Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi siswa kelas VIII.7 SMP Negeri 2 Tanjungpinang melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL). Latar belakang penelitian adalah rendahnya keterampilan menulis puisi siswa dan minimnya motivasi belajar akibat penggunaan model pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tes menulis puisi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kondisi awal kemampuan siswa tentang menulis puisi hanya 31,58%, lalu siklus I persentase ketuntasan siswa sebesar 47,37%, dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 86,84%. Penerapan model PjBL terbukti dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis resensi buku pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tanjungpinang melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan bantuan media Canva. Permasalahan yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan peserta didik dalam mengonstruksi teks resensi, seperti kesulitan mengembangkan ide, menyusun gagasan secara runtut, memilih kata yang tepat, serta penggunaan ejaan dan tanda baca yang kurang sesuai. Peneliti mengembangkan model PBL yang memanfaatkan media Canva untuk membangun kreativitas dan kerja sama siswa dalam proses menulis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan profil awal keterampilan menulis resensi siswa, menjelaskan bentuk pengembangan model PBL berbantuan Canva, serta mengimplementasikannya dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PBL dengan media Canva mampu meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis resensi secara signifikan. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan nilai siswa antara pretes dan postes. Dengan demikian, penggunaan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media Canva terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis resensi pada siswa kelas VIII.

Abstract

Kata Kunci: Analisis, Nilai Moral, Film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai moral yang terdapat dalam film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kata-kata atau kalimat dari film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan karya Karsono Hadi dan sumber data adalah film. The film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan told the story of a simple family tested when the eldest child falls ill with a serious illness. To that end, his younger sibling writes a letter to God, hoping for his brother's recovery. That's a snippet from the film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan. This study aims to describe the moral values contained in the film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. This research took place in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The data in this study are words or sentences from the film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan by Karsono Hadi. The research instrument is the researcher himself. The data collection techniques in this study are listening and note-taking techniques using time and tool triangulation validation. The data analysis technique for moral values contained in the film Titip Surat untuk Tuhan in this study was carried out by reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions from the data. The results of the study show that the moral values in this film include: (1) moral values related to oneself, namely patience, never giving up, humility, honesty, and responsibility; (2) moral values related to other humans or the surrounding environment, namely friendship, family, and love; (3) moral values related to God, namely worship. This film displays moral values ??emotionally and touchingly, and provides examples of positive attitudes to the audience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di tingkat sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 7 Tanjungpinang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan tiga guru bahasa Indonesia kelas X. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menghadapi beberapa tantangan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, antara lain keterbatasan waktu, kondisi dan fokus belajar siswa, serta keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran. Waktu pembelajaran yang terbatas menjadi kendala dalam menyampaikan materi dengan pendekatan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa yang beragam. Selain itu, ketidakhadiran dan kurangnya fokus siswa menjadi tantangan dalam menjaga partisipasi aktif selama proses pembelajaran. Di sisi lain, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, seperti proyektor dan buku ajar mendorong guru untuk memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai solusi. Meskipun demikian, para guru telah menunjukkan inisiatif dan adaptasi melalui berbagai strategi pembelajaran dan pemanfaatan perangkat teknologi seperti LMS dan WhatsApp, serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan adaptif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dalam pengembangan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang lebih efektif dan sesuai dengan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the character education values reflected in the main character in Tere Liye's novel Yang Sudah Lama Pergi (The Long Gone). The focus of the study is to analyze how these character values are expressed through dialogue, actions, and the character development of the main character throughout the story. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with content analysis method, where the researcher acts as a key instrument supported by analysis guidelines and data coding sheets. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth reading of the novel three times, accompanied by note-taking and listening to the text to identify various aspects of the main character that are relevant to the character education values. The results show a comprehensive representation of 13 character education values in the main character. Religious values are reflected through the character's deep reflection on life and divinity, while honesty and discipline appear in the consistency of the character's thought patterns and actions. The analysis reveals that hard work and creativity are important pillars that drive conflict resolution in the story. Furthermore, the main character's curiosity drives narrative development, while national spirit is reflected in how the character interacts with diverse social environments. The findings indicate that a positive reception of others' achievements is a key character in building social relationships. The main character's ability to communicate, maintain peace, and demonstrate empathy represents the values of friendship and social care. The character's literacy patterns depicted through reading habits also enrich the learning aspects of the story. Responsibility as a central value is seen in various complex moral decision-making processes. This research has theoretical implications for literary studies by presenting a comprehensive analytical framework for character education, as well as practical implications for the world of education.

