Abstract

Globalisasi perdagangan dunia mengakibatkan perubahan yang cepat pada lingkungan bisnis. Oleh karena itu setiap perusahaan yang ingin mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya haruslah dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan yang ada dan harus memiliki keunggulan kompetitif. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan daya saing adalah dengan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, karena dengan kualitas pelayanan yang baik maka kepuasan pelanggan akan tercapai. Banyak cara untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengukuran baru untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan bagi industri Perbankan yang disebut Banking Service Quality (BSQ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial dari variabel Banking Service Quality (BSQ) [keefektifan dan jaminan (X1), akses (X2), harga (X3), keterwujudan (X4), portofolio dan jasa (X5), kehandalan (X6)] terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada tabungan Britama di BRI Unit Kanoman Cirebon. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan menyebar kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 2190 nasabah dan Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Accidental Sampling dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 96 nasabah. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel keefektifan dan jaminan (X1), keterwujudan (X4) yang paling tinggi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan disusul oleh variabel akses (X2), harga (X3), portofolio jasa (X5), dan yang paling rendah dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah adalah variabel kehandalan (X6). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menginterprestasikan Hubungan Manajemen Pengaturan Shift Kerja Dengan Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan Hotel Apita Cirebon Tahun 2016. Populasi yang diambil adalah karyawan yang khusus mengurusi tamu Hotel. Karena populasinya kurang dari 100, maka untuk menentukan besarnya ukuran sampel mengacu kepada teori yang dikemukakan oleh Suharsimi Arikunto (2010:104) yang menyatakan bahwa apabila subyek kurang dari 100, maka lebih baik diambil seluruhnya, tetapi apabila jumlah subyek lebih dari 100 dapat diambil antara 10 – 15 % atau 20 – 25 % atau lebih. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, yaitu mengambil seluruh karyawan Hotel Apita Cirebon sebanyak 30 Karyawan yang Khusus Mengurusi Tamu Hotel ( (FO dan HK) Respsionis dan Bell Grils/Boy) sebagai sampel penelitian. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara Manajemen Pengaturan Shift Kerja dengan Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan Hotel Apita. Keberartian hubungan Manajemen Pengaturan Shift Kerja dengan Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan Hotel Apita dapat dilihat dari hasil uji korelasi bahwa nilai korelasinya sebesar .770 (dibaca 0,770) nilai tersebut bermaksud hubungan antara manajmen pengaturan shift kerja di Hotel Apita dengan peningkatan kinerja karyawan terbilang Kuat, karena nilai interpretasi koefisien korelasi nilai r berada pada rentang nilai 0,60 – 0,799. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji regresi didapatkan bahwa nilai f hitung dari output ANOVAb sebesar 44.666 sementara jika taraf siginifikansi kesalahan ( a ) = 0,05 atau 0,01 dengan rumus : f tabel = f ( 1- a ) ( db reg ( b/a ) . ( db res) 28-1= 27 maka f tabel adalah 4,18. Dengan demikian dapatlah di simpulkan bahwa f hitung (44.666) lebih besar daripada f tabel (4,18). Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa peningkan kinerja karyawan Hotel Apita Cirebon tahun kerja 2016 yang didasarkan pada kualitas kerja (quality of work), ketetapan waktu (pomptnees), kemampuan (capability) dan komunikasi (communication) karyawan dikategorikan Baik. Abstract

This study aims to describe and interpret the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on commitment of lecturers at Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon. This research was conducted using a survey method. As the population is merely 257 employees which is more 100 (one hundred) people, the research was a sample study. In addition, the object of this study is 51 (fifty one) employees. There are three conclusions that can be taken: (1) There is a significant and positive influence between compensation to lecturer commitment. The significance of the effect of compensation on lecturer commitment can be seen from the result of the t test which the t count is 8,377> 1,677 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The determination index is adjusted by 58,9% and the remaining 41,1% is influenced by other unexamined factors. (2) There is a significant and positive influence between job satisfaction and lecturer commitment. The significance of the effect of job satisfaction on lecturer commitment is evidenced by the t test which is calculated at 6.884> 1.677 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The determination index is adjusted by 49.2% while the remaining 51.8% is influenced by other unexamined factors. (3) There is a significant and positive effect between compensation and job satisfaction on lecturer commitment. This can be proven by the F test which is the calculated F value of 47,624> 3,18 and the determination index value adjusted 66.5% 33.5% is influenced by other unexamined factors.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                         Many factors can improve the performance of HR in the organization. One of them is to give freedom to perform job duties and responsibilities of an employee (job autonomy). Study of  the need for the autonomy of   work  influence on job performance is still very rare, so it becomes very interesting to be studied. This study aimed to examine how to improve HR performance-based model of job autonomy and intrinsic motivation and willingness to meet the demands of work.                    The population in this study is the human resources at the Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Tegal as many as 97 respondents. Data obtained from questionnaires and analyzed with data analysis tools PLS. The results of data analysis showed that the job autonomy has positive and significant effect on the job performance, job autonomy has not significant effect on job demands. Intrinsic motivation has positive and  significant effect on the job  performance, intrinsic motivation significantly influence the job demands, and the job demands has not significant effect on job performance. The future research should include other variables as an intervening variable to provide solutions in improving human resource capacity to meet the job.  Key words      : job autonomy, job demand, intrinsic motivation, job performance.

