Abstract

Sumber daya manusia mempunyai peran penting yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu organisasi atau instansi dalam rangka mencapai tujuannya. Kantor kelurahan pagar dewa merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintahan yang terletak di kelurahan pagar dewa kecamatan selebar kota Bengkulu, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan kinerja pegawai negeri sipil yang ada di lingkungan kelurahan pagar dewa. Penelitian PKM ini dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara langsung, Observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan indicator Penelitian ini menunjukan ada 4 indikator instrumen pengukuran kinerja terdapat a). Prestasi kerja pegawai dalam hal ini merupakan hasil kerja pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas kerja, b). keahlian pegawai Kelurahan pagar dewa kota Bengkulu ada beberapa yang memiliki pegawai yang mahir mengoperasikan komputer sehingga bisa bekerja dengan baik, sedangkan pegawai yang keahliannya masih kurang, c) segi perilaku menyangkut kedisiplinan pegawai dapat diketahui dengan melihat daftar hadir apel masuk dan pulang pegawai. Pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilakukan untuk mendorong dan meningkatkan kinerja disiplin profesionalitas pegawai agar dapat bertanggung jawab atas apa yang diberikan oleh pimpinan sesuai dengan tugas masing- masing.  Kata Kunci: kinerja, pegawai, pelayanan publik

