Abstract

The research aimed to explore the impact of Leadership and Interpersonal Communication on the Organizational Commitment of Astra Motor Padang Jati employees in Bengkulu City. The study employed a quantitative approach, encompassing all 40 employees of Astra Motor Padang Jati Bengkulu City, chosen through total sampling. Data collection involved observation and questionnaires, and analysis was performed using the Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results highlighted the significant influence of Leadership on organizational commitment, supported by t-test findings (t_hit> t_ (α / 2) (3.493> 2.026, sig α = 0.001 <0.050), rejecting H_0 and accepting H_a. Similarly, Interpersonal Communication had a significant impact on organizational commitment, confirmed by t-test results (t_hit> t_ (α / 2) (2.689> 2.026, sig α = 0.011 <0.050), rejecting H_0 and accepting H_a. Furthermore, the combined effect of Servant Leadership (X_1) and Interpersonal Communication (X2) on Organizational Commitment (Y) at Astra Motor Padang Dealer, Bengkulu City was significant (F_count> F_Tabel, 53.112> 2.249, sig α = 0.000 <0.050), rejecting H_0 and accepting H_a. The coefficient tests revealed R = 0.864 and R ^ 2 = 0.742, indicating that 74.2% of Organizational Commitment (Y) at Astra Motor Dealer Padang Jati Bengkulu City was influenced by Servant Leadership (X_1) and Interpersonal Communication (X2), leaving 25.8% influenced by other unexamined variables.

Abstract

This study aim to determine the effect of service quality and employee morale on community satisfaction in Kaur Distric (case study on the of the Padang Guci Downstream District Office). This study usesa sample of 99 responden who us accidental sampling technigue. Data collection technique using quistionsnaires. Data analysis technique used are multiple liniar regression. This research usese validity test,realitytest,classic assumption test,reality test,classicassumption test followed by hipotesis testing.Based on result of multiple regressionanalysis’ service quality X1 and employee morale X2 have a signifikan effect on community satisfaction Ythis is evidecent by the regression equation Y = 5,124 + 0,981 X 1 + 1,860 X2  an the coefficien of determination  R2 = 0,797 which means service quality X1 and employee morale X2 contribute to influence as much of 79,2 % on community satisfaction Y and 20,8 % are influenced by other factor not explained in the research. From the reserch partial hyphotesis testing (t test)  it canbe seen that the variable service quality X1. employee  morale X2  has a value of t count 5,910 and 0,000 < 0,05 this it can be concluded that the service quality X1 and employee morale X2 have a significant effection public satisfaction Y. From the result simultaneosly ( test t) can be know F count of  0,000 < 0,05 . This Ha accepteed Ho rejected. This meantthat together the quality of service and employee morale influence community satisfaction in the service of the Padang Guci  sub-Distict Downsteam of Kaur District

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tourism facilities, price and safety on tourist visiting decision at Hot Spring Tourism of Curup. The population of this study was all tourists who are visiting at  Hot Spring Tourism of Curup. The sample of this study was 70 respondents. The sample was determined by using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of the respondents being visitors who were visiting at Hot Spring Tourism of Curup. The data was analyzed by using quantitative analysis (validity and reliability tests), multiple regressi on analysis, classical assumption test (multicollinearity normality) and heteroscedasticity), the ttest and the coefficient of determination. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it is found that the regression equation Y=13.251+0.251(X1)+0.279(X2)+0.539(X3).This means that the Tourism Facility ,Price and Security variables have appositive effect on visiting decisions. While from the hypothesis, thet value for Tourism Facilities (X1) is 2.480 with a significan celevel of 0.016, for Price (X2)2.249 with a significance of 0.028 and for the security variable (X3)3.783 with a significan celevel of 0.000. t test statessignifican tresults forall variables and the hypothesis accepted.The result of multiple regression analysis also shows the coefficient of determination of 0.589,which means that the variables of Tourism Facilities, Price and Security give effect on visiting decision of tourists by 58.9%,while 41.1% is influenced by other variables which are not observed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of attraction, destination image, and facilities on interest in revisiting the Wahana Surya Bengkulu Tengah Tourism Object. The number of samples in this study were 70 respondents as samples. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method with the criteria of the respondents being visitors who have visited at least two times to Wahana Surya Bengkulu Tengah Tourism Object. Data collection by questionnaire method. The data that has been collected is then processed using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 4.784 + 0.811 (X_1) + 0.313 (X2) + 0.294 (X3). Which means if the attractiveness variable (X1), destination image (X2), and facilities (X3) on the interest in revisiting (Y) is equal to zero, then the variable interest in revisiting will remain at 4.784. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.671 or 67.1% which means that together the attractiveness variables, destination image, and facilities contribute to influencing the interest in revisiting, while the remaining 0.329 or 32.9% is influenced by other variables that are not enter into research. The results of the t-test for the attractiveness variable (X1) show the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (4.446 > 1.996) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050), this shows that there is a positive and significant effect of attractiveness (X1) on interest in revisiting (Y), the destination image variable (X2) shows the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (2,348 > 1,996) and (sig = 0.022 < 0.050), this shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the interest of the distention image. visit again (Y), and the facility variable (X3) shows the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (2.256 > 1.996) and (sig = 0.027 < 0.050), this shows that there is a significant effect of facilities on interest in revisiting (Y ). From the results of the f test showing the value of t_hit> t_(α/2) (44.807 > 3.977) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050), it can be concluded that H_4 is accepted meaning that simultaneously the attractiveness variable (X_1), image distension ( X2) and Facilities (X3) significantly influence the interest in revisiting (Y) at Wahana Surya Bengkulu Tengah Tourism Object. Keywords: Attractiveness, Destination Image, Facilities, Interest of Revisiting.

