Abstract

Sosialisasi Pentingnya Penguatan Nilai-Nilai Demokrasi Bagi Peserta Didik Kelas XII dalam Meghadapi Pemilu Tahun 2024 Sebagai Implementasi Mata Pelajaran PABP Di SMK Jaya Beka 01 Karawang adalah suatu upaya dalam rangka mengedukasi serta memupuk kesadaran dan tanggung jawab, serta menghargai dan menghormati perbedaan dan pilihan peserta didik, karena peserta didik kelas XII dalam kacamata pemilu masuk dalam kategori pemilih pemula. Oleh sebab itu, pengenalan pemaparan sosialisasi ini sangat diperlukan dengan tujuan agar Pemilihan Umum Tahun 2024 partisipasinyameningkat terutama partisipasi pemilih Pemula.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa SMA yang ditinjau dari karakteristik kepribadian Keirsey, yakni artisan, guardian, idealis dan rasional. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan sampel 8 orang siswa pada salah satu SMA di kabupaten Karawang yang dipilih berdasarkan perolehan dua nilai teratas dari masing-masing tipe kepribadian pada tes angket untuk menggolongkan tipe kepribadian. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket kategori empat kepribadian Keirsey, tes tulis kemampuan komunikasi matematis, serta wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan cara masing-masing tipe kepribadian dalam menyelesaikan masalah kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Hal ini terlihat dari subjek dengan kepribadian artisan tidak mampu dalam sebagian besar indikator, menjawab soal dengan optimis, percaya diri, cenderung tergesa-gesa, kurang mengerti dalam penggunaan simbol serta menggunakan cara yang paling efektif. Subjek dengan kepribadian guardian tidak mampu dalam sebagian besar indikator, mengerjakan dengan tekun, menggunakan prosedur rutin yang umum, kurang memahami tujuan soal, lamban, serta berfokus kepada rasa aman. Subjek dengan kepribadian idealis sangat mampu dalam indikator kemampuan menuliskan apa yang diketahui dan ditanyakan sesuai permasalahan dalam soal, menyelesaikan dengan cara yang tertata, rapih, namun kurang teliti pada penggunaan simbol. Subjek dengan kepribadian rasional sangat mampu dalam indikator kemampuan menuliskan alasan dalam menjawab soal, cukup mampu indikator kemampuan menuliskan istilah-istilah dan simbol-simbol matematika, cukup mampu dalam indikator kemampuan menuliskan apa yang diketahui dan ditanyakan sesuai permasalahan dalam soal, serta kurang mampu pada indikator lainnya, menyelesaikan dengan cara teoritis, logis, cerdas, fleksibel, berpikir abstrak, serta mampu menjelaskan langkah-langkah penyelesaian secara benar dan tepat. Abstract

In order to select students to attend education according to their interests and talents, this research is a systematic literature review that aims to explore research related to the implementation of the forward chaining method in expert systems. The process of conducting a literature review involves conducting an extensive and focused search of pertinent scientific databases. We list and evaluate previous research in this area in this review. According to the conclusions of the review, the forward chaining technique has been widely used in the development of expert systems for various purposes, including educational selection. Using this technique, expert systems can quickly generate sensible educational recommendations based on students'interests and skills. The benefits and drawbacks of the forward chaining approach, as well as the methods and approaches used to create an expert system knowledge base, have also been emphasized in previous studies. To further improve the quality of educational recommendations, many studies have tried to combine the forward chaining method with additional technologies such as data mining and artificial intelligence. This literature review offers a thorough analysis of the use of the forward chaining method in educational selection expert systems and offers recommendations for future studies that will help create more sophisticated and useful expert systems in this field.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Petani durian di Kecamatan Gunungpati belum banyak melakukan pengolahan produk dari buah durian yang dihasilkan. Sebagian besar petani hanya menjual buah durian sebagai buah segar saja. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan para petani tentang cara pengolahan buah durian menjadi produk lain yang memiliki nilai jual lebih baik.  Tujuan: Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan petani durian dalam mengolah buah segar hasil panen sehingga meningkatkan nilai jual sebagai produk olahan industri rumah tangga. Metode: Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan yang dilaksanakan secara luring dan daring dengan materi value added produk pertanian, kewirausahaan, kelayakan usaha budidaya durian, analisis usaha dan pengolahan durian, digital marketing, pembukuan sederhana UMKM, dan pengembangan usaha melalui kredit bank serta praktik pembuatan pie buah durian. Hasil:.Kelompok tani memperoleh pengetahuan tentang manajemen pengelolaan sebuah usaha sekaligus ketrampilan mengolah durian menjadi produk olahan berupa pie durian. Kesimpulan: Kelompok tani buah masih banyak belum mengetahui cara pengolahan pasca panen, sehingga perlu adanya program edukasi untuk peningkatan pengetahuan dan diversifikasi produk olahan buah. Kata Kunci: durian, pelatihan, penyuluhan, petani durian, value-added __________________________________________________________________________________________ Background: Durian farmers in Gunungpati District have not done much product processing from the durian fruit they produce. Most farmers only sell durian fruit as fresh fruit. This is due to the lack of knowledge of the farmers about how to process durian fruit into other products that have a better selling value. Objective: To increase the knowledge of durian farmers in processing fresh fruit from the harvest so as to increase the sale value as a processed product for the home industry. Method: Community service activities are carried out in the form of counseling which is carried out offline and online with material on value-added agricultural products, entrepreneurship, business feasibility of durian cultivation, business analysis and processing of durian, digital marketing, simple MSME bookkeeping, and business development through bank credit and manufacturing practices durian pie. Result: The farmer group gained knowledge about the management of a business as well as the skills to process durian into a processed product in the form of durian pie. Conclusion: Many fruit farmer groups still don't know how to post-harvest processing, so an educational program is needed to increase knowledge and diversify processed fruit products.   Keywords: durian fruit,  training, counseling, durian farmers, value-added