Abstract

This study tries to look at developments and emerging issues about resource-based displays. From the point of view of Penrose in 1959 about the need for companies to have competing resources, until Barney's compilation gave rise to a resource-based (RBV) view and valuable, rare, non-replicable, and irreplaceable (VRIN), and organizational (OIN) views in a place that can absorb and use them. Study reviews are used by using literature review studies by reviewing articles that are relevant to the theme. The RBV discussion starts with the 4-dimensional grouping of the RBV model, which is the focus of the renewal. The purpose of this study is to explore behavioral concepts in terms of Islamic personality that encourage innovative motivation so that individual targets can be increased not only because of the visible support for religious or belief in God.

Abstract

The development of the startup business that continues to increase every year makes startups competing to introduce their products to the public. One that is currently increasing rapidly is Fintech (Financial Technology). The emergence of Fintech in Indonesia aims to facilitate the public in conducting financial transactions online, increase financial literacy, and realize financial inclusion. This mapping study aims to identify previous research on fintech and suggest future research. This study uses a systematic literature review (SLR), which is to collect and assess available research related to the subject of interest, so as to achieve an impartial outcome that can be audited and repeated. This study uses 22 articles identified from electronic databases / sources. Fintech is expected to strike the right balance between providing consumer protection and maintaining financial stability while simultaneously providing sufficient incentives for Fintech's innovation. It is able to build social construction, previous studies have attracted regulators and lawmakers, entrepreneurs, and investors who participated in technology applied in the area of ??innovative financial services. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah ini untuk mengetahui keterkaitan board gender diversity dengan variabel-variabel lain. Board gender merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi keputusan strategis perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur (literature review) sebagai metodologi penelitian. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa keragaman gender dewan (board gender diversity) berpengaruh positif terhadap stock price informativeness, firm performance, sustainability reporting quality, internal control weaknesses, corporate social responsibility (CSR), CEO’s base pay dan compensation inequality, corporate risk, dividend payouts, renewable energy consumption, corporate innovation, firm profitability, biodiversity disclosures, cross listing, organizational performance, corporate environmental responsibility, financial reporting quality, firm performance pada negara dengan high national governance quality. Penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan bahwa dividend payments, capital structure, technical efficiency, R&D investments, cost of bank loans, stock price cash risk, firm performance pada negara dengan low national governance quality berbanding terbalik dengan board gender diversity. Hasil selanjutnya adalah board gender diversity tidak berpengaruh terhadap firm risk. Kata kunci: board gender diversity, telaah pustaka

Abstract

ABSTRACT Health in the modern era is now an inseparable necessity from the development of healthy and smart Indonesian people. Hospitals as one of the health facilities that provide health services to the community have a very strategic role in accelerating the improvement of community health status. Therefore, hospitals are required to provide quality services in accordance with established standards and can reach all levels of society. For this reason, the need for synergy between leaders and employees. Employees still complain about the way leaders handle each employee's complaints, such as complaints of discrepancies between salaries and work performed, employees still feel discriminated in the sense of being discriminated according to social status, the length of the process of determining to become permanent employees, and so forth. From the factors mentioned above that the role of the leader in leading must be wise and fair both for the organization and employees in the organization. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of whether or not the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction is mediated by organizational justice. This study used a correlational quantitative method and the data processing was assisted with SPSS 22. The population of this study was all employees of RSIA Cahaya Bunda including permanent employees and contract employees while the study sample was only 127 permanent employees. Determination of samples using Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a direct positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational justice has a positive effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational justice and organizational justice is able to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. Abstract

The creation of a positive climate must be carried out by an organization to support the development of the creativity of people who are members of the organization. The creation of a climate that supports creativity, especially in improving the performance of individuals and organizations / companies, of course, must bring about a match between goals between individuals and organizations. The organization must also pay attention to the rights of its members in addition to demanding full obligations. Fulfillment and violation of psychological contracts will have an impact on individual performance in general where the majority of Indonesia's population has a religious side that is still high. Religious performance is a hope and belief that what we do has a religious value. Thus the organization must be able to build and provide complete facilities in supporting the religious side of the members of the organization. The focus of this writing is how the creative work climate and goal congruence for the fulfillment of psychological contracts and their impact on religious performance. This writing uses relevant literature studies. This research is expected to be empirical study capable of presenting a picture of the creative work climate and Goal Congruence able to give effect to the fulfillment of psychological contracts and their impact on improving the performance of Religious employees.

Abstract

The latest trend of the coffee cafe business is one of the businesses that is in great demand by business actors in Indonesia. The number of coffee cafes creates perfect competition with the trend of creating a cafe atmosphere that has an interior design and development of a natural atmosphere or a certain nuance. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of store atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Kompanyon café. This study uses quantitative research methods with questionnaire research instruments. The results of the study partially store atmosphere affect purchasing decisions and the quality of the product affects the purchasing decision. Simultaneous test results store atmosphere and product quality affect purchasing decisions. These results become material for further studies regarding more dynamic determinants in decision making.
