection techniques in research are observation and questionnaires.There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn: The results of research on Human Resource Development have a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur from the results obtained from the t-test results obtained a tsig value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significant level used, namely 0.05, then Ho is rejected, which means that Human Resource Development has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of HRM audit and transformational leadership on employee performance at Rafflesia Bengkulu Hospital. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 90 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and uses analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation 2.162 + 0.344X1+ 0.291X2 and the results of the t test and f test of this study can be concluded that HRM audit has a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of tcount > thitung > ttabel (6.239 > 1.663) and (sig α = 0.00 < 0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing tcount > thitung > ttabel thitung > ttabel (4.531 > 1.663) and (sig α = 0.00 < 0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. HRM Audit (X1) and Transformational Leadership (X2) together have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu City, this is evidenced by the F test showing the value of fcount > ftable , namely fhitung > ftabel , yaitu yaitu (110.033 > 3.10) dan (sig α = 0.000 < 0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of promotions, advertising and publicity on customer decisions in choosing Britama savings products at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Betungan Unit. Several factors will be discussed in this study, including the influence of promotions, advertising and publicity on customer decisions in choosing Britama savings products. The objects in this study were Britama savings customers at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), totaling 80 people. This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of the study read as follows: Sales promotions have a positive effect on PT. BRI Betungan Unit thus the higher the sales promotion will increase the customer's decision in choosing the Britama savings product at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Betungan Unit. Advertising has a positive effect on PT. BRI Betungan Unit thus the higher the advertising it will increase the customer's decision in choosing the Britama savings product at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Betungan Unit. Publicity has a positive effect on PT. BRI Unit Betungan thus the higher the publicity it will increase the customer's decision in choosing the Britama savings product at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Betungan Unit. Sales promotions, advertising and publicity together show an influence on customer decisions in choosing Britama savings products at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Betungan Unit.

Abstract

The title of this research is The Effect of Environment, Promotion and Price Perception on Clothing Purchasing Decisions at PTM Bengkulu City. This study aims to determine which factors are most dominant in influencing Purchasing Decisions. The research was conducted from November 2023 to January 2024. The sample of this research is consumers who have made purchases and have consumption experience at the Modern Traditional Market (PTM) Bengkulu City. This research uses quantitative methods on 170 respondents. The sampling technique is probability sampling, the method used in this research is quantitative method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS 24 for windows. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y = 1.189 + 0.438 (X_1) + 0.251 (X2) + 0.641 (X3) and the coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square (R2) obtained a value of 0.683 or around (68.3%). The research results and hypotheses in this study indicate that Environment, Promotion and Price Perception have a positive effect partially or simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions at the Modern Traditional Market (PTM) Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This research was conducted on IIA Cuirup Rejang Lebong Prison Employees with the problem formulation: What is the Influence of Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Work Morale among IIA Cuirup Rejang Lebong Prison Employees? and the aim of this research is to find out whether Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation affect employee morale among employees at IIA Cuirup Rejang Lebong Prison. The population in this study are employees at IIA Cuirup Rejang Lebong Prison. totaling 85 respondents. The sampling technique used accidental sampling based on predetermined criteria, totaling 85 respondents. The processed data was analyzed using the SPSS 26 formula. Based on the results of research and analysis of the influence of the Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) variables on Work Morale among Kleas IIA Curup Rejang Lebong Prison Employees. The following conclusion can be drawn: Leadership Style (X1) has a positive effect on Work Morale (Y) of Employees at the Kleas IIA Curup Rejang Lebong Prison. This is proven by hypothesis testing with the t-test, obtained tcount > ttable (3,286,> 1,989) Work Discipline (X2) has a positive effect on Work Morale (Y) of Employees at the Kleas IIA Curup Rejang Lebong Prison. This is proven by hypothesis testing with the t-test, obtained tcount > ttable (4,612> 1.989) Work Motivation (X2) has a positive effect on Work Morale ( Y) Employees at the Kleas IIA Curup Rejang Lebong Prison. This is proven by hypothesis testing with the t-test, obtained tcount > ttable (2,879>1.989).Leadership Style (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) have an effect on Work Morale (Y) Employee. This can be seen from joint hypothesis testing (Simultaneous) Fcount > Ftable (78.007 > 2.722). This is proven by the correlation analysis R = 0.862 or (84.8%) and is almost close to 1. And the coefficient of determination is R2 = 0.743 or around 71.9% while 28.1% is the contribution of other variables not studied.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine of HR Quality, Professionalism and Career Development on Employees' Performance at the Bengkulu City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The population of this study were employees of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Bengkulu City. This study used the saturated sampling method. This study used observation and questionnaire. The data analysis techniques of this study used instrument testing, classical assumption testing, analysis of respondent responses, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that HR Quality has a positive and significant effect on employees' performance. Professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employees' performance. Career Development has a positive and significant effect on employees' performance. Simultaneously, the quality of human resources, professionalism and career development have effect on employees' performance at The Bengkulu City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of communication and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at the Food Security and Fisheries Agency of Central Bengkulu. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this research consists of employees of the Food Security and Fisheries Agency of Central Bengkulu. Data collection techniques used include observation and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the study show that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Food Security and Fisheries Agency of Central Bengkulu. This means that the better the communication among employees, the higher their level of job satisfaction. However, organizational culture does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the agency. A low level of organizational culture implementation corresponds to a lower level of employee job satisfaction. Nevertheless, communication and organizational culture together have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This implies that when both communication and organizational culture are strong, employee job satisfaction will increase. Keywords: Communication, Organizational Culture, Employee Job Satisfaction.
