Abstract

8 national standards of Education (SNP) are standards that must be held in madrasah. However, in its implementation is generally less than the maximum note the strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and challenges of each. This study aims to comb one by one 8 SNP, both strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges, then summarize them in making work priorities for improving the quality of madrasah. The method used is SWOT analysis, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation of about 8 SNP. The informants of the study were the head of the madrasah and a number of teachers and related staff. The management theory used is quality management and plan-do-check-act (PDCA). Research begins October 20, 2022. The results of the study were: (a) principals make planning decisions facilities and infrastructure in MTs Khaudlul Ulum. (b) MTs Khaudlul Ulum has limited infrastructure so that in the application of 8 national standards of education is not maximized on each indicator. (C) the evaluation allocates several rooms to be used as classrooms. (d) the principal's efforts in taking action is to plan RAB one year ahead.

Abstract

Student discipline in the classroom is an effort to build the character of student discipline. However, in general the rules are made not too heeded the students so that gradually affect the efforts to improve the quality of Education. This study aims to find the problem of why students are not enthusiastic about their own discipline and then find a solution partispatif with students. The study was conducted at MTs Khaudul Ulum Penajung. The study used an action approach with steps in the form of SWOT analysis, finding problems related to the implementation of student discipline, discussing together the solution, drawing up a solution action plan, organizing to socialize it, then carrying out joint action,and finally reflection evaluating together also for further improvement. The parties involved are the head of the madrasah, deputy head of Student Affairs, the Student Council builders, and student council managers. The management theory used is the theory of plan-do-check-act (PDCA). The results of this action research are: (a)the finding of priority issues stemming from the lack of discipline of students in the Classroom, (b)planned participatory joint action on the manufacture of student rules, (c)The Division of tasks and socialization, (d)the holding of Joint Action for the manufacture of student rules, and (e) reflection to evaluate the implementation of the action. Recommendations/ suggestions: (a)this action activity is developed continuously, and (b)further actions are more directed to the purpose of improving the quality of madrasah. Abstract

Organic farming is being promoted to maintain the fertility of paddy fields. Farmers who are members of the Kadang Tani Sarwo Tulus (KTST) Ambal Kebumen have been implementing it since 2021. However, their existence pays little attention to its development strategy. This community service research aims to help the KTST Ambal develop themselves based on their assets and potential in a participatory manner. The method used is the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. As a result, they succeeded in building their own vision, mission, objectives, programs and activities. They even managed to carry out two activities, namely, making goat compost and product packaging and promotion training, and making a product promotion activities and organic rice market development. They succeeded in implementing participatory strategic management. Their success is supported by their partnership with IAINU Kebumen. Recommendations, strategic management analysis needs to be one of the analytical tools in implementing activities based on the ABCD approach. Campus (university) partnerships with the community need to be a model in strengthening the community.Pertanian organic tengah digalakkan untuk menjaga kesuburan lahan tanah sawah. Petani yang tergabung dalam Kadang Tani Sarwo Tulus (KTST) Ambal Kebumen pun melaksanakannya sejak 2021. Akan tetapi eksistensi mereka kurang memperhatikan strategi pengembangannya. Riset pengabdian ini bertujuan membantu KTST Ambal mengembangkan diri berbasiskan asset dan potensi mereka secara partisipatoris. Metode digunakan adalah pendekatan Aset Based Community Development (ABCD). Hasilnya mereka berhasil membangun visi, misi, tujuan, program, dan kegiatannya sendiri. Bahkan mereka berhasil melaksanakan dua kegiatan, yaitu, pembuatan pupuk kompos kambing dan pelatihan pengepakan dan promosi produk, dan kegiatan promosi produk dan pengembangan pasar beras organic. Mereka berhasil menyelenggarakan manajemen stratejik secara partisipatoris. Keberhasilan mereka didukung oleh kemitraan mereka dengan IAINU Kebumen. Rekomendasi, analisis manajemen stratejik perlu menjadi salah satu alat analisis dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan berbasis pendekatan ABCD. Kemitraan kampus (universitas) dengan komunitas perlu menjadi model dalam penguatan komunitas.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze of management in an effort to form students' self-reliant attitudes. The research location is at the Pesantren El Futhah Patimuan Cilacap. Research is qualitative. The results of the study are that (a)there are management arrangements in an effort to form the self-reliant attitude of the students, (b) the implementation is in the program of Pembentukan Sikap kemandirian Santri (PSKS), (c)the PSKS program includes the study of religious, foreign languages, skills and production, and programs social, (d)the orientation of the program is religious self-reliant attitudes, social, business, and communal self-reliant attitudes.