Abstract

Maintaining good hygiene is crucial for both the environment and daily life. One of the neighborhoods with a sizable amount of trash these days is the river. It is an expression of the actions of those who purposefully throw trash into the river. Seventy percent of the entire rubbish is caught by the trash trap, as can be observed by the garbage composition in the river, which is primarily plastic. One of the beneficial initiatives that benefits the community and the ecology around the river is the river clean-up campaign. The trash trap method—a waste collection technique that uses a sewer to keep waste from leaking into the sea—is used to clean up the Paoq Pampang River. Keyword: Garbage, river, trash trap

Abstract

Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have an important role in national economic development. This is an important pillar for further national economic development. This research aims to look at the role of organizational culture in bridging work simplification and accelerated change in employee performance in Semarang City SEMs, both directly and indirectly. This research used a 1-5 scale questionnaire for 100 respondents and was processed using AMOS PLS. The results of this research show that causality between work simplification and accelerated change in employee performance does not have a significant effect, but this research also proves that the role of organizational culture can bridge deviations in this research, the existence of organizational culture as a mediator can improve performance. Employees at SEMs in Semarang City, in this research the results also show that mediating variable plays its full role.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how effective the use of the Quizizz application is in learning Islamic religious education in the Free Learning Era. This study used descriptive qualitative method. As for the subjects in this study, namely teachers and students of SDN Kertamulya II class. The data collection technique used in this study used documentation, questionnaires, and interviews with the subject of teachers and grade V students. The results of research that had been carried out on the Effectiveness of Quizizz Application Media in PAI Learning in the independent era studied at SDN Kertamulya II. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the results of the research above show the effectiveness of using the Quizizz application in PAI learning in the independent learning era, in terms of student response and achievement, which has been running effectively. This was obtained from the results of questionnaires and interviews which showed positive results regarding the use of the Quizizz application from various parties, both students and teachers. As well as having a big influence on students from using this application, for example students are getting more excited when working on questions with this application, and making students more serious in listening to the material conveyed by the teacher, and making students motivated. This is seen from the results of the presentation of the questionnaire given by the researcher.

Abstract

Aksi peduli kemanusiaan ini merupakan kegiatan sosial yang bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat terdampak banjir di Dusun Gempol Rawa, Kelurahan Tanjungpura, Kecamatan Karawang Barat, Kabupaten Karawang. Banjir yang terjadi menyebabkan terganggunya aktivitas warga serta menimbulkan kebutuhan mendesak akan bahan pangan pokok. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penyaluran bantuan sembako sebagai bentuk kepedulian dan solidaritas terhadap korban bencana. Kegiatan ini meliputi proses pengumpulan bantuan, pendistribusian sembako secara langsung kepada warga terdampak, serta koordinasi dengan pihak setempat agar bantuan tepat sasaran. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meringankan beban masyarakat, memenuhi kebutuhan dasar sementara, serta memperkuat semangat gotong royong dan kepedulian sosial di tengah situasi bencana.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work involvement on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction. The research used an associative approach with a population of 139 employees of the Demak Regency Regional Health Office. The number of samples is calculated using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples used is 104 employees. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with the criterion of employee service period of more than 1 year. Data were processed using SPSS software version 23. Data analysis techniques included respondent descriptions, variable descriptions, validity tests, reliability tests, F-tests, R2 tests, t-tests, and Sobel Tests. The results stated that organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work involvement has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment, work involvement has a positive effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Future findings demonstrated that organizational culture has an effect on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction, and work involvement has an effect on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction.
