Abstract

This service aims to strengthen religious moderation for youth in the Religious Moderation Village, Sikayu Village, Buayan District, Kebumen Regency. This activity was carried out during the Kebumen IAINU KKN program, namely July-August 2023. Actualization of activities to strengthen religious moderation through focus group discussion activities to dissect pocket books on strengthening religious moderation for youth in Sikayu Village. The approach used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development). The data collection techniques used are interviews and questionnaires. The results of the implementation of this activity prove that the reinforcement that has been carried out has succeeded very well in the context of understanding youth about religious moderation and the importance of religious moderation. This will form the commitment of the youth in the Religious Moderation Village to spread the values of religious moderation.

Abstract

This research is an innovative community service research based on religious moderation with the assistance of the Directorate of Islamic Higher Education, Directorate General of Islamic Education, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The research was conducted in the disabled community at the Rumah Inklusif Kebumen (RIK). The research is motivated by the diversity of people with disabilities and their families who are still vulnerable, both due to their internal and external factors. The research aims to find out changes in their critical awareness and innovative efforts in their religious moderation. The research also aims to discuss their own changes with Pierre Bourdieu's theory of social practice. The research uses a transformative action research model that emphasizes critical awareness of the disabled community, as well as social change and their reflection. The research was conducted in August-November 2021. The results showed that (1)there was critical awareness in the disabled community in the RIK to the problem of their religious moderation, and they then succeeded in building innovative goals in translating the conception of religious moderation, (2)they succeeded in making action. in their own special container called 'lumbung genuk', (3)the 'lumbung genuk' innovation contains inclusive values ​​of togetherness, brotherhood, kinship, tolerance, and caring. In the perspective of Pierre Bourdieu's social practice, the diffable community regenerates the habitus of ‘seduluran’ and ‘brayan urip’ through the granary arena with as much savings as possible. Even with this savings and loan granary strategy, they indirectly demonstrate their entrepreneurial abilities against stigma and discrimination that often arise.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen, a school located in Bumirejo Village, sub-district. Kebumen, district. Kebumen. Most of the students at SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen use motorized vehicles. The condition of the traffic road to SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen has a high traffic volume because the school is located in the center of Kebumen city which creates a risk of accidents for students who use it. motor vehicles to school increased'. Therefore, PLP IAINU Kebumen at SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen held a socialization on "Strengthening the Disciplined Character of Students through Orderly Traffic" as a solution to existing problems. This form of activity aims to provide an understanding of safe and orderly driving behavior in traffic by providing material presentations and question and answer sessions related to safe and orderly driving behavior in traffic. The method used is a qualitative method with interviews, observation and documentation. The process carried out is SWOT analysis, preparation of plans and programs, consultation on plans and programs, action for implementing priority programs and evaluation and follow-up plans. The results obtained are increasing students' awareness and understanding of the importance of orderly traffic. The high enthusiasm of the participants shows that this activity is very useful and relevant to the needs of students

Abstract

This article aims to find out about the ABCD approach in an effort to increase the number of student at the An-Nahdlah Kebumen Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of the research are: (1) to find out what are the best practice assets owned by the An-Nahdlah Kebumen Islamic boarding school to increase the number of students; (2) to find out how the process of increasing the number of students through product marketing at the An-Nahdlah Kebumen Islamic Boarding School usithe ABCD approach. The type of research used is qualitative research. The subject of the informants studied were the caretakers, ustadz and the administrators of the islamic boarding school. Data collection technique used observation, interviews, focus group discussion (FGD), and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research show that: An-Nahdlah Kebumen Islamic boarding school has various assets that include physical assets, human resources, social, culture, environment, finance, technology, digital networks, organizations, and time. Through the ABCD approach, these assets are mapped and optimized in the Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny stages. In order to design and implement the right marketing strategy. The strategies implemented include media social, namely the creation of brochures, pamhlets, content by collaborating with campus media, the content media student activity unit, socialization of tahfidz programs through tahfidz on screen and qur’ani prayers. Evaluations are carried out periodically for the sustainability of the programs

Abstract

Education that only prioritizes intellectual intelligence is apparently not enough as a provision in life. Because the noble ideals of the Indonesian people are not only to have intellectual intelligence, but also to become a nation that has noble character accompanied by religious character values. Actually, moral education has now been implemented in education, especially in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). However, the actualization of morals or morals taught in schools has not been able to overcome the current moral problems, such as juvenile delinquency. Religious character development can be done in various ways, one of which is through extracurricular activities. Based on that, researchers conducted research at MAN 2 Kebumen with the title Religious Character Development Through Extracurriculars at MAN 2 Kebumen. This study aims to describe the development of students' religious character as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the development of religious character through extracurricular activities at MAN 2 Kebumen. This study uses a type of qualitative research approach. Collecting data using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the IRMAS extracurricular at MAN 2 Kebumen can have a positive impact on students who take part in the extracurricular and inculcate religious character values. This can be seen from daily life at the madrasa such as behavior, morals, discipline in worship, complete attributes of its members.