Abstract

Teachers are professional educators. To carry out their duties in educating students, teachers must have sufficient competence. This study aims to improve the teaching and learning process carried out by teachers through a series of systematic improvements to improve professional competence. This study examines the characteristics of clinical supervision, procedures in carrying out clinical supervision and the strengths and weaknesses of clinical supervision. This research is library research by collecting data by analyzing books related to the research topic. The results of the study show the formation of professionalism from teachers who intend to support education reform and to "combat" educational decline, especially starting with teaching teachers in the classroom. With repairs and improvements, it is hoped that students can study well so that educational and teaching goals can be achieved optimally. especially in teaching performance based on observation and analysis of accurate and objective data as a guide for changing teaching behavior. This supervision puts emphasis on the process of "professional development and development" with the intention of responding to the main understanding and needs of teachers related to their duties.

Abstract

IPPNU Waluyo or Nahdlatul Ulama Youth Association in Waluyo Village is a religious organization that actively carries out routine and incidental work programs. One of the goals is to control student activity. There are many factors that lead students or teenagers to do activities that deviate and are far from the prevailing norms, making this organization directly control student activities through various work programs. Even though this organization is in the community, it has a big impact on the lives of students or teenagers. It is important for education not only to rely on learning materials but also important to foster student morale in socializing with fellow humans and other living creatures. The research approach used is qualitative, using a field research design. The process of data collection is done by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained from the informants were then analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation and then conclusions were drawn. To provide guidance to students in Waluyo Village, IPPNU Waluyo is using a work program that has been determined to be carried out together. Among them are routine programs, namely Lapanan, Hadroh, Deresan and Pilgrimage to the graves of prominent figures in the village. The annual program is Pilgrimage in Buluspesantren District towards Ramadan and village gatherings. The incidental program is in the form of the participation of this organization in helping the implementation of community activities such as the birthday of the prophet, isro mi'raj, khataman and others. Fostering students to do good activities, be involved in the community and have good character. IPPNU Waluyo in providing guidance to students in Waluyo Village, this is through scheduled programs with religious and social nuances.

Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile is the main goal of education developers in shaping student character. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Learner Profile at SD Negeri Mengkowo in improving student character education. This research uses. Data collection using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study are to achieve the success of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile influenced by several factors including the role of the teacher, the vision and mission of the school, the role of the family, the role of the community, as well as awareness and self-motivation in students. If all the roles are supportive then the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile can be maximized in the formation of children's character.

Abstract

The Nahdlatul Ulama Strategic Information System or SISNU digital application is an innovative product among NU organizations in Central Java. This article aims to take a more in-depth look at what and how SISNU is and at the same time analyze its benefits for the NU organization itself. This research tries to use a content analysis approach to the SISNU application, and then compiles the results using a narrative descriptive model. The conclusion of this research is that SISNU is relatively easy to operate and has strategic benefits for local NU organizations. That innovation in creating digital application regarding organizational information system can facilitate the work of organizational management itself.

Abstract

The 33rd NU Muktamar in Jombang 2015 mandated about 'developing other businesses through collaboration with domestic and foreign parties that benefit the community at large in order to realize the khaira ummah' (AD/ART NU, Article 9). Since the 13th NU Muktamar in Pandeglang 1939, NU has initiated Mabadi' Khaira Ummah (MKU). MKU is the basic principle of forming an ideal society. MKU consists of five basic principles, namely, ash-shidqu (true not lying, trust) al amanah wal-wafa bil 'ahdi (trust, keeping promises, loyal, commitment), at-ta'awun (helping, mutual helping), al adalah (fairness) and al istiqamah (firmness, constancy, consistency). In the midst of the era of industry 4.0 and society 5.0 as it is today, MKU is of course very urgent to provide a harmonious balance so that the goals of industry 4.0 productivity with the human life convenience of society 5.0 in various parts of the world can take place sustainably and full of grace. MKU is also becoming increasingly important alongside the 18 values ​​of character education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the refraction of numeracy literacy for class V, mathematics learning outcomes for class V, and whether there is a relationship between numeracy literacy habituation and mathematics learning outcomes for class V MI. Sruweng Giwangretno The quantitative research method was used in this research, with the correlation method. As the research sample, 45 students from class V participated in this study. The data for this study came from numeracy literacy questionnaires and math story test questions given to class V students. The habituation of numeracy literacy in class V reached a criterion level of 91 %. The test results show the results of mathematics learning for class V students. The test results for learning mathematics for class V students show that the criteria level is good, 57.78 %. At a 5% significance level, the results of rxy = 0.41 are greater than r table = 0.2940 based on the product moment correlation test. This shows that the alternative hypothesis has been accepted. Based on the data analysis, it is possible to conclude that the habit of numeracy literacy has a relationship with it and affects students' mathematics learning outcomes.
