Abstract

Abstrack The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of learning to memorize the Qur’an at SMPIT Arrisalah Pejgaoan and the dominant character values emerged through the process of learning to memorize the Qur’an at SMPIT Arrisalah Pejagoan. This research is a field research conducted at SMPIT Arrisalah Pejagoan with a qualitative approach. By using a qualitative approach, and using data colletion techniques of observation, intervies, and documentation. The result of study found that the learing process of Tahfidz at SMPIT Arrisalah uses the tikrar method, namely repeating readings. The Tahfidz program is held every Monday – Thursday. Ofteh it is done during the day and for the morning it is done one Wednesday. Before depositing by rote, eachstudent ist required to be murajaah and is targeted to memorize one page 4 times a deposit. The dominant character that appears according to students and students is positive thingking, sincere, independent, patient, and honest, but there is a dominant character based on the general view, namly positive thingking and patience. Abstract

The background of this research is that LB Negeri Tamanwinangun High School is the only special public school in Kebumen district which has seven skills areas to cover the talent development of students with special needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of talent development starting from the planning process, the organizing process, the implementation process, and the evaluation process in developing the talents of deaf students at SMA LB Tamanwinangun Kebumen. This research is a qualitative research using a case study approach. The subjects of this study were school principals, vocational advisors, and deaf students at SMA LB Negeri Tamanwinangun Kebumen. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the theory of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification or drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the management of deaf talent development at Tamanwinangun Kebumen State LB High School, namely: 1) The planning process is carried out at the annual meeting which discusses planning for the distribution of skill supervisors, planning for the preparation of work programs by each skill supervisor teacher, planning funds for facilities and infrastructure, and planning evaluation activities. 2) The organizing process is carried out directly by the school principal regarding the division of supervisors in skills areas by taking into account the interests and talents of each supervising teacher. After that, training was conducted for each supervising teacher in that skill field. 3) The process of developing the talents of deaf students begins with identifying the talents of students by distributing questionnaires and considering the abilities of students, after which each student is grouped according to the skill area that has been selected. This process is carried out every Tuesday and Wednesday from 07.30 to 14.00 WIB and carried out in the respective skill areas. The method used in talent development uses a personal approach method with simple sign language. 4) The evaluation process carried out by the school uses two methods, namely the observation method and the measurement method. The observation method is carried out by the supervising teacher during the activity and the measurement method is carried out when there is a practical exam. And reported at the annual meeting held

Abstract

Mapping character education through memorizing juz 'amma at Mi Ma'arif Soka Poncowarno.This study aims (1) to find out what character education appears in the juz 'amma memorizationmapping activity at Mi Ma'arif Soka (2) to find out what character education is most prominent inthe juz 'amma memorization mapping activity at Mi Ma' soka wise. This research is in the form offield research. His research used a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were the headof the madrasa, class teacher, tahfdz teacher at Mi Ma'arif Soka. Data collection methods usedwere observation, interviews, documentation and data triangulation. While the data analysistechnique uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this studycan be concluded that: (1) character education that appears in the memorization of juz 'amma atMi Ma'arif Soka: religious attitude, honest, disciplined, hard work, independent,friendly/communicative, and responsible. (2) the most prominent character education in thememorization of juz 'amma in Mi Ma'arif soka: religious, honest, disciplined

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the management of the boarding school in the formation of attitudes of self-reliance of students in the Boarding school Ell-Futhah Bulupayung, start from planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the program. This study is a field research with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis uses interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Examination of the validity of data persistence observation, and triangulation methods. The results showed that the management of education in the program of formation of the attitude of self-reliance of students in the Boarding school Ell-Futhah Bulupayung conducted with four stages, namely (1) Planning already existed before independence programs were implemented such as the procurement of meeting, selection of program self-reliance, and other. The planning stage includes: planning the curriculum, teaching materials, personnel, facilities and infrastructure, as well as program planning; (2) The Organization implemented with the involvement of the elements of boarding schools such as the chaplain, coach, instructor and all elements to help organizing the program of the independence of the students has been running well although there are still lack of human resources because the division of tasks is still stacked and the number of students who follow the activities of the skills in the boarding school; (3) The Implementation of the program was implemented with several stages in which carry out teaching and learning activities, organizational activities of the compulsory routine of the boarding school, individual activities of students day-to-day, activity support, and rules of discipline of the lodge; (4) Supervision and evaluation of the program, caretakers and administrators along with the community participated in evaluating such activities. If there is a weakness, then it will be given input for improvement in the future.
