Abstract

Class imbalance in datasets is a significant challenge in machine learning, often leading to a decline in model performance. This issue is frequently encountered in real-world data, where the proportion between majority and minority classes is highly imbalanced. One common approach to address this problem is oversampling, which aims to balance class distribution by adding synthetic data to the minority class. The most popular oversampling technique is the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE), although this method has drawbacks such as producing less diverse data and the potential generation of outliers. As an alternative solution, this study proposes the use of the Latin Hypercube Sampling (LHS) method combined with k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) to enhance classification performance on imbalanced datasets. The combination of LHS and k-NN is expected to produce higher quality synthetic data, thereby improving the performance of classification models measured using the confusion matrix. The data used in this study is sourced from various online repositories such as KEEL, Kaggle, UCI, as well as the student specialization of vocational high school (SMK) students in Pekanbaru

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pekanbaru (MAN 2 Pekanbaru) is one of the Madrasah Aliyah in Pekanbaru. In 2014, MAN 2 Pekanbaru conducted a learning quality survey that was filled in by students. The survey was conducted by distributing paper to students containing questions about learning during one semester. However, there are several obstacles in the survey process, namely the use of excess paper, inefficient time and requires special storage space to store the collected survey paper. These obstacles cause the survey filling process to not run effectively. To overcome these problems, a website for filling out surveys on the quality of learning in schools can be built. On this website there are three access roles, namely, students, teachers and academic fields. Making this survey website will use the prototype method. By using this method, users will be directly involved in the analysis and design process. The results of system testing using Black Box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) show that the system functionality runs well and in accordance with user needs.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang implementasi nilai moderasi beragama pada santri di lembaga Pendidikan Diniyah Formal (PDF) Ulya Al-Junaidiyah Biru Bone. Kajian penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif yang dipaparkan secara deskriptif analitis dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan yang dilakukan dengan studi lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah diawali dengan observasi, kemudian dilakukan pengamatan, dan wawancara langsung kepada informan. Implementasi moderasi beragama pada santri di lembaga Pendidikan Diniyah Formal (PDF) Ulya Al-Junaidiyah Biru Bone pada tiga kurikulum yang dimiliki yaitu kurikulum pendidikan keagamaan, pendidikan umum, dan muatan lokal. Pendidikan keagamaan berupa kajian kitab-kitab kuning pada setiap mata pelajaran seperti Tauhid, Fiqh, Ushul Fiqh, Akhlak Tasawwuf, Tarikh. Pendidikan umum seperti pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, Bahasa Indonesia, Matematika, IPA, Seni Budaya. Pada pendidikan muatan lokal berupa pembelajaran Komputer dan keguatan ekstrakurikuler. Kesimpulan bahwa santri mengimplementasikan indikator moderasi beragama pada komitmen kebangsaan, toleransi, anti kekerasan, dan akomodatif terhadap budaya lokal Kegiatan yang dilakukan santri untuk pengimplementasian moderasi beragama seperti pelaksanaan upacara bendera merah putih pada hari sabtu, upacara perayaan 17 Agustus, perayaan hari santri dengan berbagai kegiatan. Santri juga menerapkan indikator moderasi beragama dengan mengikuti ajaran dan akhlak dari para ustadz/ustadzah, guru mata pelajaran yang lain. Santri saling menghormati, menghargai, toleran terhadap siapapun yang ditemuinya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fieldwork experience on student skills mastery, the influence of field work experience on student work readiness, the effect of skill mastery on student work readiness, and the influence of field work experience on student work readiness through mastery of student skills. This study was conducted in YPLP SMK PGRI Bangkinang and used the entire population of 75 students who have carried out fieldwork practices. Data analysis techniques used path analysis methods. The results of this analysis indicate that field work has a positive effect on skill mastery, field work practices have a positive effect on work readiness, mastery of skills has a positive effect on work readiness, field work practices have a positive effect on job readiness through mastery of skills. Mastery of student skills and student work readiness can be improved if students' fieldwork practices are improved.