Abstract

Kampus Mengajar bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia dimana salah satu program kerja yang dijalankan yaitu, meningkatan literasi yang merupakan pengetahuan penting untuk dikuasai oleh siswa sekolah dasar agar berhasil dalam pendidikan dan kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya meningkatan literasi siswa SDN 87 Kota Bengkulu melalui pendekatan yang efektif, studi ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan siswa kelas 1 dan 2 SDN 87 Kota Bengkulu yang tingkat literasinya masih rendah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan objek penggunaan buku bacaan yang menarik, pengajaran berbasis proyek, serta penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan yang melibatkan buku-buku bacaan yang menarik mampu meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Selain itu, pengajaran berbasis kreativitas memungkinkan siswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kritis dan pemecahan masalah, sementara penggunaan teknologi memberikan akses yang lebih luas terhadap sumber daya pembelajaran, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi meningkatan literasi siswa SDN 87 kota bengkulu. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan yang beragam dan inovatif dapat meningkatkan minat siswa dalam membaca dan kemampuan literasi mereka secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of social media and knowledge transfer on the performance of employees of the Investment and One-Stop Services Office in Central Bengkulu Regency. This research uses a quantitative research type method using a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees of the Investment and One-Stop Service Office of Central Bengkulu Regency, totaling 40 people by taking samples using total sampling and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Based on the research results and hypotheses, it shows that social media (X1) is t_hit>t_table (4.643 > 1.664) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.050), and knowledge transfer (X_2) is t_hit>t_table (2.092 > 1.664) and (sig α = 0.040 <0.050), Partially Both Social Media Variables and Knowledge Transfer Have a Significant Influence on Employee Performance. The results of the f test show that Fcount > Ftable, namely (21,589 > 3,965) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.050), simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is was to determine the effect of human resource development on employee performance at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur. several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Human Resource Development on Employee Performance at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur. The objects in this study are employees of PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur numbered 174 people. Data collection techniques in research are observation and questionnaires.There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn: The results of research on Human Resource Development have a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur from the results obtained from the t-test results obtained a tsig value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significant level used, namely 0.05, then Ho is rejected, which means that Human Resource Development has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of HRM audit and transformational leadership on employee performance at Rafflesia Bengkulu Hospital. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 90 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and uses analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation 2.162 + 0.344X1+ 0.291X2 and the results of the t test and f test of this study can be concluded that HRM audit has a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of tcount > thitung > ttabel (6.239 > 1.663) and (sig α = 0.00 < 0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing tcount > thitung > ttabel thitung > ttabel (4.531 > 1.663) and (sig α = 0.00 < 0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. HRM Audit (X1) and Transformational Leadership (X2) together have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at Rafflesia Hospital Bengkulu City, this is evidenced by the F test showing the value of fcount > ftable , namely fhitung > ftabel , yaitu yaitu (110.033 > 3.10) dan (sig α = 0.000 < 0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of promotions, advertising and publicity on customer decisions in choosing Britama savings products at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Betungan Unit. Several factors will be discussed in this study, including the influence of promotions, advertising and publicity on customer decisions in choosing Britama savings products. The objects in this study were Britama savings customers at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), totaling 80 people. This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of the study read as follows: Sales promotions have a positive effect on PT. BRI Betungan Unit thus the higher the sales promotion will increase the customer's decision in choosing the Britama savings product at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Betungan Unit. Advertising has a positive effect on PT. BRI Betungan Unit thus the higher the advertising it will increase the customer's decision in choosing the Britama savings product at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Betungan Unit. Publicity has a positive effect on PT. BRI Unit Betungan thus the higher the publicity it will increase the customer's decision in choosing the Britama savings product at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Betungan Unit. Sales promotions, advertising and publicity together show an influence on customer decisions in choosing Britama savings products at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Betungan Unit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual characteristics, organizational climate, and promotion on the performance of employees at PT. North Bengkulu Agriculture. Several factors will be discussed in this study, including the influence of individual characteristics, organizational climate and employee performance. The objects in this study are employees at PT Agricinal Bengkulu Utara. The objects in this study were 171 employees at PT Agricinal Bengkulu. Data collection techniques in research are observation and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn: Individual characteristics (X1) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y) PT. North Bengkulu Agricinal means that if individual characteristics increase, employee performance also increases. Organizational climate (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y) PT. North Bengkulu Agricinal means that if the organizational climate is good then the employee performance is also good. Promotion (X3) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y) PT. North Bengkulu Agricinal means that if the promotion increases, the employee's performance also increases. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Work Life Balance and Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction. This research uses quantitative research methods. With the population in this study are field employees of PT. North Bengkulu Agricinal, with the sampling method using the Purposive Sampling method in conducting the research the respondents were obtained randomly, totaling 112 people. In this study using data collection methods by way of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed using an instrument test, analysis of respondents' responses, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25 Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the formulation Y = 3.877 + 0.863X1 + 0.279X2 Coefficient of determination R2 = 0.639 or 63.9% while the remaining 0.361 or 36.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research. work-life balance (X1) obtained that the value of t count for tcount > ttable (9.896 > 1.659) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. the work environment variable (X2) is 4.961, this means tcount > ttable (4.961 > 1.659) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that work-life balance and non-physical work environment partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction Keywords: work-life balance, non-physical work environment, job satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted at LS Cafe Resto Bengkulu City, with the formulation of the problem: Does Leadership Style, Compensation and Work Environment affect employee performance and the number of respondents in this study were 42 respondents using total sampling. Based on the results of research that has been done about the influence of Leadership Style (X_1), Compensation (X2), and Work Environment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) At LS Cafe Resto Bengkulu City, it can be concluded as follows: Leadership Style has an effect on Employee Performance in LS Cafe Resto Bengkulu City, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (3.906 > 2.021) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. This is due to the workload carried out by nurses who have multiple roles. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at LS Cafe Resto Bengkulu City, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (2,961 > 2.021) and (sig á = 0.000 < 0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at LS Cafe Resto Bengkulu City, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (6.785 > 2.021) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Leadership Style (X_1), Compensation (X2), and Work Environment (X3) together have an effect on Employee Performance (Y) at LS Cafe Resto Bengkulu City, this is evidenced by the F test showing the value F_count>F_table, namely ( 74.424 > 4.072) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.05). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training, social security and incentives on employee performance at Grage Hotel Bengkulu. This research is a quantitative research with a sample of 58 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this test can be seen from the multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS, namely, Y = 9.118 + 0.162X1 + 0.215X2 + 0.305X3. From the results of hypothesis testing, namely, Job Training variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance at Grage Hotel Bengkulu with t count > t table (2,362 > 2,004). Social Security variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance at Grage Hotel Bengkulu with t count > t table (2.283 > 2.004). Incentive variable (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance at Grage Hotel Bengkulu with t count > t table (3.567 > 2.004). Job Training, Social Security and Incentives together have an effect on the performance of Grage Hotel Bengkulu employees with a calculated F value > F table (20.211 2.77) Keywords: Job Training, Social Security, Incentives and Employee Performance