Abstract

Research at PT. Computer bloggers in Muara Bangkahulu District, Bengkulu City with the formulation of the problem How does Brand Image, Brand Awereness and Service Quality influence the Purchase Decision of Acer laptops at PT. Computer bloggers, population and sample in this study are all consumers at PT. Computer bloggers totaled 150 respondents. The sampling technique used convenience sampling based on predetermined criteria totaling 150 respondents. Observation data collection techniques, documentation and questionnaires. The processed data was analyzed using SPSS 24. Based on the results of research and analysis of the influence on Brand Image, Brand Awereness and service quality variables on Purchasing Decisions. the following conclusions can be drawn: Brand Image, Brand Awerenes, and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect partially on Acer laptop Purchase Decisions at PT Blogger Computer, and Brand Image, Brand Awerenes, and Service Quality, have a significant effect simultaneously on Purchase Decisions at Computer Blogger PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of social media and knowledge transfer on the performance of employees of the Investment and One-Stop Services Office in Central Bengkulu Regency. This research uses a quantitative research type method using a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees of the Investment and One-Stop Service Office of Central Bengkulu Regency, totaling 40 people by taking samples using total sampling and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Based on the research results and hypotheses, it shows that social media (X1) is t_hit>t_table (4.643 > 1.664) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.050), and knowledge transfer (X_2) is t_hit>t_table (2.092 > 1.664) and (sig α = 0.040 <0.050), Partially Both Social Media Variables and Knowledge Transfer Have a Significant Influence on Employee Performance. The results of the f test show that Fcount > Ftable, namely (21,589 > 3,965) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.050), simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of shrimp farmers in Bumi Dipasena Abadi Lampung, the effect of work experience on the performance of shrimp farmers in Bumi Dipasena Abadi Lampung, the effect of employee empowerment on the performance of shrimp farmers in Bumi Dipasena Abadi Lampung. From the research that has been done, it can be seen that the variable motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bumi Dipasena Abadi, Lampung. This means that with the motivation provided by the company, of course this will increase the enthusiasm of the employees at work. The Work Experience Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Bumi Dipasena Abadi, Lampung. This means that with the work experience employees have, they can minimize work errors that cause company losses. The Employee Empowerment Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Bumi Dipasena Abadi, Lampung. This means that with good employee empowerment, it will also have a good impact on employee performance, because companies can evaluate the work of their employees and provide training.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine of HR Quality, Professionalism and Career Development on Employees' Performance at the Bengkulu City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The population of this study were employees of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Bengkulu City. This study used the saturated sampling method. This study used observation and questionnaire. The data analysis techniques of this study used instrument testing, classical assumption testing, analysis of respondent responses, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that HR Quality has a positive and significant effect on employees' performance. Professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employees' performance. Career Development has a positive and significant effect on employees' performance. Simultaneously, the quality of human resources, professionalism and career development have effect on employees' performance at The Bengkulu City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency.

Abstract

The title of this research is The Influence of Interior Design on Consumer Purchasing Decisions (Case Study on Lavenrice Bengkulu Restaurant Consumers)” just in time. This research influences the importance of purchasing decisions, several factors that influence purchasing decisions are Interior Design. This study aims to analyze the influence of interior design on consumer purchasing decisions at the Lavenrice Bengkulu Restaurant."Th e research method used is a quantitative method with an associative quantitative approach. The population in this study were consumers of the Lavenrice Bengkulu Restaurant. The number of respondents in this study were 110 people. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires.Based on the results of simple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 11.108 + 0.377 (X1) The results of the research and hypothesis testing show that Interior Design is t hit>t table (6.216 > 1.659) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.050), this states that there is a significant influence of Interior Design on purchasing decisions at Lavenrice Bengkulu. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and location on purchasing decisions in the three brothers' calamansi citrus business.  This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is consumers in the business of three brothers Kalamansi orange syrup in Bengkulu city.  The sampling method is accidental sampling technique.  The number of respondents in this study were 170 respondents.  The data collection method is using questionnaires.  Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and f test. The results of this study can be concluded that simultaneously product quality and social media have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest decisions. Partially the three social media variables, product quality and consumer buying interest have an influence on consumer buying interest. The better the quality of the products provided and Social Media which can increase the decision of a sustainable Consumer Purchase Interest.