Abstract

Hospital management information systems Implementation is believed to provide various benefits for health service providers. Therefore, human resources need to be empowered and supported in terms of developing services in the health sector based on technology. To determine the effect of HR competence in the utilization of hospital management information systems at Bandung General Hospital, Medan City. The research is an analytical survey with cross sectional. The population used was all human resources at Bandung Hospital, Medan City, totaling 141 people and sampling using simple random sampling so that 59 people were found. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate tests (chi square test0. There is an influence of HR work skills (p=0.002), HR knowledge (p=0.005), HR work experience (p=0.005) and HR work behavior (p=0.007) on the use of hospital management information systems. There is an influence of HR work skills, HR knowledge, HR work experience and HR work behavior on the utilization of hospital management information systems at Bandung General Hospital, Medan City. It is expected that hospitals can conduct training or socialization regularly to improve knowledge and quality of health services.

Abstract

This community service is entitled teacher strategies in training students' literacy and numeracy through media-based learning at SDN 5 in Pansor village, Kayangan sub-district, North Lombok district. This service is carried out with several objectives, first, to increase awareness about the importance of learning numeracy literacy from an early age, second, to provide knowledge to the students of SDN 5 Sesait that learning numeracy literacy is not just by reading books but can use several tools. apart from books such as drawing media and ice cream sticks and so on. The method used is a face-to-face and direct practice method of learning literacy and numeracy using image-based media or using ice cream sticks by constructing a framework. The results obtained from this service or socialization are to outline the methods used by teachers to teach students mathematics and literacy using media-based learning. Numeracy literacy is one of the first steps or stages that must be trained in school.  One of the factors causing media-based Literacy and Numeracy training to be held in Pansor Village, especially at SDN 5 Sesait, is the low ability in reading and arithmetic in grades 5 and 6 which is caused by contemporary factors, namely playing online games and playing social media, especially for children. elementary school children who are continuously without parental supervision.

Abstract

Pendahuluan; Pengelolaan arsip sering disebut dengan manajemen arsip yang pelaksanaanya harus dilakukan secara tertib dan menyeluruh. Tanpa didukung suatu sistem pengelolaan rekam medis yang baik dan benar, kemungkinan tertib administrasi rumah sakit akan sulit berhasil sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan survei awal, dari 10 petugas rekam medis, 6 petugas menyatakan cara penyimpanan dan penataan arsip data rekam medis berbeda dan 4 petugas menyatakan sistem yang digunakan menggunakan numerical filling sistem. Tujuan; Untuk mengetahui hubungan sistem kearsipan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pasien di RSUD Dr. R.M Djoelham. Metode; Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan dirancang sebagai survei analitik menggunakan pendekatan crossectional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 32 petugas rekam medis total, dan 32 sampel diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat, menggunakan statistik uji chi-square. Hasil; Sistem kearsipan memiliki nilai p = 0,013 < 0,05. Artinya ada hubungan sistem kearsipan dengan kualitas pelayanan pasien di RSUD Dr. R.M Djoelham. Kesimpulan; Ada hubungan sistem kearsipan dengan kualitas pelayanan pasien.Kata Kunci : Sistem Kearsipan, Kualitas Pelayanan, PasienBackground; Archive management is often referred to as archive management, the implementation of which must be carried out in an orderly and thorough manner. Without the support of a good and correct medical record management system, it is likely that the orderly administration of the hospital will be difficult to succeed as expected. Based on the initial survey, out of 10 medical record officers, 6 officers stated that the way to store and organize medical record data archives was different and 4 officers stated that the system used used a numerical filling system. Objectives;  The relationship between the filing system in improving the quality of patient care at Dr. R.M Djoelham in Hospital 2022. Method; This type of research is quantitative with an analytic survey design using a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was all medical record officers as many as 32 people with a sample of 32 people who were taken using the total sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi-square test statistic. Result; The filing system has a value of p = 0.013 <0.05. This means that there is a relationship between the filing system and the quality of patient care at Dr. R.M Djoelham Hospital in 2022. Conclusion; There is a relationship between the archive system and the quality of patient service.Keywords : Filing System, Service Quality, Patients