Abstract

This study aims to develop SIPEDO (Si Pintar Eksplorasi Dunia Pidato), an Android-based learning media using Kodular, for teaching speech text material in Phase D at SMP Negeri 12 Tanjungpinang during the 2024/2025 academic year. The development model used is the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), limited to the development stage. The SIPEDO media is an interactive application that includes features such as learning objectives, learning achievements, content exploration, instructional videos, and interactive quizzes. Validation was conducted by material and media experts, while practicality testing involved 46 students, consisting of 6 in a small group and 40 in a large group. Data collection techniques included interviews, validation questionnaires, and practicality tests. Data were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The validation results showed scores of 85% from the material expert and 97% from the media expert, categorized as very valid. The practicality tests scored 88.6% for the small group and 89.1% for the large group, both categorized as very practical. These results indicate that the SIPEDO learning media is highly feasible for use in Indonesian language instruction, particularly in teaching speech texts at Phase D.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penerapan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) terhadap peningkatan minat belajar peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran materi teks deskripsi kelas IX 4 Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 7 Tanjungpinang tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian tindakan kelas. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Jumlah peserta didik pada subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 36. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini, yaitu angket. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua teknik, yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh rata-rata 40% pada pratindakan, memperoleh 70% pada tahap siklus I, dan pada siklus II memperoleh 87%. Peningkatan minat belajar ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan budaya dan minat siswa serta melibatkan pemecahan masalah secara aktif dapat membuat siswa lebih termotivasi dan terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan kata lain, pembelajaran yang responsif terhadap budaya dan minat siswa dapat memenuhi kebutuhan belajar mereka secara lebih efektif. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti kuat bahwa pendekatan CRT dan PBL dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

The study discusses literary postmodernism contained in the literary work of in the novel We GO Today by Ziggy Zezsyazeoviennazabrizkie. The aim of this research is to describe the criticism of literary postmodernism in. in the novel We GO Today by Ziggy Zezsyazeoviennazabrizkie The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data in this study are in the form or words or sentences contained in the novel We Go Today by Ziggy Zezsyazeoviennazabrizkie. The data collection techniques used to obtain research data are note-taking and observing technique. The data analysis technique used is content analysis bt reading, analyzing, describing, and concluding the contents of the data found in the novel We GO Today by Ziggy Zezsyazeoviennazabrizkie. Theses data are found in quotations taken from narratives or dialogues between characters. The result of this study are that the are criticisms of literary postmodernism in the form oq 1) capitalism with various characteristics such as spontaneousness, fact, and gesture, 2) Parody with satire and irony, 3) reification with findings on the nature of social reality and cultural phnenomena.

Abstract

This research has the aim of developing a media for teaching the science of persuasion in persuasive text material for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 7 Tanjungpinang for the academic year 2022/2023. This study uses the 4D development model up to the development stage. The product developed in this study is a visual-based learning media with the basic ingredients of plywood and brown in color. This learning media has been assessed based on the assessment of two experts, namely media experts and material experts. The number of students in this media trial was 6 students for small groups and 36 students for large groups. Data collection techniques in this study, namely interviews, media validation questionnaires by media experts and material experts, as well as media practicality questionnaires by students. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out using two techniques, namely descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. The results of this study obtained an average of 93% with the criteria of "very valid" for the media, an average of 95% with the criteria of "very valid" for the material. In addition, this research was tested on students who obtained an average of 84% with the criteria of "very practical" by small groups and an average of 90% with the criteria of "very practical" by small groups.

Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between critical reading skills and the ability to write news texts for Grade VIII students of Tanjungpinang 7 Public Middle School in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research method uses a quantitative approach with correlational research techniques. Data collection techniques using multiple choice objective tests and performance. The location of this research is in Tanjungpinang. The population in this study amounted to 448 students and the sample in this study amounted to 46 students. The results of the study: 1) from testing the data it was obtained that the students' critical reading proficiency had an average score of 64.97 with a total of 2989 with sufficient qualifications. 2) and proficiency in writing news texts has an average value of 81.34 with a total of 3742 good qualifications. 3) so, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between critical reading skills and the ability to write news texts for class VIII students of Tanjungpinang 7 Public Middle School in the Academic Year 2022/2023 with a result of 0.444 and the correlation value is in the interval 0.40-0.599 with the strength of the correlation relationship currently.