Abstract

Developing a strong linkage between educational institutions and the labor market has become a crucial priority in building a skilled and competitive workforce. This study aims to analyze the current condition and formulate strategic frameworks to strengthen the link and match between vocational education and industry needs in Indonesia, with a specific focus on Kebumen Regency. Employing a literature review method, this research synthesizes theories, empirical findings, and policy frameworks from books, academic journals, and validated online sources. The analysis focuses on identifying the relevance and effectiveness of the Triple Helix Model a collaborative synergy between schools, industries, and local governments as a strategic approach to enhance the alignment of vocational education with employment demands. The findings reveal that the link and match policy has not yet achieved optimal results, as seen from the relatively high unemployment rates among vocational school graduates. The gap between labor supply and industrial demand persists due to curriculum mismatches, limited industrial partnerships, and insufficient local government support. The study highlights the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration through the Triple Helix approach to design adaptive curricula, establish internship programs, provide competency certification, and ensure graduate absorption by industries. Strengthening coordination among educational institutions, industries, and local governments is essential to create sustainable, skill-based employment opportunities. This research contributes theoretically to the development of vocational education management and practically offers a strategic framework for policymakers and educational leaders to enhance the effectiveness of link and match programs toward achieving human capital competitiveness in the era of Industry 4.0.

Abstract

Implementation of learning the book Al-Miftah Lil Ulum in improving the ability to read the book at the Raudlotul Ulum Islamic boarding school Karang Tanjung Kebumen. The purpose og this research is: (1) describes how the stages of planning learning the book Al-Miftah Lil Ulum in improving the ability to read the yellow book in female students of Islamic boarding schools Raudlotul Ulum Kebumen. (2) explanation of how the stages of implementing the study of the book Al-Miftah Lil Ulum in improving the ability to read the yellow book for female students of Islamic bosrding schools Raudlotul Ulum kebumen. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data collected analyzed and interpreted in a concise andclear form so that it is easy to understand and conclude. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers, namely by using observation, interviews, and documentation. As for research dubjects to obtain data or facts in research namely: (1) lurah of Islamic boardig school, (2) ustadzah of Islamic boarding school, (3) students of Islamic boardig school. Based on the results of research on the implementation of the book of Al-Miftah Lil Ulum learning in improving reading skills the yellow book at the Raudlotul Ulum Islamic boarding school karang tanjung as follows: (1) how to implement the learning of the implementation of learning the book Al-Miftah Lil Ulum namely opening, appreciation, delivery of material, understanding of evaluation material, understanding of evaluation material and clasing (2) obstacles in learning the book Al-Miftah Lil Ulum at the Raudlotul Ulum Islamic boarding school in Kebumen. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of tolerance character education for students in Islamic Boarding Schools and the obstacles that arise in the implementation of character education in Islamic Boarding Schools. The study uses a qualitative approach, this research was carried out at the Al Hasani Islamic Boarding School and the subjects of this research were ustadz/ustadzah, boarding school administrators and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interview methods, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques using data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusions. Based on the results of the study the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) the implementation of tolerance character education for students in Islamic Boarding Schools use several stages, namely: (a) the organizational; (b) the interpretation stage; (c) the application stage. (2) obstacles to the character education of students are not a few students who do not feel at home, not a few students who are rebellious and difficult to advise, the are students who violate, and it is difficult to handle students who are bit difficult to regulate and behave as they please.Keywords: Character Education, Tolerance and Islamic Boarding School

Abstract

Abstrack The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of learning to memorize the Qur’an at SMPIT Arrisalah Pejgaoan and the dominant character values emerged through the process of learning to memorize the Qur’an at SMPIT Arrisalah Pejagoan. This research is a field research conducted at SMPIT Arrisalah Pejagoan with a qualitative approach. By using a qualitative approach, and using data colletion techniques of observation, intervies, and documentation. The result of study found that the learing process of Tahfidz at SMPIT Arrisalah uses the tikrar method, namely repeating readings. The Tahfidz program is held every Monday – Thursday. Ofteh it is done during the day and for the morning it is done one Wednesday. Before depositing by rote, eachstudent ist required to be murajaah and is targeted to memorize one page 4 times a deposit. The dominant character that appears according to students and students is positive thingking, sincere, independent, patient, and honest, but there is a dominant character based on the general view, namly positive thingking and patience. Abstract

The background of this research is that LB Negeri Tamanwinangun High School is the only special public school in Kebumen district which has seven skills areas to cover the talent development of students with special needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of talent development starting from the planning process, the organizing process, the implementation process, and the evaluation process in developing the talents of deaf students at SMA LB Tamanwinangun Kebumen. This research is a qualitative research using a case study approach. The subjects of this study were school principals, vocational advisors, and deaf students at SMA LB Negeri Tamanwinangun Kebumen. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the theory of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification or drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the management of deaf talent development at Tamanwinangun Kebumen State LB High School, namely: 1) The planning process is carried out at the annual meeting which discusses planning for the distribution of skill supervisors, planning for the preparation of work programs by each skill supervisor teacher, planning funds for facilities and infrastructure, and planning evaluation activities. 2) The organizing process is carried out directly by the school principal regarding the division of supervisors in skills areas by taking into account the interests and talents of each supervising teacher. After that, training was conducted for each supervising teacher in that skill field. 3) The process of developing the talents of deaf students begins with identifying the talents of students by distributing questionnaires and considering the abilities of students, after which each student is grouped according to the skill area that has been selected. This process is carried out every Tuesday and Wednesday from 07.30 to 14.00 WIB and carried out in the respective skill areas. The method used in talent development uses a personal approach method with simple sign language. 4) The evaluation process carried out by the school uses two methods, namely the observation method and the measurement method. The observation method is carried out by the supervising teacher during the activity and the measurement method is carried out when there is a practical exam. And reported at the annual meeting held