Abstract

Literasi merupakan kemampuan seseorang menggunakan potensi dan keterampilan dalam mengolah dan memahami informasi saat melakukan aktivitas membaca dan menulis. Namun, literasi tidak hanya kemampuan dan keterampilan individu dalam membaca dan menulis tetapi literasi bisa berarti melek teknologi, politik, berpikir kritis, menghitung dan peka terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Pengabdian ini adalah kegiatan yang mengembangkan program rumah cerdas sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan literasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengadakan 5 pojok rumah cerdas dan memperluas wawasan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan sikap masyarakat desa Mallongi-longi. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di desa Mallongi-longi yang melibatkan masyarakat umum mulai dari anak-anak sampai masyarakat lanjut usia. Desa Mallongi-Longi merupakan desa yang terdiri atas 3 dusun yang terletak di kabupaten Pinrang, provinsi Sulawesi selatan. Desa ini memiliki banyak potensi sumber daya, namun potensi tersebut belum dioptimalkan, sehingga menyebabkan tingkat kualitas pendidikan dan keterampilan masyarakat yang masih perlu ditingkatkan, minimnya minat dan kesadaran literasi serta kurangnya fasilitas dalam mengakses informasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya 5 pojok rumah cerdas yaitu rumah cerdas digital, rumah cerdas membaca dan menulis, rumah cerdas finansial dan numerasi, rumah cerdas kesehatan, serta rumah cerdas agama, budaya, dan kewarganegaraan. Selain itu, hasil lain dari kegiatan ini adalah bertambahnya wawasan keterampilan, pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat desa sasaran.

Abstract

This study investigates the phenomenon of unregistered marriage and efforts to prevent underage marriage in Wajo Regency. The research aims to examine the motivations behind unregistered underage marriages through the lens of Maq??id Mukallaf and evaluate the effectiveness of local legal interventions. Wajo Regent Regulation No. 64 of 2022 serves as a key policy instrument aimed at curbing underage marriage and promoting legally recognized unions. Using a qualitative juridical approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with marriage officials, parents, community leaders, and underage couples, supported by observation and document analysis. The study integrates Maq??id Mukallaf theory to assess the legality and ethical validity of marriage motives, alongside Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah’s theory of legal change and Weber’s bureaucratic management theory to evaluate policy responsiveness and implementation. Findings indicate that although unregistered marriages involving underage couples may fulfill internal aspects such as personal capability and social support from parents and family, they are often driven by defensive motives such as avoiding complex legal procedures or social stigma which ultimately fail to meet the criteria of valid Maq??id Mukallaf.  Such acts are legally and morally untenable when they cause harm to others, particularly to children. This study highlights the importance of aligning legal frameworks with religious principles and community engagement to protect children’s rights and foster sustainable social change.

Abstract

Suatu pelayanan akan dinilai memuaskan apabila pelayanan tersebut dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan dalam memenuhi harapan pelanggan, pelanggan yang merasa puas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien terhadap aplikasi JKN Mobile dengan metode servqual di Rumah Sakit Umum Mitra Medika Bandar Klippa Tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif berbentuk survey yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode servqual (Service Quality). Digunakan untuk mengetahui harapan dan persepsi pengguna aplikasi JKN Mobile terhadap kepuasan pasien serta gap. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pasien rawat jalan yang sudah pernah menggunakan atau mendaftar aplikasi JKN Mobile sebanyak 561 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 85 orang yang diambil dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisa deskriptif dan metode servqual. Ada 25 aspek kuesioner, yang terdiri 5 dimensi servqual yaitu tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode servqual per atribut didapat bahwa ada 20 aspek yang memiliki negatif  yaitu nomor 1 sampai dengan 20 aspek yang perlu diperbaiki. Jika dari segi dimensi terdapat 5 dimensi yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan aplikasi.  Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah kepuasan pasien terhadap aplikasi JKN Mobile ini termasuk ke dalam kategori baik dengan nilai Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (IKP) sebesar 77,6%. Disarankan kepada Rumah Sakit agar meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan emphaty petugas pada aplikasi JKN Mobile kepada pasien
